Klimaanlage war viel zu laut. Kein Tisch auf der Terrasse!

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab eine grosse Auswahl. Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich.

Die Dusche hatte leider keine Abtrennung, sodass das Bad nach dem Duschen meistens komplett unter Wasser stand. Teilweise befanden sich auch nach der Zimmerreinigung noch Haare auf dem Boden. Beim Abendessen wurden uns die Gerichte öfter nicht so serviert, wie sie auf der Speisekarte beschrieben waren – beispielsweise fehlte einmal das Minzpesto oder der Rucola. Auch das Timing der einzelnen Gänge war nicht immer optimal: Teilweise wurde der nächste Gang bereits serviert, während wir noch am vorherigen Gang gegessen haben. Am meisten geärgert hat uns jedoch eine Situation mit einer Weinflasche. Wir hatten einen Wein bestellt, den wir bereits kannten und am nächsten Abend erneut bestellten. Nach längerer Wartezeit wurde uns eine bereits geöffnete Flasche hingestellt. Der Wein darin schmeckte jedoch eindeutig anders als am Vorabend. Es entstand bei uns der Eindruck, dass möglicherweise ein anderer Wein in die Flasche umgefüllt worden war, da der ursprünglich bestellte Wein nicht mehr verfügbar war. Unser Tipp: Weinflaschen am besten immer direkt am Tisch öffnen lassen und eine bereits geöffnete Flasche gegebenenfalls ablehnen.

Basem jest super. Bardzo miły personel. Zadbany obiekt. Bardzo dobre dania w restauracji. Smaczne śniadania.

Na śniadanie mogłoby być więcej warzyw. Sery, wędliny i owoce - bardzo dobre.

Par rapport au prix de 280€ par nuit , j aurais souhaité des serviettes de piscine et ne pas entendre mes voisins. L insonorisation des chambres côté piscine est inexistante. Le personnel du petit dejeuner n est pas des plus accueillant et la restauration moyenne.

El personal no es amable , un día no nos limpiaron la habitación , estábamos saliendo en el horario correcto y las chicas aún estaban limpiando la habitación de al lado y no pasaron por la nuestra , al volver no teníamos toallas limpias y estaba todo como lo dejamos , el wifi no llegaba a nuestra habitación que estaba en el fondo y el personal no era amable

Super nice pool, rooms and dinner location :)

Honestly we expected more of a charme with this Italian Villa experience. This came close to 60%. It has vineyards around but further then the rooms and breakfast/dinner area there is nothing to enjoy. No bar or nice place to sit not even in the evening. The pool with poolbar is great but unfortunately also accessible by locals or non guests. Which makes it crowded in the weekends! Not nice if you pay a decent amount for comfort and the pool is full with locals taking over. Rooms decent and very clean.

Der Pool ist etwas weit vom Haupthaus entfernt. Man konnte auf Booking com nicht erkennen dass die Unterkunft so nahe am Industriegebiet liegt. Das Personal war nicht sehr aufmerksam .

Masseria posta in mezzo a vigneti. Piscina piccola ma sufficiente per rinfrescarsi e passare momenti di relax. Personale sempre disponibile e cortese.

Nella perfezione piccole sfumature, accettabili, ci sono state. Macchinetta del caffe in camera non funzionante e sciacquone del wc e doccia non perfettamente funzionanti.

Great place,we loved it

The rooms are beatiful and comfortable with full sized beds and large bathrooms. The pool area is beatiful and spacious as is the amazing original old house and the land surrounding it. The breakfast was the best we had in Italy and their olive oil and balsamic combo is to die for. Safe parking and dog friendly!

A wonderful experience at Masseria Agrituristica Lama San Giorgio! 🤍 A beautiful and authentic place where tradition, nature, and warm Italian hospitality come together perfectly. The atmosphere is peaceful and charming, and the food is delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared.

Ik heb nog nooit in Italië zo slecht gegeten als in hun restaurant! Het ontbijt is gewoon armzalig, net zoals het diner. Het zwembad is mooi, maar omdat er elke ochtend vanaf 07:00 uur een grote hoeveelheid chloor in wordt gegooid, kun je er tot 10:00 uur niet in zwemmen. Tegen die tijd ben je vaak al weg om de omgeving te verkennen. Daarnaast is het terrein direct naast het hotel supervuil! Hoe kan dat toch? Er liggen kapotte flessen en een grote berg afval, nota bene vlak naast hun eigen wijngaard. Er is duidelijk geen eigenaar die geïnteresseerd is in zijn zaak, dit is puur bedoeld voor 'one-shot-toerisme'.

I liked the location. It was very convenient to all areas I was visiting.

