It's was a amazing stat and it make our new year very much special always remember this new year 2026. The food is very delicious and staff is very Helpfull.

It was a wonderful hotel with the pleasent stay and healthy food the reception staff is very polite and humble . This was a very good experience.

We travelled with family... overall stay was pleasant with few improvement areas like ac and room temperature was a constant problem for us ...Ac was controlled centrally which used to shut down every day and temperature was fixed to 25 and since no other ventilation in room ,it disturbed our sleep. No ala carte dinner option in restaurant ,it forces you to take buffet only...gym and spa is third party managed .Room mirror lighting needs big improvement...it was quite dull to get ready...location of property is good as it is bang on highway and that is the big plus for this property...I am used to a very good experience at Delhi and Gurgaon Country Inn properties...this one needs improvement in service standards. Staff was friendly and helpful . I was offered an upgrade to suite which is appreciated. I hope management will work upon few inputs to improve guest experience

The hotel is on the side of highway. Front office experience was ok. Checkin was quick. No welcome drink was offered. Rooms are ok. Infrastructure is old. Sofas and curtain are worn out. Cannot be called a 4 star hotel but a lower 3 star type. However, housekeeping was good. Staff especially Kuldip was very helpful. Rooms were clean. Regarding facilities, no garden or kids play area. Gym is good. Since it is winter, outside pool is not usable. There are no other activities one can indulge in the hotel. I mean not fit for staycation. Morning breakfast buffet was ok, though there are limited choices in comparison to other Radisson hotels.

Good location. Close to transport. Breakfast was good. Room was very spacious as I got upgraded to suite. Staff response was very average. Had to wait a long time for check-in. Room and bathroom was not cleaned despite requesting.

I stayed in Country Inn for 2 nights during October 3-5,2025. The rooms were more comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with lot of varities. Would love to stay once again.

Stay was amazing, Entire team is wonderful & helpful during the stay. Rooms are nice, spacious & well equipped & maintained. Hotel is beautiful & located on highway, easy to locate. Reception staff is courteous & helpful during tge stay.

I stayed here for 02 nights & found everything perfect. Rooms are spacious & they gave me upgraded room complimentary. Entire hotel staff is professional & willing to serve us. Reception staff is too helpful, special mention to Parv & Manvi. I will come next month to stay here only due to their level of service.

Property is good, Ambience is excellent but the staff is undertrained. Not happy with the check in process, Laguage was misplaced and room allotment was not as per promise. On calling House keeping receiving demanded items after very long time. Staff is ringing a door bell at 3:00 AM and disturbing every guest just to look for their lost Master key.

The hospitality at the hotel was truly excellent – the rooms were neat, comfortable and well maintained, and all the facilities worked perfectly. The staff was cooperative and polite, always ready to assist with a smile. At the front office, Ganika made the experience even better with her professional yet warm approach. She welcomed me nicely, handled the check-in and check-out process smoothly, and communicated everything clearly. Her polite nature, quick service and the way she asked for feedback showed genuine care for guests. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I really appreciate the service provided, especially by Ganika at the reception.

Excellent experience with Chef Raj!! The south indian food was really good,…. especially the idli with gunpowder was amazing. …… The desserts were good though parathas could be worked upon better…… Enjoyed the drinks too thoroughly…..

In county in suites by radission the hotel back and side view is not good but i like the services of this hotel the hotel dishes is normal taste and insides the hotel lobby place is so warm the ac cooling is so slow .

There was water leakage in room . I have already mentioned to expedia customer care.

I arrived at the hotel around 2:00 AM for check-in and was assigned a room that had a strong and overwhelming smell of fresh paint. Upon entering, I immediately noticed wet paint on the doors, which triggered a severe headache. When I contacted the on-duty manager, he appeared completely unaware of any painting activity and offered no satisfactory explanation or immediate solution. At that hour of the night, I had no choice but to return to the reception and insist on a room change. The issues didn’t stop there. The room I was given was unhygienic — the linen was old and had an unpleasant odor, the bathroom floor was leaking during showers, and overall cleanliness was severely lacking. The carpets in the hallways looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, if not longer. Walking on them felt like stepping on unkempt fabric. Frankly, I regretted choosing your property. I opted for this hotel under the Radisson brand expecting quality, value, and professionalism — all of which were absent. It appears the property is being run under the Radisson name but does not uphold the brand's reputation in any meaningful way. There are far superior accommodations available in the city for the same price, offering better hygiene, amenities, and customer care.

This is my second visit here. Excellent service by front office manager- Sachin. Staff in restaurant, housekeeping were all very polite and caring. Only feedback would be if there is some variations made in the main courses of buffet breakfast considering guests who stay for multiple days. Other than that, I’ll surely come again.

If you’re looking for a comfortable stay then this place is not for you. I have been to this hotel a few times earlier as well and the experience had been okay however, this time around it was just terrible. My ordeal of three days started with a poor experience at check-in where I was made to wait for almost an hour and a half despite arrive well beyond the usual check-out hours. The service in the rooms was unprofessional and hygiene absolutely lacking. The bathroom amenities were low quality and h housekeeping below par. Disappointing stay.

The stay was comfortable and the staff was warm and cooperative. Sachin and Palak at the front desk made the check in and check out process quite smooth. The stay came in with a complementary breakfast, which was not too fancy but decent. The hotel also has a small secluded pool and a functionl fitness room as well. All in all, a cozy and comfortable stay.

Overall it is good place to stay. The amenities are good. They upgraded our rooms. We requested for packed breakfast in the morning as we had to leave early. The breakfast was on time, nicely packed, healthy and hygienic.
