Raffaele was an exceptional host committed to making your stay comfortable and memorable. He had great recommendations for things to do/places to eat and, importantly, where to park in the nearby towns. The pool was a great way to end hot days.

Poggio Olivo ligt op een prachtige locatie, vlakbij de Val d'Orcia en midden tussen de wijngaarden. Het zwembad is heerlijk en er zijn verspreid over het terrein allerlei zitjes waar je kunt genieten van het mooie uitzicht. Ook zijn er 2 barbecues waar je gebruik van mag maken. Gastheer Rafaelle staat echt iedere dag voor je klaar om je tips te geven of ergens bij te helpen. Geen enkele moeite is hem te veel. En ook fijn: op de meeste dagen komt er 's ochtends een busje van de bakker langs waar je lekkere broodjes kunt kopen. Vanuit Poggio Olivo kun je makkelijk naar stadjes als Montepulciano, Cortona, Pienza, Perugia, het meer van Trasimeno en de warmwaterbronnen bij Bagni San Felippo. Kortom, alle ingrediënten zijn bij Poggio Olivo aanwezig voor een heerlijke vakantie!

Tout était parfait ! L'appartement est magnifiquement fourni, le lieu est calme et relaxant, et on se sent vraiment comme à la maison. Le propriétaire, Raffaele, est d'une gentillesse et d'une attention exceptionnelles. Merci à lui et à sa famille qui ont rendu notre séjour extraordinaire. Je recommande vivement ce petit coin de Toscane pour des vacances reposantes et authentiques.

Besonders begeistert hat uns die zuvorkommende und fürsorgliche Art von Raffaele gefallen. Er war immer ansprechbar, fragte nach und reservierte für uns sogar eine Weintour. Die Grundausstattung war sehr gut und der Pool war sauber und lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Außerdem war es super jeden Tag einen Brötchenwagen vor Ort zu haben. Der Garten ist wundervoll und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Sitzen.

Die Räumlichkeiten waren für uns im Wohnbereich etwas klein. Sonst alles top!

Una settimana veramente di Relax. Posizione fantastica con vista ai colli Senesi dal balconcino della camera dove abbiamo fatto colazione con questo meraviglioso spettacolo. Possibilità di raggiungere i bellissimi borghi della Toscana. Piscina pulitissima. Appartamento comodo con aria condizionata e tutto il necessario. Letti comodissimi. Ringrazio Raffaele che si merita un 10+, sempre disponibile e con consigli sempre azzeccati dove andare e mangiare . Una cosa in più, la possibilità di comprare al mattino il pane fresco.

El complejo es hermoso. La pileta enorme y muy limpia. Tiene muchos espacios para disfrutar al aire libre. La casa para 4 personas mas que suficiente. Muy cómoda, todos los ambientes con aire acondicionado. La atención de Rafaelle fue excepcional, nos aconsejo y ayudo durante toda la estadía. Un placer.

...A Poggio Olivo e alla sua poesia. Dove, tra l'alba e il tramonto l'anima si perde nei suoi splendidi paesaggi... Ritorniamo a casa sapendo che ci siamo rilassati e abbiamo avuto momenti belli da poter condividere e raccontare. Raffaele è la sua famiglia sono stati attenti e sempre capaci di rendere una vacanza con tantissime soluzioni, posti da vedere e suggerimenti da condividere. Siamo stati accolti come amici e abbiamo trascorso il tempo in piscina anche a loro in un clima di condivisione e familiarità. Il luogo è abbastanza comodo per poter raggiungere in poco tempo luoghi da visitare e borghi bellissimi. Posso dire con serenità, che se dovessimo tornare nella zona, non mancherà ritornare a Poggio Olivo

De vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid. Was 1 Familie gevoel. Heel warm ontvangst. De gastheer was een vriendelijk warmhartig persoon . Die in alles jou een fijn verblijf geeft in zijn appartementen. Behulpzaam in taalgebruik. Er komt elke dag een bakker langs met vers brood,behalve op zondag . Alle dag trips. Restaurantjes, enz geeft hij advies. Wil je ergens eten ,hij regel voor jou de reservering . 1 woord geweldig vakantie adres

Innanzitutto Raffaele è un amico premuroso e gentile, si è assicurato costantemente che la mia permanenza fosse piacevole. Ti fa sentire a tuo agio e da amici. La struttura è molto bella circondata da un giardino bellissimo con gazebo sdraio la piscina molto bella e ben curata soprattutto nella qualità dell'acqua che viene monitorata costantemente, Le camere pulite i letti comodi è tutto oltre le aspettative ma ribadisco è il tipo di accoglienza che fa la differenza. Ho avuto un problema con la macchina mi ha subito consigliato come risolvere il problema Consiglio a tutti questa struttura per un soggiorno in relax senza pensieri!

