Staff are so kind and friendly

The ac is not working well.

only had breakfast on the first morning there. Was surprised how small a piece of toast was.

My own hangers of my suitcases were lost and instead exchange with super used and old hangers from other guests after I had all our gowns and suits be steam pressed by the hotel housekeeping and even demanded payments from those hangers they were looking from me despite my notice that my own brought hangers were all gone🥲

The breakfast was not included. But the staff at the front desk was not hospital staff because they did not ask me when checking out how my stay was, if there was anything wrong, or to come back, or thank me for my stay. Very rude and poor customer service from the front desk staff.

I requested a double bed but they gave me 2 single beds, my 1st night was a nightmare I couldn't sleep because of the bed, the other thing the WiFi not available in the 4th floor I asked about this issue and they transferred me to 3rd floor the WiFi was good but still single bed available only. The breakfast is expensive

Un upgrade de la chambre m'a été proposé (contre rémunération). Le personnel a cependant oublié de dire que la chambre upgradée n'avait aucune fenêtre (ce qui est un scandale!). J'ai eu l'impression de dormir dans une cave. De plus, le matériel de la chambre était très bon marché et il n'y avait aucun coffre fort pour mettre ses valeurs à l'abri.

Excellent location.

Wifi highly unreliable. Also staff cleaning the room will throw away everything you leave in sight (personal tooth brush, personal soap, etc..). Be very careful. Front desk staff don't seem to care much about your questions. Guys guard at the entrance clearly let you feel they have zero care about any question you may have.

Friendly staff, if you ask something they will help you to solve the problems . Room are clean , they give you everyday bottled water and also clean towels if requested. Its better to ask a room with window.

When I booked, it was supposed to be Breakfast included. However, we were asked to pay for the breakfast. Attention Booking.com! How did this happen. I don't have any recourse to contact your end to verify. However, I knew fully well that I included brakfast in my payment reservation

I had some visitors in the evening of our stay, some politicians in Ozamis city. Then they overcharged me Php1,094.00 from the the payment of our dinner. I found it out only after I reviewed the bill. I asked them to put Credit to my Credit Card, but the reception doesn't know how to do it. They asked me to sign a request to refund me the amount to my Bank Account, which they said will take 3 business days.

Best air con ever! Hottest shower ever! Food was very good! Staff were very accommodating

No safe in the room. I’ve never visited a hotel with twin beds in a room. We ordered a roll out bed and the condition of the bed was very poor. However we heard this was the nicest hotel in the area so we appreciate the service they provided.

No one in forced any loudness during night hours. Even at 2 am or anytime. The bathroom had a foul sewer smell daily. My stay there was for 24 nights. All the staff were excellent though

Receptionist was nice, but management took a while to sort out the booking. Apparently my booking through booking.com didn’t reach their end. Apparently their single rooms were fully booked. Eventually got sorted anyway as they found ways to degrade a twin room to accommodate my single room booking. First time to experience such inconvenience

The room is outdated bathroom drain needs a good clean as it’s stink, every room needs a hair dryer so that the reception won’t call in the middle of the night to barrow the hair dryer they don’t care if they disturb their guest sleeping. Some little cockroach in the bathroom

My English type fry up was cold and I was given a dirty drinking glass.there is no pool and no where to sit out side in the sun TV stations the reception breaks up all the time and crazily there is no body wash in the bathroom only shower jell and tablet soap

I like most the friendly and hospitable staff especially Emma. She is a real gem. Centrally located so everything we needed to get are within easy reach.

Decent place, Ozamiz is rough like most other places in the PPS. Staff very friendly and courteous. What can I say it’s the Philippines.

Nice hotel, great location, clean room, comfy bed, low prices. A lot of shops in walking distance.

The shower in the suite 2 was too low, no average person does fit below for showering. The pictures on booking are terrible, I do not understand why, the hotel is great to stay.

Hotel was safe..everything worked in the room maybe and A/C worked perfect and fast to get the room cold, and shower was excellent cold and hot consistently no hiccups once o ever.

except for the TV connection of the signal was a little poor, vision wasn't so clear and volume was to low on most channels..

I have been traveling for 40 years!! This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Owner is extremely stingy and the complimentary breakfast is a scam! I booked a stay here before and cancelled and they never returned my money! The travel app just needed a name from this sorry excuse for a hotel and they hung up on her!! Worst customer service ever!