I didn’t like that breakfast was only for 2 hours and that I could not get a coffee to go in the morning. Also There is only 1 person serving you at the pool, if the pool area got busy your orders would take a long time to arrive. My suggestion is to have 2 people working the pool - 1 taking orders and the other prepping the food and drinks.

Prachtig gebouw met een zalig zwembad temidden van het heerlijke Puglia. Perfect uitvalsbasis om met de auto Puglia te ontdekken. De belangrijkste steden liggen op max. een uurtje rijden van het hotel. Het zwembad was perfect om af te koelen na een warme dag in de stad.

Wij hebben 1x een diner gehad in het hotel. Zelf verkiezen we de authenticiteit en gezelligheid van de vele leuke zaakjes in Mola di Bari (15 min rijden) ten opzichte van het lawaaierige restaurant van het hotel.

Titre : Une expérience malheureusement décevante J’ai été assez déçu de mon séjour dans cet hôtel, notamment au regard du prix et des prestations attendues. Plusieurs points ont rendu le séjour peu agréable : le bruit important de la soufflerie de la climatisation, qui semble assez ancienne, ainsi qu’une odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain lors des douches. Les bains de soleil étaient également en mauvais état, et la peinture des murs et du plafond mériterait d’être rafraîchie. À notre arrivée, le sol était également sale et très poussiéreux. Suite à ma demande, il a été nettoyé le lendemain. Autre point gênant : le bruit des tables lorsque les serveurs les rangeaient. Il aurait été appréciable qu’un peu plus d’attention soit portée au rangement des tables à l’intérieur afin de limiter les nuisances sonores, notamment pour les clients présents dans les chambres juste au dessus.

Kids playground was amazing. The pool was perfect for hot summer days. The cooking class was a nice touch - Roberta is a fabulous teacher and is part of the family so she was able to share in the knowledge and provide some insight into Lana San Giorgio. It was close to Bari (30mins). The festival night for what Puglia has to offer was a great idea!

It was out of town which made it hard to get around as I had no car and a toddler! They weren’t helpful with offering a solution such as a shuttle service or a dedicated taxi person. They also don’t offer laundry service which made it difficult for our length of stay. Breakfast is a very limited offering - bread, boiled eggs and cakes/croissants.

Das Gebäude ist beeindruckend schön. Das Areal ist sehr groß und bietet viele Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Abendessen war hervorragend. Das Zimmer, sowie das Frühstück waren gut.

Beautiful place. Great bed, great shower. Great Staff. Good swimming pool. It’s was 30 min from Monopoli and Polignano Al mare, which was an okay drive. We like the peace from this place better then staying in the city. We were lucky to be there when was a summer party. We attended. It was an amazing experience. Great food! 20€ for the dancing party with di and great food! The kids loved as well.

We stayed for 4 nights and it was always the same breakfast. It was a good one but could be a little more creative and changing a bit each day. You need to have your own towel for the pool.

It was a lovely pool, although too shallow to swim properly and opening times were quite restricted even though there was no life guard it meant it was quite busy

The management was terrible, we went expecting a relaxing & quiet stay but on the first night the hotel threw a party adjacent to our room with dance music playing until midnight. In another life we probably would have enjoyed it, but as a family with a 4 month old infant and 5 year old this was far from ideal and unexpected given the hotel boasts peace and quiet on their social pages! We were invited to the party prior and even though we politely declined due to having a baby with us we were falsely informed by reception that the music would not be too loud, they also state on booking.com that the rooms are soundproofed but I and my two young children who suffered from a sleepless night can confirm this is not the case! When raising our concerns with the hotel we didn’t even receive a basic apology and management rejected all requests to meet face to face to resolve the issue. Why we were not given a room further away from the party still astonishes me. Breakfast was mediocre & the same everyday, the rooms were nice but the beds were basic just single beds pushed together, we booked a dulux suite. Way overpriced for what it was, would not recommend if you are a young family!

Szőlő ültetvény közepén egy régi birtokon az elhelyezkedés, hangulat, a régi főépület mellett a medence köré mellé épült modern szoba rész. A medence naplementében csodálatos. Az állatok kisgyerekeseknek izgalmasak, és a reggeli nagyon szuper volt, minden friss, meleg, kiváló házi minőség. Biztosan az egyik legjobb reggeli Pugliaban. Ingyenes parkolás. Kocsival jó elhelyezkedés felfedezni Puglia északi, és középső részét.

We have been here twice before and recommended it to so many friends unfortunately this place is now awful. Lots of reviews might state otherwise but the staff, food, service and what you get for the fees is the worst in Puglia. Avoid going here- it was brilliant now it’s appealing.

The most awful breakfast and rudest breakfast staff ever, the pool is filled with people not even staying at the accommodation. This place was wonderful- now it’s awful.