Io e la mia ragazza siamo stati benissimo. Un posto eccezionale, curato con molta attenzione. Abbiamo trovato comfort, pulizia, funzionalità. La gentilezza, l'educazione e l'attenzione alla cura sono le qualità che contraddistinguono i proprietari di questo posto fantastico.

We had a wonderful stay at Poggio Olivo! The location is perfect for exploring some of the most beautiful places in Tuscany, such as Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino and many more. Raffaele was an amazing host, very attentive and always making sure we were having the best possible stay. Whenever we had a question, he responded within minutes and was always happy to help. The property itself is beautiful, with stunning views over the Tuscan countryside. The bed was very comfortable, with new mattresses, and we slept really well. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool, the kids’ playground and the outdoor BBQ area, with plenty of tables where you can sit, eat and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. It’s a peaceful and beautiful place, perfect for relaxing as well as discovering this wonderful part of Tuscany. We had a great time and would definitely recommend Poggio Olivo. Thank you, Raffaele, for your wonderful hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable!

No miejsce w sercu Toskanii, w pobliżu wszystko co trzeba. Miło, przyjemnie i oczywiście ładnie. Gospodarz najlepszy jakiego miałem przyjemność spotkać we Włoszech, a jestem tam 20 lat prawie każdy rok.

Sehr schöne Lage und sehr netter Vermieter! Gepflegtes Gelände mit sauberem Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Als unser Auto kaputt ging, hat uns der Vermieter bei allen Regelungen geholfen. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!

I don’t know where to start. The location is really good. The views are amazing, the nature around, the pool, the evenings there was just amazing. There is everything you could think of there. This location was in the middle of our Italy road trip, so we just relaxed, did not leave the property at all. It was so refreshing, calm, relaxing experience. I don’t even want to start about the host. We loved him! Recommend 100%. 10/10, if I could, it would be 15/10! Hope to get back one day.

A wonderful place to stay in Tuscany, perfectly located for exploring all the most beautiful attractions in the region. The house, apartments, and the entire property are maintained to an exceptionally high standard. Everything is spotless, beautifully cared for, and designed to make you feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and equipped with excellent air conditioning. The interior perfectly captures the authentic charm and atmosphere of Tuscany. The surrounding landscape is breathtaking, with endless vineyards stretching across the hills. Just around the corner, you’ll find several wineries where you can enjoy excellent local wines. Montepulciano is only a few kilometers away, making it an ideal base for discovering this wonderful part of Tuscany. What truly makes this place special, however, is Raffaele, the owner. His passion for this property is evident in every detail. He is incredibly kind, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely cares about every guest. His hospitality made our stay even more memorable. The host was very helpful. The house, the garden, and the pool were spotless and perfect. The location is great, too. Our six-year-old child really enjoyed using the playground.

The house is situated in a very beautiful area, on top of a hil, surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and the panoramic view is very nice. The host, Raffaele, is a great guy, always there to help and offer advice, provide lists of restaurants, places to visit etc. The pool is a big plus, our son liked this the most :). There is also a small playground for families with children in the garden.

Nothing really. Maybe just the opening hours of the pool would be good to be extended a bit, perhaps 8am to 9pm instead of 9am to 8pm, during summer :).

Cudowne miejsce wśród winnic i gajów oliwnych położone na wzniesieniu z pięknymi widokami. Ośrodek bardzo czysty i zadbany. Na zewnątrz mnóstwo miejsc do relaksu: altanki, hamaku, fotele bujane, stoliki - idealnie, żeby posiedzieć z książką, spędzić romantyczny wieczor we dwoje przy toskańskim winie, czy też by spędzić wesoło czas w gronie przyjaciół. Basen średniej wielkości, ale zupełnie wystarczający, codziennie czyszczony, dookoła sporo leżaków (dla wszystkich zawsze starczy miejsca). Apartament przestronny, można zachować prywatność. Jest urządzony w toskańskim stylu, z pełnym wyposażeniem kuchni do samodzielnego gotowania. Na gości czeka zestaw powitalny. Od poniedziałku do soboty na parking podjeżdża mobilna piekarnia - fantastyczna sprawa. No i najważniejsze: właściciel obiektu to niesamowity człowiek, który dba o gości jak o własną rodzinę. Jest przemiły, ciepły i bardzo pomocny. Pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy się z gospodarzem z takim sercem do ludzi. Polecamy z całego serca każdemu. Kto szuka spokoju, pięknych widoków i prawdziwej włoskiej gościnności.

