I did not like anything about this holiday I felt unsafe staff were very rude facilities lacked in every aspect

The fact a staff member managed to get his hands on my number off my booking and bombarded me with texts and taking sneaky photos of my child and sending me them for me to tell him to stop this instantly and he then proceeded to sell my number to other men working around the hotel area, food options were diabolical how they call them selves all inclusive I do not know. On the third floor lift was broke most our stay and when they said it was fixed me and my son got stuck in it. The cleaners were rude used my personal items such as hair brush and left their hair in the brush. When trying to communicate with staff they came across aggravated that I was English. Hotel also looks nothing like the photos very outdated air-con barely worked

Essen der letzte Müll jeden Früh das gleiche Mittag nur ein Essen zur Auswahl und das hat sich alle zwei Tage wiederholt Abendessen das gleiche warmes Essen vom Mittag zusammen gewürfelt Trinken kleine Becher und das nur maximal zwei Stück Alles im allen der letzte scheiss sowas überhaupt anzubieten und dann auch noch 3 Sterne wo es nichtmal 1Stern verdient hat Sorry das ging mal garnicht Und im Lebtag nie wieder Wucher Preise fürs WLAN Einfach abartig Personal kann man in die Tonne hauen seiden man ist ne junge Frau dann bemühen sich die mal die da als Kellner rumlaufen

Also man weis garnicht wo man anfangen soll…. Die Zimmer sind alt aber wer nicht viel auf Luxus steht ist es akzeptabel…… Dann das Essen Jeden aber auch jeden Früh das gleiche Salami , Käse , gekochtes Ei und Salat Dann mal Rührei oder 2 mal in der Woche Pfannkuchen Wenn man Glück hatte hat der Kaffee Automat mal funktioniert Mittag im Wechsel zwischen Reis oder Kartoffeln Hänchenkeulen jeden Tag Keine Auswahl an Gerichten Nix Und Abend das gleiche Essen wieder Pool Bar All inklusive das man nicht lacht Man bekommt sogar die Amazonas Getränken von Max 2 Becher vorgeschrieben Das ganze hat nicht einmal 1 Stern verdient Da passt gar nichts Nie wie mit ganz großer Sicherheit

The food could be better. The location is a little bit far from Antalya Airport. A taxi is 80 euros, and other cars are 60 euros

Le personnel est disponible et agréable. Les femmes de chambre sont au top, passent tous les jours. Chaque jour et chaque repas le choix était différent et représentatif de la cuisine turc.

Les horaires d’ouverture des piscines est trop restreint pour les enfants. La propreté des piscines est très moyenne et les carrelages au sol sont très dangereux car pas adaptés . Les équipements des chambres sont simples mais ok pour le prix, manque juste des rangements. Pour du all inclusive les boissons ne sont pas assez diversifiées. Le « goûter » de l’après-midi trop simple, pas de glaces ni de choix de fruits malgré les hautes températures de la région.

Breakfast very poor, no fruit. Smokers spoil meals, should have no smoking area. Poor dessert selection. Poor location for beach - private beach not walkable and only one bus a day each way. Paid WiFi only for one device and not good value. Several power cuts. No beach or pool towels.

Lack of options on the all inclusive, could do with ice cream and a few more snacks. But for the price we paid couldn't fault it.

The food was terrible. The same dishes every day. What's left of lunch is heated up for dinner and a little grilled vegetables are added on top. The only fruit was watermelon for both lunch and dinner, not for breakfast. The salads were always the same but they were freshly cut. As for the accommodation, the furniture was old. The bathroom was worn out. There was no drinking water in the room, you had to buy it yourself at the store. It says it's all inclusive but it's not even worth 3 stars. The tablecloths were dirty, they weren't changed. The courtyard where you eat was dirty and smelly, the same at the pool. I do not recommended visiting this Hotel.

wir möchten hiermit unsere große Unzufriedenheit mit unserem Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel zum Ausdruck bringen. Leider mussten wir zahlreiche negative Erfahrungen machen, die unseren Urlaub erheblich beeinträchtigt haben: Die Rezeption und Mitarbeiter verhielten sich unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Die Preise waren überteuert (z. B. fast 8 € für eine Cola). Rückfahrten zum Hotel waren erst sehr spät möglich (15:30 Uhr oder sogar erst 16:30 Uhr), nachdem das Mittagessen beendet war. Der Poolbereich war extrem rutschig. Viele Gäste – auch wir – haben beobachtet, dass Personen gestürzt und verletzt wurden. Die Hygieneverhältnisse waren inakzeptabel: Im Zimmer herrschte ein unangenehmer Geruch, insgesamt wirkte die Sauberkeit mangelhaft. Wir haben unsere Beschwerden bereits vor Ort geäußert, jedoch wurde keine zufriedenstellende Lösung angeboten. Wir bitten daher um eine Stellungnahme sowie eine angemessene Entschädigung für die erheblichen Mängel.

