(1) The continental breakfast consisted of toasts, fresh fruit (e.g., apple, Korean pear, nectarine, orange, etc.) yoguht, coffee, fruit juice (e.g., orange or mango), eggs (e.g., boiled, scrambled, or pan-fried), and sausage. A tray of breakfast was brought up to our room. The owner's hospitality and friendliness were an added pleasuare to the breakfast. (2) Seorak Sunrise Park is within a walking distance (less than 1K). The park is clean. We could see the sunrise from the park every morning of our stay. (3) The pension is within a walking distance from Handomun Cafe (100 m); Seoraksanro Cafe/Bakery (less than 1 K); and Seoraksanro Korean Food restanrant (next to the Seoraksanro Cafe). All great eateries! (4) We travelled without a car. It could be accessible by from Sokcho Express Bus Terminal or Sokcho Intercity Bus Terminal and to Seorak Mountain.

L'emplacement entre Seoraksan et Sokcho ( environ 15 minutes pour l'un ou l'autre). L'accueil sympathique avec des infos sur les visites et les restaurants. Le petit déjeuner ( un peu tard pour nous : 7h45 au plus tôt) mais très bien. L'espace, la clim, le wifi, le thé et café dispo.

Pas très confortable pour 2 des 4 places car comme prévu il y a un lit double ( dans une belle chambre) et 2 futons améliorés ( avec petit lit de camp) à mettre dans le salon ou la mezzanine "pour enfants " basse de plafond et accessible par une échelle ( super pour des enfants de 6 à 12 ans ).

Prachtige plek, mooie grote kamer, goed ontbijt. Ideale plek om vanuit op pad te gaan.

Appartement confortable, propre, spacieux , joli , dans la campagne. Facile à trouver. Le responsable accueillant et de bon conseil . Le lieu bien situé entre le parc et les plages animées. nous étions en voiture. Je conseille vivement.

Super comfy bed! Breakfast delivered to our room was a lovely, unexpected surprise. Location was nice on the outskirts of the city on country road. It was nice and quiet at night. Easy access to the national park and beaches!

Nothing stood out in a bad way, it's a fantastic spot. It may be more comfortable to drive a crossover vehicle instead of a sedan as the roads are a little bumpy.

A wonderful host who informed us about all the possible tours and sights in the area. Great location between the national park and the city. Highly recommended.

Really great stay.

The host was incredible nice and supportive. He did everything to make our stay comfortable - from organizing tickets, restaurant recommendations, calling a taxi,... The room was well equipped with everything you need and very clean. The beds were comfortable and we liked the balcony with a view of the mountains. The recommended restaurants very really nice and some of them in walking distance. We especially liked the beef BBQ restaurant. The location is in between the town and the nationalpark. The bus leaves at the main road, which is convenient. Also going by taxi is easy and affordable. We would have really liked to stay longer :)

Casa Seorak was a highlight of our trip. We were greeted upon arrival and the host shared his favorite places to visit and to eat. We were provided a delicious breakfast every morning, the view was fantastic, and the room was so open and spacious! Thank you to our incredible hosts for their warmth and kindness. Such great hospitality. Highly recommend and hope to return one day :)

schöne Lage zwischen Nationalpark und Stadt, so ruhig, dass man mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte. Nette Aussicht ins Grüne, mit Balkon, auf dem wir unser Frühstück eingenommen haben. Das Frühstück wurde auf einem Tablett geliefert und hatte Brot, Ei, Früchte und Joghurt. Kaffee, Tee stand zur Selbstbedienung bereit. Sehr lecker!

Tout d’abord l’accueil était chaleureux, Juho est un hôte très sympathique et souriant. La chambre en elle même est très confortable et sa petite cuisine très pratique. Le petit déjeuné est copieux. Le jacuzzi est la cerise sur le gâteau . Le B&B est à une assez courte distance de Sokcho et à quelques kilomètres du Parc (somptueux)

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal hier und es hat uns wieder gut gefallen. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber zentral. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und ist gibt ein nettes Frühstück. Der Whirlpool war klasse und die Empfehlungen für die Gegend ebenso. Vielen Dank!

