The staff is pathetic doesn’t know how to speak in English not even a single person speak english in this hotel. And the room is stinky dirty and the shocking part is AC was not working in any room i changed 2 and they say to open the window if you are feeling hot. This is not a hotel this is a PG house. Strange never recommend any one who are coming for leisure and business and ruin there vacation.

The room was good and spatiuous and the facilities of the hotel were very good.

I have been coming to this hotel since it opened and they have always looked after me fabulously, but they have outdone themselves on my latest trip. I have missed my trips to JiMo during COVID, but having not visited for +3 years Coby, senior management and all of the team have gone the extra mile to ensure my guest and I have been made as welcome as possible. Despite normal services not having resumed fully they have made special arrangements to meet all of our needs. Thanks to everyone for such great service 😃

Really a high standard hotel out of the ordinary, definitely will come back to this amazing hotel, excellent breakfast. Room is very clean and confortable, air condition is working good and make you fell really good.

Staying in Jimo was not on our itinerary but it was well worth the stay. The area Double Tree is located in is close to the railway station and a few small malls.

Four of us (my wife, two young sons, and me) stayed for a night at the start of August 2020. Some excellent things: Lovely room Very tasty food Nice swimming pool Other things: Many of the staff seemed angry all the time. I was told that this might be because of the local dialect, but it seemed strange. Nevertheless, I was very happy with the duty manager we spoke with. The hotel is lovely, but far from most tourist attractions. The VIP lounge was closed when we were there, but the hotel offered us a take-away from the evening buffet --- I was a bit surprised that they preferred this to us actually joining the buffet, but that's OK. If in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Doubletree Jimo is the perfect example of how international brands deteriorate in the hands of the Chinese... I’ve stayed at this hotel 10 times, good service gone now, with over 10 different issues! 1. Front desk Staff took 15 minutes to locate my reservation 2. Ordering room service... the burger arrived 50 minutes later, completely cold!! 3. Phone operator stubbornly refused connecting me to an English-speaking staff for over 10 minutes, while my (already. cold!!!) food room service was being held due to language issues 4. My hotel bathroom ran out of toilet paper. Nobody cared to check 5. Cleaning staff didn’t refill my shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. They must remember - foreigners shower with soap, not just with water! 6. Despite the non-smoking signs, there were cigarette buds near the lift on my floor. 10 hours later, they were still there, nobody caring to clean them! 7. Breakfast floor - it’s a standard for the receiving waiter to ask if guests want coffee or tea. The Chinese stuff didn’t bother - just left me waving my hands, which everyone ignored. 8. When leaving the restaurant - no goodbyes. Chinese staff were busy playing with their phones...

Came here on recommendation of local business. Was given a suite at cost of £95 a night. Large lounge and separate large bedroom. Room was clean and comfortable with no issues. Some staff spoke English so communication was fine. Local area is just that so get a flavour of non tourist China. Restaurant for Chinese food was excellent when I had a meal with colleagues in a private room. Breakfast was fine, mostly local style food but as a westerner I was able to find things to my taste. Overall good place to stay cost effectively if coming to Northern Qingdao.

We travel for work. This hotel service was extremely slow. Drink items at the bar were not available. What was available did not taste well. Not planning on returning to this hotel in the future. The beds are very uncomfortable and did not sleep well.

Booked this hotel unknowingly as was looking to stay nearer to the airport due to an early morning flight. Didn't know that it is in what the locals considered to be a suburban area of qingdao. But the hotel does deliver in terms of comfort and service. Was greeted with a cookie on arrival. And even gave us one when we checked out early as we didn't have breakfast yet. Really nice gesture from them. At the price, one can't really complain on the location. If you are looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city yet wanting comforts, this hotel is for you.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights for our 9 days trip to Shantung, first 3 nights after arriving Qingdao and last night before departing Qingdao, the location of the hotel is near to airport but too far from city centre, overall services were up to expectation but hotel need to improve their safe deposit box's maintenance, on both occasions of checking in, we found the safe deposit box in the room could not be used, and the hotel staffs tried to convince us to keep our valuables at the reception area, after we insisted to use the deposit box in the room, they took a long time to send someone to rectify it, we felt disappointed on arrivals after travelling long journeys .

Upon checking in the hotel wanted 1000 yuan for a deposit, i didnt know why? I asked about the morning breakfast that was included in my booking, and they said no, my room does not qualify for the free breakfast. Then i find out we cant use the pool due to maintenance, this was the main reason we wanted tgis hotel! Upon checking out they didnt want to give me my deposit back. They argued with me about needing to pay more. I explained i already paid through the internet, why do i need to pay 1000 yuan more? I finally demanded my 1000 yuan back which they unhappily agreed.

We check in late around midnte 12. The female staff struggling to put my 3 guests a room each. I am on businees trip 4 persons 4 rooms. In future if you booked many rooms for your guests , please pay attention, you might face difficulty as mine. Hope the management will improve it. Tq.

