Il punto forte della struttura è sicuramente il personale MERAVIGLIOSO. Riccardo in piscina, Lidia alla Reception, Lorenzo e Andrea. Elena in sala. Solo alcuni degli angeli meravigliosi che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno speciale. Struttura immersa nel verde, curatissima, SPA incredibile, massaggiatrici fantastiche. Cibo (provato solo bistrot perché il ristorante era chiuso per riposo settimanale) un po’ costoso ma ottimo. Selezione di vini San Maurizio varia e soddisfacente. Giuditta la proprietaria e suo marito deliziosi, due persone estremamente piacevoli.

Das Zimmer war zwar etwas klein, hatte aber alles, was man brauchte. Es lag in einem kleinen Haus und bot viel Privatsphäre. Die beiden Restaurants – ein Michelin-Restaurant und ein Bistro – waren beide fantastisch. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Der Pool, der echt der Hammer war, schließt unverständlicherweise schon um 18 Uhr – und das in einem glühend heißen Sommer, in dem die Sonne erst um 22 Uhr untergeht!

We booked at Relais San Maurizio for our first overnight stay in the Piedmont region. I cannot write highly enough about the staff, accommodations, food, scenery, setting, and much more. This is a spa resort with an outdoor swimming pool, a small park, fantastic views of the countryside, gym, and full spa. Relais San Maurizio was originally a monastery, started in 1619 and the breakfast buffet is served in the chapel with seating out on the patio overlooking the hills. Wow! We were fortunate to have arrived on their fall feast day (Ferragosto, 15 August) and they offered a special dinner, which we went to. The event was magical, with an outdoor setting overlooking the scenic hillside covered in vineyards, the sunlight slowing dimming and electric lighting ushering in a sense of mystery to the surroundings. The food and wine was excellent, and all staff members made sure the event was meeting expectations. The staff is experienced professionals and most speak at least English and Italian, but we also heard them speaking French as well. Relais San Maurizio is at the top of a hill and a bit difficult to get to. We entered the address into Apple Maps and were taken to a neighboring farmhouse. Entering their name instead took us to the correct location. It is an adventure getting there that is absolutely worth the effort. I recommend Relais San Maurizio without hesitation. Service is as good as it can get and the pricing is very reasonable for this level of lodging and service.

Les vues exceptionnelles, les espaces (ce qui est très agréable c'est qu'on se sent moins dans un hôtel que dans une belle demeure ancienne), la chambre avait une taille correcte, avec son mini jardin, le bâtiment historique sublime, la gentillesse et la qualité de service du personnel, le dîner au bistrot, le dîner au restaurant gastronomique, les petits déjeuners, la facilité à aller dans les différents villages du Piémont, la séance de massage, la recharge électrique pour la voiture, etc ...

Nous avons tout apprécié, mais quelques améliorations sont possibles : La douche pourrait être un peu plus au standard du moment, l'espace piscine pourrait être améliorée (chaises longues / le sol de la terrasse autour de la piscine un peu vieillot)

Le lieu, un très grand domaine avec un parc, est magnifique et grand. Le restaurant Bistrot au top, service et cuisine, et le lieu très beau. Le spa avec bains d'eau salée, génial.

Le personnel pas à la hauteur, à part au restaurant. La climatisation dans la chambre très bruyante. On a dû l'arrêter pour dormir.

Thanks to them, all our activities—including the truffle hunting and winery tours—went so smoothly. The meals were also exceptional. My sincere thanks to all the staff members!

The hotel is gorgeous, the food is delicious, but it’s the staff that make this hotel stand out. They are extremely caring and attentive. I had a small medical emergency while there and they went above and beyond to help us through it. It was a charming and relaxing visit. We hope to return soon!

Beautiful property with stunning gardens and great facilities. Loved the salt cave. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. We were particularly grateful to Federico for his advice and support in arranging our itinerary.

