Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Bolton

Bien

El café

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok.

There was constant slamming of doors into the late night. Lighting in the room was not great when you need to work. Only 1 lamp by bed. More breakfast options. Same type of eggs, etc.

Location to our wedding venue

The 2 girls at the front desk dont speak loud enough and their English is hard to understand .

I letti comodi e la colazione buona

Kamer was mega groot!

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly.

Pillows were too hard.

Very clean and buffet food was so good ..

Nothing

Good wish they had bacon

Everything was good

Room was nice and hotel public areas were clean.

Had issue with the shower faucet. Was hard to turn off. Breakfast was okay. Sausage may have been overcooked and home fries were not all that warm

The room size was great, clean and well maintained. I enjoyed the breakfast and free coffee provided at anytime. Overall, a very great experience.

N/A

Super clean and very friendly

Close to stores

Cold pool and ants in the pool area no towels each time we went to the pool

The location is good and hotel is well maintained

They lack integrity and rip you off at every slight opportunity.

Environment, staff attitude.

Window blind not fully closed

Location.

The electrical outlets had problems and a constant buzzing noise, and I requested repairs for three days, but nothing was fixed. The shower water didn't heat up properly! The coffee that was available was always cold, and there was no shampoo in the bathroom. I've stayed here other times and was very satisfied. This time I'm very disappointed!

Easy access. Very good price and service. The breakfast was good. Lots of choices.

Unfortunately there was a small dog next door which yipped a bit so kept one of us awake.

Location

The shower water was not hot.

Location and service was great

Not applicable

Exhaust fan for bathroom did not shut off was on all night and dead Bolton lock did not work, so I had difficulty sleeping .

Locality to where I wanted to be. Pool Free tea/coffee station Large room

Beds uncomfortable Pillows poor quality Breakfast basic…but free Pool freezing and not clean

The breakfast was pathetic. It would be better to not include it and reduce the price of the room.

I inadvertently booked two rooms and I have been trying unsuccessfully since we returned to get my money back. Apparently the hotel is treating it as a cancellation. We obviously were only two people so only needed one room. The girl on reception was unable to do anything about it. I called Bookings on my return and was assured that the money would be refunded. Then I received an email saying that I had cancelled and there would be no refund. The hotel has had my money via Bookings and someone needs to authorise a refund.

It was nice and cozy. I liked the pool and gym.

Clean Room. Smells great when you walk in. Staff are very kind and friendly. Parking is easy and convenient. Air conditioning best part of this stay. Feels so nice. You get to play with the temperature so its very comforting. I go to sick kids every week; ill be booking here to stay the night before appointment 😀 i highly recommend 👌

Everything about the stay was great except for the pillows.

A pleasant surprise for a quick getaway. Parking was easy, service was easy, right next to harbour amenities.

Amazing stay. The staff was wonderful. It would have been better if there was a hot tub.

Großes Zimmer; Nähe zur Wohnmobil - Vermietstation und zu vielen Geschäften.

Der Teppich im Flur war abgenutzt. Beim Frühstück gab es nur Einweggeschirr.

Clean room, a/c worked GREAT. Friendly staff, great parking

I was very disappointed with my recent stay. When I booked through Expedia, the price was shown in USD even though I was on the Canadian site. Once I arrived at the hotel, the bill ended up being much higher than expected. When I tried to explain the situation, nothing was done to help or to adjust the charges. This left a very bad impression and made the experience feel unfair and frustrating. I travel often and I expect transparency and honesty in pricing. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.

The breakfast was not great but it sufficed until we found somewhere better

The location, but that was my own fault. Should have done more research. There wasn't much variety of places to eat and we were too far out of town.

There was no power for so many hours!

Was working in the area and there are limited hotel options. I would not recommend this one. Between the leaky tap that dripped incessantly all night to the blackout blinds that only close partway - this was not the best hotel experience. The shower also had a lot of rust and the hand soap dispenser was covered in dried crusty globs of soap. Not a TERRIBLE hotel, but far from ideal.

Clean and spacious room, comfortable beds, free parking and wifi, pool and gym. Breakfast good. Lots of stores around the hotel to go shopping and lots of dinners too. For quick financial transactions, there a TD bank just by the hotel. Only local news and stations on Tv, dont expect Netflix etc.

Very clean, friendly staff, lovely experience

It was great.

The shower tap was leaking. We forgot to ask the staff to fix it.

Hotel is clean & safe. Area heavy industrial

Found it grungy. Pool area very very slippery.

Clendness was on point

La camera era abbastanza piccola. In mezzo a fast-food e ristoranti. Staff abbastanza buono

Great location, staff were friendly and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay! The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, the indoor pool was fun, and the bed was very comfortable with soft pillows. We slept well both nights. Free parking was an added bonus

Slightly outdated, the bathroom could use some improvements, but it was still functional and okay to use.

Staff location everything. Only thing we weren't keen on was breakfast but even then there was always something like toast that you could have

Nothing it was all good

Check in took a while to be completed. Not sure why front desk was insisting that we used a mastercard when all our CCs are visa even after verifying this. The room is neat and well-equipped but there was a broken shutter to the window to the bath.

Great service and really tidy.

Always enjoy staying at the Hampton Inn Bolton. Everyone is always friendly, welcoming and the rooms are always clean and comfortable.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was nice and had everything you need for a short stay.
