Our family stayed here for a hockey tournament. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and very accommodating. Our team and another team stayed here for the weekend and everyone noted how much they loved it. The location was good, walking distance to the arena, Tim Hortons, Subway and more. I would highly recommend staying here and if I come to Iroquois Falls again I will definitely be booking a room here.

My biggest beef was that the internet was horrible. TV channel selection was meh as well but that's a first world problem for sure. The site was clean, staff friendly so overall decent. Oh ... the coffee from the machine wasnt the best either (if i'm going to complain)

It was all good

Breakfast is limited but it was fine for me because I was mostly looking for good coffee and the coffee wad not bad. I also was able to have some yogurt which I appreciated. It did the trick.

The room decor is nicely appointed but there are still a lot of bare walls. A simple addition of theme appropriate pictures would have added a nice touch. Consider professional photos of local Northern Ontario scenes to add local character and beauty.

There had been a snow storm the day before and the parking lot was not plotted, so getting around was difficult ,

Very clean and large rooms. Confortablw beds and great pillows. Had a heated garage to store snowmachines in overnight to thaw all ice build up. Breakfast was lacking assortment of food. Booked at the start of our trip for 1 night. Stayed and went further north for 2 nights. Last minute booking for another night and they had room for us. 2 couples. Great place. I do recommend for the price.

Some sled hedz and I recently spent time at their efficiency suits. Most utensils and plates etc, avaliable. Used a small charcoal bbq, which was avaliable. No issues at all. Hot water, and clean place. Good parking. Fridge , stove, microwave, toaster and kettle avaliable for use.

This was a stay for a brief stay on your travel route.

Very clean rooms with white sheets and white duvets. Friendly staff. Walking distance to Beer Store and LCBO and The Wye restaurant. Clear heated garage for sleds. Directly on trail. Great stop over. Nice hot coffee , muffins and fruit in morning.

I had forgotten how busy this area during snowmobile season, I was lucky to find a vacant room at Auberge MacDonald. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable with good WiFi available. Check in was easy, I was a bit surprise there weren't many guest given how busy the area is on weekend, I'm not complaining, I like quiet. I will stay here again on my next business trip to the area.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable heated bathroom floor, staff was helpful and friendly. We would stay again!

Great little inn! Very clean, beds were comfy. Complimentary coffee available. Very welcoming staff. Tim Hortons nearby.

It was a little trek off the highway. The entryway had a strong bleachy smell. No creamer was in the fridge for the coffee.

The property is downtown, right beside the golf course. Management was very kind to me.

We stayed at the Auberge while snowmobiling through Iroquois Falls. Room was clean and large with a full kitchen. Owners are very nice and even offered us a heated garage to help us start a snowmobile after a very cold night. Would highly recommend this motel if your in the area.

This was an average motel. Check in is not great. Woman poked her head out and was a bit dismissive - she was obviously in the middle of dinner. The smell of the meal was overpowering and followed you to the room. The room was clean and large. There was nothing exceptional. It was just okay.

i liked the quietness and cleanliness. as well as the staff were friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this motel considering it's very remote location. The room was clean and up to date. The washroom was very clean as well. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast of croissants, muffins, apples, juice, coffee, and tea.

Rooms were clean with nice heated floors in bathroom. We went there to start a snowmobile trip and had no issues leaving our truck and trailer for a few days. Service was great.

Great place to stay, very accommodating, very clean and friendly staff. Heated garage for sleds was an added surprise. They also have an extra large room that looks like it has four double beds in it.

With the heating the fan was always on and loud

Very surprised that in this day and age you check yourself in. A bunch of different room keys were left on the lobby desk shelf with your name and receipt. So basically anyone could have walked in and checked into our room. The room was spacious and clean.

The hotel was very clean inside and out, the beds were comfy and we were greeted by friendly staff.

Being what seems like a family owned place my stay was better than expected. Staying here for business and this hotel was available. Bed quality was good and access to the room worked out well. TV had plenty of channels. Everything was provided which I needed.

A group of use stayed the night 02/01/20 on our Gold Rush tour ,, The place was great ,, clean , comfortable beds GREAT clean showers , very friendly people and a Heated Garage for our sleds , THE PLACE WAS AWESOME , beer next door , Liquor and American Legion with in walking , The bar tender was fantastic and even ordered us a pizza from down the street , HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The bed was super comfy. Loved the shower and heated bathroom floor. The staff was very friendly. Only 2 kleenexes in the kleenex box.

Staff was wonderful: friendly, professional, unpretentious. Pleasantly surprised to find such clean, comfortable, dog-friendly, and affordable accommodations driving through rural Ontario. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We stayed one night in May after a trip to visit my aunt. Kelly was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the king size bed very comfortable. There was a shower and a corner jacuzzi tub. The muffins in the morning were delicious! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Thirteen of us pulled in here for the night. Great people! Kelly offered us free heated garage storage for 8 sleds. So appreciative as we had some starting issues day before. Accommodations were comfortable warm clean. Coffee tea and muffins available in the morning. Nicely situated just off trail. Iroquois Falls welcomes and embraces the snowmobiled. Signage into town and amenities well done. A shining gem on the tour!!

