Sehr cooles Hotel. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück für nur € 10,- pro Person. Toller Blick von der Dachterrasse. Zimmer sehr geräumig.

Keine Tür zum WC im Zimmer, wenn auch nicht einsehbar.

Heerlijk hotel met goede relaxte vibe. Het zwembad bovenop het dak is heerlijk. Arta is een super leuke stad. Ook het restaurant voor ontbijt en diner is erg goed! Super leuke inrichting, overal hoekjes en kamertjes. Erg leuk gedaan!

Ze hebben 2 locaties (vlakbij) waar je ook kan logeren, wist ik niet van te voren. Daar bleken wij 2 kamers te hebben. Ook daar prima kamers maar niet dezelfde hotel-vibe.

Beautiful and Unique building and renovation with secret areas and layers. Spacious rooms with views of the San Salvador and surrounds. Fantastic staff and connected restaurant

Air con needs a little Freon boost for the hot months

Das Personal war unglaublich zuvorkommend, die Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, teilweise mit Blick bis auf das Meer. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel und vor allem hat uns das Frühstück gefallen, das sich von dem üblichen Mainstream deutlich abhob. Auch mittags und abends konnte man in dem Restaurant des Hotels hervorragend essen.

Man muß wissen, dass das Hotel mitten in der Altstadt von Artà liegt, und das Gepäck vor der Tür nur ein-und ausgeladen werden kann, das Auto parkt man auf einem fußläufig erreichbaren Parkplatz, was aber kein Problem darstellt. Die Zimmer sind nur teilweise mit Aufzug erreichbar, wobei das Personal gerne mit dem Gepäck unterstützt.

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sehen auf den Bildern sowie auf den ersten Blick sehr schön aus. Auch die Lage in Artà hat uns gut gefallen, leider konnten diese positiven Punkte die erheblichen Mängel während unseres sechstägigen Aufenthalts nicht ausgleichen.

Vor allem die Hygiene war für uns absolut inakzeptabel: Haare im Bett, Rückstände in der Toilette, ein nicht richtig gereinigtes Bad, Silberfische, Schmutz und Krümel sowie dreckige Gläser und sogar eine innen verschmutzte Wasserflasche. Auch beim Frühstück waren Geschirr und Gläser teilweise dreckig, während Butter und Joghurt über Stunden bei ca. 35 °C draußen standen. Auch der Service war sehr enttäuschend.

Dobrá snídaně. Velmi milá a ochotná recepční hovořící česky. Krásné ubytování v krásném historickém městečku. Jako bonus malý bazén na střeše.

Ganz tolle Unterkunft, alle sind sehr herzlich und die Zimmer (Junior) Suite war toll! Die Lage ist auch super und der Ort gibt einem ein ganz tolles Gefühl! Das Frühstück war sehr frisch und hatte eine tolle Auswahl!

Der Pool war zu unserer Zeit kaputt aber das kann passieren.

Přišel nám nevhodný koncept WC a sprchy umístěné za postelemi, z půlky vyzděné a zbytek prosklené.

Hôtel très bien situé en plein centre, très mignonne terrasse pour les repas. La cuisine est très bonne avec de bons produits. Le personnel est très agréable.

Le ménage démarre tôt, notamment l'aspirateur a été passé avant 9h dans une chambre voisine.

Das Haupthaus bietet eine spannende Architektur und ist gut gelegen. Ebenso ist das Frühstück bei diesem Preis zu empfehlen.

Das Nebenhaus ist leider nicht vergleichbar - weder bei der Ausstattung / Architektur noch dem Komfort, u.a. kein Aufzug, kleinen Pool, der nicht mit dem haupthaus vergleichbar ist. Die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit haben Potenzial.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff, lovely breakfast and an amazing room. We stayed in the private pool suite, which is so private and just the perfect way to spend the day.

Sehr schönes Hotel in liebevoller Hand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist optisch sehr ansprechend! Das Essen ist sehr hochwertig. Betten sind bequem.

Nur Kleinigkeiten, die sicher vom Personal behoben werden. Der Pool ist winzig aber den Umständen nach nicht anders machbar.

This hotel was the reason why we visited to Arta. Beautiful place, kind staff and lovely atmosphere. 100% we will visit again.

Super, kleines, süßes Boutique Hotel, tolle Lage direkt in Artà. Sehr nettes Personal, sehr persönlich und zuvorkommend. Dachterrasse mit einem schönen Blick über die Stadt, grandioses Frühstück. Zimmer eher klein.