I must give this hotel the very highest review. I was upgraded to a suite on arrival which is obviously very nice. But the staff are just fantastic. Most speak some English which is a great help given my very poor Mandarin. And they can’t do enough to help you - they opened the buffet in the exec lounge early this evening just for me! And talking about the exec lounge, what a view! The pool is great, the gym well equipped. There is even a steam room (closed for maintenance at the moment), a super little sauna and a basic jacuzzi. Everything is spotlessly clean and pretty new. Breakfast was quite Chinese focused but that’s fine, this is China after all! The room I have is obviously very spacious. But it is also well equipped with two TVs, safe, lots of power sockets and even an electronic loo! The bed is very comfortable. The views from the 18th floor were great. There are banks right next door and a selection of shops including a 24 hr convenience store. I am struggling to find criticism. It is true that the bedrooms are a bit warm as a previous reviewer said, but if you close any curtains on the south side of the building it’s fine. If you need downtown Qingdao it’s not well placed, but great for the government offices and for factories to the north. A real gem. Well done to all the staff here, you’re doing a great job. I am very much looking forward to the rest of my stay.

주위에 아무것도 없고 차로 조금 가면 그나마 쇼핑몰 하나 나와요 직원들은 무뚝뚝하고 말도 잘 안 통해요 무엇보다 시내에서 1시간 30분 정도 걸려요 호텔 시설은 그럭저럭 괜찮고 저는 프리미어 룸에 숙박했는데 화장실이 쓸데없이 되게 컸어요 마땅한 교통편도 택시밖에 없는데 아무리 칭다오 택시비가 싸다지만 왕복 금액과 시간 생각한다면 그냥 시내 호텔 잡으시는 걸 추천드립니다 전 왕복 한화 5만원정도 든거같네요

I must say they did provide very good service. The housekeeping cleaner was very sweet, let me feel being home. Everything was perfect in here, not only due to its features, which quality I needn’t to particularly stress, but so much more for the hospitality and generosity of the staff.Especially thank to Echo She's always with great passion, very sincere, great team great work!

My fifth time staying at this Hotel and it is getting progressively worse every time I travel there. This will be my last time, I am certain. Even though this is a Hilton property (charging Hilton prices), it feels more like an inexpensive Chinese brand. No one, and I mean no one, speaks English well enough to understand basic customer needs. There are 20 people at the front desk at any given time and NOT SINGLE ONE of them is able to assist with most basic questions: could I have a bottle opener?, how about an extra towel?, etc. I am very sad to report that this Hotel staff is below incompetent. Management should take a good look at themselves first because they do not meet the standards expected at Hilton. Very poor.

Have stayed at Double Tree hotels in many cities I chose this as a safe option. The staff at this site are a credit to the management. Attentive, great language skills and always willing to help. Rooms are well appointed and spotlessly clean. Probably the best service I have received in a Double Tree hotel so far. Will be making this my first choice when visiting this area in the future. Hotel is a bit far from the airport. Hopefully, you get a taxi driver that knows how to get to the hotel...Hotel quite nice, very nice welcome.. Held breakfast open for us, as we flew in that morning from Shanghai. used a deluxe suite for meetings. Ample space quite vibrant and updated. The breakfast offerings were quite abundant and tasty. Stopped for an afternoon tea and was quite relaxing. Id stay again

中国山東省の出張で、帰国日前日は空港近くで快適なホテルに宿泊しようと思い、予約しました。 空港からは車で30分くらいなので、ホテルからのシャトルサービス（有料）があるとHotels.comに記載あったので、受付で依頼したところ。そんなサービスは無いとの事。 「いやいや、ウェブに書いてありますよ」と伝えても、「日本語サイトは私たち分からないから」と。 最終的にタクシーを呼んでもらう事で折り合いがつきましたが、空港までのシャトルサービスはありません（笑）。 施設、部屋はさすがヒルトン！と言えるくらい申し分ないくらい綺麗です。 残念ながら朝食は付けなかったので、後悔しています。 あと、ちょうど春節の終わりごろに宿泊したので、店がまったく開いていなく、夕食を食べるのに20分くらい歩いたところにある商業施設のレストランで食べました。 近くの商店は軒並み閉まっていたので、普段は分かりませんが、ロケーションはあまり良くないのかもしれません。