Le logement est agréablement situé à l'extérieur de la ville. Il est conseillé d'avoir une voiture pour s'y rendre. Quelques restaurants sont néanmoins disponibles directement à pied. L'hôte est très accueillant et prend le temps d'expliquer la région. Le logement était vraiment bien. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et le calme des lieux. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans la chambre par le propriétaire.

The B&B is a small paradise in the green sourroundings of Seoraksan National Park. Much nicer to stay here than in the city, lovely host, nice rooms, super clean

Taxi vom Stadtzentrum bzw. der Natur, dem ältesten Tempel und Wandetstrecken erreichbar. Leckeres Frühstück, selbst gemahlener Kaffee. Toller Ausblick vom Balkon. Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. We loved the quietness of the area but still walkable distance to the shuttle bus or easy access for Ubers.

This is a great location to get up seoraksan national park, 10-25 minutes. Was also easy to get to downtown Sokcho with a car. The breakfast was yummy and the rooms very comfortable.

Amazing stay. Good host with great food recommendations and for recreational visits there is lots to do. The room was clean, the hot tub comfortable and breakfast was delightful.

The hosts are so kind, they make a beautiful breakfast and deliver to the room! We stayed in the Family Suite, which was beautiful, spacious, welcoming, and well cared for. The whole place had a wonderful feeling to it, and it is perfect for visiting Naksansa Temple, Seoraksan National Park, and Sokcho, essentially right in the middle of all. The hosts gave us a map, suggestions for restaurants and hikes, all of which we took and made for a wonderful visit.

All the reviews said that the owner was super friendly and the food was amazing were right! They brought breakfast to our room in the morning (egg, sausages, toast with butter and jam, mango juice, yoghurt, and fruit). The owner also told us about the neighborhood and showed us everything in the room. The room itself was clean, spacious, and the view was lovely. We only stayed one night, but I'd love to camp out here a whole week one day 🤩🤩🤩

L'accueil et l'emplacement à l'extérieur de la ville en direction du parc Seoraksan. Accès facile en taxi et arrêt de bus pas trop loin. Appartement spacieux, joli décoration et un petit-déjeuner au top. Un très bon lit pour deux personnes, par contre la literie pour 4 personnes c'est sur des futons. Délicieux restaurant BBQ avec service impeccable à distance à pied de l'appartement. Egalement bonnes recommandations du propriétaire pour des restaurants en ville.

From the moment we arrived Juha went out of his way to make sure our stay was as good as possible, sharing a detailed list of recommendations for the local area and also an annotated map for the national park as we wanted to do some hiking in the morning. We had a pretty tight schedule and he checked all the bus times for us and made sure we knew how long each route would take, which was so helpful! The room was beautiful with breakfast brought up to us in the morning, which was a lovely touch. We left one of our belongings behind which Juha kindly posted to us afterwards, just another one of the many ways that they went above and beyond for us during our stay. Would highly recommend :))

The staff were very friendly and informative. The property is located close to the Seoraksan park. The whirlpool tub was a nice touch although slow to fill.

Wonderful host who kindly gave us local recommendations. The location is beautiful within easy reach to both Sokcho and the National park via bus or taxi. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious!

De eigenaar is ontzettend vriendelijk en spreekt Engels. We kregen meteen uitleg over wat leuke activiteiten zijn en waar je lekker kan eten. Dit waren zeker hele goede tips. De accommodatie is rustig en het ontbijt op je kamer was erg lekker. Al met al een fantastisch verblijf.

Het was heerlijk rustig, schoon en lekker ruim. Het personeel was enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De afstand tot de stad is 10 minuutjes rijden, dat vonden wij geen probleem!

Very clean big room with kitchen . The owner Juha was very friendly and kind and gave us tips for restaurants. Breakfast was included. Perfect accommodation in peaceful surroundings very close to Seorak national park.

The property is perfect, the only problem could be the distance from downtown. We had a car so it was perfect fir us.