The location was great. The breakfast was great.

The pool was very small. There had been no photo of the pool so we were expecting something bigger. The tv in the room did not get any channels so we were unable to watch world cup final. The room itself was not the cleanest.

Staff a bit gruff at times

We had the 2 story duplex sea view, right in the heart of beautiful Arta. Lots of room - bedroom upstairs with large terrace outdoor setting overlooking Arta and lounge room downstairs with another bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant was great - delicious high quality meals.

Both bathrooms need a little TLC and updating.

Schönes kleines Hotel, engagiertes Personal, tolles Frühstück und ein empfehlenswertes Restaurant. Zudem ist das Haus zentral gelegen.

Der Pool ist sehr klein und es fehlt eine Dusche neben dem Pool.

Ruime kamer met terras. Uitstekende locatie. Prima ontbijt. Prima restaurant.

Geen lift. In suite wel mogelijk om koffie te zetten maar geen thee.

Wir waren 5 Nächte. Sehr sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Schönes Zimmer, bequemes Bett, super leckeres Frühstück, das hoteleigene Restaurant ist zu empfehlen, tolle Lage mitten in der Stadt.

Habitación bastante sucia de polvo

Gute Lage, zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig.Ein schönes Haus. Gutes Frühstück, allerdings gab es lediglich Nutella als süßen Aufstrich. Keine Marmelade.

Das Zimmer war winzig klein und um ins Bad zu gelangen, musste man wiederum noch ein paar Treppen hoch steigen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen sparsam mit Lächeln, routiniert, höflich, aber nicht besonders freundlich.

Great location, easy to walk around the town from here and up to the castle. You can get a quick bus or taxi to beaches. Room very comfortable and cool. Really good breakfast with plenty of options. The building is very nicely designed and interesting to look around at. Staff couldn’t be nicer! Helped me when I had a problem with my passport.

Nagyon jó stílusa van a hotelnek, igazi ékszerdoboz. A szoba is hangulatos, tényleg lelke van az egésznek. Csodás helyen, tágas, kényelmes szoba, jó ágynemű és végre tényleg nagy ágy :)

A fürdőszoba koszos hatású ezzel a vízálló festék megoldással. A csaptelepek is antikolt hatásúak, de nehéz eldönteni, hogy ez kosz és vízkő, vagy csak a design része. Szerintem ez a megoldás nem jó szálláshelynek vizes helyiségek esetében.

A very cute hotel, where they are not trying to be flashy, down to earth, informal atmosphere with accomodating and friendly staff. Our room was spacious & comfortable, and the hotel has superb facilities on offer in terms of sauna & indoor pool downstairs, and a rooftop terrace & pool for cooling off. Delicious buffet breakfast with a large selection & bottomless coffee until 11am. Superb, traditional Spanish fare on the restaurants "a la carte" menu.

The housekeeping staff could pay a little more attention. Our bathmat went missing on day 3 of a 6 day stay and was never replaced, and at one point I had to steal some toilet rolls from the communal toilet on the stairs as ours had run out. This is a niggle and not a criticism. Neither of these things affected the enjoyment we had at staying here.

Das beste Hotel der Insel, sehr schön renovierte Zimmer mit einem unbeschreiblichen Charme. Ein Hotelier wie man ihn sich wünscht. Sehr gerne wieder.

El alojamiento es precioso, un sitio privilegiado… la ubicación , la cama muy confortable, el desayuno muy bueno y el personal muy atento .

El hotel tiene tres piscinas, no están bien cuidadas las instalaciones… las tumbonas sucias un poco abandonado … en la zona del Jacuzzi nos encontramos dos cucarachas …

Lo mejor de todo es el personal y eso es mucho considerando que la ubicación y el edificio son preciosos. El servicio en restaurante fue también espectacular. Nos atendieron de lujo todos los días

Die Lage des Hotels ist top, der Parkplatz in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Kulinarisch hat das Hotel viel zu bieten - das Frühstücksbuffet bietet viel Auswahl, liebevoll angerichtet und sehr lecker. Am Abend gibt es im Bistro bzw im Restaurant viel Auswahl, sehr lecker. Top Service, tolles Ambiente.

