Personal sehr freundlich und offen-Service wie Rezeption, tolles, vielfältiges Frühstück, Zimmer war riesig und wir haben ein kostenfreies Upgrade bekommen, Zimmer mit einem phantastischen Seeblick, obwohl das Hotel an einer Straße liegt, kann man toll draußen frühstücken, man kommt mit Schiff und Bus fußläufig in die Umgebung

Die Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein für diese Hotel Kategorie, einige Dinge im und am Zimmer müssten mal ausgetauscht und erneuert werden

J'ai apprécié l'emplacement, le design et l'aménagement intérieur de l'hôtel ; pour le reste, je ne sais pas trop quoi dire : lorsqu'on parle d'un espace spa, il ne s'agit pas simplement d'une douche froide, d'un sauna et d'une table de massage. Je ne regrette pas mon choix, mais je m'attendais à ce que l'expérience spa, du moins, soit synonyme de détente absolue...

Tout d'abord, bien que j'apprécie le travail et les efforts du personnel, certains employés devraient apprendre à s'exprimer plus clairement et plus poliment, avec le sourire. Lors du premier petit-déjeuner, j'ai commandé deux omelettes mais on ne m'en a apporté qu'une seule ; lorsque j'ai signalé qu'il m'en fallait deux, l'employé m'a regardé et m'a parlé comme si je n'avais rien demandé du tout — même si, finalement, j'ai trouvé sur place un jeune homme serviable avec qui le courant est bien passé tout au long de mon séjour. Concernant la propreté — et plus particulièrement celle de la salle de bains —, j'estime qu'au vu du classement 5 étoiles et du prix, le directeur de l'hôtel devrait effectuer des inspections. Il en va de même pour la piscine du spa : le deuxième soir, on pouvait voir des saletés et des cheveux d'autres personnes dans l'eau.

Mein Mann und ich haben zwei Nächte im Grand Hotel Campione verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir erhielten ein Upgrade auf ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit herrlichem Seeblick, was unser Wochenende natürlich besonders schön gemacht hat. Das Frühstück war sensationell: eine grosse Auswahl, hochwertige Produkte und ein rundum gelungener Start in den Tag. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir jedoch die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Alle waren jederzeit sehr höflich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Andrea von der Rezeption, der sich äusserst aufmerksam um uns gekümmert hat und mit seiner herzlichen Art wesentlich dazu beigetragen hat, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Den Spa-Bereich haben wir leider nicht besucht, er soll jedoch klein, aber fein sein. Sehr praktisch ist zudem die Partnerschaft des Hotels mit dem Lido in Campione, das von den Hotelgästen ebenfalls genutzt werden kann. (Dieselbe Bewertung haben wir auch auf Tripadvisor geschrieben)

The hotel staff were excellent, attentive and super nice. Their attention to detail and remembering each guest was fantastic.

Firstly, this hotel is not in Lake Como, guests should be very clear that this is a Lake Lugano property and it takes 45-60 minutes to get to most spots around Lake Como. Secondly, this is a dog friendly hotel which was very surprising to us. We had dogs barking in the room next to us up until midnight on some nights and then again from 7am. It made getting proper rest very difficult.

The staff was supportive to the max. They did everything they can do and more to make our stay exceptional

Our stay at Grand Hotel Campione was exceptional in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. The hotel generously upgraded us to a magnificent full suite, which made our stay even more special and unforgettable. The suite was spacious, elegant, immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail reflected the standards of a true five-star hotel. Parking is free of charge and valet parking is available. A very special thank you to Andre at reception. He welcomed us with a warm smile and immediately made us feel valued. He was clear, honest, highly professional, and genuinely caring. He explained everything perfectly and made the entire arrival experience smooth and enjoyable. Andre is truly an outstanding representative of the hotel. We are equally grateful to Laila, who assisted us in the suite. She was exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful. She showed us around, explained every detail carefully, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her warmth and thoughtful service made us feel completely at home. Everything about this hotel was flawless: the beautiful property, the luxurious suite, the cleanliness, the comfort, the atmosphere, and above all, the wonderful staff. This was much more than just a hotel stay; it was one of the most memorable highlights of our trip. Grand Hotel Campione exceeded every expectation, and we would return without hesitation.

Absolutely nothing. We genuinely could not find a single fault. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until the moment we left.

Besides the stunning view food and staff. I have never felt so well looked after, my room had the Most incredible view, every single member of staff went above and beyond, I unfortunately had a broken foot that happened in Italy. And The team of the hotel were nothing but wonderful I was so sad to leave. I’ll pay them a special visit when I return to Europe. I’ll never forget them and I’ll always be so grateful

La bienveillance du personnel et le restaurant incroyable. L’emplacement est agréable malgré une route qui passe devant mais très peu utilisée.

Dieses phantastische Hotel hat Campione zu einem besonderen Ort für uns gemacht. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Liebes Team: herzlichen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! Auch das Frühstück war richtig gut und nicht das übliche Hotelfrühstück . Hier hat sich jemand Gedanken gemacht und etwas Besonderes serviert. Wir haben es sehr genossen!! Auch an die Küche einen herzlichen Dank!

Die Lage an der Straße mit Blick auf Dixi WC. Kein Zugang zum See; Das zunächst angebotene Zimmer war winzig / mit fleckigem Teppichboden. Auf meinen Wunsch hin konnte ich in ein größeres Zimmer wechseln. Das Hotel kann dafür nichts, aber der Ort ist unattraktiv, das in der Nachbarschaft zum Hotel befindliche Casino ein scheussliches Beton- Monster. Ich bin einen Tag früher abgereist.

The staff was friendly and the room was a decent size

The hotel lacks communal areas such as a lobby, nice lounge bar. Even the breakfast spot is minuscule and very underwhelming. Generally I also found it all to be missing some reworks. The bathroom was falling apart and cupboards and walls clearly had a lot of use

We found the hotel by accident but it surpassed all our expectations

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Grand Hotel Campione! Wir wurden herzlich Empfangen,das Hotelzimmer war makellos sauber geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit frischer Bettwäsche ausgestattet. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön,das Menü war ein absoluter Genuss.Die Qualität der Zutaten ist exzellent die Küche versteht ihr Handwerk! Das Personal ist ein erstklassiger Service egal ob an der Rezeption oder im Service. Hervorzuheben ist der Supervisor Laila sehr freundlich hilfsbereit. Die Bedienung Chamari hat uns immer mit einem Lächeln empfangen, dieses Hotel können wir nur weiterempfehlen !

The staff were wonderful. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was very good, with many choices and the option for made to order eggs each morning. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the Lake and a balcony, which we very much appreciated. The spa was fabulous, as my husband and I were able to prebook and have a private spa just for us for 1 hour each day. The spa was cleaned by staff prior to our arrival and again immediately upon our departure. Wonderful experience!

The carpet in the room and hallways could use a refreshment.
