Lo que mas destaco del apartamento es la ubicación , al lado de la playa , del Mercadona y cerca de restauración.

Lo que menos destaco del apartamento son las camas, para mi gusto regular. Tampoco me gusto que nos encontramos con el ascensor estropeado pero lo arreglaron enseguida, aunque tuvimos que insistir pues llegar y encontramos con un 3º sin ascensor fue desagradable. Tienes que salir a las 10:00h del apartamento con reglas muy estrictas , ya que el servicio de limpieza a las 9:50h estaba entrando por la puerta sin darle ningún marguen de cortesía

Location and had everything you need.(except WiFi)

The couch needs to go. I read many reviews with the same problem. It smells like cigarettes and was really dirty. And really bad WiFi . We had no WiFi the whole stay(one week). I complained two times at the “reception” but they said they will fix it. Didn’t happened.

Very spacious. Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Nice simple pool. Overall very good facilities.

When the Wi-Fi worked it was good but intermittently it dropped out for 30 seconds or more.

We had a wonderful stay in these apartments for five nights with our family. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and very well designed. We especially liked that the two bedrooms were completely separated, which gave everyone more privacy. Having two bathrooms with two showers and two toilets was also a huge advantage for a family. The large terrace was fantastic—we enjoyed having breakfast and dinner there every day. Guests can also use the shared swimming pool, which was a great bonus. The location is excellent. The beach is only about a five-minute walk away, and there is a Mercadona supermarket nearby, making it very convenient for shopping. The apartment was spotlessly clean. We also appreciated having both a washing machine and a dishwasher, which made our stay much more comfortable.

The only small suggestion would be to provide a few basic kitchen essentials, such as salt, pepper, and cooking oil. For shorter stays, it doesn’t make much sense to buy these items, so having them available would be a nice touch.

El apartamento muy moderno y muy bien cuidado. Muy cerca de la playa. El lavavajillas genial. Lavadora perfecto

La piscina está bien pero es un poco pequeña. Le falta una tostadora y la televisión un poco pequeña.

La amplitud, que tiene dos baños, y una gran terraza, y la cocina tiene casi de todo.

Все здесь прекрасно, жили 2 недели, до моря 4 мин, до меркадонны 4 мин. Все удобно. Апартаменты чистые, просторные, все для жизни есть. Паркинг стоит 22€ за ночь, хотя на букинге стоит 19€. Я при заселении показала, никого это не волнует) хотя я считаю, должны были дать цену, которую заявили. В итоге мы стояли на улице, рядом с домом, вышло в сутки 11€. .залог 300€, при выселении вернули.

La hora del check out es impresentable. A las 10 de la mañana, nunca jamás, me había encontrado con semejante horario. El horario de la piscina igual a las 9 de la noche en el mes de Junio, Julio es una aberración. Y luego que tardan 3 o 4 días en devolverte los 300€ de fianza. Como si fuéramos millonarios, que hacen tantos días con nuestro dinero?

Buena ubicación. Magnífica terraza. Cómodo. Agradable.

Sehr großes Apartment mit mehreren Schlafzimmern, die über einen kleinen Flur getrennt sind. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer, was besonders praktisch ist. Der Wohnbereich ist großzügig und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet: Mit Geschirrspüler, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, Wasserkocher, Waschmaschine sowie allem, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Auch ein Bügelbrett und ein Wäscheständer für den Balkon waren vorhanden. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr schön gepflegt, und vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Pool und die Palmen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die schallisolierten Fenster. Dadurch konnten wir sehr ruhig schlafen, was in Spanien nicht selbstverständlich ist. Auf Booking wurde ein Parkplatz für 19 € pro Tag angeboten. Wir haben jedoch direkt beim Hotel, das die Apartments mitbetreut, nachgefragt und einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz für 13,50 € pro Tag erhalten. Die Tiefgarage ist bequem mit dem Aufzug direkt vom Apartment aus erreichbar. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Leider gab es Ende Mai/Anfang Juni weder Liegen noch Stühle am Pool, sodass man sich dort nicht wirklich aufhalten oder entspannen konnte. Außerdem schließen sowohl die Haupteingangstür als auch die Apartmenttüren sehr laut und knallen beim Zuziehen stark zu. Dadurch entstehen insbesondere morgens und abends störende Geräusche.

