Problème avec la cuisine, dans la commande d’un plat

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans ce très bel hôtel ! Tout est parfaitement organisé, de l’entretien à la cuisine. Une équipe adorable, attentionnée et toujours accueillante. On s’y sent vraiment bien et surtout, vraiment bienvenu. Une très belle adresse !

Ringrazio molto Marco, Giada e Matteo, e lo staff per l’assistenza, gentilezza, disponibilità. Ottima prima colazione, la vicinanza alla spiaggia. Alcuni consigli per il miglioramento, aumentate le dimensioni dei box doccia e chiedete al Comune di riservare i parcheggi fronte Hotel per i clienti.

Lo staff in primis, tutti gentili e disponibili, molto affiatati tra loro (Giada, Claudia, Stefano, Alberto, Patrizia, Marco, Mattia….veramente bravi!!) La ristorazione molto buona …cosi’ come la colazione.

Good service and nice restaurant. Not so many rooms.. so pretty quiet

Too expensive for what you get. Very basic room. No espresso machine. I paid almost 400 euro per night and still they charge you 3 euro for a swimming pool towel !! Which is a basic thing. The swimming pool looks old and small . I wasn’t there even once. Not inviting. You need to walk to the beach between buildings and this beach is crowded and not so nice so actually we were driving to other beaches. They rate 4 stats but it's more like 3 stars. The staff are doing their best but the facilities are limited.

La gentilezza e disponibilità della direttrice Claudia. L'hotel si trova sul mare e dalla sala ristorante si può godere di una bellissima vista della costa. La colazione è abbondante e di ottima qualità, al pari del servizio in sala.

La spiaggia sotto l'albergo è molto affollata. C'è solo un piccolo baretto. Inoltre nel bagno in camera c'era solo l'essenziale. mancava un gancio per gli accappatoi.

Il vero valore aggiunto di questa struttura è la manager Claudia cui va una menzione speciale. Ha organizzato ogni attività e risolto ogni problema rendendo il.nistro soggiorno fantastico!

Questo albergo si è rivelato una scelta vincente. Posizione ottima, a due passi dalla spiaggia e tramite il cancelletto privato si risparmia un ulteriore pezzo di strada. La spiaggia è molto piccola e affollata, motivo per cui abbiamo deciso di affittare ombrellone e sdraio allo stabilimento dell'hotel (si, purtroppo sono a pagamento e non inclusi con la camera). Colazione di buona qualità e per noi più che sufficiente come scelte. Dolce e salato entrambi presenti, ottima varietà di marmellate, bacche e semi. Veramente un buffet molto curato. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante dell'hotel per una cena, buono ma per i nostri gusti troppo gourmet. Il tiramisù eccezionale comunque. Intorno alla struttura c'è solo un bar sulla spiaggia, che abbiamo ampiamente sfruttato per la pausa pranzo, e un piccolo ristorante pizzeria sempre lungo mare, ma entrambi fanno orari sicuramente non turistici. Anche il ristorante dell'hotel chiude alle 22. Sicuramente è un posto ottimo per chi cerca tranquillità e nessuna movida, diversamente bisogna spostarsi con la macchina anche solo per un drink post cena. La camera grande il giusto, con bagno privato, pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. I parcheggi sono pochi, solo 10, tutti gli altri devono parcheggiare bordo strada. Nel weekend, orario spiaggia, non sempre è semplice perché la gente, per non pagare il parcheggio della spiaggia, tende a parcheggiare in quella via. Tuttavia con un po' di pazienza abbiamo sempre trovato anche a tarda notte. Personale gentilissimo, dalla reception, al ristorante, agli addetti al rifacimento camere. Davvero 10+. Claudia poi super in tutto Dovendo tornare a Sant'Antioco riprenoteró sicuramente in questo hotel.

Solo un piccolo consiglio. Essendo un albergo sulla spiaggia nelle stanze è necessario uno stendino per poter stendere costumi e asciugamani. Noi ci siamo dovuti ingegnare un po'. Sarebbe gradito un filo per stendere o uno stendino. E poi, punto di vista personale ovviamente, il prezzo di ombrellone e lettini è un po' troppo caro per gli ospiti con le camere.

Le personnel était très gentil. La vue était magnifique. La nourriture était excellente. La mer était sublime.

Camera junior suit con ampissima veranda coperta e vista mozzafiato sulla baia, durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo avuto una notte di pelnilunio e quindi una vista da cartolina!! Ristorante di ottima qualità e prima colazione con ogni ben di dio!!

