The hotel feels like an oasis in the otherwise busy and noisy Ölüdeniz area. As soon as you pass through the hotel gate from Ölüdeniz Beach, you enter a completely different world. The authentic atmosphere, beautiful old olive trees, and thoughtful décor create a peaceful and relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle outside.

Although the hotel itself is perfectly peaceful, the outside noise can keep one awake until 1 am where one hears different types of music from the nightclubs around.

Ozlem was an amazing host and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The whole team were genuinely friendly and helpful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Jade Residence is adults only, which, to be honest, is amazing. It creates such a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. It’s nestled away like a little hidden oasis—you’re right in the heart of Ölüdeniz and close to everything, but once you step inside, it feels private and removed from all the activity outside. It’s also the little things they get right. Good quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and moisturiser are all provided, the hairdryer is actually a proper hairdryer that works, and you can leave the air conditioning running when you leave the room rather than coming back to a hot room every time. Small details, but when you’re travelling they make a real difference. The rooftop restaurant was delightful overlooking the beach, not to mention the incredible turkish Breakfast!!! It’s not a big, impersonal hotel, and that’s exactly what makes it special. Beautiful surroundings, a relaxed atmosphere and, most importantly, genuinely lovely people looking after you.

The attic room has a very low ceiling, you need to duck and crouch alot. Not suitable for tall people.

We loved the property. The owner, Özlem, is very nice and welcoming. She messaged me before arrival to check in. She even sent us with sandwiches for our early morning departure. Otherwise, the breakfast is included and very yummy. It is clean and small - only 10 rooms on property so it feels more homey. We stayed at the attic room. It wasn’t my favorite layout because it is an attic so you become susceptible to banging your head on the ceiling and there is no balcony. Unfortunately, that was our only choice and the room was nice regardless. We had a small problem with our shower not draining properly, but we were able to WhatsApp Özlem and it got fixed. The bathroom came equipped with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion. You can get an iron upon request. Not sure if I noted a hairdryer. The property amenities are nice. There is a restaurant on property, Jade Terrace. It is very good, although pricey. The staff is incredible and can recommend dishes/deinks based on taste. That is also where you eat breakfast. The website notes buffet style, but it is not. You get a personal assortment of the Turkish breakfast at the table - it is very delicious with lots of options, and eggs cooked your way. The pool is nice for night swims and during the day you can walk across the pedestrian walk to the free beach - Belcekiz or walk down to the lagoon (150 lira entry fee). The hotel does not come with beach chairs so be prepared to rent/use a beach club. There are paragliders landing right outside the hotel which is a fun sight to see. Overall, the views are stunning in and outside the property. The bus stop to go to Oludeniz and Fethiye is also ~100m away. We took it on our way in (they can store luggage in the back) and it was fairly inexpensive. The stop is Oludeniz. We also took it to the cable car and into town, it makes frequent stops. There is also an entry to hotel from beach side. I saw a lot of reviews mentioning noise. That is true.

Midden in het drukke Ölüdeniz is het een heerlijke, rustige oase. Een speciale dank aan Özlem voor haar warme, attente en geweldige service. Zij maakte ons verblijf extra bijzonder. We komen hier zeker terug!

Esta acción para mí demuestra el máximo compromiso con el huésped. Por supuesto que la ubicación es perfecta, el hotel es hermoso con un patio con piscina perfecto para descansar, con atención del restaurante que es excelente. Limpieza perfecta. Pero todo eso no sería lo mismo si la actitud de su gente fuera otra.

The location is amazing. The breakfast area is beautiful with the sea view and the paragliders above you. The breakfast is delicious and no buffet hassle. The room we booked for two is spacious and clean. The staff is also amazing. Special thanks go to Ozlum for taking care of us with the airport taxi driver.

The music is usually loud until 1 p.m. However, the hotel provides sleeping earplugs, which solves the problem.

