Posizione comoda a due passi dall'autostrada, camere ordinate e pulite, il personale è stato accogliente e puntuale. Abbiamo cenato presso il ristorante dell'hotel, con un menù alla carta delizioso; non abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina, che comunque è un plus per l'hotel.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Buona posizione, comfort e grande professionalità Soggiorno eccellente. L'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica, vicinissimo all'uscita autostradale di Cosenza Nord. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e ben insonorizzata, garantendo un ottimo riposo. Personale alla reception accogliente, rapido nel check-in e sempre disponibile. Molto apprezzata la colazione a buffet, varia e con prodotti freschi sia dolci che salati, oltre alla comodità del parcheggio privato in loco. Struttura affidabile, perfetta sia per trasferte di lavoro che per una sosta di viaggio. Tornerò sicuramente.

Il primo giorno alle 24,10 circa eravamo gia’ a dormire e il rumore dell’acqua ci ha svegliato. Abbiamo subito chiamato il portiere di notte che ci ha comunicato che ci avrebbe cambiato camera e sarei dovuto scendere a prendere la chiave in quanto non aveva tempo. Dopo 10 min sono sceso e ho dovuto cercarlo in quanto non era al suo posto ma in cucina. Quindi abbiamo dovuto trasferire il tutto in piena autonomia senza aiuto. Dopo un ora circa ci siamo messi a letto. Purtroppo le problematiche non sono terminate.la nuova camera aveva il clima che non funzionava. Il mattino seguente mi hanno ricambiato la camera. Altro tempo altro trasloco questa volta con l’aiuto del manutentore. Avevamo scelto questo hotel in quanto aveva la piscina e il pomeriggio avremmo voluto rilassarci. Niente tutto il bordo giallo e sporchissima… Pessima esperienza di 4 notti con tre cambi di camera!!!

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Everything. I have stayed at the hotel very many times and always return because it has everything I need, the staff are super friendly, they love my dog, the hotel is quiet and set in a nice garden, with swimming pool, and you can charge your car at the 2 e-car charging posts.
There was a party with incredibly loud music round the pool until late, but, amazingly, in my room I was shielded from almost all the noise 🙂.

Malgré le fait que la piscine soit annoncée réservée aux adultes avec interdiction de sauter : nous avons été plusieurs fois dérangés par les cris d'enfant. Idem pour le port du bonnet obligatoire (pour l'hygiène) , certains touristes n'en portaient pas et le personnel ne disait rien. Autant de pas afficher de règles...

Reviewed May 12, 2026The hotel is quite large and has a very pleasant atmosphere. We especially liked the comfortable sofas and lounge area in the main hall, which made the space feel cosy and welcoming. The yard is spacious and well maintained, there is also parking there if you're travelling by car. Breakfast was nice with a good selection. The room was clean, and overall the stay was comfortable. However, in my opinion, the hotel feels more like a good 3-star hotel rather than a 4-star one.
Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay. We had a problem with the sink in the room, and although I informed the reception and was told that someone would come to fix it, no one ever came. Some of the single-use amenities were also missing. Since we were staying as two guests, it was strange that several items were provided only for one person. Another major issue was the incorrect address sent in the Booking welcome message. It was raining heavily outside, and because of the wrong address, we had to walk around for an extra 10 minutes in the rain, which created a very unpleasant first impression and experience.

No air conditioning. Absolutely horrendous to be in a so called “four stars hotel” without air conditioning control. That just did it for me. Even in Super 8 Motel you can turn the air conditioning on in the middle of winter. Now is the middle of Spring with temperatures of up to 24 C and only heating. Not acceptable!