Vuole essere solo un feedback migliorativo, avere dei posti auto riservati anche in strada per il parcheggio delle auto.

The hotel location near to the sea is great. The breakfast was good and the view from the restaurant really nice! However, they gave us rooms in the reception floor, one could hear every conversation at the reception or people coming, which was particularly disturbing early in the morning or late in the evening. On top, the rooms had view to the parking lot, not particularly nice because you could also hear every car parking or leaving, or cars passing. Further, one of our two rooms did not have blinds, so it was too bright early morning. Add the noise to it, not a perfect rest... So, if you come here, make sure you can choose a room not in the lobby floor and not looking to the parking side! Otherwise, rooms are not large but is ok, as one does not spend much time in the room, except for sleeping (or trying to...). Nice pool area and kind personal. We also booked a typical sarda dinner and it was very nice!

Clean, high quality food and drink, and friendly and professional staff. The pool was very good specially for families with children. The beach itself was exceptional 🙂

Lokalita je krásná. Ubytování pěkné a bazén perfektní. K moři, které je mělké a čisté, je to opravdu kousek. Snídaně byly pestré, v nabídce byly i místní potraviny a čerstvé ovoce.

Struttura molto curata, camera vista mare bellissima ed accogliente, staff estremamente cordiale e professionale.Entrambi i receptionist ci hanno accolto con tutte le info necessarie per fare un veloce tuffo in spiaggia prima della cena. Ristorante da fare inviandia ad uno stellato, staff super cordiale! Abbiamo scelto per caso questa struttura per la vicinanza alla spiaggia ma adesso dopo aver soggiornato al Lu Hotel Maladroxia credo che non potevamo scegliere meglio nella zona! La prossima volta prenoteremo per più di una notte.

The first room I was assigned was right on the street with only one window facing the cars in the parking lot. Luckily I was able to change room. The restaurant space was pretty tight. But breakfast food was excellent!

Un bellissimo hotel in una posizione invidiabile, fronte mare, con la spiaggia riservata e una comoda piscina. La colazione è molto varia e le camere sono ampie e comode. Una menzione speciale per lo staff della reception, soprattutto le ragazze sono state gentilissime e tutti sempre pronti a dare una mano con suggerimenti e proposte. Consiglio questo hotel a tutti e ritorneremo sicuramente con la mia famiglia

Gli ombrelloni dell'hotel nella spiaggia si trovano troppo vicini tra di loro e creano inevitabilmente... tensioni tra gli ospiti a causa del poco spazio tra gli sdrai.

Ottima posizione affacciata su una splendida spiaggia. Colazione eccellente ed eccellente il ristorante, uno dei punti di forza della struttura. Camere soddisfacenti per dimensioni e silensiosita'. Molto curato il verde e tutta la struttura estremamente ordinata. Ma secondo me il vero punto di forza e' nello Staff: attento, competente, professionale.

Peccato che nell'hotel non ci sia un'area comune. Un po piccoli gli armadi nella camera

Bellissima struttura ben curata,posizione invidiabile sull'isola di Sant Antioco. Spiagga dell'omonima Maladroxia a due passi,merita una visita ed un bagno. Ciononostante dalla struttura si raggiungono tutti i paradisi della costa del Sulcis,da Tuerredda a Masua. Lo staff eccezionale,professionale,gentile,genuino e sempre disponibile. Noi in mezza pensione ci siamo gustati l'intero menù ed anche la serata Sarda,con piccolo supplemento è stata molto gradita. Ottima e varia la colazione, camere confortevoli e pulitissime. Che dire,super consigliato.

Dover partire per tornare a casa

Praticamente tutto, dalla stanza vista mare alla posizione a due passi dalla spiaggia. Ma il vero valore aggiunto di questo albergo sta nel suo staff a partire da Claudia, GianMarco e tutti gli altri a seguire. Viaggio molto sia per lavoro che per diletto ma non credo di aver mai trovato uno staff più gentile e disponibile di questo

Nulla, solo suggerirei di aumentare la qualità di certi prodotti a colazione, come ad esempio i succhi che non ci sono proprio piaciuti. Per quanto mi riguarda preferisco una minore scelta di prodotti e una migliore qualità

Une chambre confortable avec une jolie vue sur la mer . Un personnel très aimable et attentionné tant à la réception qu'au restaurant . Une piscine très agréable et une plage facilement accessible . Un petit déjeuner plaisant et une cuisine raffinée.

