The floors windows, all glass areas in the lobby were not very clean. This won’t stop me from staying there again. Just a detail which can be improved easily.

Es ist ein sehr ruhiges Hotel direkt an der Grenze der Umweltzone. Man kann daher gut das Auto stehen lassen und mit der in der Nähe gelegenen U- Bahn zum Dom fahren. Leider war das Frühstück nicht besonders. Gerade in Italien hätten wir einen besseren Kaffee erwartet.

Het water van de douche liep niet weg en de douchekraan was kapot.

The staff were very kind and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. Free parking was a great bonus, and the location was excellent, right next to the metro station. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay!

First of all fast response on query mail about late check-in - it was really important part of service. We reach the hotel at night and we was tired - staff was help full. Room was clean and comfortable (with possibility to setup optimal to us temperature). Breakfasts were tasty and available at reasonable time window. No problem with checkout. We really enjoy our stay.

Everything was fine. Nothing to complain about.

This is exactly what a hotel should be like. Great service, clean, family-friendly, and in a great location.

Our stay at the hotel was perfect. We had a wonderful time. From check-in to checkout, we were treated very well. We were treated like princesses. The staff members were also very attentive and always ready to help us. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team. We weren't bothered by the noise. The hotel was in a great location, not far from the train station or the airport. The rooms were clean. The meals were excellent. The only thing missing was a smart TV, but that wasn’t a big deal🤭

Lovely food in the restaurant. Also staff, especially Anthony and Marcello are super helpful and super friendly. Highly recommend!

Overall a pleasant hotel and pretty convenient for a stay in Milan. We had a car and it does have free parking underneath the hotel. For getting around the city the hotel is very close to a metro station so you can be in the centre in minutes. The room was nice and it had a mini balcony too. No iron in the room and they had a laundry room with irons and boards so that's a bit less convenient. Breakfast was fine, pretty basic selection but fine for a functional breakfast. They did have a waffle machine!

La ubicación cerca del Metro es ideal. Tiene cocheras amplias y la atención de todo el personal es excelente. La habitación cumple con todas las necesidades para el huésped.

This was our first time staying at the Hilton Garden Inn North Milan. The staff at checkin were so helpful and kind. Thanks to Laura who made our stay extra special. It’s so nice to walk up to the front desk and be so welcomed. We received an upgrade with a balcony. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options. Giovanni greeted us every morning with a smile and great service. The lady’s serving us at the bar were fantastic. Location is close to the metro. Easy to get around Milan. Definitely would come back and stay here. Thank you to all the employees that made our stay so memorable.

The rooms were nice and comfy. Check in was really slow with only one person at reception. The breakfast was disappointing from a Hilton with a choice of watery scrambled eggs or hard boiled eggs and cold bacon. Even the fruit juices had been excessively watered down. Certainly not worth 15 euro each.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hilton Garden Inn Milan North. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only about a 3-minute walk from Villa S. Giovanni Metro Station, making it very convenient for getting around Milan. The hotel felt safe and secure, and the indoor parking was a great advantage. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, with special thanks to Lorenzo for his excellent service and hospitality. I also really appreciated the free self-service laundry room on the first floor, which was very useful during our trip. Overall, a very good hotel with a convenient location, friendly staff, good facilities, and excellent value. I would happily stay here again.

The only downside for me was the pillows. They were too soft and did not provide enough neck support, so I think firmer pillow options would improve the comfort of the rooms.

Almohadas demasiado altas. Alejado del centro, pero es lo que buscaba para poder aparcar en la calle gratis el día de salida e ir en metro al centro. Finalmente fui en coche al centró y pagué parking, porque diluvió todo el día

Zwar habe ich nicht viel Zeit im Hotel verbracht, da wir dort nur übernachtet und am nächsten Morgen gefrühstückt haben, aber das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nach dem Check-out durfte ich mein Auto noch auf dem Hotelparkplatz stehen lassen, sodass ich an diesem Tag noch Mailand besichtigen konnte. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich sehr empfehlen! 😊

We waren op de terugweg van Toscane naar huis en wilde heel graag Milaan bezoeken. Dit hotel ligt redelijk dicht bij de snelweg, heeft een fijne parkeergarage (een must voor ons met de auto vol spullen) en metrostation ligt om de hoek (15 minuten naar Duomo). Personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam en ontbijt super!

La ubicación está en las afueras de Milán, pero con una parada de metro a solo 5 minutos a pie, lo que permite llegar fácilmente al centro. Si viajas en coche, es especialmente cómodo, ya que dispone de parking interior gratuito y acceso directo al hotel mediante ascensor.

Das Hotel liegt zwar außerhalb vom Zentrum, aber man ist in 5 min bei der U-Bahnstation, wo man in 15 min direkt zum Dom fahren kann. Gutes Frühstück. Bar und Restaurant im obersten Stockwerk. Sehr gute gratis Snacks an der Bar.

Mit sind Hotelbetten immer zu hart. Kissen hatte ich mein eigenes mit. Die riesigen Doppel-Bettdecken sind unmöglich.

Great location right beside the metro. Parking was free - the only one of NINE hotels on my recent road trip to offer it - and arguably in the largest city. Too marks Hilton. Elisa was very helpful with recommendations for local places to it and a map of the metro. Also a small shop attached to reception which was not too overpriced. Breakfast was good too, very decent selection. Hard to fault anything.

The room was a good size, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The hotel felt secure and offered sufficient private parking. A metro station was located nearby, making it easy to get around, and there were some restaurants within walking distance.

No water or slippers were provided in the room. I assume this may be because we do not have elite member status, but these are amenities we would normally expect from such a nice hotel. It was therefore a little disappointing.

I enjoyed dining at the hotel restaurant more than once just because Diego (our waiter) was so hospitable.

The first impression for me and my wife was the distance from downtown. But we changed our opinion on the second day. Traffic is convenient for us, especially the No.87 bus from Central Station. No.87 seemed to be set up for the hotel specifically. Far away from downtown meant far away from the scratching noise of the tram. The breakfast at the hotel was another surprise for us this morning. The food quality was very high, much higher than the worthy. The room key was the only disappointing thing, both two keys cannot operate the lift and enter the room. That's why a family came to the desk for keys changing while we were checking in.

This week I am staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Milan North. Its my first day but I had to give them a review. Usually I hate hotel food but the breakfast at this hotel was outstanding! I was very surprised and pleased with the quality of food and the service. So far, we are off to a great start!
