I booked an airport shuttle through the hotel, but when I arrived, no one was there to meet me. When I called reception, they simply told me the driver had left, forcing me to take an expensive taxi. Since the hotel is about a 30-minute drive from the airport in a fairly remote area, this was a highly stressful start to my trip. Check-in was equally frustrating. The staff did not speak English and failed to explain basic details like breakfast times or Wi-Fi info. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal in the room was incredibly weak and kept dropping. Overall, a very poor experience with communication and basic service.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Leider sieht man das überall. In den Zimmern sind stellenweise schäden, die nur notdürftig oder gar nicht repariert wurden. Die Flure und die Teppiche darin sind wellig, dunkel und allgemein eher nicht einladend. Auch die Ausstattung ist nur mittelmäßig. Die Restaurants sind okay, aber nicht gut. In der Nähe ist gar nichts. Ein Bahnhof ist zu fuß erreichbar, das war ein Trostpflaster. Wir haben es wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen gebucht und sind deswegen den hohen Preis eingegangen. Da der Flughafen aber zu Fuß trotzdem nicht erreichbar ist, ist dieser Pluspunkt auch hinfällig. Das Shuttle konnte uns nicht abholen, weil wir zu früh gelandet sind und nicht hinbringen, weil wir zu spät weggeflogen sind. Also auch umsonst. Eine alternative wurde uns nicht angeboten, also.haben wir uns selbst ein Taxi gerufen. Der Service war naja.... In dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich aber wesentlich mehr. Alles in Allem ist dieses Hotel nichtmal die Hälfte des Preises wert. Ganz klar: Keine Empfehlung

Автобус для трансфера из отеля в аэропорт был ужасно грязный, на сиденья страшно было садиться, одно сидение было залито чем то коричневым, остальные все а волосах и огромных катышках. Я такое в первый раз вижу , отвратительна картина

Que el anuncio en booking decia que incluía el servicio de traslado aeropuerto-hotel-aeropuerto pero por ser día festivo no estuvo disponible y tuvimos que pagar taxi. Pedimos una cama extra la cual el colchón estaba muy viejo y deteriorado preferimos no usarlo.

Кровати не удобные Лифт медленный Дубарь в номерах и самом отеле ужасный просто Другие посетители курят в номере, воняет на весь отель. Кофейня не работает. Отель темный. Прям чисто привокзалка

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026The property is located close to the Capital international airport, the hotel provides shuttle bus service for its customers, further the hotel was clean, and staff were very responsive, the restaurant in the hotel was very big and both buffet breakfast and other individually ordered food were ok , I would rate food taste to be 7/10. The only con during my stay is hotel WiFi, it’s slow and your foreign will never work fine with the WiFi network, so if you have your own mobile network and want to stay close to airport then this is the right place.
WiFi provided is very bad.

Reviewed Oct 20, 2025Отель очень удобно расположен- рядом аэропорт Столичный, на такси 20 минут, до 3 терминала заплатили 40 юаней. Рядом находится метро ( примерно 7-10 минут ходьбы). Если после выхода с метро повернуть направо, то найдете там много кафе, где можно вкусно и недорого поужинать. Есть где погулять- в пешей доступности два зеленых парка с тренажерами и беговыми уличными дорожками. Персонал отеля внимательный, выполняли оперативно все наши пожелания. Особенно отмечу прекрасные завтраки!!! Порадовал ассортимент, качество обслуживания и милый РОБОТ-уборщик! С удовольствием вернемся сюда! И, да, отелем предоставлен был трансфер из аэропорта.
С wi-fi, конечно проблемка, но, думаю, что это не вина отеля🤪. И, если кому важно, мы так и не разобрались с TV...но нас это не особо огорчило)))

It was not possible to adjust the temperature in the room. It is centrally controlled, and ours was set to around 26 degrees. The reception had trouble finding a small package with samples. They found it when I was leaving, when I no longer needed it. The interior of the hotel looks very neglected and worn out

Reviewed Sep 2, 2025Booked this hotel on the understanding that it provides airport shuttle service. Only found out at check in that the shuttle bus is not 24-hour service, which was no use to me. Had to spend extra money on taxi fares. There aren’t much going on around the hotel. We walked approximately 2 kilometres and found a couple of eating places. Otherwise it is a clean and comfortable hotel. Suitable for stopover stays.

We couldn’t adjust the air con temperature below 24.5 degrees and felt the room was too warm. You can ask for a fan and that cools things down though.

The shuttle bus service was very disappointing. It was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. But it was late for about 40minutes when it picked us up and was already left when it was going to take us to the airport. We agreed to meet at 8am but when we went to the door at 8am it was already gone so we had to catch a taxi.

We came very early in the morning, so we couldn't reserve the free transfer and we had to take a taxi, but on our way back to the airport they took us there for free. We enjoyed the breakfast: various dishes, drinks, it was very substantial. The room is big and clean. There were fruits for us on the table in the room.
