Merveilleux, le lieu est splendide et reposant. Waouh j'avais l'impression d'être dans ma maison tellement le personnelles a étais au petit soins, j'aimerais vous remercier ( Lhoucin, Aziz, les serveurs et les femmes de ménage).

Un lieu calme et confortable pour s'éloigner du vacarme de la ville. Le personnel est très accueillant et toujours disponible. La chambre est assez grande avec climatisation, le lit confortable et bien décoré façon traditionnelle. Un thé et des gâteaux sont offerts lors de l'accueil.

Le petit déj est bien mais composé d'articles manufacturés (fromage, miel en boîte, confiture en boîte,..), j'aurais préféré des composants beldi: huile d'olive, beurre beldi, miel, amlou,..

Breakfast was good but not among the best Moroccan breakfast we’ve had.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Riad Clé de Sol & Spa. The property is beautifully designed, offering the perfect blend of authentic Moroccan tradition and modern comfort. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The food was exceptional—every meal was fresh, delicious, and full of local flavors. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the incredible hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine warmth were simply out of this world. This was more than just a stay—it was an unforgettable experience. We would highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Morocco, and we can’t wait to come back!

The property was peaceful, beautiful, and surrounded by natural trees and birds. The room and bed were very clean and comfortable. La ubicación, en un Oasis que forma el valle, todo un vergel. Las instalaciones magníficas. Genial la piscina. El trato genial, Hussein muy atento en todo. El desayuno está bien. Sencillo pero completo. Cenamos juntos a las mesas de la piscina. El lugar es encantador, rodeado de jardines. Parking interior. Recomendable.

El acceso para llegar está en obras con el camino lleno de grava. No tiene nada que ver con el Rihad, pero se nos hizo un poco laberíntico.

Eine kleine Auszeit etwas "vom Schuss". Das Gelände ist gepflegt und man kann sicherlich gut von hier aus auf Touren Richtung Sahara/Marrakech/Atlas aufbrechen. Dachterasse hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die Bergkette. Alle vom Personal waren sehr zuvorkommend und äußerst aufmerksam. Insgesamt auch jederzeit auf dem Gelände oder außerhalb via Messenger erreichbar, was sehr angenehm für uns war. Hier war wirklich angenehme Ruhe. Pool lädt zum Sonnenbaden ein. Es gab ein ordentliches "Netz"-Babybett, was hoch genug war um das Einjährige mal sicher kurz abzulegen, danke dafür. Maniküre/Pediküre sehr zu empfehlen und wirklich ordentlich. Leider haben wir dort nur zwei Nächte am Ende der Reise verbracht. Hätten gerne verlängert, vielleicht ein andermal.

Das Hammam oder der Raum(?) in dem mein Mann seine Massage hatte war etwas kühl, das hätte sicherlich im Vorfeld etwas erwärmt werden können. Das Essen war "ok", es fehlt etwas kulinarische Finesse (und keine random Sandwichkäsescheibe auf unserem Hauptgericht, was für ein paar Lacher von uns sorgte). Es funktionierten keine Salzstreuer (mehrere Personen mussten nachfragen, woraufhin der Service einen Salzstreuer mal von unten öffnete - eine langfristige Lösung wäre das aber nicht, zumal das Problem wohl häufig auftritt?). Es sind also ganz kleine Details.

A small hidden paradise. We spent the most wonderful nights in a very spacious and cozy tent that radiated the best Moroccan flair one could imagine. The staff were as caring, kind, and attentive as anyone could wish for.

La gentillesse du personnel, le jardin magnifique et la piscine centrale. La suite familiale était exceptionnelle : spacieuse, tres bien décorée et aménagée.

Houssaine and Aziz are brilliant hosts, Always welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. They went out of their way to organise day trips for us and answered any queries we had. The tourism company has professional and courteous drivers-Rasheed, Hamza, Abdulhameed and Zachariah. Beautiful Riad.

Under the beds and furniture, there was a lot of dust. The hot water was unpredictable. Most days we would wait 10 mins for the water to warm up before we could shower. Some days we didn’t get hot water. The housekeeping staff didn’t give out fresh towels easily in the rooms or at the poolside. The door locks were tricky to use. The TV didn’t work but they managed to get that fixed. The heating didn’t work very effectively in our room when the weather became abit colder. The breakfast was good but very repetitive and limited. We got very bored after a while. The food on site was good but expensive.

