We had a great dining experience. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very accommodating and welcoming. Overall, we were impressed with the hospitality and would definitely recommend dining here. We look forward to staying at the hotel in the future!

Quando non avevo Pesos in contanti perchè l'ufficio del cambio non era disponibile non mi hanno fatto prenotare il tour per il giorno dopo e non mi sono venuti incontro.

I love the privacy and the friendly staff. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and exceptionally well-kept. I always enjoy my stay here.

Lovely pool and nice restaurant. Staff always happy to help. Really nice bathroom and comfy beds. Booked for 2 people but were given a large room with an extra bed! Also helped us book tours around Puerta Princesa.

Location is decent but did have to get tricycles to get around but staff helped with this!

Hotel con mucha vegetación y buen restaurante. Habitación correcta con todo lo necesario y buen tamaño.

La piscina, como todas las de Filipinas que probamos, tenía el agua demasiado caliente. No daba sensación de refrescar (cosa necesaria en Filipinas con su clima tropical).

El mejor hotel en el que he estado en mi vida. Llegamos con un jet lag terrible y desde el primer momento nos cuidaron muchísimo: nos dejaron descansar en las zonas comunes y hasta nos facilitaron entrar antes a la habitación. El trato de todo el personal es increíble, siempre atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Mención especial para Yuli, que fue un encanto, y para todo el equipo de cafetería, limpieza, cocina, mantenimiento etc. De verdad, sin palabras. Estoy súper agradecida por cómo nos hicieron sentir.

Lo único que podría decir es que en otros hoteles se paga en el check out todos los gastos extras: desayunos, comidas, excursiones etc pero en este no 💔

Location is perfect, 5 minutes to the mall and airports, great restaurant and there's few good restaurants nearby too, spacious and very unique room with 1 queen size bed and one single bed,what I like the most is the cleanliness and the fresh breeze with beautiful garden with a european touch, the staff are bonus, they are very accommodating and friendly

We hosted a casual, intimate baby shower brunch here and the staff went above and beyond in making things perfect. A few of us arrived early to add a bit of decor, but we ended up having very little to do because they'd set a lovely tablescape for us already. The food was great, and the staff assisted us all throughout. Thank you Hibiscus Team!

Hôtel proche de l’aéroport dans un écrin de verdure qui est vraiment reposant. Le personnel est exceptionnellement gentil 👌🏼👌🏼

Resort molto carino con un giardino molto bello, camere grandi e pulite. Un po' datato ma tenuto ancora bene. Bella piscinetta. Si mangia bene per poco. Siamo stati solo una notte per prendere poi un liveaboard per Tubbataha. Consigliato.

Super hotel lief personeel en heel behulpzaam. Ontbijt erg lekker. Avond eten erg lekker. Kamers goed. Zwembad lekker alleen de ligbedden zijn niet te doen daar moeten ze wat nieuws voor kopen. Maar over het algemeen gezien erg goed.

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy your time.Staff is excellent and went above and beyond to accommodate. Highly recommend this resort.

To short of stay.

It was our last night stay on the island. We had stayed is some very economical places and experienced a wide range of what was offered in different areas on the island. The Hibiscus Garden offered the peace and serenity of being on the beach or the mountain and It was near the airport in the city. The room was very clean, and the people are kind. We loved our stay.

This is a lovely hotel with warm and helpful staff. My room was comfortable with an exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. The room was both very quiet and easily darkened for excellent sleep. I would have preferred some comfortable seating to the spare bed, but there was a desk and chair suitable for reading or working. The restaurant is charming, and almost empty during breakfast and lunch. Many folks come for dinner who aren’t hotel guests. The food was consistently good, and the staff were nice enough to serve me coffee at 6 AM although they don’t formally open until 7. This is also a fine value for money. The only drawback is a neighborhood that’s a bit noisy and chaotic, but the design of the property and the quiet rooms mostly prevent that from intruding. It was easy to get a tricycle to anywhere in town at any time.

Un véritable havre de paix, les chambres sont grandes et confortable. Le restaurant permets de prendre le petit déjeuner ou bien manger tout au long de la journée. L’hôtel propose plein de prestations (location scooter, excursion, massage, lessive…) et nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et d’une douche le jour de notre départ après le check-in.

