Kalau ada event dekat tempat sebelah hotel, mmg susah nak cari parking. Hotel dah ambik no plate tapi kereta luar boleh je parking, habis event tiba2 banyak plak kosong. Kawasan pun mcm dodgy area banyak kilang/kedai. Hotel tiada lift so better plan properly. First time dapat hotel yg suka call banyak kali ni, bontot kereta terlebih park sikit pun call, over sgt. Belum sampai hotel, dah call minta kita bayar full, bila request nak downgrade bilik, duit lebihan x dibayar balik pun. First time la dapat hotel yg pelik mcm ni, mmg x repeat la

Reviewed Feb 18, 2025Just for a night's stay before travelling further up north. Hotel is located in a less crowded area and parking is quite easy. Clean sheets and room, good water pressure and hairdryer, polite and friendly front office staff.
Had to carry a heavy luggage bag up the stairs, no lift. Yeah, should have transferred to a smaller bag. Wet bathroom floor doesn't seem to dry at all.

Reviewed Dec 17, 2024Location very near the Alor Setar (S) tol exit, very convenient for those who are travelling. Room is clean, and my room located at a ground floor, easy for disable people to access.
The bed is quite hard, so as the pillow. Pillow is in small size. The ventilation in toilet might not functioning as optimum. Others is fine, as expected. All basic necessities provided. Room is clean, no funny smell.
