Τα πάντα..πολύ ωραίο καταλυμα,πεντακάθαρο,πολύ όμορφη θέα σε όλον τον κόλπο του Αστακού με ευγενέστατο προσωπικό.

Einfach nur super. Die Aussicht. Die Lage. Es hat zwei Pools, von einem hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf Meer. Vielen Dank auch an die Brüder, wir wurden so herzlich empfangen, als ob wir schon ewig zur Familie gehörten. Ganz grossen Dank auch an Georg, wir hatten in der Nacht einen Notfall, sodass wir ins Krankenhaus mussten, George war sofort erreichbar und ist mit uns zum Krankenhaus gefahren zum Übersetzen, vielen leiben Dank dafür. Das Zimmer ist sauber und sehr komfortabel mit Küche etc. Am Pool kann man Kleinigkeiten zum Essen und trinken bestellen. Einfach nur Klasse und ca. 15 min. Fussweg zum kleinen Städchen Astakos, dort gibt es Zahlreiche Restaurants und einen kleinen Hafen, sowie ruhige Strände

Everything, room was large and spotless. The swimming pools fantastic and all the staff were so helpful and very kind to our dog who stayed with us.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία,ότι πρέπει για μια οικογένεια που θέλει και λίγο ησυχία. Μπράβο στα δύο αδέλφια για το resort που έχουν,άψογοι,ότι ζητήσαμε αμέσως να μας εξυπηρετήσουν,καθαρό δωμάτιο. Σας το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Πρώτα ο Θεός του χρόνου θα τα ξαναπούμε! Value for money

Struttura nuova ed elegante con piscina, con camere spaziose, luminose e tutte con vista sulla baia di Astakos.

Più che la struttura che è ti ottimo livello, non mi è piaciuta la sua posizione nel villaggio di Astakos che sarebbe meritevole di un piano di sviluppo turistico attualmente inesistente e tutto lasciato al caso, come per esempio la viabilità stradale tra vicoli stretti e a doppio senso di marcia dove ci passa a malapena una macchina.

A lovely location, with a superb view. Close to the port. Two beautiful pools, with great bar food. The room was spacious and well-equiped. Atmosphere was peaceful and relaxed. Staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. Would definitely return.

The two men running it were super friendly which made all the difference. EV charging was reliable and easy and was the reason we chose this hotel. The infinity pool was spectacular, with an amazing view with swifts and swallows in the morning feeding from the pool. The balcony and view was a real highlight too.

The kitchen facilities inside were a bit tired and the mattresses were a bit on the hard side for our liking.

What lovely people running the appartments and the waitress was great. Room sizes were super large including the shower. Great furnishings and fantastic kitchen. Swimming pools were a very goog size and the pool bar was great. Nothing to complain about.

The welcome back was exceptional- we were warmly greeted and shown to the superb room with everything we needed. Our hosts even supplied juice,water, tea,coffee and toast even though we hadn’t booked breakfast! The bed is super comfy. The pools were full and inviting but we didn’t swim this time. The view from the large and unusually well - lit balcony was gorgeous looking over the active fishing port and out to Ithaca. The recommendation to visit Oinidiae was taken up - a stunning and unique site of ancient ship sheds. A wonderful stay and we will be back!

One morning there wasn't much hot water.

Very spacious room with a big balcony and excellent view over the Astakos bay. Fresh towels and cleaning service daily. Well equipped kitchen with some complimentary food items.

Φιλόξενο προσωπικό, άνετο δωμάτιο, πολύ καλό μπαλκόνι, εξαιρετική τοποθεσία.

Τα μαξιλάρια ήταν πολύ μαλακά. Το πάρκινγκ αν και ήταν έξω από τη πόρτα μας ήταν λίγο στενό.

The host was amazing and made us feel right at home. The property is just stunning g I wish it was warmer so we could have seam in those pools! Hearing the do my in the morning was a definite highlight. The rooms were big, modern and kitchen was well equipped. The view was Aldo magnificent. Best shower we have had aswell.

Not really anything bad I can say about this property we really loved it.

Giannis Village Resort is great! The rooms are huge and there is a kitchenette so that you can cook breakfast or have a snack whenever you want. The two pools are wonderful, both immaculate. Being there away from peak season, it was like our own private resort.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Georgios und Vasili, die Inhaber des Resorts, sind unglaublich aufmerksam und haben uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Der Infinity-Pool ist ein Traum, wir hatten ihn den ganzen Tag für uns und Georgios hat uns mit Snacks und Getränken versorgt. Unser Sohn hatte einen kleinen Unfall, zum Glück nichts dramatisches, aber beide waren sofort hilfsbereit und Georgios hat uns direkt zum Arzt gebracht. Wenn wir nochmals in der Gegend sind, werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Alles war perfekt

Zeer ruime appartementen, van alle gemakken voorzien, dichtbij het centrum v Astakos. Mooie ligging met uitzicht over de baai.