Wir hatten wunderbares Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse und Blick auf den Atlas. Das weitläufige Gelände ist liebevoll gestaltet und Hossein, seine Frau und Aziz haben sich bestens um uns gekümmert

Für unsere letzte Station vor unserem Rückflug suchten wir eine schöne ruhige Unterkunft nicht zuweit weg vom Flughafen. Hier wurden wir fündig. Die Unterkunft ist von Aghmat aus durch Beschilderung gut zu finden. Die Anlage, der Garten und der Pool ist wunderschön gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls schön eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Great staff, lovely setting

A truly beautiful location, exactly as in the pictures, it almost feels like a royal palace. Don’t be put off by the road leading there; although you arrive via sandy tracks, the location itself is amazing and has a fantastic garden full of flowers. The rooms were spacious and beautiful as well, with a very large and comfortable bed. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Communication with the hosts, Houssaine and Aziz, was easy and efficient; they were always available via WhatsApp and regularly checked in to make sure everything was to your liking. The breakfast was amazing too, the best we had in Morocco, with fresh fruit, omelet and bread etc. We had dinner at the riad twice, which was nice as well. We found the lunch portion size on the smaller side. I booked a lovely hammam session with Rashida, who was very professional and took great care to adapt everything to my pregnancy. Besides the hammam and massages you can book day trips to Marrakech among others. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Nothing major to mention. However, to make the experience truly perfect, a bit more attention could be paid to the finishing touches, for example, refreshing the bathroom paint or upgrading the upper terrace area for the view on the mountains.

The staff is outstanding friendly. We had a very warm welcome. We were the only guests for the one night and got everything we need and asked for. The dinner was good and the breakfast with some extra wishes too. The area is so quiet and peaceful, the pool and the park are very beautiful. The rooms are spacious and in traditional design. On the check out day we got the possibility to relax at the pool for half a day. Definitely will come back here to stay longer.

Es gibt kaum bis garkeinen Stauraum im Zimmer und die Ausstattung wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise renovierungsbedürftig. Auch der Garten sowie die Gehwege könnten gepflegter sein

De rust in de prachtige tuin . Het was zo sereen

Wir haben sehr spontan spät abends gebucht, weil wir nach langer Autofahrt nicht nach Marrakesch rein fahren wollten. Sofort wurden wir per WhatsApp gefragt ob u was wir noch zum Dinner haben wollen, da die Küche bald schließt. Als wir dann ankamen, stand das Essen warm auf dem Tisch. Sowas haben wir davor u danach nicht mehr erlebt. Aus ursprünglich 1 Nacht wurden 3, und es hat uns unglaublich gut getan dort länger zu bleiben. Der Garten, die Unterkunft und das extrem freundliche Personal blieben uns auch nach der Reise im Gedächtnis. Ein besonderer Ort um die Zeit still stehen zulassen.Eine echte Oase. Wir waren 3 Wochen mit dem Auto unterwegs u das hier war bestimmt eines der besten Hotels die wir hatten.

Die direkte Umgebung ist ein eigenes Abenteuer, auf das man sich einlassen muss. Das Google Maps im Wirwarr der Felder und Zäune den Weg nicht findet, hatten wir so auch noch nicht erlebt.

Un endroit au calme , apaisant, à notre arrivée nous sommes accueilli avec un bon thé et des petits gateaux, une très belle piscine que nous n'avons pas pu tester car trop froide en janvier. Il y a un spa, il faut penser à réserver. Une très belle chambre spacieuse, une literie très confortable. Un très bon petit déjeuner marocain et un personnel très gentil et serviable.

Lovely stay at Clè De Sol & SPA. Accommodation is very spacious and comfortable. AC and WIFI were working with no issues during our stay. Beautiful scenery around, lovely pool and a very nice breakfast. Super friendly dog Gabi, who played with the kids around, and at times, in the pool :) Very friendly and helpful staff (especially Aziz) who helped us with transport arrangements. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

The location is quite remote and the nearest shops are about 15min walk. It would be nice to have a little shop/vending machine with snacks/drinks on the site. Also more options in the menu or different menu for lunch and dinner would be nice. We’ve only stayed for a couple of days but I can imagine that the food will feel very repetitive if we were to stay longer and there are no restaurants nearby.