Super lovely, well located, kind staff, the restaurant was so so and in my opinion overpriced, breakfast was included and really very good! All in all we would come back, even though it’s a bit pricey but it’s super small and gives me super nice very special boutique hotel vibes! It is very noisy until late at night, come prepared :)

Attentive staff who were welcoming and helpful. Coffee, tea and water provided in the room. Fast internet. Parking in the back. Very close to the beach and public transport. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back!

A bigger desk with a chair would be nice in the room. There was an unpleasant smell in the staircase outside the rooms. Lots of noise until 1:00 am from surrounding bars; but this is not the hotel’s fault.

Very beautiful zen garden pool atmosphere. Like a Four Season. Very unique. Hidden. Gives off White Lotus Vibes. During the day quiet pool area. Feels very private. Attention to details. Staff remember us. Same cleaning staff and waiter daily for 3 days remember your breakfast orders. Drinks ordered brought to pool side charged to room.

The hotel is just a step away from the Ölüdeniz beach in Fethiye. Its second-floor restaurant has the best location along the entire coastline. We dined there every day, and from morning till night, countless paragliders glided past us and flew right overhead — it was incredibly romantic. The lhotel itself is beautiful, and the staff are all very attentive. The room cleanliness was even better than many international five-star hotels. The breakfast was plentiful, but since we stayed for three days and had the same breakfast every morning, we hope there can be some variety — otherwise, guests staying longer might get tired of it. All in all, we highly, highly recommend this place

We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect — right on the promenade, with plenty of restaurants and bars around, and a bus stop just outside (Fethiye bus every 5 minutes). There are also a few beach clubs only a short walk away. The hotel itself is beautiful, very green and peaceful, with cozy, spotless rooms where towels are changed daily. You don’t hear the noise from the promenade, which makes it even more relaxing. The on-site restaurant was very good too. Most importantly, the host was absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!

We stayed attic room didn’t realize we would be bumping our heads going in and out of bed n had to remember to duck. Breakfast service was nice. Google maps brought us to the wrong end of the street which was closed off so it was difficult to find. In the room It was pretty loud at night as the music is pumping til past midnight

Otelin iki önemli problemi var bir geceleri basan sivrisinekler, bu nedenle cam acamiyorsunuz ya da akşam havuz başı, ortak alanda oturamiyorsunuz. İkincisi de yemekleri kötü, mutfağı gayet temiz ancak yemek tatları hem restoran hem havuz başı biz beğenmedik. Kahvaltısı güzel ve çeşitli, kahvaltıyı çok beğendik.

Het is onmogelijk om er te slapen. Het hotel ligt aan het strand. Elke avond is het feest met live muziek, ook in het eigen hotel. Het gebouw is oud en de ramen sluiten niet degelijk. Zelfs oordopjes helpen niet. De decibels, gemeten in bed, liggen permanent tussen de 55 en 68. Het probleem is vooral dat ze dit zelf niet vermelden.

This place is a little gem. Tucked away just a few meters away from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants, this beautiful little hotel has 10 charming rooms fronted by a small (12m) pool and a beautiful terrace offering an oasis of relaxation, peace, and tranquillity under a canopy of olive trees. Go up a few steps to their restaurant and bar overlooking the beach and amazing landing paragliders to enjoy a superb breakfast until 11 or a delightful evening selecting from their extensive menu of quality foods and wines all served by the nicest of staff. Honestly, we did not want for anything all the time we were there and recommend it without reservation. Also I want to mention the staff at the hotel from the restaurant manager and his team to the cleaning staff. All were very welcoming and made our stay extra special.

