קיבלנו קבלת פנים חמה ולבבית מאוד מאנשי הקבלה נריה ומוסטפה היו אדיבים מאוד וממש היה כייף להכנס ככה למלון, ובנוסף הלובי מאוד נקי ומזמין

לצערי נכנסו לחדר והמזגן היה על 30 מעלות חום בקבלה ניסו לטפל בזה וגם שלחו טכנאי אבל זה לא עזר ורק אחרי שעתיים העבירו אותנו חדר וזה קצת היה לא נעים אבל חייבת לציין שזאת תקלה שיכולה לקרות בכל מקום רק חבל שמהתחלה לא העבירו אותנו חדר

ציק אין בשעה 1600 וציק אוט בשעה 1200 פחות מ 24 שעות מאוד מאכזב

היה נדיררררררררררר הכול ,האוכל, המיקום , והמלון עצמו. מה שלא אהבנו זה שהעובדים של המלון , יושבים בקבוצה מחוץ למלון ומסתכלים יותר מידי על העוברי אורח ומסטאלבטים ( במקרה אני מבין ערבית ) וזה לא היה נעים כל-כך אבל היה חוויה כיפית של ממש, חוץ מזה הכול היה מצויין

Le petit-déjeuner était vraiment très bon. Pour être honnête, je m’attendais à beaucoup moins et j’ai été agréablement surpris. Apparemment, pendant l’été, avec la présence des touristes, le choix est beaucoup plus important, alors que durant le reste de l’année le petit-déjeuner serait plus réduit. En tout cas, pendant notre séjour, c’était vraiment top.

Le principal point négatif concerne le lit bébé. Je pense vraiment que l’hôtel devrait investir dans des lits bébé de meilleure qualité et surtout beaucoup plus confortables. C’est un détail important lorsqu’on voyage avec un bébé. Concernant l’accueil, l’expérience est assez inégale. Certaines personnes sont très agréables, mais certains membres du personnel à la réception, notamment certains hommes, peuvent avoir une attitude un peu froide ou désagréable. À la longue, c’est un peu gênant et cela ne donne pas forcément une impression très accueillante.

Location is nice and very central

Super loud at all hours of the day, including some loud guests that woke us up at 2:00 and then again at 4:00am. Both nights there were also teenagers and other loud groups out on the square. The bathroom is dirty and maintenance is very low, shower door wouldn’t close, some mould, vanity boxes that were already opened by prior guests, dirty coasters and shower doors and everything. Coffee capsules were from the groceries store (“Elit”) instead of Nespresso on a Nespresso machine (that was broken as well). All in all not a 5 star hotel

רק חבל שאין חניה ממש בבית מלון. אבל יש במרחק הליכה חניון בתשלום דרך המלון

ארוחת הבוקר עשירה ומפנקת החדרים מרווחים ומפנקים מיקום מצויין במרכז העיר .

הכל היה ממש אחלה נהנינו מארוחת הבוקר, מהמבחר, המגוון והטריות. השירות היה אדיב, החדר היה נקי מסודר וממש יפה , מה שביקשנו נענו בחיוב

הכניסה לחניה ממש קשה, תמיד יש פקק ארוך, במיוחד ביום שישי, ההמתנה להיכנס לחניון ממש ארוכה

Managerial staff. They never responded to me x2 when I was told that they would. It’s the 4th time to the hotel and that’s very disappointing

הגענו מאוחר בלילה בגלל תקלה במקום אחר. קיבלנו יחס נעים מאד בדקו לנו קודם את החדר ואז הגענו לחדר מרווח ונקי. ארוחת הבוקר היתה טעימה עם נוף תצפית מקסימה. שמרו לנו על התיקים בזמן שיצאנו לטייל בעיר. היחס היה לבבי ומשמח.

I came here last year with my husband and we truly enjoyed the hotel, location and staff. That is why I booked here again for a meeting. So disappointing from last year. Rude staff, so un helpful, just a bad vibe so I won’t be back.

