Nous avions réservé pour 2 adultes et 4 enfants et nous avons dû être séparés le logement n'était pas prévu pour 6 personnes. Nous n'avons eu aucune compensation de la part de la propriétaire.

Naturally bright, clean room. TV had everything on it. Walking distance to places to eat and a market and also close to local housing so you don’t feel in a touristy bubble. They even let us use a drying rack to hang our wet clothes to dry in the sun. The lady at checkin doesn’t speak English but that’s all good we managed to communicate anyway!

only stayed one night so hard to critique but we were very happy

Overdekte parkeerplaats (geen auto van 50 graden als je weg wilt) - ze hebben er maar een paar, maar lukte elke dag. Schone kamer met prima bed. Prijs (wij betaalden 600 baht/nacht). Locatie dicht bij het centrum. Wel te overwegen: als je vooral een uitvalsbasis zoekt richting Khao Sok of op doorreis bent naar Koh Samui kan een hotel buiten het centrum handiger zijn. Dat laatste stukje de stad in was meestal 15-20m rijden (hangt sterk van de tijd af, maar tussen 4 en 5 gaan de scholen uit en staat alles vast). Aan de andere kant konden we lopen naar the night market en andere dingen in het centrum.... Khao Sok. Geen online tour geboekt - dat is heel erg duur. Gewoon naar de Ratchaprapha Municipal Pier gereden en daar zelf een halve dag lake geregeld. Voor 3000baht+de entry kosten heb je met 4 personen een eigen boot.... We hebben niet het jungle gedeelte gedaan, maar dat kan je ook vast zelf boeken. Ook al ben je op doorreis zou ik proberen minimaal dit te doen. Echt mooi. Je kunt daar ook wassen/drogen. Personeel is heel vriendelijk. Kamer wordt heel netjes schoongemaakt.

Kleine dingetjes - niet echt belangrijk - Kan best gehorig zijn s'ochtends - Straatje is 2 richting maar de ene helft staat vol met brommertjes als de studenten school hebben. Dat is even puzzelen met een tegenligger, maar daar kom je wel uit. - Typische thaise badkamer: dus als je gaat douchen is het toilet nat. Deze was wel heel erg. De sproeier kon alleen recht op toilet gericht zijn (zal de kamer zijn). Dus douchen met sproeier in je hand.

Wir haben hier eine Nacht geschlafen, um die Fähre am nächsten Tag zu nehmen. Ein 7/11 ist gleich um die Ecke. Die Waschmaschinen und Trockner waren direkt neben dem Hotel. Das Personal war sehr nett und wechselte unsere Scheine zu Münzen.

Die Wand beim Bett war sehr dreckig, man darf also nicht zu genau überall hinsehen. Die Türe zum Bad ist ein wenig klein - große Personen müssen sich bücken. Unsere Handys und Powerbanks haben sich nicht komplett aufgeladen, scheinbar fiel der Strom in der Nacht aus.

Prima plek voor een overnachting om door te reizen. Heel erg vriendelijke gastheer, airco en schone kamer. Bed was naar onze smaak erg hard maar onze dochters hadden zachte bedden. Een klein defect aan de wc (bleef doorlopen) werd onmiddellijk en accuraat verholpen.

We ended up staying for 4 nights! Clean and spacious rooms. Nice shower.Staff were really nice. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Pleasantly surprised by complimentary tea, coffee, toast and bananas each morning! Bottles of water each day too. Washing machines available to use for 30 baht. 20 minute walk to a fresh market. 10 minute walk to bus terminals for local or further afield buses. Great place! Thank you.

Nothing. The only thing it didn't offer was a family room but it was quite nice to have 2 rooms side by side and have a child each for a change!

Less than 10 minutes walk from the bus station, on a quiet road, this is a very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff members were all friendly and helpful. My room was clean, light and bright, with sliding door and balcony overlooking trees on a vacant block. It had a small fridge, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Its not far to shops, night market, the river. Great choice in a busy city.