The team at Clé de Sol were fantastic. We stayed over New Year‘s eve and Aziz and Houssaine went above and beyond to make the evening feel special for all guests. Beautiful property and lovely, clean rooms. Would recommend!

Sfeervolle kamers en vriendelijke gastheren. De kamers zijn compleet en schoon. De locatie heeft een rijke historie.

De locatie is een omsloten tuin in een omgeving waar je weinig kunt doen. Het eten is prijzig en er is niet iets anders in de buurt.

The location is beautiful! The garden and the facilities are magic. And last but not least: the great hospitality of Aziz and Housssaine!!

Fantastic place even in the wintertime. Friedly and helpful staff, splendid meals, interesting culture arround..

Due some mistake first night of our reservation we was transfered to another hotel in the surrondings which was just terrible - dirty and broken, under any civilized expectations. Happily Riad del sol compensated it with good dinner for our family and other bonuses. But anyway it means that there should be more carefulness with reservation system.

Останавливались на 2 суток. В целом всё прилично. Подход у персонала заботливый, территория отеля красивая. Но произошедший случай не позволяет мне поставить более высокую оценку.

1. В номере очень слабое освещение 2. Вода в бассейне градусов 12 - не больше. Плавать невозможно. Окунуться только и выбегаешь, как ужаленный. 3. Расположение не очень удачное, дороги плохие. 4. Моё самое большое разочарование... мы приезжали на машине. Машину можно оставлять на территории отеля, но для этого нужно проехать через открытые ворота. На второй вечер отдыха мы вернулись на машине с прогулки, было уже темно, часов 7 вечера. Подъехали к отелю, ворота закрыты. Я вышел из машины, прошел в калитку на территорию отеля, чтобы позвать кого-то. Попав за калитку очутился в кромешной темноте. Свет везде был погашен. Я сделал пару шагов и наткнулся на какой-то колодец, прикрытый деревянными листами (как потом оказалось), упал, ударился обеими ногами, сильно повредил ноги и палец на руке. Хорошо, что не провалился в колодец! Потом пришел сотрудник отеля, включил свет и открыл ворота. Я еще не понял, что произошло, поэтому не сказал о случившемся сотруднику. Нужно было оценить раны в номере. Я всегда вожу с собой большую аптечку, поэтому сам себе оказал первую помощь. При выезде сообщил о случившемся, но не стал сильно акцентировать на этом внимания. Но в итоге этот случай мне сильно испортил впечатления от отдыха. Прошло три недели , а у меня до сих пор синяки и боль при нажатии в местах удара.

We had an amazing stay here! The photos don’t do it justice at all - it’s absolutely beautiful. We stayed in Morocco for a month and this was our favourite place we stayed! The staff were also lovely and really went out of their way for us when my partner wasn’t feeling well - bringing room service to our room and checking in on how he was feeling.

Très bel hôtel, parfait pour se reposer. La piscine est magnifique et le jardin est un vrai havre de paix calme, nature et sérénité. Un lieu idéal pour se ressourcer après une journée de visite. Belle grande chambre.

Ons verblijf was werkelijk fantastisch! Het personeel deed er alles aan om ons verblijf onvergetelijk te maken.

Het enige 'mindere' puntje dat ik kan bedenken, is dat de matrassen voor mij wat hard waren.

Je fréquente cet endroit depuis 2018, un lieu magique où il fait toujours bon se poser et se reposer .. Merci à Houssaine et Aziz, pour l'accueil et les échanges, et leur volonté de bien faire malgré un management qui aujourd'hui, n'est plus sur place, mais apportait précédemment un plus qualitatif indéniable.

Handtücher hatten Löcher & Flecken - könnten mal wieder ausgetauscht werden ;) Man muss darauf achten, dass man über Aghmat zur Unterkunft fährt und nicht die Google Maps „Abkürzung“ nimmt

C'était calme, il y avait des zones d'ombres et la propriété est belle. La chambre était agréable et il y avait une petite terrasse devant.

