All the facilities we needed for a 2 night stay. Steve is an excellent host full of good local knowledge. Motel is ideally located for a 20 min walk or a 5 min drive to the CBD or Āwa. Unit was spotless. Will stay again

The accommodation was exceptional, clean, tidy, gr8 parking and very very feiwndly welcome from the staff, who went beyond for me and my family (4), as I had left behind a jacket and scarf. Will definitely use the Motel again. Lovely🥰

Very Modern and clean with everything supplied. Hosts went above and beyond. Very comfortable with comfortable bed and great shower pressure

Der Vermieter war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und immer überall präsent. Er ging auch überaĺl nachfragen wegen der Zufriedenheit. Da bei unserem Aufenthalt wegen Unwetter noch alle Strassen an die Plenty Bay gesperrt waren half er auch eine Lösung zu finden. So soll es sein.

Für uns war alles okay.

Good comms with the Host. Accommodated my late check in. Comfortable bed! Thank god for the Aircon, it was a pretty hot evening out. Appreciate it.

Must have been quite full the night i stayed. Almost like a Truck Stop. I arrived late and a truck trailer had parked horizontally across 4 parks, one of which was in front of my room. I did have to park further from my room. No issue though, i only had a small bag with me.

Clean tidy owner was so thoughtful and made us feel welcomed nothing was a problem.

Didn't stay longer

Very clean (towels/hand towels/bathmat/tea towels/cloths/bedding). All the utilities worked well, didn’t have any issues and they also have a washing machine and dryer available (takes coins) which you can get from reception. Staff were really lovely and helpful.

Location was great and accessible to everything. Room was on point.

Although i scored other parts of the room high, the bed was so hard my hu by and I both had sore vacks when we woke. Coukd work with a topper oad. Reception area could do with an overhaul with a fan/aircon.

The room is brand new nice and clean. For sure will rebook if we visit again. Very affordable and the receptionist is helpful & friendly.

It was just fine for what I needed for.

Road Works were heavy out the front which created a lot of dust. Homeless people were situated at the front, I gathered the place is used for emergency housing.

It was so.quiet Two TVs 😂 kids were happy

Was very pleased with the facilities the rooms were in excellent condition and the kitchen had everything needed for making yourself something to eat.

Room was nice and clean beds were very comfortable, shower pressure was amazing was like getting a mini massage

The room smelt so bad (like old stink socks and cooking) we could not stay. I don't understand all the good reviews as this whole place is run-down and needs an overhaul! I think it was also emergency housing

Bed was very uncomfortable and had a terrible sleep. Outside light was on until late and was so bright in the room even with the curtains shut. Big long black hairs on the wall in the bathroom which was not on. Shower very small and shower head was loose and dripped. Office smelt like stale smoke and not very inviting.

Loved our night at the Traveller's Inn, on arrival our payment was processed quickly and we were shown to our rooms and even offered help with our bags! The rooms were very nice, clean comfortable beds, bathroom clean and hygienic tape over toilet to show its clean! All kitchen necessities, kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave and a free snall bottle of milk for tea and coffee, a nice touch! One room we had a whitetail which was removed by Stephen and he left us with bug dpray just in case, after returning from dinner we found another and removed tgat one too and advised Stephen on our leaving and he was apologetic and will ensure the room is checked! Really enjoyed staying here and will definitely be staying again and 100% recommend! Thank you to Stephen and team for a lovely stay

Wifi’s too slow

The motel is a little older but well looked after, clean & tidy. The unit was just the right size, with 2 beds, a small kitchen and a tidy bathroom. The shower head was great with excellent water pressure! We received clean towels and bathroom amenities each day of our stay. Host was lovely and very helpful. Town, restaurants, supermarkets only a short 4min drive up the road. Would highly recommend for those on a budget.

Good clean accommodation. Only required for overnight stay while travelling to Brisbane. Great shower pressure.

Great facilities. Super clean, well equipped kitchen. We also made use of the bbq (needs a little bit of maintenance but does the job)

It had everything we needed. Bed was really comfortable. Good amount of space. Separate bedroom was awesome. Great having tv and sky in main area and bedroom. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed 2 nights and after first night housekeeping came and asked if we wanted fresh towels etc.

Easy to find, and there are stores and restaurants nearby. The main attractions are also not far away. The owner/manager is helpful, nice and knowledgeable about Gisborne. Our room was a good size, and it had everything you need.

Awesome experience, critique would be to turn the outside light off earlier than it is this made it hard for me to put my toddler to sleep.

Great stay for the price! Workers were nice, rooms were nice and tidy, great amenities.

The mattress of the bed was a bit too soft but apart from that it was perfect!
