SenS Hotel and Spa

Definitely doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. The rooms feel ancient and not very clean. The water pressure in the shower was very weak and the water wasn’t very warm. Not worth the price

We were warmly welcomed by staff who were all so very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. It was close enough for us to walk to the main attractions in the city centre. Drivers also liked it because they didn't have to sit in as much traffic. The drinking water refill stations were fantastic. This is the only hotel we'd been to in Bali with free drinking water readily available for guests. And there was a refill station on each floor. The beds were comfortable. Plus there was an option to request an orthopaedic pillow. The pool was a lovely cool temperature, with extra towels readily available. It was also easy to get in and out of. Plus there was a pool side changing room with a toilet and shower. The restaurant was nice with a good variety of options. The spa rooms were clean, calming and relaxing with sound proof treatment rooms. The laundry service was good/quick. The housekeeping service was good/efficient.

One of our rooms smelt damp and musty but housekeeping tried their best to freshen the air. Sometimes you could hear the people moving around in the rooms above. The toilet in one of our rooms just kept running (water leaking into the bowl), even after they tried to fix it. The restaurant was a bit pricey. You can get bigger portions for considerably less money, just a short walk away.

All great Except, one big thing - cramped too many rooms room but connected to many other rooms, even if your neigbir.flushes the toilet, you hear in the night, some opposite rooms have got balcony aand table and chairs, people discussing can be heard , voice amplification disturbs the sleep. Rest is all great with the hotel

It’s central location was great for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast team even remembered our names and asked about things we had done!

The pool isn’t private at all, so we didn’t use it. It was a standard hotel, nothing special but I would still recommend it.

Paguei o taxi no hotel posteriormente no fim das ferias, já decorridos 10 dias, o taxista contactou me a informar que o hotel não lhe tinha pago o taxi porque eu não tinha pago o taxi. mandei os comprovativos dos pagamentos, mesmo assim, não explicaram todos os pagamentos e insistiram que não tinham debitado o valor do taxi

Bed was ver comfortable, not keen on bathroom set up with glass wall, no one wants to see their partner on the loo. Breakfast was not the best unfortunately. Staff were lovely and helpful.

I paid for a room with a balcony, balcony view was looking at the walkway in front of the hotel building ( second floor this was, not ground floor) people walking passed could see straight into your room. As the bathroom walk was glass, we had to keep the Curtains fully shut otherwise walkers by could see you on the toilet, having a shower or a bath. So the design of this hotel is a big let down. We paid for 2 nights but only stayed one night. With curtains shut all the time, it took away the tropical island experience. Stay away from the balcony rooms

Zwembad is niet echt om te spelen, we hadden een kind bij, vanwege de vele regels.

Friendly staff, good location

The location was the prefect spot in the centre of Ubud with walking distance to all restaurants and shops The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was one of the best I have experienced in Bali Room size decent and was very clean

The room had a door to link to a next room perhaps they use this when they have bigger families to link the 2 rooms, which was locked but you can hear the person on the otherside as if there were with you in the same room

Good variety at breakfast, either cooked, internationals or simple finger food. Location of restaurant was very good also, either next to the swimming pool or near the main entrance. Rooms were very good, clean, roomy and spacious.

The pool was excellent but I thought the design could have been better. For instance it certainly wasn’t designed for sun worshipping as the sun only featured mid to late afternoon, with probably only a couple of hours to sunbathe. The hotel was five levels and the sun didn’t get much opportunity to shine through.

Staff were nice, the manager listened to our concerns but nothing was done … I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all. We come to Bali all the time, this has to be the worst. Cost cutting at its BEST

The SenS Hotel & Spa were clearly cutting costs. Breakfast was atrocious… the buffet breakfast was very minimal, and were reluctant to top up the food. There were only ever 3 bits of bread, so everyone was waiting on them to bring it out. It wasn’t just bread, it was everything in the whole buffet. The try to pass sickly margarine as butter. And for those who didn’t know it, they had anchored butter under lock and key, and would bring it out two at a time. DONT pay for the BUFFET BBQ…. We were a group of 6 and the only one in the restaurant at the time, and the table where u choose your meat and seafood (for them to cook) had two peaces in each bowl. So our whole table were only allowed one prawn, one chicken (size of a chicken nugget) and one small piece of beef. And the rest of our table had to wait. Don’t accept our booking if you don’t have the supply of food. And don’t advertise it as a buffet if u don’t want to feed people. This was ridiculous .. it wasn’t included in our hotel price, we actually paid for 6 people for the BBQ BUFFET

Really enjoyed staying here. The location was super convenient—Ubud Palace was about a 10-minute walk (around 800 m), and there were lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good too, with a nice spread and enough variety to choose from each morning. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would definitely recommend it.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The first provided room has strong musty smell. After contacting the staff, they change the room. The breakfast is good. When they know that we will travel in the early morning, they prepared the food box for us.

The rooms should be maintained good ventilation to prevent odors. The toilet's glass door and walls of the first room are completely transparent.

1 لا يوجد شبابيك للتهوية في الغرف وكانت رائحة الغرف سيئة. 2 الإزعاج ..حجزت غرفتين وكانت بجوار مطعم فيه غناء وطبل وصراخ كأنهم معك في الغرفه وطلبت تغيير الغرف وتم التغيير لجهة أخرى وكان أيضا إزعاج الدبابات.. عزل الغرف سيئ جدا جدا جدا لدرجة سماع كلام الاشخاص في الغرفة المجاورة ولم أستطع النوم.

The location of this hotel is excellent, which is unfortunately its only redeeming quality. We had multiple rooms booked, and every one of them had a strong mould smell. It was so bad that staying in the rooms was unpleasant. To make matters worse, despite being entitled to a refund, the hotel has taken weeks and still hasn’t provided the necessary approval. The entire process has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I’d recommend staying elsewhere and saving yourself the hassle.

Un hôtel à taille humaine, où le personnel accueillant se plie en quatre pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié d’avoir des chambres communicantes, idéales pour voyager avec des enfants. L’emplacement est également un atout : à seulement quelques minutes à pied du marché d’Ubud, et entouré de nombreux restaurants. L'hôtel propose aussi un service de transfert vers les autres villes à prix très abordable.

Respectful and hospitalized

Street in U ud is tough i felt on my face although kids like location however it was unsafe to go specifically during the night (dark)

- There is no air in the rooms and you can't open windows. You will feel smell right after entering your room. - Air Conditioning is not working. - Cold, dirty floor. - Smell on the parking is non bearable. They keep garbage somewhere there. - Pool is a joke, you will not spend time in it. Avoid this hotel at all cost. It is highly overpriced.

The location of the hotel was excellent as it was right in the middle of the city centre. Everything is close by including Ubud palace and the bus transfer zone. There are so many restaurants and amazing shopping options close by. I would definitely stay here again as it is worth the money.

The pool was very loud during night and it felt like it was raining. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and the curtain feels old and used.