We had a great time at Poggio Olivo. We stayed here for 6 nights, a bit too short actually. The view is beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We had airconditioning in every room. The pool was nice too. The owner Raffaele is very friendly and helpful. He had good tips and booked restaurants for us. We really recommend this place!

We spent 10 nights at Poggio Olivo and we are so glad we chose to stay that long—the place is absolutely magnificent. Everything was perfect, from the owner Raffaele's hospitality and the spectacular views to the large pool and air conditioning in every room. Montepulciano is just a 15-minute drive away, offering great restaurants and shops. Thank you, Raffaele, for taking such wonderful care of us throughout our entire stay—it truly wouldn’t have been the same without you!

Absolut perfekt! Das Haus liegt wunderschön in der Nähe von Montepulciano, idealer Ausgangspunkt, um das Val d'Orcia zu erkunden. Die Apartments sind perfekt eingerichtet und auch in der Sommerhitze schön kühl. Die Gärten das Hauses sind zauberhaft angelegt und sehr gepflegt, vom schönen Pool hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das umliegende Tal und die Weinberge. Das Beste ist Gastgeber Raffaele: Er ist super engagiert, gibt fantastische Tipps, ist immer innerhalb von Minuten (!) greifbar und tut alles, damit man den perfekten Urlaub hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Op deze plek kom je volledig tot rust. Een fantastisch uitzicht, een bijzonder gastvrije host( je kunt echt altijd bij hem terecht voor vragen en tips)een fijn appartement met een goed bed, meerdere zitjes op het terrein en voldoende ligbedden bij het schone zwembad. Op nog geen 15 minuten rijden van Montepulciano. Wij voelden ons helemaal thuis en hebben vier nachten bijgeboekt ( gelukkig voor ons was er een annulering) en hebben er in totaal acht nachten verbleven. Wij hadden het appartement met twee terrassen, dat was echt fijn. Natuurlijk hoor je in zo’n huis je bovenburen wel eens maar niets onoverkomelijks. Ik hoop hier echt weer terug te komen.

Fantasztikus környezet, csodás panoráma, szuper medence, a két hálószobás apartmanhoz két fürdőszoba. Raffaelle a házigazda csodálatos ember, a vendégek minden kívánságát teljesíti. A környéken rengeteg látnivaló, Toszkána minden szépségével. Tiszta szívből ajánljuk minden Toscana rajongónak, vagy pihenni vágyónak!

Az internet és a telefonhálózat nekünk néha akadozott a környéken, ez valószínűleg a dombok hatása.

We spent a week here. A wonderful panorama of the typical Tuscan landscape from any point of the accommodation. The apartment had two terraces connected to it, so either in the morning or in the afternoon one was always in the shade. The air conditioning worked well even in almost 40 degrees. There are mosquito nets on the windows, fortunately we didn't even encounter mosquitoes outside. The bed is large and comfortable, with a new, memory foam mattress topper. The pool next to the house was always perfectly clean, without the smell of chlorine in the water. The location of the accommodation is ideal. It is quiet, you can't hear the noise of the outside world, smaller towns are 10-20 minutes away by car. Raffaele, the host, did everything for our comfort. He shared useful information on the phone about the possibilities in the area, whether it's shopping, sights, or restaurants. There was not a day that he did not surprise us with some small attention. He is very friendly and direct. A true Italian host. There is no question that we will come back to him next time.

The beautiful garden and the breathtaking Tuscan views were exactly what we had dreamed of. Enjoying our morning coffee while admiring the scenery, and having the bakery truck arrive in the morning, made our stay feel even more special and authentic. What impressed us the most was Rafael’s genuine hospitality. He always checked in to see if we needed anything and made sure we were completely comfortable throughout our stay. His kindness and attention to detail truly touched us. We had a wonderfully relaxing time here and honestly couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. If we ever return to Tuscany, we would love to stay here again. Thank you, Raffaele, for making our trip so memorable.