Think twice about staying at Herbert Samuel’s!! 10 days ago my brother booked booked us and his whole family 6 rooms at the Herbert Samuel’s for a family function! His son turned on the aircon and it blew out black dust that covered his whole bed as well as all his clothes in an open suitcase!! They then moved him to a second room where the TV was boken and the remote control was basically broken in 2 and help together with old stick disgusting tape!!..the shower door did not even close resulting in water ALL over the floor like a flood! Not too mention the windows that didn’t close! They then moved him to a third room! All in ONE night. They offered my brother a ILS 600 refund after booking 6 rooms for 2 nights! If you want your trip ruined then go ahead book at Herbert Samuel’s! Disgusting service, zero empathy and ZERO CHANCE OF A RETURN TRIP!!

Nice room, nice location in the center

Facilities are not maintained properly (broken button in the air con, wires in the elevator). Not a big selection in breakfast. Had to wait 10 minutes for a barista to make my coffee (not delivered to the table)

I am a member of Setai - HerbertSamuel and entitled to 15% discount on my month birthday so i booked in Jerusalem 31-5 to 1-6 2026 At check-in, no 15% discount. The people at the counter claim they can not do anything with this reservation and i need to call the reservation center. I did, but long waiting time pushed me to give up. I here to enjoy. So i decided to pay the full amount and start my Jerusalem program. The lady at reception, Shani, contacted her manager Adi and explained this. This guy was helpful and actually did what the receptionist had to do from the beginning and called me to confirm the refund of 15% on my credit card. All good. Room comfort was OK. Breakfast OK - nothing special. The next day, check out and i really saw on my bill the refund. On our way back, i get a call from the hotel telling me that the hair-dryer in my room disappeared and that i will be charged 250SH. Woow - i am a thief !! I am not even sure that the hair-dryer was there at the first place. Imagine how furious i am when i see the charge on my phone. I call back, ask to speak to a manager. No manager available the guy says. This is not true. There is ALWAYS a manager on duty 24/7 in every hotel. I insisted telling him i will come back the the hotel. After a few mins, i am talking to the manager on duty and he starts to explain me that if something is missing they charge. This is TOTALLY unacceptable from a hotel this level. I explain the i did not take anything out of my room and that i am deeply hurt from this attitude. The manager assured me that he will cancel the charge and refund. A few days later, i got both the birthday refund and the 250SH charge back. Despite that, I was VERY disappointed with this event and will never go back to Herbert Samuel hotels. THIS IS NOT A WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS. If you don't take care of your customers, somebody else will.

מלון עם אווירה נעימה, נמצא שתי דק הליכה מהרכבת הקלה וצמוד להמון מסעדות וחנויות בגדים וכו, מיקום מצוין. בצ׳ק אין שידרגו לנו את החדר מה שהיה נחמד. החדר היה נקי ומסודר, מקלחת מאוד גדולה ומרווחת, שירותים נקיים. הארוחת בוקר הייתה סה״כ מגוונת וטעימה (המון מאפים, לחמים, עמדת חביתות, פיצות, יוגורטים וקינוחים קטנים, המון סוגי ירקות). העובדים היו ממש נחמדים . החדר כושר היה מסודר ומאובזר טוב יחסית -פתוח 24/7 שזה נחמד, הבריכה המקורה הייתה נראית טוב ונקייה. ממליצה!

המלון מפוצץ ילדים קטנים ומלא רעש, לא מתאים לזוגות, לא שווה את המחיר, מחיר יקר לתמורה.

Breakfast was delicious. So many options, really comfortable location and great service (I asked for a cappuccino and they brought it to my table). Fresh yummy breads. Lovely pool and perfect location.

The pool: cleanliness (there were many hairs the first day; the second day less so). Also the cleaning machine was still in the pool when we got in (which was exactly when it opened at 10; they should have had that removed way before opening time)(. There was a foreign object at the top left corner of the pool (looked like a broken piece) and one day a worker was painting the walls (fumes for the guests). I would have loved a bath as well.
