A bit noisy from traffic, I found the heater a bit hard to work out, and Sky channels didn't work for us. The owner very considerate offered us a reduced rate but we refused as the price was already good. And the problems were minimal, and possibly just us not operating things coercion correctly.

Booking.com said that breakfast was included but the motel does not supply breakfast. The owners were saying that booking.com were responsible for not supplying a breakfast where it was included when i booked but it was still in their info book. A bit misleading. I would expect booking.com to at least refund some of our money as they have mislead and lied to us.

The room suite that we had was on the ground floor. A good sized double, a good sized bathroom shower room and the shower was good. Good hot water supply. Cooking facilities were good with a double electric hop and adequate utensils. Over all a good base and comfortable. The staff upon arrival and departure were brilliant and very pleased we stayed there. I would recommend.

I couldn't fault the cleanliness but the signs promoting 50+ sky channels were a tad misreading when the "good" channels (movies etc) were excluded. Having to redo the wifi sign up process every day was a bit of a pain. Very comfortable bed with a great bathroom.