호스트는 매우 친절하고 멋진 사람이었습니다. 궁금해 하는 모든것을 알려주었고 맛집,와이너리,인근도시등 충분한 정보를 제공해주어 여행하는데에 정말 도움이 많이 되었습니다. 방문전에는 시골농장 숙박의 특성상 벌레나 먼지, 더위등 걱정이 많았는데 전혀 걱정할 필요없었습니다. 수영장을 비롯해 간이 테이블등 실외는 물론이고 실내 주방,화장실,침실도 깨끗하고 쾌적하여 흠잡을데 없이 완벽히 청결했습니다. 그리고 더운 날씨에 시원한 에어컨은 매우 유용했습니다. 특히 위치가 주변도시들과 오고가기 가까운 곳에 있어 가장 좋았습니다. 숙소에서만 있어도 전혀 지루하지 않을만큼 넓고 깨끗한 수영장, 전망좋은 뷰가 보이는 곳에 조용히 쉴수 있는 테이블과 의자가 충분히 준비되어 있습니다. 저희는 아이가 없지만 아이들 놀이터등 준비가 잘 되어있는 숙소입니다. 밤에는 도시에서는 흔히 볼수없는 쏟아질듯 아름다운 별들과 반딧불이떼들은 환상적인 경험을 맛보게 해주었습니다. 아침마다 찾아오는 빵차는 특별한 경험과 맛있는 아침을 책임져주었습니다. 종합하자면, 위치,청결함,수영장크기,편리함,친절함 모두 10점 만점을 줄수 있는 숙소입니다. 저희는 토스카나를 방문하시는 여행객들에서 이 숙소를 적극 추천합니다. 개인적으로도 이탈리아에서의 긴여행중 가장 기억에 많이 남는 숙소였습니다.

Een paradijs in Toscane, een plek waar je volledig tot rust kunt komen. Overal in de tuin zijn zitjes om te genieten van de prachtige omgeving. De eigenaar is zo gastvrij, je voelt je als familie. De ligging biedt voldoende mogelijkheden om prachtige dorpjes en steden te bezoeken.

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home. The location was excellent, and the property was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The host was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. He regularly checked in to see if we needed anything and was always available to assist with any requests. The accommodation had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Lage mit einem weiten Blick auf die Toskana. Die Appartement sind im typischen rustikalen Toskana Stil zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Aber das wirklich besondere an dieser Unterkunft ist die unglaublich aufmerksame Betreuung durch Raffaele, der sich um alle seine Gäste sorgt und versucht, alle Wünsche und Fragen bestens zu erfüllen bzw. zu beantworten. . So etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Der Abschied fällt Dann wirklich schwer und man möchte am liebsten sofort für das nächste Jahr wieder buchen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Beautifully set up property with extremely nice views. Very attentive hosts to the travelers needs and constantly willing to help. It’s family business and the owners like and proud of what they are doing. Very conveniently located to explore the region.

For me the property is a little bit lacking of privacy. I would’ve preferred less crowded around, not to mention that it also required constant attention by the owners. But it’s very personal matter and it didn’t bother us who preferred to spend the majority of time traveling around.

Raffaele the host was attentive during our entire stay. He provided great recommendations and was a very personable host. The swimming pool overlooking the Tuscan hills were lovely. Rooms were also very spacious.

One little improvement could be the mattress that was a bit firm for my liking, but this is a personal preference.

Our stay at Poggio Olivo was absolutely amazing! Rafaelle was super welcoming and nice, gave us lots of information and recommendations. The place is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. It is also well located, there is a supermarket and restaurants nearby. We wish we could have stayed longer, and there is no doubt we will be coming back again in the future. Book and you won’t regret :)

Poggio Olivo heeft een prachtig uitzicht vanaf het terras en het zwembad en is goed gelegen voor het bezoeken van de valle d'orcia en Siena. De gastvrijheid van Raffaele maakte ons verblijf extra fijn, niets is hem te veel. Bij aankomst stuurde hij handige tips zoals de beste parkeerplekken in de buurt van bezienswaardigheden, restaurants en locaties van bezienswaardigheden. Hier hebben wij veel gebruik van gemaakt. De bakker die in de ochtend op de parkeerplaats staat is een hele fijne bonus.