Our stay at Jade Residence was absolutely amazing from start to finish. First off, the location couldn’t have been better—it’s practically on the beach! It’s just about a 4-minute walk to Ölüdeniz Beach and the beautiful Belcekiz shoreline. So you’re in the heart of all the action, close to both the beach and vibrant shops and cafés, yet once you’re inside the hotel, it feels like a peaceful oasis. Despite being in the lively part of Ölüdeniz, the noise didn’t bother us—most evenings the music winds down by 1 AM, and we were able to sleep soundly. The vibrant atmosphere actually added charm to our stay without disrupting our rest. What couldn’t have been more thoughtful was the hospitality of our hosts. We had an early departure at 4 AM, and unexpectedly they prepared breakfast for us before we left! That kind of care really sets Jade Residence apart—such a personal, welcoming touch. Our room was comfortable and cozy. We especially loved relaxing by the lovely pool and garden—an intimate, tranquil spot shaded by olive trees, perfect after a day in the sun. The terrace, restaurant, and overall vibe were both stylish and genuinely inviting. In short: great location, thoughtful service, and a peaceful retreat right in the heart of Ölüdeniz. We’ll absolutely be back—and wholeheartedly recommend Jade Residence to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Очень милое, симпатичное местечко. По стилистике напоминает частную виллу. Отличные порционные турецкие завтраки. Днем достаточно тихо, и не там много проживающих в отеле, лежаков на всех хватает.

Ночью достаточно шумно до часа ночи тк рядом бары. Номер на мансарде не совсем удобен, человеку выше 170 см совсем будет не комфортно.

The main hôtel was delightful and the swimming pool area is gorgeous (amazing decor and plants) and a haven of tranquility right by the bustling sea front. We decided to spend time there rather than the beach as it was so enjoyable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and clean. A/c worked well and the bathroom is modern and well functioning with a good shower. We rented a car and just be mindful to come via the back entrance (we followed Google and ended up on the sea front which is the wrong place). Parking was easy as they park your car in their private alley. Very convenient. Breakfast was great and copious. Breakfast is on their rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the landing of paragliders in the morning.

The only downside is the proximity to the beach, in the evening you hear the club music quite loudly on some nights.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le personnel est d’une gentillesse remarquable et toujours à l’écoute, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. La piscine est très belle et parfaite pour se détendre, le cadre est charmant et paisible. Le petit déjeuner, varié et savoureux, est un vrai plaisir pour bien commencer la journée. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel !

It was excellent in all the right ways - charming, a little old fashioned, comfy beds, quiet pool area, a book exchange, excellent air con and WiFi. A short stroll took us to the very busy and bustling strip and the Jade was a peaceful haven to retreat back to. The staff could not have been more helpful. Lunch served by the pool everyday was an unexpected bonus.

Only slight negative - and the emphasis here is on slight - the music from the strip is loud but shuts down at 1pm. It didn’t bother us.

The Jade Residence is a hidden gem in the heart of busy Oludeniz. It is a little bit old fashioned, charming and comfortable. The aircon works well, the beds are comfortable, the shower great with lovely products (Le Labo iykyk). The staff could not be more helpful. A single bed was added to one room at the last minute and they helped us to organise a lovely sunset boat trip. If you exit the hotel onto the seafront you have all the facilities at your fingertips - great activities, bars, fun shopping. And then you can retreat into the lovely Jade Residence. Great breakfast too.

It didn’t bother us at all but the music from the bars is quite loud. It doesn’t last all night and definitely didn’t affect our stay.

Wonderful boutique hotel and friendly staff. Comfortable rooms and amenaties, amazing private inner courtyard pool and lounge areas, superb beachfront location with restaurants and shops, and excellent breakfast served on the upper terrace overlooking the beach.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant and is brought to your table with all dishes. There is a good selection, excellent coffee choices and is very filling. The pool is excellent for cooling off. The property has many places for taking photos and private areas for couples or groups to relax. Of all the properties we stayed at in Turkey, this was our favourite.

The beach area caters to a younger crowd and we preferred to stay on the property. In the evening there was music that we could hear, but did not bother us.

Gorgeous property, welcoming staff, attentive service, idyllic locale, right on the beach. The hotel saved our Oludeniz trip and was a highlight of our trip to Turkey. Best breakfasts and food we had on our whole trip.