Dommage car il y a du potentiel. La gestion général est pauvre et insuffisante. Les équipements sanitaires sont à revoir. Énormément de bruit dans les chambres. Nourriture réchauffée, pas de variété, manque d’hygiène ! Le chef est en manque de moyen et il fait au mieux avec le peu de moyen de ce qu’il dispose. Le personnel est très sympathique malgré la mauvaise gestion du patron/manager.

towels every 3rd day which is a joke. It was a last minute holiday plan but hotel were disappointing tableware for dinner/ restaurant was not clean the buffet queuing system did not like same variety of food and dessert

This was way better than my expectations. The food was good. The drinks were perfect the staff friendly and helpful. My room was basic but thats the option i took. I still had air con. Only thing i didnt like was NO FREE WIFI.

Ein 3 Sterne Hotel was etwas renoviert wurde und definitiv zum Vorteil! Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Am Anfang gab's leichte Probleme mit dem Service und Essen, aber Hey, sie haben es kontinuierlich verbessert! Das Zimmer war voll in Ordnung, 3 Sterne ist keine Luxus-Suite und mal ganz ehrlich.....alle Hotels kämpfen mit der Inflation, ALLE! Da sollte man Respektvoll mit umgehen! Wir haben den Urlaub als 4 köpfige Familie sehr genossen und können es nur empfehlen.

Prima hotel eten is weinig keus, maar wat er is wel heel goed! Je kan niet vergelijken met 5 sterren, maar prima hotel! Zwembad wel koud, doordat die half in schaduw ligt. Strand kan je niet lopen is een shuttlebus voor. Tijden vond ik niet handig, maar is wel aanwezig. Dus prijs kwaliteit prima!

Food was very good

The position of the hotel in relation to the private beach it uses. The description says that the beach is only 650 meters away, but this refers to the location of the hotel's private beaches that are next to the beach. The exact location of the private beach of this hotel is about 5 km. It is good that there is a free transfer, but lunch is missed, because the return from the beach is only at 16:30 (lunch is from 12:30-14:00). Room cleaning is bad. Bed linen is not changed, towels are not changed. I put a towel on the floor so the staff would know to change it, and it was obviously dirty, and they put that same towel back on my bed.

Lovely area easy access to lots of places

The location was good.

The food option was not great. My kids ordered food from outside. If you enjoy your food, then do not go there all-inclusive. There was no AC in the restaurant. The hotel room and facilities were ok for the price, could be better. The pool with the slide is not open all day, only open certain hours. I thought the price we paid was pricy. If I were to go back, I would not go back to this hotel again.

No luggage room and we were told to leave the hotel at 2pm,when our transfer wasn't until 9pm

Please don’t waste your money booking this shambles of a so called hotel. We have had the absolute worst 10 days of our life, the food is absolutely disgusting I wouldn’t serve it to a dog, the staff are the most rude and inconsiderate people I have ever met. Riddled with insects the whole hotel. Full of stray cats that urinate over everything they even go in the food hall at night through the open windows. Numerous safety hazards example.. constantly wet floors never mopped up it is sooo slippery we have witnessed numerous people slipping and hurting themselves. A friend of ours father actually slipped in the soaking wet toilets and broke his hip in three places and had to have metal put in his hips he is still in hospital right now over here, no apology whatsoever off any staff, nails sticking out of the beds, broken swings in the children’s play area with sharp plastic sticking out. A sandpit in the same area full of cat feces. The list is endless I could keep on going….

Location Room Pool Staff

I like the location, beach. The hotel has 2 breakfasts, lunch, snak time, dinner and bar all included. During 6 days I eat there: chicken, fish, shwarma, a many salats, cherry, watermelon, melon and another various foods. The people there are opened and warm. How I found myself in the fairy tale Scheherazade with incredibly kind and sincere people, ponies, camels.

I like everythink there. The hotel exceed my expectations.

It's a budget all-inclusive hotel. Thus said, we are completely satisfied. Best wishes to our cleaning lady - it happend each day and with love. 2 rooms, one double bed and two single beds - a rare option, more expensive hotels usually suggested a sofa ) Food is moderate, street parking. Yet value for money - I would say, among the best.