Bien qu'un cuisine raffinée soit plaisante , il manquait au restaurant quelques plats sardes simples toujours appréciés en vacance .

Il soggiorno presso l'Hotel Lu' Maladroxia è stato semplicemente perfetto: struttura sul mare molto bella, personale estremamente gentile e disponibile, colazione buonissima e ristorante ottimo. Molto comodo lo stabilimento sotto l'hotel, presso la bellissima spiaggia di Maladroxia. Ottima posizione per visitare i dintorni di Sant'Antioco. Assolutamente consigliato!

Die Lage ist gut, wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte. Um abends etwas zu erleben, ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen und man muss in die umliegenden Orte fahren.

Hôtel à dimension humaine, avec un personnel bienveillant et à l’écoute. L’établissement est à proximité de la plage. Une belle parenthèse loin d’un tourisme de masse .

Le seul sujet est la cabine de douche, qui dénote de tout le reste.

Employees were extremely friendly and supportive. Special thanks to Marco from the reception and Matteo from the restaurant. Hotel is very close to the beach and has it’s own utilities like sunbed, umbrella. I highly recommend to book with dinner. They were really delicious.

Wir hatten zwei tolle Zimmer mit Meerblick. Man kann am Strand auch vom Hotel Liegen mieten. Haben wir nicht gemacht, weil wir andere Strände mit dem Mietwagen erkunden wollten. Der Pool ist richtig schön, sauber und sehr gepflegt, die ganze Anlage allgemein auch. Frühstück ist kontinental und für Italien sehr gut. Es gibt jeden Morgen auch Rührei und Bacon, man kann Cappuccino oder Espresso bestellen und auch Obst und Joghurt ist immer im Angebot, auch sehr leckerer Kuchen. Das Abendessen mit 3 Gängen ist sehr stark und es gibt auch immer einen Cocktail im Angebot. Das Personal im Restaurant ist total klasse und man merkt, dass sie zusammen Spaß bei der Arbeit haben.

In einem Zimmer hatten wir leider einen unangenehmen Geruch, wir dachten zuerst an Rauch (als ob jemand in dem Zimmer mal geraucht hätte). Keine Ahnung, später hatten wir aber das Gefühl, dass der Geruch nur auftrat, wenn die Klimaanlage in Betrieb war. Da wir es nicht genau definieren konnten, haben wir uns nicht dazu bei dem wirklich ausgesprochen hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Personal beschweren wollen. Wer abends nach Strandpromenade mit italienischem Flair sucht, dem ist der Ort vermutlich etwas zu ruhig. Uns hat es für eine gute Woche Auszeit als 4köpfige Familie mit schon großen (erwachsenen 😉) Kindern gut gefallen.

C’est notre 2eme séjour à Lu Hôtel . Tout était parfait, nous avons eu une suite avec une très grande terrasse face à la mer , le restaurant de l’hôtel est excellent, les cocktails en particulier ! La plage est à 5mn de marche avec accès à la plage privée . Le personnel est très sympathique, disponible et parle français ce qui est un plus pour nous

Schöne Lage am Strand, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Das Abendessen war unser Highlight und das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Urlaub sehr genossen.

This was our first time visiting Sardinia, so we booked a bit "blindly," but we were so happy with our 5-night stay at Lu Hotel Maladroxia! The location is a major plus, it is incredibly close to the beach, and the sea is absolutely amazing. While you do have to pay extra if you want a beach umbrella and two sunbeds, it is 100% worth it. Plus, having clean toilets and showers close by on the beach is a huge convenience. The hotel's swimming pool is great, and the breakfast was truly amazing with plenty of options. We had a wonderful introduction to Sant’Antioco. Ps: A big thank you to Giada and Marco for advising us on different places to visit! 🏝️

We booked a garden view room through Booking.com, but when we arrived, the only available room was facing the parking lot with no balcony. You couldn't keep the curtains open because everyone could see inside, which wasn't ideal traveling with two kids and having beach items to dry. However, we spoke with Marco and his colleague, and they found a solution for us. For the following nights, we were moved to a very nice room and absolutely loved our stay! Tip for families: If you travel with kids, we highly advise booking half-board. Eating at the hotel restaurant or the surrounding restaurants can get very expensive; though this is true for all of Sardinia, not just this hotel!

One one hand we liked the calmness of the place, but the hotel is not in walking distance to the city.

