The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was close to Pantai Cenang Beach. Overall, good value for money and a pleasant experience.

Room was clean and views from the room were really soothing. It's location is convenient. Around 05 mins to Pentai Cenang and 03 minutes to Pentai Tengah by car. Convince store and local food eatries were close by.

The spring in the beds hurt us while sleeping.

The bathroom was very smelly. Need to improve on that area ..and need one more long type table to keep things. Other than that all ok.

Fantastic and helpful staff. Good WiFi connection, close to the airport and shops, it was very clean.

1) No toiletries, No hand liquid soap, One small tiny soap for all to use 2) Very limited breakfast. Frustrating 3) depend on grab taxi all the time. 4) No restaurant nearby. Take a taxi for go towards the beach

The room size was good.

I was given the ground floor, facing the car park. One could hear vehicles. I had specifically asked for a quiet room. Also, there was no kettle or fridge in the room. The mattresses were bad and uncomfortable. I had to ask for an extra duvet as a cushion.

Too expensive when compared to Malaysia’s hotel rates..

Can change anything once booked.. even can’t check in 10 mins early

Cleanliness was not high enough, breakfast was very poor, even they took some meals which they had provided the day before. Location also were not as expected. It was far from Cenang area if you want to go by foot.

Very good hotel, peaceful environment.. And new to all tourist attraction..

The hotel location for me was strategic as long as rented a car. If we use taxi or grab service, I think it's a bit difficult especially if you went for vacation in peak holidays time.

My husband and I loved our 9 nights vacation in Salsa we had a great time. The room is very spacious and clean. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. They clean your room everyday. Has a comfortable bed, and the room is very peaceful.Have a strong wifi. Beautiful view from the window if you are nature lover. Location is great not far from the town and the beach. The town has good choices of restaurants. Breakfast is a bonus. We recommend to hire a scooter or a car to tour the Island, with many hidden treasures that you will enjoy🥰 . We will miss Langkawi and the Salsa hotel thank you for giving us such a wonderful experience.

Staff was really kind and helpful. The view from our room was beautiful, looking to a green field.

Internet was poor in the room. The breakfast could be improved or be more versatile, not every day the same nasi lemak. We could hear many neighbours being loud at night...because of this, the hotel should introduce some rules regarding silence hours at night times.

The family room that we’d stayed was clean and spacious, perfect for our family of five. It exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and was definitely worth the money.

When I first entered the bathroom upon check-in, there was a bad smell, which I think was due to the piping system, possibly from a room that hadn't been used for a few days. However, the smell seemed to dissipate after a while, and everything seemed fine afterward

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Langkawi! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly responsive and attentive to every need. The breakfast was decent, with a good variety to start the day. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it!

-The wifi didn't work for the duration of our stay. We were repeatedly told it was getting fixed, but it never did. - The air conditioning unit in our room rattled so loudly it sounded like a plane taking off. Maintenance came and 'fixed' it but it went straight back to rattling again after 10 minutes. Told the staff and they said someone would come to fix it again (they never did). Therefore, we slept without AC and were very hot. -We have stayed in accommodation for half the price of this hotel where the basics such as WiFi and AC actually work. - In terms of value for money, this is the worst hotel we have stayed in during our 18 month trip.

Well, the sheets were neat.

The facilities are not proper. The bathroom was leaking from everywhere. No tissue box, rest many facilities were missing if you compare the price. The breakfast was very basic. Overall, it's not a pleasant experience.

We stayed in two rooms, in one of them the bed was very uncomfortable. It could have had one extra matress!

The hotel staff is very nice and helpful, and the desk is open the whole day which is great! Our room was lovely. Aircon worked great, our bed was nice and soft. Everything was clean. Free water provided. Housekeeping every day. We enjoyed our stay very much. Free breakfast included as well. Amazing value for the money you pay!

It is located a bit off. But we used grab to get into the center and to the beach. It works great and is cheap!
