Fantastic location, superb interior.

The staff definitely needs more training on what services should look like in a 5-star hotel. To share a small incident, during my stay every time I ordered delivery food, I had to call concierge and follow up multiple times to ask if they could deliver it to my room. Front office staff came off cold and impatient. Though, housekeepers were overall extremely friendly and helpful.

Zhuzhou is the hometown of my father so I have multiple trips been this city with my family. I must say Hilton hotel is one of the best high-end hotels in this city considering the downtown location as well as the river view. You can walk on the river side park and also find lots of delicious food in less than minutes. My mom loves the swimming pool in the hotel, very well maintained and clean.

My big family spent a very happy stay at Zhuzhou Hilton on 1/21/2023. They are very impressed with the service. Special thanks to Jie Tan at the executive lounge who was so kind and attentive. Hilton's service was always the best.

Well located Hotel in the middle of the city. Shopping and sightseeing very close by. The reception was very friendly and helped with every question. The rooms are spacious and offer a clean environment. The facilities are good and fitting to the size of this hotel. My experience in this hotel was very positive and I can recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to travel for business or vacation. I’m looking forward for another visit in this hotel. One thing I did enjoy a lot, as a diamond member I did receive a free upgrade in the room size. The few from the 32nd floor over the river and the city was beautiful. I am grateful for this upgrade and I loved every minute of my stay.

Very nice hotel, everyone was very friendly. Unfortunately we were there when the Coronavirus was breaking out and 95% of places were closed. Only one restaurant was open in hotel due to very few visitors. It was a lovely hotel!!

My wife and I stayed a couple night at this beautiful hotel while visiting my wifes parents in zhuzhou. Room was beautiful on the 35th floor with beautiful viwes of the city and river. Had a issue with air conditioner and the management was so quick to take care of situation offering us a upgrades room, and bringing orange juice and desserts to are room to say sorry for the inconvenience! A very big thank to the manager Martin Yu For being so helpful and sincere. My wife and I had to catch a 6am taxi to the teain station, when we came down to lobby a wonderful young man broyght us coffee and some rolls to take with us!!!!!! Wonderful and caring staff!!!!! Wonderful place to stay!!!!!!!

Even though our stay in Changsha was brief it was from start to finish immaculate thanks to the team at Zhuzhou Hilton. We arrived late on and despite only having 20 mins to take in happy hour at the lounge the concierge team whisked us to our room and got us to the lounge for a good buffet meal and a couple of quick drinks. The room was outstanding and the hotel was so elegant I still wish we had been able to stay longer. Special mention to the driver who picked us up at Changsha airport after a long day climbing Tiananmen Mountain in Zhangjiajie. Driver was really courteous and full of information as we drove to Zhuzhou. This Hilton is a credit to the brand and I would absolutely come back one day.

Very good location. It is very convenient to central of the city. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast had lots of choices. Food quality is good.Room is clean and comfortable. The view from hotel is beautiful.

The Hotel Hilton of Zhuzhou, China is in a class all by itself in every category. If you are travelling anywhere near Zhuzhou stay here and you'll understand my high praise and why I rank it as the best hotel I've ever stsyed in. Ask for the Manager Julie

Situated on the river and next to a mall this modern and well appointed hotel is a great stay in Changsha. Very clean and high quality decor and finishings. The rooms are big with full bath and shower. Top quality bed and duvets. The restaurant is big and offers lots of both eastern and European foods. My stay included breakfast and dinner. The food was really good. Not to many staff speak English but that was not a problem for me. They are very friendly anyway. The location is also close to a walking route along the river and the mall has some nice restaurants and shops. All considered the room rate is also very good.

You can definitely stay at this Hilton with no doubt. Staff is helpful and eager to assist, location is good, and all the amenities such as gym and pool are pretty good. Breakfast is good, though I think they can do better on American breakfast options. Special call out to Iris from Conceirge for providing assistance whenever neded. As I mentioned, a Hilton property definitely worth staying at.

1. Stayed in two rooms during my two-night stay. Both rooms had dirty carpets. You could find finger/toe nails, seed shells, etc. on the carpet. 2. #3111 room has a bad lock. When using the room key (card), it would flash as yellow light and the lock would click inside without the door opening. It would take 3-4 tries before I could open the door. Spoke with the front desk about this issue but the problem still exists later. 3. I paid at the rate of executive type room on first night and changed to a normal type room on second night. These two types of rooms are exact the same, except that the executive room has a better view of the river (not beautiful at all, to be frank). I stayed at 23rd floor, far from the executive floor on 38th floor. The price I paid on first night almost doubled that on second night. I did check with the front desk and was told the executive rate includes access to executive floor which I did not use at all. 4. Had to answer twice the phone while in shower, and it turned out the front desk called a wrong room.

(1) Want to thank the wonderful Restarant manager David Dai For being such a wonderful host, I was a little upset seeing somebody smoking inside the hiltons Chinese restarant, David came to are tables calmed me down Explained to me the local culture and restaurants tolerating to habit. Could not find my favorite dish which is kung pao chucken, david said he would have the chef make it special!..It was fantastic! After are delicious meal David brought out a wonder assortment of fresh fruit! He said it was complimentary and apologized for the cigarette smoker!!!! Thank you David that really my evening! (2) Thanks for Jasmine custamar service manager for helping resolve 2 issues in are room. No hot water in the shower- She immediately called a gentleman that came to room and fixed the problem, also are desk chair was full of ink...she promptly had it removed and brought a new one into the room! Jasmine was very apologetic and offered us a complimentary breakfast in the morning! Thank the both of you for keeping the HILTON BRAND!

