第四次入住，覺得越來越糟，冷氣太吵，晚間到九點若是遠到的旅客不建議入住。電視網路很不穩定。 服務人員也很不專業。

整體來說非常好 有小型自助吧可以吃 下午七點前來連晚餐都不用考慮要去外面吃甚麼了 裡面最喜歡的點是房間內有配一台除濕機 對於當天下雨騎機車的我雨衣甚麼的一下都乾了 全部最可惜的點是停車場 隔天退房要去下個旅行地點時發現我機車座墊上有很多貓的泥土腳印 如果怕機車會被踩髒的朋友可能要考慮一下 如果沒這缺點 我覺得這裡很完美~

有問題電聯也不回電，去住宿有反應問題不回答直接跳針，一直說我的訂單有問題，我直接出示booking訂單畫面，又跳針意思是是我的手機對不上，當天住客只有2.3組，如果～真的有問題也可以應變成一般散客吧！

住宿有簡單的下午茶跟早餐，cp值高。 房間有浴缸可以泡澡。 櫃檯人員很親切介紹仔細。

這次住兩個晚上，房間一直都有很潮濕的味道，除濕機一直都有開著。 浴室比想像中小間，很多縫縫處都發霉。 不知道為什麼皮膚接觸到被子、床單會起疹子癢，仔細看棉被有很多小細毛，希望可以改善。

早餐普通，住宿也很普通 一進房間，有聞到一股濃濃的霉味，蠻不舒服的

預定了小木屋，因為有提供室內、戶外泡湯池，結果戶外泡湯池上的棚子滿滿的蜘蛛網、蟲卵，根本沒辦法泡，站著就可以看到外面馬路，隱私性不夠

園景漂亮。

小木屋內浴室用玻璃隔間，沒有抽風設備，使用後水氣與氣味散不掉。

房間設備較老舊，壁紙斑駁，且房間清潔有待加強、 整體較潮濕，建議入住前應使用除濕機，提升舒適感（浴室玻璃門有大片發霉痕跡、盥洗室衛生紙不是乾燥的，使用起來讓人擔心）

隔音好，乾淨，服務人員態度佳

此處位於郊區，生活便利性較差，兩人房的浴室乾濕分離，淋浴只有單人浴缸的空間，床上的枕頭軟扁，如果旅行是為了來泡溫泉舒壓，不建議來此處，跟其他溫泉區的旅宿比較，行價比偏低！

停車場太昏暗，宜蘭又常下雨，晚上開車停看不到地面狀況，建議再裝一個路燈比較安全，館內沒有電梯，行李箱要自己扛上去，枕頭太軟，墊2個又太高，房間燈光都黃光，感覺不習慣。

Place is big and nicely decorated. There is breakfast buffet and tea provided everyday. Even though the selection is the same, it’s still tasty and good. My son loved the ice cream. Our family room is huge. Loved the space and the bath tub.

Location is a little secluded from everywhere. It was still easy to get Uber cabs to go out though. Better to eat dinner elsewhere then take a cab back and chill for the rest of the night.

蚊子百萬隻，餐廳往小木屋的林道昏暗，落葉也沒有好好打掃，這樣的品質一晚三千多塊，浴室空間還比一輛車的空間還小，性價比低

Beautiful quiet location surrounded by green rice paddies. It was an idyllic get away.

It was super comfortable with a great shower.

I made the mistake of checking under the bed to see if we had lost anything and it was filthy.. The rest of the room was super clean though! Housekeeping only came on the 4th day when I requested.

Backyard garden is super nice. Love the feeling of living in a forest. Very peaceful and connected to Mother Earth. Nearby is all about green fields.

One male staff always said no to my little requests. For example there was an incense holder in front of a Buddha thangka (Tibetan painting) and there were incense so I asked if I could light one incense offer to the Buddha. He insisted this is not for offering / worshipping this is only decoration. Okay fine. Feeling very robotic.

The location of the resort is nice and quiet, at the rural area of Jiaoxi, about 10 minutes drive from the centre area and railway station. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The room is large and comfortable.

Although we have hung the tag of "Please clean the room", it was not tidied up at all, only the used towels were replaced, the bed was still messy. The variety of breakfast is less, but still good. The location is not convenient if you don't drive, and need to take taxi to other area.

We left after one night without sleep. Its moldy and smells weird. Stains on the bed. Theres a pig farm next to it. The way to the cabin was very slippery and youre not allowed to walk through the house to go to the cabin. It was a bad experience. Way better to stay in the city of Jiaoxi.

The relax, quiet and chill place. is like a homestay in a bali style. the staff were really friendly and really patient. my husband and i loved the stay!

Is a little far from all the places and all but for the ambience to really enjoy, is worth it. please chartered a car if you would like to stay here

Clean and cosy

No lift so have hard time bringing luggage upstairs. Can ask staff for help

Property had a very zen ambiance and the staff tried their best to help, despite they didn’t understood English much.

This property is for people who understands Chinese or mandarin, communication was extremely difficult and all the instructions and flayers were in Chinese. No restaurant were close-by and hotel does not have food order service. Hotel was far from everywhere and there was no easy public transportation around.

Resort only suitable for people who drive. No amenities close by. It was raining when we arrived and there was no sheltered area towards check in. Staff was unhelpful throughout check in and check out. Left my bag at check out and had driver turn back to retrieve it. Staff did not help out or eve gave any notice.