Great clean place to stay!

Staff went out of their way to assist us at a very trying time for us and helped to lessen our stress. Cannot thank them enough!

Very clean Big, comfortable beds, heated floor clean in the bathroom. The only problem was heating system which is AC unit which is loud and not effective and lack of breakfast

Beds were amazingly soft and comfortable, rooms very clean, staff friendly and helpful with visitors needing some local information. A great place to rest in peace and a quiet quaint little town central to some wonderful hunting areas.

Well located in Iroquois Falls, very helpful staff and clean comfortable room. Extra lighting in the room would be helpful, no bedside lamps only a wall light near the door. Nice big area next to property along with a golf course, perfect for traveling with a pet. Subway and Beer Store within walking distance which is nice.

Clean, comfortable. Lacked one bed side table and lamps too short to be effective. Would have liked an in room coffee machine for those that check out early.

Subway across the street, right next door to the beer store and LCBO No other options for accommodations in Iroquois Falls so we are lucky that these rooms are available. Free coffee and packaged muffins in the morning save you $10 from buying it at Tim Hortons (for 2 people) We were happy with the stay

I really enjoyed staying at this inn. And although I say it is fabulous, the only thing I would change is the door to be more room isolating. It was easier to hear the happening in the hall and the chatter of other guests in the morning then I would like. But it wouldn’t stop me from staying there again.

The tub was amazing. We had one every night. The staff were extremely friendly. We will stay again and again when we go to Iriquois Falls Ontario for sure. As much tea and Coffee as you could drink. Smiles all around from every staff we met. They went out of their way to please us. They look after our every need. Very friendly and helpful when we asked for Restaurant recommendations. Helpful when it came to things to do. Or getting directions. They were eager and pleasant to deal with. Always smiling. Amazing place. Will stay with this place every time we r in the area.

Was very pleased with the hotel. It was very clean and quiet. Bed was very very comfortable. Would stay again. Hallways were clean, staff were friendly. Hotel smelled very clean. Looks like it's used a lot for snow machine riders. Close to trails.

Acceptable accomodations, nothing fancy, maybe a bit pricey for what you get but they were one of the few businesses open in town.

Just stayed for one night. All was good. Room was very quiet even thought it faced the parking lot. But at minus 18 degrees C, nobody was having a tailgate party! Staff was very friendly. The lobby was inviting, the hallways clean and tidy. Nice place to stay.

The Auberge isn't a bad motel. The cleanliness was satisfactory comfort was ok it served it's purpose for a place to sleep after a long day. I would tell people "if you can find something better do it but if not this place is ok"

We were looking for something cheaper, but enjoyed the comforts the auberge provided.

Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. Easy to get in an out from the rooms to the parking and out into the town.

We have stayed in this hotel several times. Staff are friendly, helpful, always pleasant. We always visit in the fall to check on family living in the area. The rooms are always clean, well taken care of. Staff is friendly, can direct to restaurants store etc. as times change and there are many changes in towns. You have a great staff.

This was a very nice place to overnight during our trip. Very clean, quiet and perfect after a full day of driving. We would have given this excellent but there was no tub, only a shower. Personnel at desk was very helpful and friendly.

On our way across Canada...figured it was a good location to stop. Arriving late was no problem, we contacted them ...and arrangements were made. Room looks freshly remodeled, large clean room. beds comfy. Only room issue = water damage (?) in bathroom. In residential area. Breakfast = coffee/tea, apples and packaged muffins.

We were on our way to Moosonee and needed a place to stay along the way. Luckily we found the Auberge MacDonald Inn in Iroquois Falls l. We were a group of 6 and lucked in to the large guest room, very clean and slept 13. With a small kitchen and full size fridge. Gr3at sleep and awesome service... Will be back for sure

Staying in Iroquois falls for extended work. Kelly, Lisa and the rest of Her staff are amazing and easy to deal with. I've had a fluctuating work force up here and have had to increase and decrease the number of rooms needed and the staff are always helpful and accommodating. I would stay here for non work trips too. Very clean and comfortable rooms.

Stayed one night Arrived after their check in time of 8 pm but called ahead and they were very accommodating. Friendly clerks. There is nothing special about this inn. Very basic. Not sure how old it is but it's not well kept. Our room smelled aweful. Closed in, musty smell. The bedding and decor was not "charming" as I would have expected from a small town inn, and although the tub, sink and toilet were clean there was old dust in the bathroom that included someone's short curly hairs stuck on the mirror, counter, blowdryer and outside of the tub. As a photographer I pay attention to detail and I wasn't impressed with what I saw. I booked here based on reviews but was a little disappointed. As it was just one night it wasn't the end of the world but would not want to stay longer.

We had to spend 1 night in this hotel. No staff was working which made it very eerie. Although it looks like a somewhat new place, the rooms are run down. A new paint job would have helped, as the walls in our room were scratched up. Decorative pillow on the bed had gross white stains on it. Decor was drab. No side tables so charging our phones was a nuisance . I had problems with the vending machine, and of course there was no one to assist. The place is cold and the lighting is terrible . Not the best experience, actually we couldn't wait to get out the next day. The snowmobiles going by our windows at all hours was also annoying and loud.