The Lama San Giorgio is a charming and beautiful place with very kind employees. The Masseria has a relaxing atmosphere, with good service and food. We had dinner there our first evening and highly recommend it. Thank you!

Het zwembad waar je binnen kon met een code was echt top! Groot zwembad, barretje erbij. Je kan er eten halen, je hebt een lekkere douche buiten en fijne ligstoelen. We hadden een grote kamer met een balkon, dat bed was echt hemels groot, de douche was top met een regen douche. De binnenkant van het hotel was prachtig en lekker koel! Savonds laat na 23:00 kan je de poort niet zomaar binnen en krijg je een sleutel . Het is daar goed beveiligd. Cameras overal en genoeg parkeergelegenheid.. als je aan komt rijden dan zie je de eerste parkeerplaats.. maar als jij doorrijd door de poort heb je links van jou ook nog parkeerplekken voor de ingang van het hotel. Vergis je daar niet in! Dan hoef je minder ver te lopen haha. Wat ook mooi was is dat er overal katjes op het terrein rond liepen en ze hebben zelfs kippen enzo achter een hek. Fantastisch

Bij het ontbijt was er te weinig keus, 5 dagen lang het zelfde en dat vonden wij niet zo.

El desayuno nos gusto mucho, le daria un 10. Nos encanto del desayuno los dulces tipicos de la region y que fueran caseros, lo valoramos mucho. La variedad de quesos y con la explicacion de su origen que es, eso fue un detalle que nos gusto mucho. Tenian tomates, yogures, mermeladas, huevos cocidos. Me gusto poder tomar una limonada de apio de bienvenida, se agradece mucho despues de un viaje en avion. Puntos positivos tener la opcion del bar de la piscina y el restaurante. El entorno de la piscina con flores, arboles, olivos, es muy bonito.

La zona de juego de niños muy divertida y grande pero totalmente al sol, necesita arboles que den sombra. La piscina nos falto algo mas para niños y me parecio pequeña de tamaño para todas las personas que estabamos alli alojadas. Y los niños no tenian un lugar donde jugar en la piscina. Una posible solucion seria hacer una pisicna para niños separada, por ejemplo.

Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber, wobei der Boden bei Reinigung außer Acht gelassen wird. Pool sauber, Gute Lage

Leider war unser Aufenthalt insgesamt enttäuschend, da wir uns einen erholsamen und ruhigen Urlaub erhofft hatten. Am Samstagabend fand direkt vor unserem Zimmer eine große Feier statt. Der Lärm hielt bis spät in die Nacht an und machte das Schlafen unmöglich. Außerdem klopften Kinder bis etwa Mitternacht immer wieder an unsere Tür. Wären wir im Voraus über die geplante Veranstaltung während unseres Aufenthalts informiert worden, hätten wir vor der Buchung entscheiden können, ob uns diese Art von Atmosphäre zusagt. Da wir leider nicht informiert wurden, war dies eine unangenehme Überraschung. Ein weiterer Nachteil war, dass Hotelgäste aufgrund der Veranstaltung nicht einmal in der Nähe ihrer Zimmer parken konnten. Wir mussten unser Auto am anderen Ende des Parkplatzes abstellen und mit unserem Gepäck einen beträchtlichen Weg zurücklegen. Das Frühstück fällt sehr spartanisch aus, nur extra hart gekochte Eier, keine Spiegeleier, Eierspeise oder sonstiges Angebot. Die Stühle und Tische wackelig und unbequem. Am Abreisetag ist es zwar kein Problem den Pool noch zu nutzen, jedoch gibt es keine Umkleide - Dusche ist im Freien, vor Publikum und das EINE WC wurde dann zum Umziehen genutzt. Angesichts des gezahlten Preises hatten wir uns jedoch eine deutlich ruhigere und entspannendere Erfahrung erhofft. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war für uns insgesamt enttäuschend. Bei knapp 900Euro für 3 Nächte, würde ich mir mehr erwarten.

The room was big, cleaning of the room was super accurate, breakfast was super.

The closet for our clothes was very small and open. There was no safe in the room and the area for sitting outside was very small and our room had no table outside

Die Unterkunft an sich war sehr schön der Poolbereich ist sehr cool und der Kinderspielplatz und die Tiere waren eine tolle Aktion die Anlage an sich einfach gehalten aber sieht schön aus.

Ich habe vom Essen tatsächlich viel viel mehr erwartet… Es war ziemlich teuer, aber leider nicht gut. Es war nichts besonderes und auch sehr touristisch und meiner Meinung nach nicht wirklich authentisch, was ich leider von so einer Masseria erwarte. Das Zimmer war etwas klein und sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Hygiene war okay. Die Mitarbeiter waren zwar nett, konnten aber nicht wirklich weiterhelfen bei Anfragen.