It’s a place that has the potential to be beautiful but is so neglected that you can’t see it. Everything looks old and messy. The structure is beautiful, the ceilings, the doors, the garden beautiful. But when it comes to the furniture and linens it’s horrible. See attached photos of the towels. To say they were old is an understatement, they were disintegrating. The curtains look like they have t been touched in 40 years. Also there were cats EVERYWHERE and they try to jump on your table, get into your room when you open the door, one jump into my lap while I was having dinner. To say this is a 5 star hotel is ridiculous and the fact that it has 9.6 in booking its truly inexplicable to me. Note that the staff was very friendly (which I have found to be the case all around Morocco), but I was grateful that I was just spending a night and got here late and left early in the morning. When we got to the room we were horrified (I did not touch the rugs with my feet, and kept my shoes on) , we ended up taking it lightly and laugh about it but really it was really bad. Also, there was not soap/ shampoo ANYTHING in the bathroom.

Le cachet du riad, magnifiquement restauré, la beauté des oliviers, des citronniers du jardin, l'espace pour déambuler dans les bâtiments et dans les allées, la chambre ( nous étions dans une chambre de la maison historique) et son plafond de toute beauté, les patios, les courettes, les fauteuils et les tapis disposés ici et la. Ce riad est le plus beau que nous avons réservé pendant notre bref séjour au Maroc. Nous avons aussi pu nous baigner dans une piscine pardaitement entretenue. C'est un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer, rêver, lire, peindre, se reposer. Et le personnel est extremement attentif et à l'écoute. J'aurais aimé y rester plus longtemps. A noter que nous sommes arrives avec notre voiture de location, et qu avec Waze, c'est facile à trouver. Et que nous étions très peu nombreux comme clients, donc tout était très calme.

What a beautiful oasis in the desert! A stunning, traditional riad with the loveliest staff and owners. The food was delicious and generous, and we also sampled the spa which was a lovely treat. We'll definitely be back!

- kleiner Kritikpunkt: wir hatten für drei Personen gebucht; im Zimmer war aber nur für zwei Personen hergerichtet - wurde aber sehr schnell gelöst - ohne Auto eher schwierig - mit Auto aber als Ausgangspunkt optimal

Ciche bardzo urocze miejsce z pięknym zadbanym ogrodem, ladny basen, stoliki przy basenie przy ktorych mozna zjesc posilek czyste i przestronne pokoje. Mila obsługa.

Dostaliśmy pokoj z telewizorem przypiętym tylko do prądu bez kabla. Prosiliśmy o podłączenie ale czekaliśmy aż do kolejnego dnia wieczorem na Pana technicznego, dosc mozolnie szła naprawa i ostatecznie nic z tym nie zrobiono. Pokój powinien być w pełni przygotowany do użytku juz wcześniej. Na szczęście telewizor nie był aż tak potrzebny nam. Chodzi tu raczej o sam fakt co jest napisane w opisie i jak podchodzi się do naprawy czegoś co nie dziala. Również braki prądu wody pod prysznicem i WiFi który zdarzyły się kilka razy w ciągu tych 3 dni. Drogie posiłki do wykupienia na miejscu, ceny nie adekwatne do jakości i ilosci jedzenia. Śniadania w cenie bardzo przeciętne.

Alles. We zijn na een paar dagen weer terug gekomen omdat wij het zo naar ons zin hadden. Mooie grote en schone kamers. Personeel echt super vtiendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd een grote glimlach op hun gezicht. Goed ontbijt. Goed onderhouden terrein. Mooi zwembad die we tot laat in de avond mochten gebruiken. We komen zeker nog een keer terug. Beste Riad tot nu toe.

Heel mooi en rustig gelegen. Het personeel was so aardig en behulpzaam. Het zwembad, alle dieren en de natuur, echt magisch.

Alles was echt top. Het eten was iets aan de prijzige kant maar voor de rest super Riad. We komen zeker nog een kesr terug.

