The service from the staff members were amazing and were always there to help you, I would say the jet ski was overpriced but was still an amazing holiday with fairmont Ajman, thank you to the hotel staff and managers for delivering wonderful service to all customers

A nice hotel to choose for a beach stay in Ajman. Staff were friendly and efficient, room clean, comfortable and quiet, good breakfast with attentive staff and the beach was nice and quiet.

Very nice Room and Pool area. Quality of food in buffet restaurant was very basic for a Fairmont hotel.

My first Fairmont stay. Not to be repeated. Once a very nice hotel, but now totally outclassed by its peers. Staff were uninterested. The hotel was 5 star, the service more 2-3 star. Eg room cleaning, repeatedly requested 4 times, sockets not working, hairdryer and safe remained unfixed. Maintenance issues were also experienced by neighbouring rooms- we queued at the same time at front desk Loose dangerous paving slabs by the pool- “it’s fine, nothing wrong”, no action until someone is injured. Clearly there is some of management psychodrama playing out with the staff who just don’t care and seem to have given up being interested. Food was quite basic so we only ate breakfast there. On the first day they tried to charge us for buffet breakfast despite being “free”. On the last day we were too early as leaving. So they gave us some miserable cornflakes with tiny cartons of long life milk. We had to actually chase 3 times for this the day before. I seriously wasn’t expecting such poor service in a 5 star hotel!!! Ajman’s a relaxing place with decent local restaurants to experience Dubai food. To stay however, I would recommend the Ajman Saray - it’s a Marriott and properly 5 star. The restaurants were better, the service was frankly amazing, with staff really going the extra mile to make you feel welcomed rather than an inconvenient afterthought at the Fairmont. I haven’t registered for Accor loyalty points as the stay was terrible so I won’t be using Fairmont going forward.

The room was modern, clean, and well-on-point, with a stunning view of the beach. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities, including complimentary coffee and a spacious shower, were excellent. We had an amazing experience and must repeat the visit.

The service is great (especially from all the staff in the restaurants and the entertainment team) but the hotel needs sort out little niggles like the broken decking near the pool.

An average stay. Food was less than average, drinks package was the clearest brands ever heard of, no hot water in bathrooms. However, staff were friendly and wanting to help. Very loud and OTT entertainment group - water olympics etc.

Where to begin? This property is amazing. The entrance is grand and the concierge was welcoming and friendly. Julia was very helpful and found us the perfect suite for our family of 6 and the view was INCREDIBLE (room 327 and 328). The breakfast was also amazing, the three cakes especially were phenomenal. The staff during breakfast was also very meticulous and ready to help even during peak times. The beach was also amazing. I would definitely be coming back and I definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in Ajman. This is the jewel of Ajman for sure.

The staff is incredible! Our check in was so smooth - thanks to Julia, the manager. The beach was spectacular and the pool was beautiful. I went with my parents, brother, and two children. We had an amazing time!

We booked a two night stay but on check in we were put in a freezing room. I immediately turned off the ac and went for dinner. When we returned to the room it was still freezing. I told the hotel and they sent a maintenance person. He came but told me I had already turned the ac off. An hour later I called them again and they told me to open the window. But I finally insisted they change my room at 11pm at night.

Spacious rooms. Especially junior suite

Hotel was generally very good. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Beds were on the small side. Pool needs some work - to replace missing tiles etc. Loungers could be replaced as they look quite old. Food was ok, but service must improve. Buffet breakfast was (very) busy - no one offering tea or coffee, people asking to take spare chairs etc. A bit disorganised. Also lots of ladies walking around without masks on. Gioia restaurant was good but a bit on the expensive side for what was served. Pizza was sparse on toppings. Kid's sundae wasn't a sundae- it was a plate with two small scoops of ice cream (nothing else). Draft beer was Budweiser or Carlsberg - but it was served in random glasses (such as Bitburger, Heineken, Peroni etc) which didn't leave a good impression. Overall it was better than some of the other Fairmont Hotels I have visited, but its not in the same category as the One and Only, Waldorf Astoria or Four Seasons.

