Reviewed May 17, 2026地下一樓17:00-22:00有spa設施很棒，房內也有浴缸可以泡澡很舒服，並有附設停車場免費停車。
房間的熱水要放水一陣子才會出熱水，但櫃檯人員有在check in時告知，所以有心理準備。

The building is old and dusty. They don't have professional cleaner. Spider web, dusts. I doubt they clean the public onsen in the hotel. Wifi has poor security

Reviewed May 3, 2026值得推薦的老飯店，看的到有點年代，很像小時候畢業旅行去蘆山飯店的感覺，超級懷念的....房間家具都是有點年代的實木雕花...雖然有點年代，但房間維護不錯，也乾淨....毛布巾也不會有清潔劑殘留的味道...櫃檯服務真的很親切...價位上也是很實惠...地下的spa真的舒服....只能說讓人也回到自己家的感覺...

Spa溫泉有些設備故障沒有維修，燈可以再明亮一點，下樓梯轉角後進去感覺有點陰森，建議用個拉門圍起來

泡湯池都會有蚊蟲屍體，設施大多數故障了無法使用，且明明公告需要帶泳帽泡湯，結果看到有好幾人沒帶泳帽就在那水柱搓髮...

畢竟是老舊飯店了，礁溪又比較潮濕，所以蠻多油漆脫落或是各種發霉等等….，因為在馬路上隔音非常差
