Not a fan of plug in air scent fresheners as they cause airway irritation.

A tea kettle would have been appreciated. The latch on the entrance door needed some attention.

I don't like rooms that have the bathroom sink outside of the bathroom. The beds were hard (I like a firm bed, but these were too firm). The bed box was very noisy!

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025When we arrived, the room smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals. As the smell subsided, I could see why. The room smelled like a crack den. I didn’t even consider walking barefoot on those carpets. To make matters much worse, there were blood stains in multiple locations on my comforter. I was booked for two nights. Upon checking in, I told the manager that I may not need the second night. I was outside the 24 hour cancellation period. Rather than give me the option to cancel the second night, the manager had me pay up front for both nights. I can see why now. After seeing the blood stains on the comforter, I didn’t stay the second night. I have never been in a more disgusting room. They need to replace all of the carpet and comforters to make it sanitary. I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but I want everyone to be warned about what they are getting in to. The manager tries to keep what they have clean, but it’s insufficient. Bloody comforters are not acceptable and need to be replaced.

Reviewed Oct 3, 2025The young gentleman running the front desk was so sweet, helpful, and understanding. First impressions mean a lot to me; it sets the mood for the stay. We come here every year around Labour Day weekend, but this was - by far - one of the best times we’ve had since we started doing this ten years ago. The room was very clean, the pool was well-maintained, and every day we received a housekeeping check for more towels, linens, tissues, toiletries, etc. The staff was so pleasant and welcoming, we had a wonderful week away from home!
Beds are a little too firm for me, but it might be because I’ve had a few back surgeries so I’m a little more sensitive to textures.

Needed disposable plastic cups for water. Recycling bin would have been good too.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2025The room was very clean, towels were immaculate, the room smelled nice, everything was in working order, plenty of parking, the pool was clean and sanitized properly, and the most important part - the staff were amazing! I never felt nervous approaching the men for fresh towels or linens, they always said hi, they were always willing to help and make sure that my stay was great, 10/100 customer service, couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Only thing we did not like was our room was beside the bbq and so it was hard to sleep with people doing there thing right outside our room talking loudly.

Full fridge, microwave, Instant hot water and lots of it for shower and cleaning up. Too cold outside to try thepool but it looked clean and well taken care of

I found that the fragrance in the room was overwhelming when I arrived. Over the few days I was there, it became more tolerable. It would be nice if unscented products were used, as it was quite intense.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2025Corner rooms on main floor are noisy due to having the smoking area right outside the door, the metal staircase, and the BBQ also directly outside the room. Curtains did not fully close, needed to use a hair clip to keep them closed at night. Couldn't open our window due to the cigarette and marijuana smoke that would enter our room, and didn't feel comfortable leaving curtains open. For the price paid I wouldn't return to this motel, did not leave a good first impression.