TOP verblijf ! De rust vond je werkelijk overal terug. Zowel in de ganse accomodatie, als aan het zwembad.. De vriendelijkheid en persoonlijke aandacht van alle personeelsleden is hun grootste troef !

het is moeilijk om een minpuntje te vinden, maar als we er echt eentje moeten geven, dan zijn het de honingpotjes bij het ontbijt. die waren een beetje suikerachtig geworden. En als je weet dat Marokko zo'n lekkere honing heeft, dan zou het misschien toffer zijn om echt verse honing aan te bieden. Maar dit is echt een klein detail..

Je remercie très fort les employés de ce riad Mr Aziz 1 et Aziz 2 t houssine et son aimable épouse tous était très sympa et serviable et professionnel pour le riad le confort a épousé la nature de manière sublime se situant au milieu de chanp d'olivier vue imprenable sur les montagnes très belle vue du coucher du soleil le soir le ciel illuminé par ses étoiles je conseille toutes personnes qui veulent faire le vide et se ressourcer de la nature d'y aller un vrai havre de paix.....merci à Mr Abdou le proprio de nous avoir créé ce lieu magique

Nous avons adoré notre séjour en famille dans ce magnifique lieu. Tout est beau, les chambres, le jardin, la piscine tellement agréable. Le plus de cet hôtel c'est un personnel adorable, aux petits soins, toujours prêts à vous rendre service. Les plats proposés au restaurant sont délicieux. Nous reviendrons vous voir avec plaisir ! Nous étions 10 et avons passé deux nuits à la clé de sol. Les 10 personnes présentes ont été enchantées… de tout… de l’accueil, du décor, de la piscine, des chambres, du calme.. petit oasis de paix et fleuri sous la chaleur d’Ourika en plein juillet et un régal pour tous

Un lieu surprenant et authentique! Un accueil très chaleureux où l'ensemble du personnel est aux petits soins. Nous avons logé a 4 dans la grande tente...et l'expérience a été convaincante! Bonne clim, ambiance tamisée, des dizaines de coussins bien confortables, et une terrasse privée. Merci a Aziz pour sa gentillesse et ses conseils de balades, merci a Hussein pour sa disponibilité et a Yousra pour son sourire et sa bonne humeur!

Le personnel est gentil, qualifié, serviable et professionnel. Un merci particulier à Aziz, un grand professionnel, pour ses explications concernant les plantes qu'il connaît très bien.

Le riad et le voisinage devraient peut-être rendre la route d'accès plus praticable. Un peu de gravier ou de goudron ne serait pas de refus.

Sauber, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Schöner Pool zum abkühlen. Nettes Frühstück (könnte etwas Abwechslungsreicher sein). Es ist eine grüne und gepflegte Oase. Hinweis: Man sollte definitiv ein Auto haben, da die Unterkunft etwas abgelegen ist. Ansonsten organisieren die Mitarbeiter für einen alles was man braucht.

Unfortunately I was upgraded for better room, but to me, my boyfriend and another guest, it wasn't looking like an upgrade, no matter what they said) There were holes in curtains, the chair near the room was broken. My original room was with small outside area (in that one we didn't have the private one expected)

Lieux très calme de détente c'est très agréable. Le personnel est au petit soins.

Le délais d'attente pour être sévis lors des repas, mais il on changer de personnel pendant notre séjour et c'était largement mieux à notre départ.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour ressourçant au Riad Clé de Sol. Le riad, entouré d’un superbe jardin, est un véritable havre de paix. Les chambres sont confortables et très calmes : toute la famille a très bien dormi. Nos enfants de 9 et 12 ans ont adoré l’endroit, tout particulièrement la piscine et le magnifique jardin – à bonne température fin avril – ainsi que la compagnie des nombreux chats et du chien Gabby, qui les a beaucoup amusés. Nous occupions la chambre familiale "Fès", de bonne taille et très agréable. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, chaleureuse et attentionnée, qui contribue largement à l’atmosphère accueillante .

Il manque un peu d’espace de rangement pour les vêtements, mais les chambres et la salle de bain sont de bonne taille. Il nous est également arrivé, en fin de journée, de manquer un peu d’eau chaude pour la douche, mais cela ne nous a pas vraiment dérangé.