The air conditioner needs cleaning, the room smells damp, it needs to be aired out, but this is all understandable since it's the rainy season

Whether we stay longer in Surat Thani or just make a stopover before heading to the islands, we’ve been coming back here for years. Convenient location in walking distance from bus station (Talad Kaset), 7-eleven, ATM. Free parking. Green area in the yard. Clean rooms with huge TV, comfy bed and small balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I just rented the room for a few hours while a waited for a boat. It was nice value and a very convenient location. Cost 20thb for a ride to the pier via Bolt. It's not luxury but great value.

It's 11th year we continue to stay in the Papangkorn house during our travels in Thailand. Quiet lovely place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room with comfy beds, good aircon, private balcony and free parking space. Not so far from central bus station and in a walking distance from 7eleven and Thaksin Hospital. Also like easy complimentary breakfast facilities.

Quite comfortable room and bathroom. The biggest TV I have ever seen in a hotel room! The little breakfast was a sweet touch. Easy to walk to Phantip / bus connections. Far from train station, about 30 minutes in a Grab.

It annoyed me that we specifically booked a twin room, and made a comment to request 2 separate beds, only to arrive at 11pm and things were a bit different. There were two beds in the room (one double and one single), but only the double was made up. We had to insist on getting linens for the 2nd bed to the annoyance of the night clerk.

The staffs are awesome, private car parking available, best location, 10 min walk to train station night market & wet market. Free bicycle provided

Nos estafaron. Llegamos a hacer el check in 19h. después de todo un día de viaje, habiendo hecho este reserva con casi un mes de antelación. Nos "atendió un hombre" que dijo que no tenía disponibilidad. Al decirle que teníamos reserva solo decía: no no no! (Todo con el traductor porque solo hablaba su idioma). Al pedirle que anulara nuestra reserva nos decia: no no no! Que la teníamos que anular nosotros... Hice el reclamo a booking.com y ellos me mandaron a reclamar a Agoda.. pero claro, para reclamar en Agoda necesito una reserva en Agoda... Y mi reserva es de booking.com.. Todo mal!

На одну ночь пойдёт, в номере стоял сильный запах мочи, как будто номер не убирал и туалет очень давно, у одеяла нет пододеяльника что тоже не комфортно

Bathroom was not particularly clean or modern. Balcony door didn’t seem secure, had a dodgey lock. Various areas with ants.

We only stayed for 1 night to catch a boat the next morning but the location was perfect, lots of shops, night markets etc around! The room was perfect for a nights stay and clean!

Perfect place for a short stopover when traveling from Bangkok to one of the islands. Great value for money, hard to beat for the price. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was smooth and easy. Ideal for a one-night stay if you’re just passing through. Would definitely recommend.

Les réceptionnistes ne sont pas aimable du tout. Elles ne disent même pas bonjour. Les draps ne sont pas fournis et si on les demande, c'est compliqué pour eux de les donner. Ça n'était pas très propre.

Affordable accommodation at a very good location right in downtown. We were there for Songkran and were right in the action. Airconditioning, private bathroom, beds were ok, balcony, water bottles every day, big TV screen of smart tv. What isn't advertised but what was nice to have included: free simple breakfast with coffee, tea, bananas and toast.

One night we had no sleep at all as kids were running through the hotel corridors screaming and bouncing balls against the doors, even as late as 3am. This could have been monitored and cut short. I notified staff, but got no response or feedback in the moment nor afterwards.

Prima knus hotel voor een nachtje op doortocht. Vriendelijk personeel. We kregen in de ochtend een klein ontbijtje met thee of koffie, toast en een banaan. Leuke naar 2 leuke night markets geweest die de dame van de receptie adviseerde. De een traditioneel Thais en de ander modern met leuke stalletjes. Bij beide ook heerlijk gegeten