Jade residence was absolutely beautiful!! The room was cozy and had everything I needed. But what makes Jade residence remarkable is the peace and quiet of the garden. There are so many areas to relax, wether it’s by the pool or on the sofas. It’s quiet, peaceful, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast is also delicious. It’s perfectly located with so many restaurant and cafe options at walking distance. And finally, the staff is super nice and helpful.m I would definitely recommend staying there!

This is by far the best hotel in Oludeniz sea side, it is truly a sanctuary in the heart of the fun. The staff, rooms, restaurant, and everything was incredible! The breakfast is the best I have had in Türkiye!

The hotel was stunning, very White Lotus vibes with the wooden decking and tropical trees. There also aren't loads of rooms, so it never felt cramped or super busy, very quiet and chilled atmosphere. The Turkish buffet breakfast was amazing, never had anything like it! Would go back just for this You're about 20 metres from the beach as well so the location is ideal.

Because of the large trees in the garden (which are stunning) - only a few spots around the pool actually get sun throughout the day. So if you're there to get a tan, be prepared to shuffle your sunbed around every hour (assuming no-one else has got those spots already) Saying that though, the sunbeds are some of the comfiest ones I've ever used in a hotel. You're also right next to the beach if you're desperate to cook your skin like we were

As soon as 10:00pm hit the clubs started around the villa and it was impossible to sleep till they closed at 2:00am, for a relaxing place it should have been specified more the terrible club noise.

Little oasis in a bustling tourist town. Nice garden area around the pool with plenty of places to relax when not out exploring the area. The room was comfortable and quaint with a French provincial feeling.

The premises are beautiful and serene. The staff is very attentive. The breakfast is out of this word, so good.

What a joy to arrive to the people of Jade hotel and it's beautiful hotel. Best food on the terrace, best view, best hospitality from everyone. What a great stay. The airport transfer was included in the price, and the hotel sent a spacious, clean taxi to pick us up. Stepping through the entrance marked "Jade" from the bustling promenade feels like entering an entirely different world. The peace and refined ambiance of the hotel courtyard are truly surreal. It’s clear that great attention has been given to creating a unique style and atmosphere here that you won’t find anywhere else. The hotel terrace is perfectly situated between paragliders in the sky and the promenade below, providing an excellent view of all the activities. Breakfast was very diverse and delicious, offering food enthusiasts a unique opportunity to try a wide variety of different options. The room was spotlessly clean, which deserves high praise. Each morning, the housekeeping staff tidied the room with great care and were very pleasant. All the staff, from the reception team to the restaurant staff, are exceptionally kind and bring a wonderful positive energy to the hotel, making them truly worth every penny spent on our stay.

The hotel is a peaceful place, and although there’s some noise from the nearby Bam-Boo bar, it ends around midnight, so it’s manageable. However, I’d suggest improving the sound insulation of the internal doors, as they tend to slam shut easily and noise from neighboring rooms can sometimes be disruptive. Enhanced door insulation and quieter door mechanisms would add to the overall peace and privacy for guests.

We loved staying here. The pictures do not do justice. We like it so much, we will come back here again. The staff was phenomenal. I am so happy we discovered this place. I will gladly come back here again. It really added enjoyment to our trip.

Jade is a beautiful hotel with the most amazing pool area. It’s right on the beach so everything is at your door. The terrace breakfast dining is gorgeous.

Oludeniz is a party town. It’s noisy (which we were warned about).

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! I loved every corner of it, except the fact the rooms were a bit worn out The location was great, it’s one the frontline of the beach, so we used to swim and go back to hotel for the sunbeds, which was so convenient and we did not have to pay for the sunbeds on the beach.

FOOD WAS TERRIBLE. First night we came in we went to the dinner, food was just not good, so we thought, okay we don’t have to come for dinners and i’m sure the breakfasts are great here, because the reviews said so and oh my god it was even worse. Never in my life i had a worse turkish breakfast. But that’s the only con about this place also it was really loud at night, but it’s just oludeniz
