We booked a private pool suite and absolutely loved the privacy and convenience. We checked in around 1:30 am after our flight arrived late and the staff greeted us warmly whilst taking our luggage into our room. Pande excelled at looking after us. His cheerful and kind attitude made our stay even better. The suite met our expectations and we truly enjoyed ourselves.

There is much development in the area and construction noise was expected. We were close to the street, but weren’t kept awake by excessive noise. The steps into the pool were small and steep - maybe create a shelf type step into the pool?

The pool! And I thought bedroom's were amazing.

Alot of ants outside. No milk or creamer bare minimum coffee provided. We were without water from 6pm till 6am and they seemed unaware of it. I had to go out at 5.45am and alert them. Couldn't flush toilet or have warm shower during ypm to 6am. That was disappointing. Seemed hard to find supermarket nearby.

Firstly the staff are fantastic - Nita on reception was so kind. Loved the size of the room and the pool and outdoor space was fabulous.

The kitchen waa quite grubby - cupboards and drawers need wiping out, extractor fan and fridge need a deep clean. As does the bathroom.

Fantastic pool, great bed and dark room was great!

We could smell burning smoke from the neighbours on two nights

The staff were so helpful and friendly The location was brilliant and quiet but close enough to get to shops and restaurants easily by taxi. Lots of close things within walking distance too. The rooms were large, spacious and very clean!

Location was good. 20min walk to the hustle and bustle.

Nothing much positive to say about the overall property

A lot of ants, spiders, image and offer presenter a much bigger place but was very disappointed

Staff efficient and very courteous. The villas were roomy and very pleasant. Well appointed

Only thing i didn't like was the shower area There are subsidence cracks in the walls and phosphorescence coming out of the tiles.

like many place in bali at the moment, the shower area could do with a refurb. it is nice and clean though feels like a good shush would make a big difference.

Water not working in the first day we arrived, staff were helpful and had to spend next couple of hours coming back and forth to get it working. Then no hot water for last 2 days of 3 night stay. Outdoor kitchen area poor condition, cupboards filthy and weathered, would not leave food or supplies in them. Fridge stopped working on second day with some dairy and yakult spoiling. Felt safe with security door to villas locked up at night.

Beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. Pool was lovely.

Accommodating & loving staff. Easy check in, clean beds and rooms. Fantastic location.

Hard beds. Could use a little freshen up. But that’s just being picky. Keep in mind, you’re in the river and it is Legian. We had some late night (maybe rodent) visitors take our cereal and spilt it all over the open air kitchen floor. (Our fault for leaving it out)

The location was great but you do need some Linda of transport. The staff are also lovely

The villa is rather dated and the tiles around the pool and in the bathroom are very slippery I fell in the bathroom due to this. The sheets were dirty and were not changed during my whole stay.

Ideally located in between Seminyak and Kuta - close distance to great restaurants and family activities

Nothing bad to report. Very secure - front staff always on hand to assist with your travel and any other requirements. Front boom gate and front yard hard locked up and front villa also had a key locked gate. Felt very safe as a family - highly recommend for a family

The property was beautiful and the staff were lovely and very accommodating. Due to the proximity of the property it was difficult to walk into the main area of Legian, leaving us reliant on taxis. The staff were always available to organise transport for us though. It would be a more convenient stay for those happy to hire scooters. Also, don’t break a glass as they cost 300k to replace each one

Great facilities and room, really clean, extremely friendly staff.

Unfortunately the location seemed to be in the middle of where we felt was no where.

The staffs there are top tiers very nice and friendly. The place got good layout.

Need little more cleaning places where out of sight. ( under bed and behind table). * The bathroom is little stinky. The water that came out of the shower got the smell. * The kitchen need more love as got not much things in the drawers and the cabinets need cleaning.

At night time in the area lots of stray dogs howling/ barking. Villa a bit dated - few broken corners/ pieces even at pool. Kitchen not well stocked at all. Poolwater made my skin look a bit green when long in the water. Maybe from not using chlorine? But I was able to wash it off. No soap in bathrooms.

Outside the chaos of Kuta but close enough to walk in. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Beautiful , quiet and tranquil place. Spacious room. Big comfy bed, good wifi , just Wonderful!!!

No dislikes. All I could say is be careful of the slate floor around the pool when wet. It's very slippery .

The property was good, and comfortable for the stay with family. The amenities were good, look location with access to restaurants, laundry and stores. The street it was located on was not ideal. The property could be better maintained as you start to see some things come apart. Overall a good place to stay for families travelling to Bali and who want an alternative to resorts or hotels.

The villa was so beautiful

I loved everything about it.

The villa is very nice, comfortable, luxury and big, it has everything you need to just stay in and not be too active. At our request we were allowed to stay for a very late checkout at a reduced rate, since our flight left in the evening.

If I've got to mention something: the aircon was quite noisy and not very strong, not too bad but still noticable.

Nothing to like, didn't get to stay

Had to leave due to no clean facilities to swim in, both Villas had slime in pools, out of pocket at our expense, not even our fault, wasted a whole day, Still waiting on refund, will only pay us 2 out of 3 nights, the reception girl was very helpful abd polite though. We were only in Villa for 20 minutes b4 carrying our bags back out and finding somewhere else to stay, was very tired hot and thirsty, we were ready to chill and have a swim. Really annoyed as we were excited and ready to stay in our villa, was supposed to be one of the highlight of our stay, with our own private pool. No transport or breakfast on site, quite a way from a shop or restaurant or beach. From now on I will be checking first

Excellent place to stay. Clean and friendly staffs. The property is beautiful. I am slightly picky person and would recommend this place. It’s slightly away from shopping areas. Cabs are ample available through grab app. But for the property cleanliness it’s worth it.

Being greeted upon arrival was amazing and set the vibe for our holiday, staff were friendly and polite and always welcoming. The villa was clean and house keeping were efficient and negotiable on time when cleaning. The kitchen area was well supplied with cooking utensils and cutlery, pool was always clean. Great location to walk to local shops for groceries, a short 5 minute ride to the Bintang supermarket.

The property felt safe, there was a security person at night, and receptionist was available during the day. It was so clean and the staff were helpful and friendly… really enjoyed my stay at this property

The location was ok in terms of distance from main centres, but not necessarily the prettiest of areas for tourists. The property itself we had no issues and felt safe and secure and private. The staff are very friendly and professional and always helpful. The pool probably needs to be relined and painted as looking a bit tired near the fountain side. Apart from that we were totally fine with everything for our first time in Bali.

The location was great as it was nice and quiet away from the Main Street. We could walk to Seminyak, Kuta and Legian without any problems. Very friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

The villa was spacious and many areas to sit in. Loved thedaybeds as well.