My home is comfortable and cozy, next to a shopping mall, close to the best shops and restaurants, and near public transportation; everything is new and perfect.

The only thing I didn't like was that the reception was in a different building and I wasn't informed of this. I didn't receive an email either. I had a lot of trouble getting the key. There could have been a sign on the door saying that the check-in process was handled at the Num Hotel, a few buildings away on the same street. Also, there were missing things in the apartment: no washing machine detergent, no vacuum cleaner, no dishwashing detergent (of course, it would have been good if they were for single use). For example, there were dishwasher capsules.

Nous venons régulièrement dans un de ces appartements car l emplacement est idéal. Proche de la plage, des commerces et sans bruit. Les appartements sont grands et on a tout pour passer un bon séjour. Les zones de parking autour du bâtiment sont devenues bleues et payantes.on peut reserver une place dans ce même bâtiment.

Le retrait des clés qui se trouve dans un hôtel proche(100 ou 200metres). Personne ne vous accompagne dans l appartement loué. On vous donne les clés et debrouillez vous.

Az apartman hatalmas, tágas, jó a két hálószoba elhelyezkedése és remek a két fürdőszoba. A nappali is elég nagy és világos, megfelelő a terasz, konyha is. A hely felszereltsége szuper.

A Wi-Fi kódot külön meg kellett kérdeznem a recepción, nem várt egy tájékoztató a szálláson. Az internet sebessége kicsit lassú. Abban a hálószobában, amelyik egyben van a fürdőszobával, eső és/vagy szél esetén igen hangosan visszhangzik a fürdőszobában a szellőző, vagy a ventilátor zörög. Arra érdemes volna ránézni. A parkolóért külön kell fizetni, nincs benne az árban.

Esta super muy Bien ubicado y a pesar de q hay zona azul se aparca bastante facil. El apartamento es super espacioso y muy nuevo.

Las camas son mejorables…. La de matrimonio es estandar pero el colchon es malillo. Tampoco entendimos muy bien que tuvieramos que hacer las camas…… Tambien es obligatorio recoger sabanas y toallas y dejar el apartamento limpio( eso es obvio), bajo pena de que se queden la fianza… una fianza que te cobran previamente y queda a su disposicion devolverte en funcion de si cumples sus expectativas…. En la reserva no se indicaba nada de esto. El personal del hotel donde se recogen las llaves del apartamento es bastante distante. Ademas el hotel donde se recogen las llaves ha cambiado el nombre.. ya no es regente.. es Num… lo q al principio nos supuso un poco de confusion a la hora de localizarlo.

Se agradecería alguna balleta o detergente para lavar la vajilla. Quizás algo más de ropa de cama, mantas...ya que la nuestra estancia fue en marzo

La amplitud del apartamento. Soleado. Para lo que buscabamos, está muy bien ubicado. La cocina estaba bien equipada (sartenes, vasos, platos, microondas..)

El checkout sea a las 10. Se podría mejorar ya que las paredes estaban sucias del uso (aunque el apartamento estaba limpio). Se escucha los vecinos de arriba.

L'emplacement , la piscine , le calme de la résidence. L'appartement est spacieux , bien insonorisé c'est clairement qualitatif.

rien de méchant : l'adresse pour récupérer les clés n'était pas bonne l’hôtel à changer de nom entre temps. deuxième point l'équipement de la cuisine il manque des plats , un peu plus de casseroles, peut être un peu plus de verres.

Me fastidio tener que hacerme la cama, dejaron sabanas limpias y tuvimos que hacernos las camas y el ultimo dia deshacerlas y meter toda la ropa en un saco. Es la primera vez en unos apartamentos que me pasa esto y no me gusto nada.