La struttura è impeccabile, elegante e perfettamente inserita nel paesaggio collinare, con viste spettacolari sui vigneti che rendono ogni momento speciale. La camera era ampia,luminosa e arredata con gusto, dotata di ogni comfort. L’esperienza culinaria è stata semplicemente eccezionale. Il ristorante stellato Michelin offre un percorso gastronomico di altissimo livello, capace di esaltare i sapori del territorio con creatività e grande tecnica. Ogni piatto è una piccola opera d’arte, accompagnata da una carta dei vini straordinaria. Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto lo staff per la disponibilità, la gentilezza e l’attenzione verso ogni esigenza. Raramente si trova un livello di servizio così elevato. Tout était parfait

The location of this hotel is amazing with wonderful vineyard and langhe views surrounding the whole place. The staff treated us really well (my wife is 8 months pregnant and this was our last road trip before the baby arrives and they made it memorable by also upgrading our room). They also looked after her during breakfast without us having to remind them. Lovely and beautiful place! Highly recommend

Some places of the hotel could do with some TLC as I believe they're starting to get a little old, which might remove a little the 5 star overall effect. Negligible but to keep in mind for the future.

Superb from start to finish couldn't be more helpful for my wife's birthday. Arranged flowers made an extra effort at dinner and breakfast with a cake and candle and present in the room. The spa and pool was great, dinner, made our dog feel welcome and arranged gcp of for her. Also arranged wine tour and driver to create a truly memorable experience .

Just had a pleasure staying at this property 5 nights . Fantastic charming monastery with a lot of character. Have excellent spa with salt Caves pools having Nacl and Magnesium salt pools. Very unusual spa treatment with scrubs and mud using grape seeds as well as sauna in the wine barrel. Breakfast is excellent. but the most important is the level of service that is higher than most of the others five star resorts in the area . You can feel that this property is privately owned and people have a pride in taking care of the guests. Elena Mora, Monica Collavecchio deserve special mention . No requests ,small or large, were overlooked. 5.0 in my book

The whole experience was exceptional. The whole staff was very welcoming and the monastery itself is facinating.. We were also amazed by the land, the gardens and how well they were kept.. And finally Spritz! the lovely tuxedo cat in the premises :) it made us feel like home :)

Relais San Maurizio is one of my favorite places to stay. With it's rich history, impeccable staff, the best spa I have ever been to, the dining experiences....I could go on forever. Immediately upon your arrival, you are taken back to complete relaxation, unexplainable vistas, pampering to the highest level. I would recommend for anyone in the region to stay there. I can't wait for my next visit! It is truly a beautiful place.

we stayed at the hotel with friends for 3 nights and had one of our best experiences. Everything and i mean everything was perfect. from the welcome at the reception, through waiters at the restaurants, at the bar, the cleaning team - ALL were super attentive and helpful. The team helped organize the visits to the wineries, recommended fantastic near by restaurants and made this a true relaxing and most enjoyable vacation in this beautiful part of Italy. we will certainly be back!

Die Lage und die gesamte Infrastruktur sind unglaublich schön und werden mit viel Liebe gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, geschmacklich aber eher etwas zurückhaltend und ohne Überraschungen oder geschmacklichen Höhenflügen. Wo wir ein bisschen enttäuscht waren, war beim Abendessen im Michelin-Restaurant. Von der Küche haben wir uns viel mehr erwartet. Alles in allem war es aber ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt.

The staff was absolutely amazing—very helpful, friendly, and polite. The grounds are exceptionally well-maintained and thoughtfully designed; I can only imagine how stunning everything must look in the summer. The location itself is beyond beautiful. Even at the end of November, the views were mesmerizing and the weather was sunny. We enjoyed the salt cave, and afterward we were able to sunbathe comfortably outdoors. There was no wind, so relaxing in swimsuits under the sun felt incredibly pleasant.

Gostei de tudo. Os funcionários são excelentes, as instalações são maravilhosas, os jardins são magníficos, um café da manhã fabuloso e dois bons restaurantes a disposição.

Não se trata do hotel , mas por estar no topo da montanha você tem de ter muito cuidado com as estradas que deveriam serem mais bem sinalizadas e com mais proteção de segurança.