Das Zimmer war sehr sporadisch und einfach eingerichtet. Grundlegend sauber, aber Bad zu einfach gehalten, absolut nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Sehr kleines Doppelzimmer im Nebengebäude, absolut kein Stauraum. Wenig Wohlfühlfaktor, sehr Basic.

The building is absolutely beautiful, and really tastefully decorated. The view from the terrace was stunning. I spent hours sat on the terrace just taking the view in. My room was beautifully decorated and the bed was super comfortable, I slept like a baby. Breakfast was amazing, something to suit everyone’s taste. Was lovely sitting outside on the street in the morning and watching the world go by. Super central location so everything is a short walk away. The staff were also super accommodating and helpful. I had a really wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

Sehr schöne Zimmer, tolle (Innen-)Architektur. Super nettes Personal. Die Dachterasse ist Mega.

La décoration de l’hôtel avec plein de petits espaces différents , cocooning et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner délicieux , frais et varié. Le confort des chambres. La situation centrale et un parking proche et gratuit à 5 minutes à pied .

Pas suffisamment d’eau chaude à la douche ce matin. L’aspect vintage des douches et de la salle de bains peut laisser une impression de «  moins propre « 

Die Lage der Unterkunft im Herzen von Artà war super und auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Auch der Mitarbeiter Adrian war sehr freundlich.

Leider entsprechen die Bilder der Zimmer hier bei Booking nicht der Realität: Das Superior-Doppelzimmer, das uns vor Ort gezeigt wurde, war klein und dunkel anstatt groß und hell. Wir wiesen auf den deutlichen Unterschied hin, woraufhin uns ein Upgrade für 15€/Nacht bzw. ein Zimmer aus einer niedrigeren Basic Kategorie angeboten wurde. Wir entschieden uns gegen den Aufpreis und fanden in dem Zimmer dann eine tote Motte im Waschbecken, schmutzige Wände und einen nicht funktionierenden Safe vor. In der Dusche war zur Benutzung nur Handseife. Der Standard entsprach auf keinem Fall einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Unserer Meinung nach hätte die Situation mit dem Zimmer vom Besitzer, mit dem wir telefonierten und danach auch noch persönlich das Gespräch suchten, respektvoller und gastfreundlicher ablaufen müssen.

El desayuno era muy variado, fresco y delicioso. La locación era perfecta y tranquila (nada de ruído). En el medio del casco antiguo y el parking (fuera del pueblo) a 5 minutos caminando. Cenamos en la terraza del restaurante. El servicio muy amable y la cena muy rica. Todo el personal fue muy servicial y de gran ayuda (excepto la señora del bufé del desayuno, que no fue muy amable).

Tuvimos un problema en nuestra habitación. Pero se solucionó a plena satisfacción. La señora del bufé del desayuno podría ser más amable.

Direkt in der Altstadt gelegen. Besonders leckeres Frühstück,alles frisch!!! Tolles Flair!!! Man wohnt in einem traditionellen Haus, das aber modernen Komfort bietet. Sehr entspanntes Team, es wird immer geholfen bei Fragen. Wir kommen wieder.

La décoration de l'hôtel est sobre, authentique, et chaleureuse. Le personnel aussi! Emplacement idéal pour découvrir l'est de Majorque. Au centre du village d'Arta qui est agréable à découvrir à pied. Rooftop avec vue panoramique 360°. Petit déjeuner avec des spécialités locales (dont ensaimadas et oranges de Majorque), différent tous les jours, délicieux !

El hotel tiene una decoración muy agradable, el personal es muy atento. A destacar, el confort de las camas y almohadas, la ubicación dentro del municipio, cerca de mucha oferta de restauración y tiendas. El desayuno es correcto, un buffet normal, pero suficiente y con productos de calidad.

A nivel personal, no me gusta que las puertas de los baños de la habitación sean de vidrio, pero es manía propia y a otra persona puede no importarle. También hay una piscina interior climatizada, y no nos enteramos hasta el momento de la salida. Nos hubiese gustado saberlo antes para poder utilizarla.

L'accueil est prévenant et les petits déjeuners excellents et variés. Le lit est très confortable et la chambre que nous occupions plutôt grande avec un coin "salon" agréable quand on doit rester au chaud et que la météo est pluvieuse. Salle de bain petite mais suffisante. Dommage qu'il est fait un temps maussade car le peu que nous ayons pu voir et profiter du parc du Llevant a beaucoup plu aux marcheurs que nous sommes.
