Le rapport qualité-prix est très bon. Un immense merci à toute l'équipe et tout particulièrement à la personne de l'accueil et du petit-déjeuner : elle est aux petits soins et son magnifique sourire à chaque échange illumine votre journée !

Stair case was narrow. Water pressure in shower in the washroom was not constant. Eggs were missing in the breakfast. But even without eggs i would give it 8/10.

We couldn't get the Aircon to work but it was too late by the time we found out so did not mention it.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Dit riad is een perfecte keuze voor een doorreis en het echte gevoel van Azrou ervaren voor een lowbudget prijs. Het personeel is echt allervriendelijkst en gaf nog goede tips. De riad geeft je dat echte riad gevoel, binnentuin met smalle trap naar de verdieping. Wij sliepen op de 1e verdieping. Ontbijt werd geserveerd op het dakterras in de schaduw. Parkeren van de huurauto kan relatief dichtbij op parkeerplaats. En heel belangrijk, we voelden ons als gezin met kleinere kinderen hier veilig terwijl we toch midden in de stad zaten.
Kamer was wat bedompt en je kon zien dat er in de badkamer iets achterstallig onderhoud was. Dit maakt schoonmaken automatisch lastiger. Mocht het riad toe zijn aan een renovatie zou ik adviseren om iets lichtere kleuren te gebruiken, dat doet direct meer recht aan het mooie riad.

C'est mon problème, pas celui du lieu qui est parfait. C'est un riad, et je n'aime pas beaucoup les riad, ici ou ailleurs. C'est un peu claustrophobique, et il n'y a pas d'intimité sonore. Les voisins sont dans votre chambre, et s'ils sont bruyant c'est un problème..... C'est pour ça que jamais je ne vais lamais dans des riads à Marakech ou Fès, mais séjourne toujours à l'extérieur des médinas. Autre problème qui n'est pas celui du riad : le parking, tenu par des gars pas très sympas, très pressants pour être payés plusieurs fois et prenant le voyageur pour un con... ce qui n'était pas le cas... Le riad devrait faire attention à ce type qui se prétend le chef du parking et pose problème aux voyageurs..

Everything was excellent overall, the only tiny thing was maybe that the bathrooms were not the biggest. But, I guess, that cannot be changed as the hotel is a traditional Riad.

Unsere Motorräder konnten wir auf einem bewachten Parkplatz abstellen, der nur etwa 150 Meter entfernt ist und lediglich 20 MAD pro Motorrad kostete. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und wurde auf der wunderschönen Dachterrasse serviert. Zudem waren die Eigentümer überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Le petit déjeuner est à 8:30…peut être un peu tard pour les personnes matinales.

Reviewed May 8, 2026Vchod do ubytování je označený velkou šipkou, přesto jsme zabloudili do vedlejšího hotelu :) V ubytování je velmi milá paní, která se o nás hezky postarala. Riad je krásný, pokoj prostorný, snídaně výborná a obrovská servírovaná na terase, ze které je výhled na hory.
Nešly dovřít dveře od koupelny, ale je to jen drobná vada.

Room was very dark, no window, bed was super hard. Design was unpleasant, all tiles, felt like sleeping in a bathroom, no lamp shades, just barren light bulbs. Rooftop was ok but walls too high to look over town.

Reviewed May 1, 2026Breakfast was OK, but quite simple, probably the worst I've had in Marocco. Room was also just OK, enough space, shower was clean, toilet too, the problem was with the basin. WiFi I don't remember to be honest, but I think it was good here. The best from the place is probably the location, in the medina but 50 meters from the main road.
My main concern here is about cleanliness. The basin had toilet tissue around the faucet,and was constantly dirty with pieces of wood, or paint (don't know exactly), falling from the roof. When I asked the owners, they just said the building had more than 100 years. OK! I once opened the milk and coffee pot and didn't find they were clean either. For breakfast, they were offering more industrial pastries than in other places. First day I left them. Second day I got double ration. I asked for pancakes and they served me some. I also got some almost angry faces and distrust when I tried paying online the last morning, by a service that my Booking reservation was offering to me.

Oltre a tenermi le borse mentre giravo per il paese, mi hanno permesso di stare serenamente li nel pomeriggio a sbrigare un appuntamento di lavoro online. Posizione ottima in paese.

Un seul petit désagrément: le terminal permettant de payer par CB était en panne => "légère" inquiétude pour l'organisatrice du séjour en groupe. Mais tout a pu être résolu le lendemain. ET donc ce n'est pas du fait de notre hôtesse, qui a su trouver une solution. Merci Fatima !

Bien située dans la ville, à proximité de la gare routière, forêt accessible à pieds également. Choukran pour l’accueil!

Both the daytime and nightime staff are exceptional - very friendly and always ready to help and answer questions. Fatima, in particular, is amazing. The riad is traditional and beautiful. The rooms are very clean with good beds, hot water and heat/air. The breakfasts are served on the terrace when weather permits and they are abundant and very tasty - breads, cheeses, jams, coffee/tea, orange juice. I stayed for a couple of days, then went to merzane/merzouga, then came back through on my way to Chefchoen and stayed at Riad Azrou overnight. It was like coming home to family. I highly recommend staying here.

All minor things, no big deals. The toilet wasn’t bolted down to the floor, so it was a bit tippy. Breakfast was good but a lot of bread, it would be nice to have eggs or yogurt for some protein. The walls on the rooftop terrace were too high to see any views unless you stood on a chair!

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026J'ai beaucoup aimé l'accueil, Fatima est vraiment très gentille et attentionnée. La chambre est très propre, lit ferme et confortable, et douche chaude! Nuit très calme en dépit de la faible isolation acoustique. Très bien.