Ótimo hotel , muito confortável, ótimo café da manha. Localizado em uma praia bonita. Tem estacionamento privativo gratuito. O restaurante do hotel ( jantamos nas duas noites de hospedagem ) é excelente.

Hotel ze wspaniałym widokiem z każdego możliwego miejsca w obiekcie i obok niego. Przepiękny teren zielony wkoło hotelu. Basen bardzo czysty i zadbany. Niezwykle uprzejmy i pomocny personel. Szczególne pozdrowienia dla niesamowitego Marco :) Śniadania wyborne i przepyszna kawa z ekspresu. Czego więcej można chcieć. Polecam każdemu!

La posizione e il servizio

L’accueil était particulièrement chaleureux et bienveillant. La chambre est spacieuse avec un balcon avec vue sur la piscine et la mer. Le petit déjeuner était fantastique et très varié. Nous avons également profite du restaurant qui était aussi très bon.

Très bon séjour avec un accueil chaleureux en français, une superbe chambre avec vue mer et des repas soignés. Merci à l'ensemble de nos hôtes.

Sono stata anni fa in questo hotel e mi ero trovata bene, e anche questa volta la posizione si conferma il vero punto di forza. L’hotel si trova vicino alla splendida spiaggia di Maladroxia, in una zona davvero bellissima di Sant’Antioco. La struttura è organizzata su più livelli; gli spazi comuni interni non sono molto ampi, ma la zona colazione/ristorante è molto piacevole grazie a una grande vetrata con vista mare. La colazione è buona, anche se ricordavo una scelta un po’ più ampia. È presente anche una piscina, ma non l’abbiamo utilizzata perché abbiamo preferito goderci il mare e visitare i dintorni.

La stanza non era particolarmente bella: aveva un balconcino attrezzato, ma affacciato verso l’interno. Il bagno era piuttosto piccolo e presentava alcune rifiniture da rivedere, con segni di ruggine nella doccia e sullo specchio. Nel complesso, alcuni dettagli della struttura meriterebbero un po’ più di cura e manutenzione.

Vi älskade verkligen personalen på hotellet – de var otroligt trevliga, hjälpsamma och väldigt tillmötesgående. De fick oss att känna oss välkomna under hela vistelsen. Vi tyckte också mycket om hotellrummet samt området runt omkring. Det var lugnt och fint. Det var dessutom superbra med parkering precis utanför hotellet, vilket gjorde allt mycket smidigare. Frukosten var också väldigt bra, med ett fint utbud. Allt var rent och välstädat, vilket vi uppskattade mycket.

Det fanns egentligen inget som vi inte tyckte om. Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse.

We loved our time at Lu' Hotel Maladroxia, from the nice room, the tasty restaurant meals, to playing cribbage on their patio overlooking the ocean while having their nice house wine and olives. The friendly and helpful staff were a big amenity! Thanks for everything! The short walk down to the beach was perfect and we also checked out the old ruin up the hill. Very interesting history everywhere in Sardinia.

In der Nachsaison war leider nur noch eine Strandbar geöffnet, tagsüber. Abends gab es nur noch das Hotelrestaurantl. Wir würden dennoch jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Wunderbarer Strand mit sauberstem Wasser in 2 Minuten zu Fuss vom Hotel erreichbar, zu dieser Jahreszeit nur noch wenige Leute am Strand Aussicht vom Zimmer auf das Meer - der Aufpreis hat sich gelohnt! Frühstücksraum mit Aussicht auf das Meer - gutes Frühstück

La salle de bain est trop petite. La salle du restaurant fait plutôt penser à une salle de petit déjeuner par son agencement.

Two wonderful days spent in one of the suites with a large terrace overlooking the sea. The staff were kind and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, with well-prepared food, fresh fruit, and everything you could want for a great start to the day. We weren't supposed to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, but the menu tempted us, and we finally made it all the way to dessert. The food was excellent and beautifully presented, and the service was prompt. We obviously returned the following evening. Thank you for your hospitality and compliments to all the staff.

Trovare un difetto è difficile, presterei maggiore attenzione alla pulizia, in quanto raramente si trovava tracce di polvere per terra...ma ciò non ha assolutamente pregiudicato la nostra vacanza!

We stay in one of the suites with a sea view, a big room and a vast terrace. Breakfast was great, with all kinds of fresh food and a wonderful sunrise view of the sea. We decided to stay for dinner at their restaurant: what a lovely evening! The food was delicious and the service fast and impeccable so, we doubled the dinner the day after.