Overall it was alright but not at the level you expect from Fairmont. There's a lot of room for improvement; breakfast quality was relatively poor. More training is required for staff Btw, most of the guests weren't wearing their masks properly.

The Hotel was very good and no real faults. The only issue was the only bar available in the evening was the cave bar which was not somewhere as a couple we would use due to the smoke and also the ambience.

A beautiful stay. I was upgraded to an amazing suite. Staff at the beach were very pleasant, particularly Jude. It was lovely to have a foot massage by pool after breakfast - very reasonable price. Breakfast buffet very good, but busy. Mr Khaled the Front Desk manager was very kind and pleasant, as was the lady who checked me in. Would definitely stay again. However, the Head of security was very rude and abrupt, which was very disappointing and not a great first impression of hotel! Also, in the Italian restaurant a 1.5l bottle of water was offered on the table, but it was chargeable! It was around £3 (15 AED) I took my own the next evening!!

I tried many hotels but frankly this was the best . It was very clean and comfortable with many facilities and activities specially for kids

The hotel facilities are very old and not maintained (especially the pool) The service in the restaurants were not good: a lot of mistakes and long waits The hotel is mostly fully occupied by the Russian tour operators so you feel the management is focused on short stay guests not looking for someone to come back. on the other side our suite was spacious and comfortable

Very poor service. At check in we were told the requested and booked bed was sold out and they basically didn't care. When asked for a manager that answer was just "he is over there". If you want to talk to him go there by yourself. "I don't care about you" attitude. Not even greeting us at the arrival. Check in staff was more about "let's get this done so I can get rid of them."

It was beautiful night and outstanding view of beach from my balcony the cleanse of room was superb, reception behavior was good but unfortunately WiFi was not working during my stay.

The room was spacious and sparkling clean. The view was spectacular. The facilities are excellent. Everything was in great condition. All those nice little touches make it a luxury experience. Just wish I could have stayed longer.

The room was very bad, had a lot of mosquito bites on the bed room 202. Had to move Rooms because it was not in good conditions unhygienic carpets. Fridge was broken.

Great location! Very very clean hotel. Masks were being used everywhere. The food was very clean and tested good. The best part was the staff, very friendly and accommodating staff! Highly recommend this hotel!

Check in with the shnoodah at 3 o’clock along with my daughter, unfortunately for a reason or another took too long for no apparent reason We had a family wedding in the hotel so wed rather to stay in instead of driving from Dubai and back. My booking was for one-bedroom suite. unfortunately to save time we requested to take our own like ages when we went to the storage room to get them we found that most of our suits were out of the covers and they were poorly handled from the car to the storage room which is not acceptable. the room was spacious, nicely clean and the view of the sea was awesome. Warning for families whose taking one bedroom room the bathroom is fully open to the bathroom which will not be the choice of many people In room dining was good The breakfast was very nice with lots of variety

Water quality in Bathroom is very very poor. Dirty smell to water. Flooring very slippery. Services very poor

We stayed 2nights there with family. Rooms were not cleaned properly, Bedsheets were torn from inside, early morning breakfast at Spectrum was terrible. Not much options for kids to play other than swimming pool and small play area. We will never go again to Fairmont.

Zero on customer service, room service. No responses on calls. In Room dining operator shouts on you. Etc.. not recommended.

Amazing and worth it!

It was a family trip and first time in the Fairmont property, except food it was total waster of money and time. reception staff were behaving like they are suppose to work with the CIS country guests only - something like that. nothing for the children 10 to 15 years of age to play with

Excellent in everything, the beach, room, food and service. Special thank you to Ms. Z in reception, (sorry cant spell your name) she is so friendly, accommodating and she knows well her job. Sad that we book for a night only, will for sure come back

The hotel is charming and bright. The private beach is beautiful and clean. The staff is amazing starting from the duty manager Miss Aysel , Spectrum staff at reception as well as staff inside the restaurant headed by Mr. Aamir , Ganga, Kioudo, lifeguard Jumaah, pool attendant Mr. Dexter and his amazing beach messages writing skills.

