Reviewed Feb 5, 2021가격은 다른데 비해저렴하나 객실청소가 깔끔히안되어있구 컴퓨터와 텔레비젼이 연결안되어있으며 컴퓨터도 사양이 안좋은지 너무느립니다 호텔내 치킨시켜먹을수있는데 1마리에21000원이상이며 발닦는매트가없어서 수건여분이필요할듯요 충전은 보증금 맡겨야하고요 이상입니다

Reviewed Dec 24, 2019조식과 관련하여 이야기를 두번이나 했음에도 불구하고 밤 11시 넘어 전화하여 조식 추가비용 지금 당장 결제해달라고 하여 자다가 일어나서 결제하러 내려감. 조식은 조미료맛이 너무 강하고 일부 반찬은 입에 대기도 어려움. 어느 누구에게나 조식은 권하고 싶지 않음.

Reviewed Oct 7, 2019많은 여행으로 여러곳을 다녀봤지만 지금까지 간 곳중 최악이였어요..특히 청소상태가...쇼파보조테이블 밑에서 닭뼈가 나오고 컴퓨터 책상 밑에는 배게가 터졌는지 깃털도 수북하고..도저히 그냥은 잘수없을정도여서 방을 바꿔달라했는데 남은방이없어서 직원분이 오셔서 청소기 밀어주셨어요..화장대밑이며 구석진곳은 아예 청소를 안하시는지 먼지가 쌓여있고..제돈주고 편히쉬러간곳에서 물티슈로 청소하고자긴 처음이네요..청소에 신경좀 써주세요..

Reviewed Apr 19, 2017バスルームにを見てはっきりわかったけど、ここはいわゆるラブホテルですね。だからといって泊まれないわけではないし、チェックインのときフロントにいた若い女性は親切でした（いったん外出して深夜に戻ってきたときには男性スタッフに）。でもまあ、泊まるなら、どのジャンルのホテルか知っておくのがいいでしょう。 駅からは歩くなぁという印象でした。私は地元の友人と一緒でしたが、ひとりだとやや不安になるかもしれないです。それでも大丈夫、気にしないという方はどうぞ。

Reviewed Dec 17, 2016전체적으로 주차 편하고 응대 편하고 그렇습니다. 생각보다 방은 좀 작았고요. 화장실에서 바퀴한마리 잡았고요. 샤워기 사용이 줄이 짧아서 사용이 불편했습니다. 비데 사용법 알림글이 없고해서 그냥 묻기도 그래서 사용안했습니다.그것만 빼고 하루쉬었다가기에는 저렴하고 좋아요.

Reviewed Nov 10, 2016주차장도 넓고 1층의 레스토랑과 비비큐가 같이있어서 이용하기에도 좋고 커피숕도 새벽3시 까지 하더라구요 그것도 좋았고 갑자기온 한파덕에 엄청 추웠는데 난방도 잘되고 스파도 잘되고하니 노곤하고 객실도조용하고 아늑해서 혼자 맥주 룸서비스해서 마시며 일보고 편히 자다가 간것 같아요 다음에도 출장을 이근처로 온다면 이쪽으로 이용할것 같아요

Reviewed Nov 2, 2016출장때문에 처음 이용했는데 스파도있고 1층의레스토랑과 역전근처라서 교통도편하고 직원분들도 친절하고 맥주와퉁다리바베큐2조각시켜서 룸서비스로 올려다주더라구요 1층엔 비비큐이자 레스토랑? 이여서 여러가지 음식도되고 해물떡볶이나짬뽕탕도되더라고요 객실도생각보다넓고 저렴한비용에 잘이용했어요 그리고 아침에조식신청했는데 아메리칸스타일로 우유,쥬스,커피중에 저는오렌지쥬스했는데 딱시간맞춰서 해서가져다주더라구요 친절했습니다~