Het enige wat beter had gekund was het bed. Het twee persoons bed bestond uit twee losse vrij harde matrassen.

너무너무 좋은 숙소였어요! 몬테풀치아노 전경이 보이는 뷰도 너무 좋고 아이들 미니 놀이터가 있고 수영장도 너무 깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있어요. 간단한 비스킷과 잼 등을 준비해주셨고 아침에는 빵 트럭(유료)이 숙소로 와요. 농가민박에서만 할 수 있는 특별한 경험같아요. 고기 구워드시고 싶으면 주인분이 화덕 그릴도 준비해주세요. 그릴 2개니까 미리 예약하시면 좋아요. 숙소도 청결하고 이탈리아 전통 가옥을 경험할 수 있는 좋은 숙박이었어요. 특히 호스트가 정말 친절하세요!! 다른 농가민박에 비해 가격도 정말 저렴했고 가성비 좋았어요. 렌트카가 있다면 정말 강추합니다.

We loved the allround green view on the green mountains, the nice places to sit everywhere, the nature sounds all around. Every day Rafael cleans the pool so it’s very clean. 房东十分热情。在到达之前，他已经将住宿和周边的信息发送过来了。这里面包括了景点，餐厅，停车，超市等常用信息。而且他基本上时刻在线，有任何问题都可以问他。房东一家人用热情经营这家民宿。该民宿地理位置还不错，离好几个城市都不远。停车方便，有停车场。如果你想吃早餐，又不想自己做或者开车出门，那每天早上有贩卖面包的车会过来。该民宿有游泳池，而且有一个机器人经常清洁泳池内部。室外有儿童游乐区和烧烤架。这栋楼房虽然不算很新，但是房间内的设施都更新过。床头的接口居然有USB接口。客厅的沙发床也很新，很舒服。厨房用品比较全。房东准备了第一天的咖啡，饼干，果酱等。房间门口有晒衣服的架子。二楼的公寓拥有两个独立房间，视野不错，可以看到谷底，早上的日出很美。

卫生间的马桶盖可以稍微拧紧点。

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo Pace e tranquillità Proprietario presente e disponibile

Poggio Olivo ci è rimasta nel cuore, immersa nel verde a pochi minuti da Montepulciano. La struttura ha diversi appartamenti indipendenti (il nostro era al piano terra, con patio) e bellissimi spazi comuni: giardino, piscina con area solarium dotata di lettini e doccia, 2 aree barbecue attrezzate, due gazebo con tavolini, spazi in giardino con poltrocine, tavolini e sedie a dondolo, una piccola area giochi per i bambini e parcheggio. L'arredamento interno è in stile calssico, con mobili in legno, cucina fornita di tutto il necessario, doccia perfetta, letti rinnovati con materassi e cuscini nuovissimi, riscaldamento perfetto e condizionatore. La notte si dorme benissimo, gli unici "suoni" sono quelli degli uccellini :-) Tutto è in ottime condizioni, si nota ovunque una gran cura, sia negli interni che all'esterno. La vera anima di poggio Olivo è infatti Raffaele, innamorato di questa terra, che trasmette anche agli ospiti questo immenso amore per ciò che fa, lo si vede costantemente gironzolare per la struttura a fare piccole manutenzioni ed assicurarsi che i suoi ospiti stiano bene e si sentano a casa. E' sempre piacevole fare quattro chiacchiere con lui e sedersi fuori a prendere un caffè mentre ti dà qualche consiglio sugli itinerari nella splendida Val D'Orcia o sui ristoranti da lui stesso testati. Spero vivamente di ritornare in questa splendida vallata e di soggiornare di nuovo qui, lo coniglieremo sicuramente.

solo come consiglio: sul letto matrimoniale i materassi erano singoli (comodissimi) ma ad esempio il mio compagno sentiva il punto di separazione. Consiglierei un eventuale topper ovviare a questa cosa che per qualcuno potrebbe essere scomodo. Non è stato un problema per noi, ma sarebbe stato sicuramente un punto perfetto in più :-)

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, az apartman jól felszerelt, tiszta volt, nagyszerű kilàtàssal. Raffaelle egy csodàs hàzigazda, segítőkész, csupaszív ember!