非常好！性價比一流！

It was our first venture to Qingdao after the much publicity post Beijing 2012 Olympic. It was a straight forward drive from the airport to the hotel. The Check-in was not as smooth as we had expected despite the fact the lead has been a gold member of Hilton Group hotels for a long period. The price was very reasonable for the standard and class of the hotel. After much to and fro, we eventually got our room keys. As it was late afternoon, the sun was shining and the room was heating up. There was no way to reduce the temperature as it was state mandatory to turn the air conditioning off in the rooms for certain period of the year. No matter how we tried, the temperature was creeping upward. We had a quick beverage in the executive lounge before venture out to see a remodel of the ancient city. The temperature in November was as expected with the chill set in. We had a quick snack upon returning to the hotel and there were plenty of the local brew ( TsingTao beer) available free. Room temperature crept up to 27 overnight and it was much cooler in the corridors than the room itself. Breakfast was in the restaurant with a range of food available, overall it was not too bad except they could not make a decent cup of English breakfast tea. The cup was too small and the water had been sitting in a vacuum vase. Eventually, I had to teach them how to make a decent cuppa tea. In the end, on our return 3 days later. I asked the restaurant manager (only western member of staff) to supply me a proper teapot so I can enjoy my morning cup of tea. On our checking out on the first stay, we made an official complaint with regards to the room temperature when the duty manager Jason asked how was the stay. I had taken photographic evidence of the room temperature and shown it to him. He was rather embarrassed by it and promised he will make sure we get a cooler room upon our return. To his credit, Jason had arranged cooler rooms for us and making sure we were well look after. Overall, staff were friendly and attentive with good knowledge of local area. We had an excellent local specitality yet inexpensive meal on our last night on their recommendations.

Far from restaurants and places of interest

Affordable price for such a high class hotel. However, there was not much entertainment nearby the hotel. About one hour drive from the airport. Transformed into a ghost town when darkness crept in. Internet connection kept disconnecting. Use vpn if you are a foreigner.

This property is brand new. The rooms are big and clean. I did eat at the hotel one night which was quite good. They were out of the duck which we had ordered and the chef came out personally to apologize and he was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again as it had a 7-11 type place nearby. Its in the center of Jimo so not right off the highway, but if you're going to Pingdu factories it's easier than driving all the way back to Qingdao. Big thank you also to Mr. Kelvin Huang one of the front office managers who went out of his way to make sure i had my boarding pass printed for departure, had proper directions and all my needs met while staying there. He was an excellent host who spoke very good english. He is an excellent asset to your hotel.

주변 관광지가 칭다오시보다 없고 접근성이 부족하나 호텔은 깨끗하고 좋네요

미숙한 프론트 데스크 서비스! 더러운 공용, 수영장 내 화장실!! 특히, 퇴실 후 호텔로비에서 가족을 기다리던 중 잠깐 졸았더니 메니져가 와서 호텔 이용객이 맞는지, 퇴실 했는지 확인 후 쉬고 싶으면 다시 방을 잡아서 쉬라고 했음! !

I have stayed at this particular DoubleTree over 10 times. Service, cleaningness and attention to detail are impeccable. Their gym and swimming pool are well-equipped. Recommend to all - will stay here again!

Very supportive team, had little issues, immediately adressed and solved. Hotel is in my opinion one of the best Hilton in China. There is nothing to complain from my side and i am looking forward to stay there again.

객실 내부 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 침대가 굉장히 안락했고, 욕실 또한 욕조, 변기, 샤워기가 각 칸으로 분리되어있어 청결하고 사용하기 편안했습니다. 특히 어메니티가 크랩트리 에블린ㅜㅜ다만 칭다오 시내와 굉장히 멀고, 주변에 관광할 곳은 딱히 없습니다. 공항까지 30분, 시내는 1시간 잡으셔야 해요! 호텔 자체로만 보면 훌륭했습니다 직원분들도 영어 잘하시고 친절하셨어요 아 조식 베이커리류도 만족스러웠습니다 ++30분 이상 거리는 99%의 확률로 택시 바가지를 당해 신고하고 난리도 아니였습니다...출발전에 무조건 요금 확인하고 타세요..

清潔で居心地の良い客室で旅の疲れも取れました。スタッフは親切でとても良いホテルです。もしまた利用する機会があればぜひ泊まりたいと思います。部屋にホテル内の施設案内があったのですが、場所や利用方法がよくわからなかったのが残念でした。ホテル内でマッサージのサービスがあれば利用したかったと思います。

I chose this hotel in order to be closer to the New Expo Center in Qingdao. Hotel is new (1 year old) and rooms are nice and big. Service is still poor, with difficulty of many to speak english. Even though restaurant is nice and big, food is just ok. Surrounding area has nothing at all. Just traditional chinese business that a foreigner cannot use unless accompanied by a Chinese. Anyways, for it's purpose I would stay again at the hotel for sure. Much better than 1,5-2,0 hours traffic from Expo Center until Qingdao city.

The room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The food at breakfast and dinner was mediocre at best. But, I would recommend people stay here for the pool and very friendly staff.

不在青島市中心,我住在海爾洲際酒店

칭다오시내와 먼 거리이긴하나, 지모시에서 일을보기위해 체류. 직원 친절하고 청결상태우수, 한등급위의 방을 사용해서인지는 모르나, 아주 만족함. 사우나 수영장도 깨끗해서 혼자서 업무후 쉬기에는 부족함이 없었음.
