Reviewed Sep 25, 2025The hotel overall is good, only down size is dont have a lift. But it is fine for young people as i feel the floor/stairs is not very high. The staff even offer us to keep luggage at ground floor and take essential to room only. They have hand make coffee for you to make/try.

Reviewed Nov 22, 2024入住花蓮仁愛小公館的經驗非常愉快！住宿環境非常乾淨整潔，設計也很有品味，住起來讓人放鬆且舒適。值得一提的是，隔音效果很好，即使在夜晚也能享受安靜的休息空間。民宿的位置優越，步行幾分鐘就能到夜市，對於喜歡夜間美食和逛街的旅客來說非常方便。服務人員也非常友善，讓整體入住感覺更棒。下次來花蓮，一定還會再選擇這裡！

Reviewed Aug 15, 2024掃除が行き届いており清潔で、スタッフのかたもフレンドリー。大通りから外れているので静か。宿の近くには公正包子と廟口紅茶の２店があって朝飯の調達には困らないし、ちょっと歩けば小吃や熱炒の類は沢山あります。今夏(‘24夏)は地震の影響でお客さん少なめだそうで、皆さん是非泊まってみてください。個人的には、次花蓮に行く機会があったらまた泊まってみたいですね。

Reviewed Sep 22, 2021住宿的環境和櫃檯服務都非常非常的好，我們來不及1930趕到，櫃檯還很貼心傳簡訊通知取房卡還有停車的資訊，真的備感貼心，一樓的茶水也很多種選擇，買著消夜坐在一樓享用也很舒適。棉被也很好蓋，唯一美中不足的地方就是半夜三點被隔壁房的房客吵架聲吵醒...... 還是我們敲門吵架聲才小一點，希望隔音可以再改善一下。整體真的是很棒的住宿體驗

Reviewed Dec 4, 2019This is a small but cozy accomodation. The receptionist is very helpful in guiding me which room to choose and also organised the rooms in the same level for us and our parents. Great hygiene! I saw the receptionist constantly wiping the table and floor as soon as there is any dirt. I got two little ones and they sometimes misbehaved but the receptionist is very forgiving and understanding. Not to mention the small but cute functional kitchen. We especially like the free bike riding. Although we didn't have enough time to enjoy much, but it was such a great family activity for us. If anything, the only complain is that the fridge in my room failed to work. Fortunately they have a proper fridge downstairs. By the way, the room photos online look exactly like the reality. Just beware, they are indeed not very spacious.

This is a boutique guesthouse that serves more than my purpose in Hualien. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Reviewed Dec 11, 2018非常喜歡仁愛小公館，設計很有歐洲風格，環境很舒服，令人很有歸屬感。管家很有禮貌，非常helpful! 公館很貼心，提供咖啡豆，研磨器，各種的茶葉，免費給住客自由沖泡。房間很乾淨，隔音也很好，住客亦很自律，在房間沒有聽到外面的聲音。位置也很優越，走路10分鐘已經到市區和夜市。已經決定下次來花蓮必定再入住。10萬個推介！

Reviewed Nov 23, 2018酒店職員十分有禮貌，人也很好。 房間很大，環境不錯。早餐可以自己選擇去那一間的店舖，有中式、西式，個人覺得中式好吃，西式就不太好，可能口味不適合。 旅館地點很靠近夜市，附近有很多餐館。如果由花蓮火車站就一定要搭計程車或是花蓮客運公車。

Reviewed Nov 13, 2017地点很是中心，很热闹。房间干静整洁，且很安静。有自助巴台，小零食，咖啡水供应，想得很周道。家庭入住，2张大床，且箱子也摊的开，小孩子也喜欢，很不错的体验。周围有不错的小吃店，便利店，方便程度无与伦比。

Reviewed Aug 14, 2017位置很方便，廟口紅茶液香扁食美琪烤玉米等等都很近，而且有腳踏車可以借用，去哪裡都很方便。櫃檯人員很親切熱心，公共區域有手沖咖啡設備可取用，空間很舒適。

Reviewed Jul 4, 2017かわいくておしゃれです。1階にフリーの珈琲、お茶等あります。自由に押せるスタンプがあるので記念スタンプ好きにはたまらないです！ホテル作成の地図が可愛い上にわかりやすいです。 難点が2点。まず、階段しかないことです。予めわかっていたので覚悟はしていましたが、重いスーツケース持参の人にはあまり向かないのかもしれません。但し、チェックイン時は、私達二人分のスーツケースをスタッフの方が運んで下さったので大変助かりました。 次にエアコンの水漏れ。それに関する注意書きがあって気をつけていたはずですが、激しい水漏れ。これは改善してもらいたいです。 a-zone等々に近く、便利な場所にあるので、また花蓮に滞在することがあれば宿泊先候補の一つになると思います。

Reviewed Apr 17, 2017地點很方便的民宿，臨近東大門夜市，黎明廟口紅茶。走路就可以到名產街! 亦有配合計程車業者可以有優惠價格搭乘。 房間乾淨舒適，一樓也備有免費的DIY小型咖啡茶類吧檯。 入住的是四人家庭房，床舖軟硬適中。

Reviewed Mar 23, 2017房間雖然不大，但是乾淨舒適，雖然只有淋雨但是水量很大！！一樓也有提供咖啡自行沖泡，還有明信片可以寄！！早餐券有附近三間早餐店可以選擇，可以依照自己喜好選擇中式或西式！