Great hotel,with great location in city center. Highly recommend. executive lounge can have a little better Western food selection. There is no business center aven the signs all there I needed to print some documents,but no luck.

Arrived late at the hotel after 9pm on Aug 15 for a biz travel, and wrong room type was booked. The front desk manager on duty was a young lady, patient and attention to details. She recommended a proper room type to me and my colleague, with moon cakes as gifts! That was a little sweet surprise. After check-in procedures, she showed us all the way to the mooncake pick-up spot. The room was clean and I liked the scent of soap and shampoo. Breakfast was not great but still good. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Good hotel and decent staff 谢谢! Would recommend to anyone without reservation

I recommend to all of you, stay in Hilton Zhuzhou. Best quality in comfort, location and staff, close to the city, Nice view from the hotel to the river side and good facilities such as fitnees, SPA, summimg pool and much more.

Stayed two nights in the Zhuzhou Hilton. From the moment I arrived to getting a taxi to leave, the staff were fabulous. Vivian Zhang at the front desk answered all of my questions and found out about the TV Tower for me. She also tipped me to the night food market near the hotel, which was a great experience. Iris helped me locate a laundry and gave me good directions for a morning walk. The hotel is gleaming. I had a magnificent room - 3530, which has a corner view. The bridge at night is mesmerising. The pool is great for laps. Breakfast was expansive and I enjoyed my tailor made omelette. Very fine place to stay in Zhuzhou.

Very friendly staff and chef, clean rooms what else can you ask for :). They accomodated my weird demands for food and quality with a smile. Happy that I stayed here, Will come back to stay here again..

All in all a recommendation: The new hotel, right at the riverside, offers undoubtfully an international quality level. The lobby already offers a clean, inviting environment. The rooms are well sized, well equipped and the view over the river is remarkable. For breakfast - despite the nice scenery view - I would not recommended the executive floor. The choices are very limited up there. The air conditioning was unfortuantely not cooling down the room as expected. The free WiFi was disruoted from time to time. The staff is very freindly and makes the stay enjoyable. In summary: Somewhere between 4 and 5 points. I had a good day today, so I rate it 5.

My visit on arrival was pleasant with front desk staff very helpful and the room was good. Food was also good and all staff in the dining room were great. The problem happened when I was asking for a hotel car to take me to the airport next day. The concierge did not speak English well but that was OK with me he was helpful and because he took me over to the front desk so they could help. This is when things went wrong. I was waiting approximately a metre from the desk but inline next to be served because the young girl was on the phone and to give her some personal space for her conversation. She finished the call and I stepped forward but another man pushed in front of me (came from the side) and in a normal voice I indicated that he had pushed in and I wanted to be served before him. The front desk girl asked me to wait my turn and then in addition her work colleague also raised her voice and asked me to wait my turn. Obviously extremely displeased and offended I left and asked for the manager. The manager offered me a bowl of fruit and thought this would make me go away. However I continually indicated to her that I wanted an apology from the two girls and for them to be retrained to ensure people waiting get served first and to stop people pushing in as often happens. However, this seems to be controlled in cities like Shanghai and Beijing were front desk staff ask anyone pushing in to get back in line. As a polite and considerate person I was very offended that it was implied I pushed in or to wait my turn when clearly I was the next person that should of been served. The ridiculous bowl of fruit as a bribe was even worse. Eventually booked the car to the airport. On another point the bar is great, however they never clean the tables after people have been. Therefore dirty tables everywhere and you have to sit at other tables out of the way. It would be great t see tables cleaned immediately after people leave so that new attending people can sit at the prime tables.

Convenient location (shops and restaurants nearby), friendly stuff all around, and good food selections (western and local). If you just wanted to experience current daily life and convenience in China, go to small cities like Zhuzhou. Local people told me that she took her Mom there for lunch several times and really liked the food..

Good place for Westerners to stay in Zhuzhou. We used Hilton points and were easily able to get an executive level room, which was large. King bed for me and hubby. Teenage daughter slept on a couch in a separate living room space. Extra half-bathroom with toilet and sink. No stale smoke smell in the room, which is hard to find in a hotel in this city. Hotel is new so things look really good, though management needs to work on upkeep and maintenance. Small things like a damaged mirror and carpet that may need a good cleaning. Breakfast is good, but some issues like French toast not cooked through or crumbs left on chair from previous guest. However, this is a five-star hotel by Zhuzhou standards. Great location, with a lively mall adjacent and department store in walking distance. The river and river walk across the street are lovely.

Terrible air-pollution in surrounding atmosphere. Business Centre is closed and ceased to operate.

酒店地點好，但服務只有三星水平！酒店大門自動門壞的，我抱著小孩都沒有人開門，酒店像沒有員工似的，晚上叫送餐服務，叫牛腩麵，接電話的反過來問我餐牌幾号，餐牌沒注明辣的，已經說小孩食，不要辣的，上來都是辣的，換過，前後要一小時，送餐又不用餐車，床頭又沒有苹果手機音響。萬豪服務好好多！
