1. Keyphone malfunction, that we need to call the receptionist using our own mobile 2. Grd Flr - Poor Satelite TV provided, Upper Floor - No function of TV 3. Food served - We don't expect very Tasty Food but least provide good food to be eaten

Front office manager - Aunty Vikki(?) was very hospitable and knew her guests well. Easy to get around with Grab and hotel linen were all clean. Met expectations based on price and location. Good spot to stay for accommodation and breakfast needs.

There are no nearby (walkable) amenities, only the beach. No shops or eateries nearby.

Das Frühstück sollte dringend überdenkt werden, sehr schlecht. Einfach sich Gedanken machen und das ganze schöner gestalten. Leider wurde uns bei der Ankunft nichts erklärt, wo befindet sich was genau. Wir mussten alles suchen gehen. Betten sehr unbequem und Alt auch hier eine Investition wert.

Resort staff Victoria is very helpful and responsive. Quiet and peaceful.

Resort is very dated and not well maintained. Spa and gym both closed. Only 1 restaurant opened and the chicken from the curry served 1 night was frozen cold. Told the chef and he simply take it back to reheat it up (and the dish ended up being overheated and dry). Zero service recovery. I got the most horrifying bug bites all over my body; resort said its not bed bugs but sandflies from beach. I am a beach lover and have been to countless beaches around the world and have never experienced this before.

The room (dinawan) was good.

Hygiene of the pool. Breakfast menu can be improve. Eg scramble egg to be added.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön mit altem Baumbestand. Guter Pool, direkte Strandlage mit sehr flach ins Meer abfallendem Sandstrand, schön für Familien. Das Essen hat geschmeckt, Frühstück eher für Asiaten als für Europäer, aber man findet genug.

Das Resort ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es fehlt an Liegen und der Strand ist leider ziemlich vermüllt. Es stimmt leider auch nicht, dass man Ausflüge übers Hotel buchen kann. Alles läuft über das gut 30km entfernte Kota Kinabalu. Es gibt nichts drum herum. Aber dank Grab (oder Mietwagen) kommt man (fast) überall hin.

The pool water looks greenish.. And the slides for childrens have a cracks, possible danger for kids... My dauhter spotted a young snake 2 times... Could be poisones.. I hope management can take a look into this and make necessary prevention.. Overall the resort really clean... The room are nice... Landscape well maintained... Staff are helpfull... Can make some improvement in the menu

The water pressure in the shower was very low and the swimming pool doesn't look very clean.

I did not like the fact that the parking area is quite far from the hotel room. It is quite troublesome if you bringing a lot of stuff for family vacation. Only one way in. need to go up and down some stairs at the reception. berpeluh jugalah.. Please improve this part ya.. providelah shortcut jalan dari tepi ka untuk avoid naik turun tangga. Staf bantuan bukan sentiasa ada untuk bantu angkat barang. And number phone yang letak di google and booking.com tu pleaselah angkat. Up sikit bah customer service. The Room Facility! This is only regarding poolview as i order this room. How come you dont provide hair drier and iron... If you want me to call you than you send the stuff.. please make sure you install proper telephone as the one you put in the room is not working.. The number you put on google and booking.com also not picked up as i call more than three times. Hotel priced cheaper than this provide iron and hair drier.

Our stay at Beringgis Beach Resort & Spa was disappointing. The resort looks dated and lacks proper maintenance. The room had issues with cleanliness, weak air-conditioning, and worn-out furniture. Breakfast was limited and not impressive. The resort is far from Kota Kinabalu, with very few dining options nearby, making transportation inconvenient. Some facilities advertised were unavailable during our stay. While the beachfront and sunset views are beautiful, the overall experience did not justify the cost.

Not worth for money. Distance from lobby to our room is too far. Downstairs toilet was clogged and smell rotten. No hot shower in the morning. Tv channel not working at all. Same goes to aircond at downstairs.

I enjoyed the large clean pool. The room was spacious and the king bed was comfortable. The grounds were well maintained and the breakfast was good. Access to the beach and lovely sunset. Proximity to the Borneo Cultural Village.

It was difficult to order grab rides from Berringis. If you don’t have a car, I’d recommend additional planning and scheduling rides in advance. Unfortunately the spa portion of the resort is no longer operational.

레노베이션이 되었다는 룸으로 예약했지만 문을 열자마자 엄청난 곰팡이 냄새가 났습니다. 에어컨에는 먼지 뭉치들이 덜렁거렸고 바닥에 먼지가 굴러다녔습니다. 제 어린 아들은 방에서 밥을 먹다 모기에 뜯겼습니다. 정말 이 곳은 추천하지 않습니다. 제 인생 최악의 숙소였습니다.

While the resort's location was easily accessible, sunset view was nice but my overall experience fell short of expectations.

Regarding the dining experience, the breakfast spread was simply 'so-so'. A point of confusion and disappointment was that although the stay included a 'free for child' policy, this did not extend to their breakfast, forcing an unexpected purchase.

Location was great. Easy to get into Kota Kinabalu while still being outside the city. Lots of great little local restaurants near by. The staff were always very helpful and friendly too whenever we needed anything

The whole place felt a bit tired and run down and the rooms would benefit from a substantial deep clean as it smelled of mould when we arrived. The breakfast could also be improved, the quality of the food felt like it could be significantly improved, eg., the bread was often stale. Small things like making sure the buffet stayed warm would also make the whole thing better. On our last day they also hosted about 100 local teenagers for a training day which severely impacted our ability to enjoy the resort and it felt like the guests were not prioritised during this time.

3D2N with no hot shower! It took 1 hour extra to check in at 4pm instead of 3pm Worst was no towels, tissue. The next day I request to change another unit The same! No hot shower

CCTV is pointing to our room row area (Dinawan wing). I went near the post and see where the camera is focusing. Confirm it is pointing at rooms. This make us uncomfortable (Guest Privacy)! anyway, i only realised on the last day soo i didn't bother much to complaint. Morning breakfast is not recommended! we pay for a 4 star resort and we have to "wait" for food / drink refilling. This is unacceptable. Chef / restaurant manager should be always ready all times and not until its finish then start to cook to refill.