La connexion wifi est centralisée et le débit n'est pas très satisfaisant et demeure contraignant surtout pour un appartement logeant 4 personnes souhaitant se connecter de façon simultanée.

Ottima posizione, vicino al centro e alla spiaggia. Alloggio pulito e confortevole.

Il wifi spesso non funzionava e l' impianto elettrico saltava per sovratensione pur non avendo elettrodomestici collegati. TV piccola e solo disponibile in spagnolo con canali limitati.

They don't return the deposit. Upon check-in, we were charged a deposit of 300 euros, although this was not specified in the booking conditions. After leaving, we received a letter that 200 euros would be deducted from us, since we did not take out the garbage and did not free the refrigerator, and attached photos, which I also add. We treated the property extremely carefully, washed the dishes, swept. 200 euros as a fine for garbage collected in the trash can is a lot. They don't answer letters.

Un immeuble parmi des immeubles pas de décoration un appartement hôtel

L emplacement est parfait. Calme mais proche de toutes commodités. Plage à côté. Parking en sous sol, appartement et terrasse spacieux.

Petit point négatif, aucune précision sur la réception des clefs qui s effectue à l hôtel à côté.

The apartment and the terrace are large, the location is good (near the beach, restaurants and shops). The furniture is new and the maintenance personnel (especially Cristian) was very helpful when we had different problems and called the reception. It has a washing machine which is a plus. The check-in is made at a hotel nearby, but it worked fast.

Not all the apartments are the same, although there is just one type of apartment that you can actually book. Some of them have the sleeping rooms facing the hall, not outside. Luckily our apartment had all the windows facing outdoors. Besides these, you cannot book a 2 bed-room apartment for more than 2 people, you have to send them a message and pay additionally. The apartment 4A we had lacks of basic plates, no bowls, no wine glasses or cava glasses. The mattresses are not very comfortable. The WIFI didn't work, we called the reception 2 times, they sent somebody to fix it and it worked just for a few minutes and then broke again. We also asked them to check the noisy radiator. The view is not the best, you can see the back of an old and ugly apartment building, with laundry hanging at the windows. The pool has no sunbeds or umbrellas and nothing to sit on. It is just a pool with concrete around it and no shadow, so it is useless. Nobody cleans the common spaces of the building and the floor is full of traces and water from the people returning from the pool. Generally, it seems the owner doesn't care so much about how the guests feel and the communication is not the best one.

The apartment is lovely, very nice, clean, modern and spacious. You leave a 300 euro refundable deposit. It had 2 bathrooms one with a shower and the second with a shower over the bath. It had a balcony with table and chairs. Its in a nice quiet gated apartment block that felt safe and a very short walk from the beach which is just down the road. Mercadona supermarket is right behind it too. The main busy area was about a 15 minute walk but there is also an abundance of shops just down the road from the apartment. There is a nice quiet pool. The air con worked great, there is just sensors that if a window or door is left open the air con will turn off but turns back on when everything closed again There was an iron, ironing board and clothes horse, sweeping brush and mop, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. There was also a handy little pack with a dish sponge,washing up liquid and towel. I would stay here again for a nice quiet stay, there is no pool scene but a nice quiet pool and close to the beach where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas. The hotel Num is where you check in just down the road and they did arrange a taxi for us when we asked to go back to the airport which was very helpful.

I couldnt see a smoke alarm or fire blanket for the kitchen in the property. There might have been a smoke alarm but not sure. The sofa is worn and there is no toaster but there is a grill. A long length mirror would be nice and there is plenty of wall space for one It is a private apartment block so no sunbeds for the pool but its a lovely quiet small pool perfect for a quiet swim. The bag we had didnt fit all the laundry in it at the end of the stay where you have to place the bed sheets and towels in. A large or even 2 or 3 large sacks would have been helpful. You check in at hotel NUM which is just down the road but for some reason when you book it says the Regeant hotel.