We couldn’t communicate well with one of The waiters. There was an offer to choose 2 items from the menu sections however he didn’t get the food as ordered, and we had to repeat the order several times as food was not served on time to everyone in the table. The restaurant door is made out of clear glass, it has the masseria logo attached however there is no visible sign for the little ones, one girl ended up bumping heavily her head as she didn’t realise that the door was closed.

Resort byl mimo město u vinic, ale byl krásný, pokoj skvěle zařízen, koupelna prostorná. K dispozici i snídaně, taková klasická italská, na jeden den dostačující. Byla tam zvířátka, naší dceři se tam líbilo. Bazén dostačující. Terasa u apartmánu. Možný výskyt komárů, je to venkov, ale my jsme byli vybaveni Raid sprejem.

vakarienės metu starteris buvo ne šviežias, blogo kvapo, atsisakeme valgyti. Uzsisakius kokteili gavome ne taireje, bet plastikiniame puodelyje. Taip pat dienos metu apie 4 valandas nebuvo visame viesbutyje vandens.

Locatia piscinei si barul de la piscina a fost ok, clădirea cu cazarea arata medieval si noapte foarte frumos iluminata.

Atentie, evaluarea si preferintele mele sunt corelate cu faptul ca am platit 1500 euro pt 2 camere 5 nopti. Cazarea: - nu am știut (pentru ca nu scrie) si nici nu se vedea din pozele de pe booking faptul ca am fost cazați la etajul 2 din clădire (sincer sa fiu, am crezut ca suntem cazați la camerele de lângă piscina) - nu era o tragedie faptul ca am fost cazați la etajul 2, dar urci scări strâmte cam pana la etajul 4 (am lăsat filmare) iar sus in camera 7, daca faci treaba mare si tragi apa, nu se duce pe canalizare si ramai cu el in camera. Apa de la tancul de wc merge încontinuu, câteodată da pe afara. - vrei sa mănânci? Anunți, faci rezervare obligatoriu, ceea ce nu prea pot sa imi planific in fiecare zi (dar e de inteles ca nu au restaurant a la carte) - mic dejun saracacios. Zona piscinei: - nu reiese din descrierea din booking ca trebuie sa mergi de la clădirea principala 500 m pana la zona piscinei care este separata. Nu am o problema cu asta dar anunta măcar. (Mergi prin pietriș si soare) - barul se închide la ora 18.30 si gata piscina. Băiatul de la bar a fost foarte amabil si prietenos. - apa piscinei era curata 8/10 Degustare vin: mare NU recomand. De banii pe care ii dati de 1 pers va puteti cumpăra 3 sticle de vin diferite. La degustare ne au pus cate un pahar de vin si am gustat 2 uleiuri de măsline, dar foarte saracaioasa masa, ma așteptam la mai mult. Adică in comparație cu tot ce am degustat prin Italia, întotdeauna aveam pe masa un mezel local, o brânză, parmezan.. aici am primit roșii, castravete si pâine. Cel mai mare disconfort a fost faptul că in fiecare zi au avut evenimente corporate in clădirea unde eram cazați si nu au avut nici bunul simț sa anunțe. M am simțit foarte ciudat sa trec cu soția in costum de baie printr-un grup de oameni imbrati la costum. Cel mai interesant este ca joi seara au avut party in grădină cazării si a duduit camera pana ala 01.00.

Great location for day trips, in a vineyard.The pool area was clean & tidy, the pool bar was run incredibly well with great food & drinks selection in general. Our room (25) had its own corner garden for sunbathing in privacy . Roberto on reception was very welcoming & helpful .

Breakfast was lacking in options compared to another Masseria we stayed in the previous week. We had dinner one evening in what can only be described as an air conditioned greenhouse built onto the side of the main building with white plastic chairs & blinding, unromantic lighting. We pre-ordered our dinner at breakfast, which arrived before we were asked if we wanted any drinks. The quality of the food was acceptable, we didn’t eat there again. This Masseria is not one for a quiet respite & relaxation during the day if you’re a couple looking for this like we were. We have had children & grandchildren ourselves, so being around young children /babies by the pool wasn’t generally a problem, however a 15-20 sized group of twenty something couples took over the pool being extremely noisy at times. The first afternoon we had to leave the pool area because of their volume.

Room was definitely not soundproof. Could hear literally anything from both my neighbors (sneezing, snoring, walking, watching tv) upon checking the next morning with the reception. They did not say anything about it and would check but never came back to it. While we were at the property for 6 days. Breakfast was also bit disappointing to be honest. We are early birds but most often things were already not in stock anymore (like yoghurt) and muesli was a mix of all different and old flavors put together in one machine…
