The staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment we stepped inside. Being greeted with such genuine kindness ready sets the tone for the stay. Thank you to the wonderful staff for being amazing! The location was ideal for what we needed. We stayed on the corner of the 10th floor which had an incredible view from two angles. Really handy to the mall next door and parking at the accommodation was ideal. Would not hesitate to stay again.

One window in the first bedroom was a wee bit breezy when closed, but problem solved with some tissues in the join to stop the cold air coming in, was only a mild issue.

I like the place because it wasn’t far from places when I need something and it is also secure and safe

The rooms had plenty of space clean tidy.

6am in the morning the trees outside by the bus terminal were being chopped down i had to ring the council to see if they could even do that at that time of the morning

The seals to the windows may need to be replaced as when windy you can hear the whooping sound from the wind. But that's should be an easy fix

Facilities were fantastic other than the Shower door could be changed to Left/ hand open as it could easily become a Safety Issue if used incorrectly when entering/exiting the Shower the door hits the Toilet bowl if the user does not use great care and Prone to an Ac ident/ Damage but otherwise excellent Facillities...

The location, the apartments are nice and modern but need to be cleaned properly inside and in the hallways

The smell in the rooms and the hallway, the room wasn't cleaned properly and customer service was very average

Totally different from the photos, there was no side tables or night lamp in the bedroom, the bedroom doors are sliding glass doors very low privacy. No space for anything. We book for a family of 3 and they where only 2 chairs with the table and very uncomfortable. Dirt not well presented.

It was handy to everything i needed... clean towels every day was nice..

Only good thing about this is the 'location'.

Pathetic hospitality, no smiles, no apologies for mistakes, no greetings, every conversation starts with money; probably reflecting how they treat and train the staff. Photos are deceiving, everything is cheap, low quality in the rooms. I am never going back there. I would give rating in minus if I could.

I liked close to city,good shower,parking is secure,kitchen ware is available and good beds. Dryer and dishwasher and microwave, good wifi. Staff are friendly. Lift to go up and down to carry luggage is good.

Some utensils like knife not sharp, heater portable was not in room. Instructions for stove would be good,tea towel for wiping dishes would also be good.

Friendly helpful staff. Good location.

Needs a really good deep clean. We asked to change rooms due to smell which the staff helped with and we did move. Both showers have black mould that needs cleaned. Lots of dents and broken stuff in kitchen. The telly in the second room was not a smart telly which is not useful.

This property was disgusting! Quite possibly the worst apartment I've ever stayed in. Stains on the carpet, gross mouldy shower, rancid dirty cutlery, window/patio door wide open when we arrived so very cold. Plasters on the bedroom windows... There were even people smoking drugs right outside our window in the corridor. Awful experience and couldn't wait to leave as early as we could in the morning.

The location was good for what I needed. The staff were nice.

It wasn’t overally clean and had a bad/weird smell coming from the drain in the shower.

The location was central and surprisingly not noisy. I was initially worried reading the Google reviews the day I was going to stay but it isn't as bad as some feedback suggests. Perhaps it depends on the room you get assigned.

The portable air conditioning unit wasn't heating. Walls and some furniture was a little tired. Parking not included, have to pay extra.

Comfy beds. I liked that our room had 2 shower and toilet rooms.

Beds were only double. Very soft which was good but makes it a bit roll together if you have 2 people. I didn't like that most of beds were pushed to the wall and no bedside tables except one room and most small lights in the rooms not working and no lamps. No enough couches and comfy chairs for the number of people the room sleeps. 2-3 (ripped) couch for a room that sleeps 8.

Room smelt old. The breakfast offered didn't have pancakes. The ad wasn't the same as what was offered. I did get to have cereal breakfast.

Upon arrival to get the key. Misleading and contradicting information they charged a hold of $100 'secure' our parking spot. Was then charged when we returned the key, reception said, it would be returned after the room had been cleaned. As a 'security bond'. We will not be returning

Good location, close to the mall, playground and Rainbows End.

There was no ducted heating. We had to rely on small fan heaters to heat the large room, in the peak of winter this was not ideal as the heaters couldn’t be left on over night. All four rooms had sliding doors, the doors were all very hard to move and couldn’t be closed easily.

Windows didn’t shut in one of the rooms so was noisy and cold. Dish washer didn’t work. Oven had no details to work out which hot plate or how high the temp etc. one room the light came in from the outside corridor.

This place is totally misleading, it's nothing like the picture. The rooms were dirty. No mirrors in the rooms, only in the bathroom. The washing machine takes forever to wash and dry. The room has a damp smell. Asked to speak to the manager, but he wasn't around. Totally misleading.

I did not like anything about this apartment.

Handy location, and friendly and accommodating staff

I'm surprised this accommodation doesn't have worse reviews. It's a converted office building, the bedrooms used to be office cubicles. This means it's freezing in winter - insufficient insulation and the heating is ducted out an open window. There was also barely enough bedding for such a situation. The whole building smells really badly (cooking smells? cigarette smoke?) though it cleared up inside the apartment with the windows open for a while (but see previous note about it being literally freezing). Also budget another $12 a day if you want a carpark.

Very unclean and the smell was unbearable couldn’t stay left same day as check in . WILL NEVER STAY OR RECOMMEND

Beware - $100 bond payment not reversed. We left the room exactly how it was found, and was told the bond would be returned however two months later it still has not been received and contact with management is not getting this resolved.