Самый вежливый, внимательный и заботливый хозяин из всех мест, в которых я когда-либо останавливался. Расположение дома великолепное, до достопримечательностей очень близко. В непосредственной близости от Монтепульчано (15 мин на машине). Апартаменты укомплектованы всем необходимым, на территории есть всё, что может понадобиться для приготовления еды либо просто посидеть и поболтать с изумительным видом (в любое время суток). Очень удобные матрасы, высыпаешься на 10 из 10. Лучшее место, всем рекомендую.

The apartment was located in a peaceful area really close to Montepulciano. It had a traditional architecture beautifully aligned with the breathtaking Toscana. And when we got there we realised that besides the beautiful place the "filoxenia" as we say in greek was amazing. Our host was kind enough to answer all our questions and give us incredible recommendations 24/7. Definitely recommending this place to anyone who wants to experience an authentic Toscana experience.

The owners are very nice and helpful. Rafaelle went above and beyond when the rental car had a flat tire. He made all arrangements for the replacement and repaired the tire until we could exchange vehicles. Anything we needed, he was there to help. If I return to Italy, I will definitely stay here again. It is so peaceful and the view is amazing! Thank you Raefaelle and Carmella!

Amazing view from our terasse, host extremely nice and offered us all the google links to visit the region at peace of mind. He makes you feel like a truly guest. You have intimacy in the garden as there are many spots to sit and enjoy the landscape. Kitchen has everything you need. You can make also your own barbeque. Thanks a lot.

Posizione della struttura strategica per poter visitare tutta la val D'Orcia e L'Umbria, panorama mozzafiato in mezzo alle colline, casa molto bella, ma la sorpresa migliore sono stati i proprietari, Raffaele e la sua famiglia, persone splendide, sempre disponibili in tutto, attenti ai particolari, non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla, informazioni e consigli per il nostro viaggio e anche due regalini per Pasqua. Spero vivamente di poter tornare a trovarli.

Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Ci ha dato tantissimi consigli sui posti da visitare, vini da provare, dove mangiare. La struttura è bella e pulita, la vista sulle campagne toscane spettacolare. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.

It’s a huge well maintained property with a pool and nice garden. Beautiful views. The host was extremely extremely welcoming. It was my birthday and he sent a bottle of wine as a gift. Would recommend anyone who’s driving through toscana.

Raffaele und seine Frau sind als exzellente Gastgeber nicht zu übertreffen. Das Anwesen mit dem Haus sind sehr gepflegt. Alles ist sauber und in der Realität um einiges schöner als auf den Fotos. Bei Fragen stehen sie jederzeit unkompliziert über WhatsApp zur Verfügung und bieten einem in jeder Lage Hilfe an. Zudem bekommt man wertvolle Informationen über die lokalen und in der Umgebung angebotenen Aktivitäten und Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs. Unsere Kinder hatten einen Riesenspaß! Ob am Pool, der immer in einem exzellenten Zustand war oder auf dem süßen Spielplatz. Zudem durften eine Vielzahl von Gefährten auf dem Anwesen benutzt werden. Wir sind ganz angetan von der Liebe und Mühe, die Raffaele und seine Frau in die Gastfreundschaft und unser Wohlergehen investierten. Kurzum kommt es einem so vor als wäre man von guten Freunden oder der lieben Familie in einen Urlaub eingeladen!

Siamo stati a Poggio Olivo per una vacanza di fine anno in famiglia, eravamo in 11 e abbiamo preso due appartamenti. È stata la scelta migliore che potessimo fare. La struttura è in una posizione ottima, che ti consente di spostarti comodamente verso varie località, e allo stesso tempo è immersa in un contesto naturale meraviglioso, in cui godere di pace, tranquillità e vedute splendide. Gli appartamenti sono caldi, puliti, con letti e divano letti molto comodi, e sono attrezzati in ogni dettaglio. Il proprietario, il signor Raffaele, è presente e super disponibile per qualunque richiesta, ci ha accolto dicendo che eravamo a casa nostra, ed è quella la sensazione che abbiamo provato. Ci ha anche consigliato ristoranti, aiutandoci con la scelta del cenone di Capodanno, ci ha suggerito posti da vedere e attività da fare e tutto quello che ci ha detto ci è stato utilissimo. Una cura per la struttura e per gli ospiti veramente rara. Speriamo di poter tornare a Poggio Olivo in primavera o estate per poter godere anche dei magnifici spazi esterni e della piscina.