Amazing location, fantastic beach and pool fun! There’s just something here for everyone, families can enjoy the kids amenities while couples and singles have the swim up bar and cabanas for enjoyment:) the Italian restaurant has better food then some spots in Italy and the Turkish restaurant is so much fun I’m still smiling from the live comedy show from the entertaining staff:)

fabulous but short yet sweet stay. pool is great. Pvt. beach is cute but small; gets crowded. bed is very high and uncomfortable. was unable to make change of Bedroom Type and date-the Hotel.com website sucks. Called them over 800# but no help. its a sham.

Moshin in Security was a pleasure to have to help with my stay. He accompanied me on any issue that came up and was very assertive and did his job to the uppermost excellence! If you have any issues ask for him and he will assist you!

Check-in took more time than expected since they have never heard of a passport card and they requested the actual passport, the only form of ID that is accepted, but Mark at the front desk was quite accommodating, and seamlessly and professionally resolved the issue. Housekeeping is way below standards which is quite alarming in the COVID 19 ERA. Location and property condition is excellent. After being in couple of properties in Ajman, we will still rate it the best.

My girls and I had a super stay at Fairmont, Ajman. We were there to celebrate my birthday and I felt like a Queen. The room was ready when we checked in at 12.45pm, although check in was at 3pm. When I walked into the room there were balloons and rose petals all over the room. HAPPY BIRTHDAY was written in rose petals on my bed and petals were floating in the bathtub, too. The shampoo, conditioner and lotion bottles had my name printed on them. A cake was also waiting for me on the centre table. The view of the Arabian Gulf from the bedroom as well as the lounge area of the room was absolutely stunning. The room was well equipped with all amenities and we had such a comfortable stay. The breakfast the next morning was a feast..well laid out and sumptuous. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful and courteous. Check in and check out was seamless and quick. The swimming pool wasn't crowded at all and the water was so warm...absolutely loved it. Our stay at the Fairmont was a delight and will be one I will always cherish.

Front office staff does not know how to make guests feel at home. They are not doing a favor, as a guest I expect sensible service for the rooms or services I have paid for ! Service in the pool side cafe is quite slow and the staff were confused as well. Dinner service at the Italian restaurant was quite fine. Well, do not plan to return again in any case. There are many more hotels out there with better services and friendlier service. Did certainly expect much more from a Fairmont property! is this really a Fairmont ??

It was amazing stay with the spectacular view sea view. So comfy the room is big and classy.

Good location. Good staff. Room was comfortable but ordinary. Food at Spectrum and Gioia was average but the number of diners in Spectrum was large which was a concern during the COVID pandemic. Overall, a good stay but overpriced IMO.

The staff were attentive, friendly and welcoming. Hotel itself is very nice, facilities are great and well managed. The one downside was the food, we ate at three venues (The Cave, Gioia (Italian) and Salt&Sea (beachside)) and ordered in-room dining - Salt&Sea was really good, unfortunately the others were not great and extremely over-priced for what was served, The Cave (a sports bar) also didn't have any sports channels and only had two darts for the dartboard!. A plus point being that The Entertainer was redeemable at certain venues.

Great place for family on weekends. The private beach and big pool are good. Try to get a room in one of the top floors to enjoy the view better.

Great hotel, with excellent service. The pool is beginning to look a little worn in places but nothing major. Great value for money with some very good eating options. The sports bar was a little strange as they didn’t have the football on, this was disappointing.

Great hotel and Amazing stay. Though I have negative feedback about mainly 3 topics: 1) Less staffed reception: Reception only has 2 counter and mostly 1 counter is empty. That means no matter when you go to reception, you have to wait for your turn. 2) We had to wait for considerable time at check in to get the rooms even at 4pm. We were upgraded to Suite however it did leave bad taste, considering check in time is 3pm 3) Breakfast service was very slow on Friday, though I cant complain much as I guess Friday morning is the businest time and COVID restricitons dont help at all. However I almost forgot all these issues purely due to Beautiful Ocean facing rooms!! Will visit again..

Food is the restaurants is below of average or below average (e.g. in Turkish restaurant), and price for that is extremely high.