Reviewed Aug 31, 2016조금 걱정했는데 객실컨디션 괜찮네요 큰 호텔은 아니지만 객실청결했고 관리를 잘하신 것 같습니다. 필요에 따라 조식도 가능해서 편리했고 간단히 맥주 한잔하고 올라갈 수 있는 곳이 있어서 편했네요 치킨도 맛있었구요 적당한 가격인듯 싶습니다.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2016생각보다 방이 굉장히 적었습니다 3명 기준 4명까지 들어갈수있는방은 그에맞는 금액을 지불했음에도 더블침대하나 싱글침대하나라 3명은 편안해도 동행한 1인은 누울만한공간도 거의없더군요 바로옆 호텔은 금액도 조금더저렴하고 방도 훨씬커서 친구몇명은 그쪽에서 숙박했습니다 다만 1층에 치킨호프가있어서 멀리가지않고 저녁은 치맥으로해결했습니다 서비스나 여러면에서 불만인건없었지만 전체적으로 지리적인면이나 방크기에서 조금 실망이네요 근처 다른숙박시설들에 비해 가성비가 조금 떨어지는듯했습니다

Since I am traveling a lot for my business and when I go to South Korea I am unable to go other hotel becuz of price and facilities and cleanness and all other reasons. Korea is beautiful country, my home doesn't have mountain except Rockey Mountain. Koam hotel is near mountain that I could just walk, it was not hard to walk up not climb up. It was beautiful experience to go to mountain near by. Since I had visited to Korea on last fall, I start to go to mountain and it was so much different experience... of course I am fully enjoying this hotel food at the restaurant and room has everything so updated. that's why I said I am so addicted to Koam hotel and I am strongly referred to everyone who come to Seoul Korea. near Seoul don't need to pay so much and enjoy better.

I never knew Anyang before until one of friend took me to this hotel restaurant that has everything what I need as Western style food and drink. I was curious about Hotel room what is look a like because restaurant interior was fantastic to have meeting and other things. I had asked to if I can see the hotel room and Hotel staff showed me several rooms and I was very impressed. Wow! never seen interior like this hotel before and price was excellent. I had booked next day to move from where I was staying and moved to Koam hotel. I saved Hotel expenses and enjoyed a lots of comfort. I strongly referred this hotel to other people whether business or personal trip, it will be so great to staying at Koam Hotel. Room had everything I need it, it was clean enough and facilities inside the room was so good. Late evening we had some drink at the restaurant and food was so delicious and price was so reasonable. Also, go to Seoul down town or anywhere in Seoul city did not have any problem. It only takes 20km to Seoul Gang Nam and I took public transportation to Myung Dong down town less than an hour by subway. subway station is near and Anyang had plenty place to shopping. I love Korean traditional Market, it was great trip staying at Anyang Koam hotel. Hotel staffs was kind enough to introduce where to go to and how can save expenses while staying at Korea. Hey.... Believe me Koam Hotel is awesome !!!

Reviewed Feb 16, 2016I love Anyang, near Seoul and I can find lots of things with reasonable price..It was great location to stay at the Koam Tourist hotel. Boutique hotel had everything I need with cheap price. I could enjoy with whirlpool in the room while I watching TV. Fantastic to enjoy the sleep and relaxed. Same time I could have nice cup of coffee with breakfast at the restaurant and food was very westernized that I was so impress. I had meeting at this café with convenient parking for my visitor. Honestly, Seoul or many city has very difficult for the parking but this hotel parking lot was just ground level to walk in easily. Well every time I come to Korea near Seoul I am referred this hotel to other business partner. Save our budget with full enjoyment. why pay more for trip.. I rather shopping more for that money I save. I really want to tell everyone who plan to trip Seoul I am strongly referring Koam Tourist Hotel. You are not regret about it for sure.

Reviewed Feb 15, 2016Beautiful and comfortable boutique hotel I never seen. What a wonderful interior that I never seen before with such cheap price. I will not go any other hotel since I have stay in this hotel. Room was clean enough can't expect more and it has everything inside the room that I need. Restaurant was so confi...... I had pizza & chicken with draft beer doing my some of work it was so nice and comfortable and so tasty. I would recommend this hotel because I don't have to spend too much expenses to staying this hotel. Don't expect to be so big but enough to enjoy all amities. Also, around hotel has may store that I can have anything I need. .

Reviewed Nov 2, 2015I had to go to Seoul Korea and I found that many business hotel were very expensive and I was searching near Seoul. Koam hotel was cut m eyes by photo and the room rate. I booked and stay at standard room with so cheap price. I was so great to choose this hotel. Hotel was not so big but have everything and interior was so cozy and different boutique hotel. Later evening I went down to restaurant to have cold beer with my favourite chicken. I am coming back here to stay again for sure with cheap price and amities, Can't expect better than this service and price. with extra saving money for the hotel I could do more shopping. Awesome....