De keiharde muziek bij het zwembad waardoor we nauwelijks op ons balkon konden zitten. Het geluid was echt extreme hard. Soort v familieresort. Wij waren er maar voor één nacht anders zouden wij een rustigere locatie kiezen.

Luogo meraviglioso, pace e vista strepitose. Host, George, super disponibile. Se potete affittate una barca (vi aiuta George) per la costa è stupenda ed abbiamo visto tre volte i delfini in un solo giorno. Torneremo sicuro. Consiglio di sostare più giorni

Lovely overnight stop to stretch our legs and cool off after a long day in the car. We were catching the ferry to Ithaka in the morning and had an afternoon of leisure in the beautiful swimming pools, yes there are two, with the most magnificent views. Had ice cold beers. Played backgammon and just relaxed. The hosts, Vasili and George were wonderful and we hope to visit them again.

Parking our rented vehicle was a little challenging but only because other residents did not consider others when parking their vehicles. There really wasn't anything to dislike.

The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and the staff was very kind, willing to help and happy. We also had a very nice view from our room and the our small "yard" with a pine tree that made a nice shade very useful for the hot midday hours. The room was very spacious even for a family of four.

Ο χώρος του ξενοδοχείου αλλά και το δωμάτιο ήταν άψογα. Δωμάτιο με όλες τις ανέσεις, πάντα καθαρό και μια θέα από το μπαλκόνι σε όλο τον κόλπο του Αστακού απίθανη. Η επικοινωνία με τον υπεύθυνο του ξενοδοχείου, τον Γιώργο, ήταν άμεση, όποτε τον χρειαστήκαμε. Σίγουρα θα επισκεφθούμε ξανά το κατάλυμα!

Large and clean room with a great view. Very friendly stuff. Excellent location with private parking.

This place is run by a family that like what they're doing. Super friendly, very accommodating, super chill. They build a really nice place, and it still feels like your on a family visit.

Everything, the rooms, the pool, the location, the friendliness of the owners. Cannot recommend highly enough. Only regret is we stayed just the 1 night, next time we will stay at least 2

Nothing that I didn't like

Very kind owners who waited up for us when our flight was very late and were so welcoming. The bed is really comfortable and everything spotlessly clean and working well. The pools are delightful too and even the sun beds and deck chairs are comfortable! Lovely views too. An extremely well run and delightful hotel. We will return!

Rooms are nice and clean. Two pools to choose from, owners George and Vassilis are lovely people and very helpful. They organized a boat for us and also a translator to make dinner with my aunt easier.

Very cold poool

The views, the staff, the service, the amenities, the calmness, the rooms, and the comfort. This place is a gem, and I feel lucky to have discovered it.

The only thing that disappointed me was that the first morning the staff entered the room to change the towels and to wash the dishes, without informing me. Also, even though the wifi signal was great, the internet speed is slow but that is due to the area’s internet speeds.

Booked for 1 night before the ferry to Kefalonia. Great host, very nice apartment, great view on the bay. Nice place to stay.

The view was stunning - panorama of the bay. Dianne and his brother could not have been more caring and helpful.

The apartment is big and clean.

Unfortunately the balcony which is very nice cannot be used at night because they play the pool music very loud until well into the middle of the night.

The room was clean, new and comfortable. The host was superfriendly and seemed like he had given attention to details, such as providing guides in the room about the place. The place is exceptional. You can see the whole village of Astakos from your balcony. Definitely suggesting to anyone who wants to stay in Astakos

Like the pools at the villas and the two infinity pools down below! Loved how the staff was very helpful with room service and at the bar.

How high in the mountains it was and far from the town for walking distance. Felt like I’d fall a couple of times but that didn’t impact how amazing this Resort is! Truly gave me and my fiancé a great experience.

I liked swimpols with massage tubs where you can swimm during the night, after long day on the beach. Resort is very comfortable, uphill but approachable with the car 1,8 from the coast or 800m by foot. with large rooms and terraces with great views. Very nice people work there🙂

It was one of the best locations we ever had. The resort is wonderful: the apartment/house is clean, large, with everything you need inside- the owners thought about every little detail; the view from the balcony - spectacular!The parking right in front of the apartament. But the best part were the pools, especialy the infinity pool- really amazing!! The whole resort is like an oasis, with beautiful flowers, orange trees, olive trees, and cute cats... Also, Astakos was a surprise. A place not very crowded, with beautifull beaches waiting to be discovered, nice restaurants with good prices, posibility to rent a boat and visit the islands in the neighbourhood... We really enjoyed our staying at the Giannis Village Resort and we thank the very welcoming owners for their hospitality!