Beautiful hotel, ideal staycation for families, unfortunately, due to the current COVID-19 conditions, a few facilities were closed or limited. Staff are very helpful and hospitable. The gym is also excellent with a good number of machines. There are two nice swimming pools

We had a lovely welcome by Aysel, she was very kind and wasn’t phased by the all the questions we had to ask due to our excitement. The pool guys were very nice too, considering how hot the place was they were very good and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and the food was very well cooked.

Excellent room , food and staff service by everyone but let down by a policy to operate a 4 star bed factory occupancy for 70% of the guests , which spoilt the whole place. So sadly I would recommend AVOID unless you want a four star bed factory stay.

I really enjoyed my stay, it was comfortable but only thing was they didn’t accept our request to offer us dinner, because they offered the same room with half board on booking.com at same price what I reserved.

We choose to stay at the Fairmont because we stayed at other locations and it was always a pleasure. This time it was quite disappointing. The staff welcoming us at the reception had a duty blazer, which does not give a good impression at first sight. But other than that very nice and polite. All the staff were very friendly and tried their best to make our stay nice. But: the same selection at the breakfast buffet for the entire stay. (e.g. same three choices of cheese and ham every day, same with fruit and hot dishes) The seats at the spectrum are too much on the used side, specially at the windows. They are so distressed that you sink in the frame of the chair. It appears that Friday is the busiest day, and the pool was so dirty on Saturday that you could not see clear. Friday and Saturday the TV was not working - I am sorry to say, but this time very disappointed + friendly staff and good food in some restaurants. Nice messages on the beach every morning written in the sand. Interior very nicely done.

It was a short stay in Ajman for Eid holiday but Fairmont made it so special for us, many thanks for Ayshan (frontdesk) for her wonderful assistance from checking in upto a hassle free checking out. Definitely will go back to this hotel as I dont have to do long driving to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

Friendly Staff, very clean/elegant facility, value for money.

You would not expect from a 5 star hotel that at 7am in the morning 50% of the sun beds are reserved by the tourists. In addition we had to listen to screaming guests singing on their balcony. The prices at the pool for the food are tremendous and the quality does not justify it. Apart from this the hotel and facilities are very nice.

Thanks we love to see this offer with same qaulity and with breakfast at least and please make the the start time @12 pm not 3 pm

Amazing property. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even have a free shuttle service to Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman (limited seating). I was also upgraded to sea view rooms for no extra charge. This is the best customer service that I have ever experienced, bar none.

Hotel was amazing. Clean nice rooms. Requested if there is an available upgrade they said occupancy is full, but I can tell the hotel was atleast half full only. Requested if theres anything they can do to make our stay extra special since it was our anniversary. But Nothing. Just greeted by the receptionist. Hotel was great by itself just dont expect them to go the extra mile. Also I was wearing a swimming tshirt/drifit/wetsuit yet they did not allow me to swim on the pool.

We stayed one night in Fairmont Ajman to celebrate our wedding anniversary. After an having an amazing relaxing few hours at the hotel’s spa (which I totally recommend) we checked into our room! We were very very fortunate to be upgraded by the lovely Oula at reception, who was so helpful from the moment we arrived. The room was breathtaking beyond belief, and extremely clean. Thankyou Fairmont Ajman for making our anniversary so special, this will definitely be our future getway spot!

The kids and I had an amazing time! The hotel was pristine, and the staff were attentive. There was a member of staff in the restaurant called Yussuf who went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our first dinner upon arrival. We would have preferred a wider variety at the buffet Christmas dinner though, the kids didn't have much to choose from. The roof top shisha bar had a lovely ambience, and the staff too were welcoming and attentive. I'll definitely visit again.

Great accommodation very nice hotel. Pool is decent best part is the aqua adventure play course in the sea just by the beach. Kods loved it.

Hotel is definately not a 5star overcharged my elderly friend $2k for calls felt like he was taken advantage of due to his and illness, smells from poor drainage only Eygptian Mohammed 6th floor cleaner was amazing and did a great job will definately not stay here again

The hotel was awesome, very clean and chic, the buffet breakfast was very good. Also the buffet dinner was excellent and the asian kitchen 👨‍🍳 made special request sushi 🍣 on complemamtary. They have also provided beautiful birthday cake on complimentary basis. Overal very good experience