This was our favorite stay of our trip. The host was so kind and helpful, the room was very cozy, full of personality and the view was stunning. The breakfast brought to our room every morning was such a considerate touch. We were so charmed by this Bed & Breakfast - cannot recommend them enough!

The owner is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond. He made sure we knew where all the good places to eat were, which buses to get, which walks to do with our children in the national park and what to see in Sokcho. He was so helpful. The accommodation was so lovely and really traditional which we loved and it felt so homely. It was peaceful and away from the town which we also loved but close enough to quickly get an uber or a bus in to town. He makes an amazing breakfast and went out of his way to accommodate for the children. I also asked him where I could do our laundry in Sokcho and instead, he did it for us in his home free of charge! He is so kind hearted and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. I would highly recommend 😊

Un grand logement avec un spa imposant! La déco est un peu kitsch mais j'ai aimé l'ambiance cosy. L'hôte est d'une gentillesse absolue et d'une grand ponctualité pour amener le petit déjeuner (qui permet de bien commencer la journée) au logement. De précieux conseils pour la visite du parc Seoraksan très facile d'accès en voiture et avec un arrêt de bus proche. Des recommandations de restaurants aussi (celui des sushis coréens en ville, vraiment top). Merci à cet hôte qui a rendu cette visite de Sokcho plus simple et agréable.

Host was very kind and attentive and went out of his way to welcome us and introduce us to the guesthouse and nearby sights. The breakfast was great quality and prepared with care. Good quiet location, a 5 minute walk to the bus stop to Seoraksan national park or Sokcho city and within walking distance of the seafront.

This place was a great fit for our family. Our room (the family suite) was perfect for us and our two children (ages 5 and 6). They loved sleeping and playing in the loft, and the room was spacious for us. The views of the ocean and mountains were lovely every morning and evening. No complaints about the jacuzzi tub either! On top of this, the property owner was top tier. He had a great orientation to the area for us, including a map and suggestions for using transportation. He never hesitated to help us get a taxi (we had some trouble with Uber in Sokcho). And on our day of departure, it was pouring rain so he drove our whole family to the Bus Station. He was warm, knowledgeable, and very kind to our children. He even left us a little gift at the end of our stay. This B&B was so far above expectations that I would change vacation plans in order to stay here again.

We had no complaints. There was nothing lacking in the room, the hosting, the location, or the breakfast.

Le personnel est très gentil : il vous donne une liste de restaurant, vous aide pour tous les trajets que vous souhaitez. Le petit déjeuner est très complet, il demande quel quantité vous souhaitez. Il appel votre taxi à la demande, il est très gentil et reponds à toutes vos questions. Le sol est chauffant et vous pouvez gérer la température.

Accueil très sympathique avec explications sur les restaurants et activités aux alentours. Chambre très confortable et bien décorée. Très bon petit déjeuner. Très bien placé entre Sokcho et le parc national Seoraksan.

I really enjoyed my stay there so much, it was the most spacious and nice place I had during my 4 weeks of travelling in South Korea. The owners are just sweethearts and so helpful. Closeby you‘ll find a couple of good restaurants in walking distance and the bus stop to Mt Seoraksan. Casa Seorak is an excellent choice between sea and mountains as the weather can be a little bit unstable as you have so many options for food.

The hosts are a wonderful and friendly couple. We arrived late and they waited for us to give us the room keys as well as explanation about Seoraksan park. The rooms are large and welcoming. Location is great both for Sokcho city but also to go to Seoraksan park.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Pension. Der Gastgeber ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und spricht perfekt englisch. Er hat uns gleich zu Beginn nützliche Informationen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants in der Umgebung und in Sokcho gegeben. Während unseres Aufenthalts hat er einen Mietwagen für uns gebucht und uns am Ende sogar zum Busterminal gefahren, da das Taxi zu klein für unsere vielen Koffer war. Wirklich ein großartiger Service! Vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ein leckeres Frühstück war inklusive. Die Pension liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Die Busverbindungen nach Sokcho und zum Nationalpark sind aber auch sehr gut. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Casa Seorak sehr genossen!