Ce n’est pas réellement de la faute de l’hôtel, mais ils ont envoyé nos vêtements à laver, mais ils n’ont pas été livré sec, les vêtements étaient mouillés. Heureusement notre vol était le soir, nous avons pu mettre à sécher les vêtements dans le patio extérieur devant notre chambre.

I like the place because it's so cozy especially at night. The staff were so professional and helpful. It is easy to take a tricycle just outside the resort. We ordered pizza from their restaurant and it tasted good.

There were problems with the floor drain in our bathroom. Otherwise I'm satisfied with our room.

It’s a little oasis in the city. Super chill and relaxed. Beautiful at night and serene in the morning. Comfy bed.

We've been there for a week. The staff were great, always smiling and helpful. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The location is good. You can take a tricycle to SM or NCCC mall. It is not far. The food tastes good but is a bit pricey. All in all a good place to stay.

The noise outside our room. Somebody was hammering outside early in the morning. Don't know where it came from. Our toilet/ shower in room number 1 was clogged. There was water on the floor every time we shower. They tried to fix it but it was still the same until we checked out.

We stayed for 2 nights here and it was great. Its exactly as advertised. The service is amazing and the staff were so friendly and helpful even calling our bus company when we had questions for them. Food was good. Good value for money, within walking distance to other places. They have mineral water dispensers available for free to top up your bottles.

Hotel with a nice green garden. Our room was clean and big, we could book a massage directly at the desk and done in the room,.which was very convenient.

It's a very good hotel! The King room is very spacious, and has an indoor garden. The shower is also modern and big. They offer breakfast a la carte with delicious and good options. Nice swimming pool! The restaurant is a bit pricey compared to local restaurants but still affordable for Western tourists.

Please advise customers to bring cash to pay for tourist activities, as well as the shuttle van services, since there isn't a close ATM to the hotel.

Garden and pool are really beautiful and well maintained. Staff Was helpful and competent. Good food at the hotel restaurant and nice to dine out in the garden. Also really appreciated that smoking was permitted and facilitated throughout the garden ( unlike most properties in the area)

Room was kind of dark and outdated, but the outdoors trully compensates for this.

Die Anlage ist wunderschön, alle Mitarbeiter immer unglaublich freundlich und der Mann an der Bar zaubert super leckere Cocktails. Ich würde jederzeit wieder herkommen 😊

Wir waren eine Nacht dort. Die Anlage war Traumhaft schön. Das Personal war super zuvorkommend und sehr nett. Im Restaurant vor Ort kann man lecker essen.

The staff were ever so nice. The food was really good too (one of the very best I had in 2 weeks in the Philippines), and the setting by the pool was idyllic. Beautifully designed. Shower was nice & hot and had a proper divider so that the water wouldn't go everywhere (not a given in the Philippines !).

The room with 2 beds was great for the person sleeping in the bigger bed, but no bedside table or anywhere to put my suitcase, for anyone sleeping in the smaller bed. I asked for a chair for the former and 2 chairs for the latter.

Perfectly located nearby the airport this resort lets you start your Palawan holiday immediately. It is a little paradise with a beautiful garden, lots of trees, little birds, flowers and tropical charme. Wonderful restaurant, very good kitchen and a nice pool to relax after or before a long flight. very friendly staff, comfortable beds, large rooms, very clean and fully functional AC as well as good WLan. Large well shaded galery with very comfortable chairs and hamoc in front of each room.

This is a great little resort, quiet yet close to the airport, efficient and friendly. It became our home from home, and we loved it. They can arrange trips for you, eg to the underground river, and the evening firefly cruise, or a driver to take you to Balabac or El Nido. The restaurant is good, and a lovely place to sit. Room for improvement in the pina coladas though! Lovely and picturesque swimming pool too, and clean water for free to fill your bottles. Hot showers, hugely appreciated after our three days in Balabac. They've thought of everything. The reception staff were truly wonderful too.

Super schöne Anlage am Tag und in der Nacht sehr schön belegt. Waren nur eine Nacht und könnten Frühstück und Abendessen nicht einnehmen! Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich! Ich kann es weiterempfehlen!

Zimmer nicht so gemütlich und die Matratzen waren sehr schlecht. Lage leider etwas abseits. Waren aber zu kurz um mehr zu sagen!