You pick up the keys at a hotel very close by and they are available 24 hours a day. Very helpful and friendly. The apartment is big and well equipped in a quiet location, but close to everything

Brilliant location and super clean.

Would have been better if we could get access to sun loungers - even if these were hired or foldable ones. A pack with a few dishwasher tablets and laundry tablets would have really been appreciated.

The property was clean and well kitted out and was close to the beach and the main strip and shops. It was clean inside and out but the lack of sunloungers did not really encourage visits to the pool. The apartment block itself was nice and quiet and the apartment had a nice sized balcony.

Missed having sun loungers for the pool and the steps out of the pool were not secured properly and as a result were a bit wonky.

Location of the property is quite good.

Too complicated terms of stay. Nobody cares about guests. 1. Collection of the keys has to be done in another place. For key collection, they asked a deposit of 300 Euro!!! And force us to sign an agreement that nothing has to be changed in the apartment during the stay. Like if we leave plates in the dishwasher they will fine us, if we leave unwashed tableware they will fine us, if we leave rubbish in the apartment we will be fined etc. etc. I always thought that cleaning the apartment after guests is a host's responsibility. 2. Finally when we leave they return the deposit through their banking system which arrived just after several days. This means if something is wrong we have to communicate with Hotel where we picked up the key and paid the deposit. 3. Host doesn't communicate with renters, just sends standard formatted messages. 4. Tel number they provide doesn't answer. 5. There is no information on wifi login, so I was forced to walk to the hotel where I picked up the keys again for the WiFi password. 6. Town itself is too crowded. All restaurants' rating is overrated and absolutely doesn't correspond with reality.

Lack of hairdryer, really necessary for all the travelers. Lack of soap and dishwashing liquid. Every tourist leaves it in the apartment when he leaves. Better not to throw it. Very poor Wi-Fi.

Bel appartement dans un quartier calme et familial de la ville. Tout est neuf et propre, et tout l’électroménager nécessaire est présent. Manque par contre d’insonorisation avec l’appartement voisin et le palier. Manque aussi un aspirateur…

Apartment spacious and clean 👌 Good enough location

Not even a bottle of water in the fridge when we arrived at the apartment. For the money that we paid a small welcome pack wouldn't have hurt. Any other place we stayed paying over 2 grand there was always something nice there for when you arrived. Pool is small, pictures on the website make it look alot bigger. No loungers or seats anywhere for relaxing around or near the pool?

Very good location and spacious and comfortable apartment. Stuff very inflexible and unwilling to accommodate. The interaction with the staff was disappointing in tone and content. Real pity as the property is great.

Great location for everything. Friendly people. Pity the reception wasn't in the hotel. Had problem with the WiFi. Couldn't get it sorted. We were exhausted very night walking all over the place. Lovely food. Would go again but more prepared.

Расположение - идеальное! (если вам не нужна шумная туса, тогда вам на другую сторону салоу лучше) Выход на 2 пляжа. (второй - правее, если смотреть на море, идти 5-7 минут) гораздо тише и спокойнее.. в основном испанцы. Есть пальмы, создающие тень, где можно с комфортом быть весь день с маленькими детьми.. оч удобно. (на основном пляже такого бонуса нет). Апарты надо оставить чистыми (мусор и холодильник), штраф 100 евро.. мы попали, не прочитав условия).

It was a lovely hotel but very difficult to find- the information given by expedia was awful and the only way to find how to get in was by a very kind local who helped, otherwise we would have been lost. This needs to have more detail in the future to help others.

l'hôtel était propre est très bien équipé, la conception de l'hôtel fait que les chambres donnent sur le couloir, cela est très bruyant la nuit car pas de climatisation et nous dormions la fenêtre ouverte. A l'arrivée on nous demande une caution de 300€ en liquide !!! dommage de ne pas être prévenue avant par votre site, nous avons due retirer cette somme sur un distributeur. Concernant la vue, pas terrible, mais la mer est à 200m