Rooms were ok and once we changed the room because of the noise from the street. The price is i that what you pay you get so it was cheap .

Rooms cleaning was ok. But outside in the area around stairs and other parts no one cleaned for days only if something big things hapened. Staff is layzy and and always they work with phones in one hand and other hand do something else. They are not respecting gest opinion if they are so lazy how could be on eyes of the publik because they are to work there not going to hide somwhere to look in they phones during working hours. I wonder how Bos of the hotel didnt bother to look after this lazy idiots staff just maybe are not payed enogh but even if you do woluntary work you have to work. Food was very bad every day same thing to eat . We eat bread moslly with spread of jam.

Nice place with a beautiful terrace enjoying your lovely Turkish coffee ,nice pool always clean, very close to the nicest beach in Side and the water crystal clear

Loved the different sized pools. Layout was easy to follow and the family room was a really good size and nicely equipped.

Please community avoid this hotel. Terrible stay, dust everywhere, smell bad, nothing is inclusive, food limited and poor, fortunately they served tasty water melon.

Nothing to like. Property not maintained, stinks,small room,food they keep serving until is out or until its rotten. No higiene at all , they don't care for customers, they don't speak English nor German...only Russian or Turkish language they use. Place with too many small kids newer quiet, they don't wash or replace bedding. They don't have Ice and if you ask for some Ice they said "you don't need it" ...but water is warm ...no no its ok its summer they say. Everything is very very old and smells so bad.I wanted to leave after first night we spent therebut there wasn't available room on so short notice. WE ARE NOT GOING AGAIN TO THIS HOTEL EVEN THEY GIVE ME FREE!!!! ZERO STARS FROM ME. I sent you some pics from this hotel already but you didn't ask or respond to me...anyway if you allow me I will send it again. I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO NOT WORK WITH HOTELS LIKE THIS (YOU SHOULD READ CUSTOMER REVIEWS TOO) OR PEOPLE WON'T TRUST TO YOU TOO.

Breakfast was good with a variety of food. The staff was very helpful, patient and very professional.

Extremely poor wi-fi and 90% of the time, there was no wi-fi at all. We had to buy a Turkish sim card. That was a big disappointment to us. The photos of the hotel are much nicer than the reality. Plus many chairs and dinner tables are broken with quite dirty cushions. This needs to be improved. Apart from that, it was a very pleasant stay.

Personale var hyggelige og blide. Ellers var hotellet veldig slitt, ødelagte skap i gangen, skuffe på rommet somhang på halt hoød og ikke kunne brukes. Bar preg av tilfeldigheter, såpe son skulle brukes i dusjen var fylt på tomme vannflasker. Frokosten var grei, men å si at dette var et all-inclusive-hotell skurrer. Spurte om smør på skiva til lunsj, men fikk beskjed om at smør ble servert til frokosten. Vi spiste kun frokost på hotellet, da maten på buffé ikke fristet. Skulle ta en brus etter en handletur, etter 22.00, og da fikk vi beskjed om at vi måtte betale, da gjaldt ikke fri drikke lenger. Synes det er synd at stedet har forfalt såpass, var der i 2009 og hadde da en fin opplevelse.

Wij hebben een leuke week gehad. Personeel was heel vriendelijk behulpzaam en ze stonden altijd klaar. Gewoon top.. De mensen die zeiken over deze accommodatie moet hulp gaan zoeken, ik denk dat ze niet goed in hun hoofd zijn!!

Over 4 days the room was not make cleaned.. After that 4 days my boyfriend asked at the reception that someone should clean our room.. The man at the reception answered, why should we clean the room? The dishes in the restaurant was often not clean.. One socket in our room was destroyed.. The only good thing was the hotel pool.

Das Hotel war für einen Mitarbeiter gebucht worden, den man durch unfreundliches Personal 1 Nacht vor der Tür stehen liess. Das Hotel, was im Übrigen einen dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis entsprechenden Eindruck macht, kann man(n) also schon allein wegen des unsäglichen Personals nicht weiterempfehlen.

Hotel und Ausstattung der Unterkunft waren der Preiskategorie entsprechend in Ordnung, das Personal -insbesondere der Empfang- jedoch grausam, einer meiner Mitarbeiter wurde bis zur Klärung von Buchungsfragen kurzzeitig gar vor die Tür gesetzt und seine Habe einbehalten - daher nicht zu empfehlen !

Wintersaison und nichts los, trotzdem sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal, Zimmer wurde geputzt, obwohl nur 3 Nächte dort verbracht wurden. Sauber, warm, gut.
