Large room with two comfortable queen beds.

Everything was great. Some problems finding hotel due to road construction but nothing serious.

This pre booked/pre booked idea is “reserving beware”. This night of accommodation was prepaid and yet the guests who stayed there had to also pay because the hotel did not receive the prepayment. I have yet to hear back from Booking. Com on why this happened and need to make sure the hotel does not get double payment.

Bed so comfortable. The air conditioner is easy to work with and not noisy. Room was quiet. Breakfast was delicious as always.

Breakfast was good. A great variety. Dining area very clean and bright. Location was very easily accessible to highway as well as local attractions. Plenty of parking. Very pleasant staff and very accommodating.

L'hôtel est presque neuf et très propre. Le personnel est courtois. Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin dans la chambre. En plus, il y a 4 bornes pour recharger les véhicules électriques dans le stationnement.

Nous étions au premier plancher et nous avons aimé vos articles du passé et votre décor , surtout les belles chaises dehors. Bravo pour la salle a diner assez grande pour le déjeuner pour accueillir beaucoup de gens en meme temps.

Great stop during our road trip. Room was comfortable and the continental breakfast was good. Staff onsite refilling food and cleaning tables.

Nous logeons parfois à cet endroit et c’est habituellement très bien. Quand je suis entrée dans la chambre j’ai vu des traces « grasses » de pieds. Quelques minutes plus tard nous avons échappé du jus au sol, voulant l’essuyer j’ai pu constater à quel point le plancher était sale. Cela faisait très longtemps qu’il n’avait pas été lavé. Cela nous a dégoûté. Pourtant ailleurs dans l’hôtel tout semblait bien entretenu.

Großes, klimatisiertes Zimmer, ausreichend für drei Personen. Leider nicht so zentrumsnah wie erhofft und durch eine Baustelle auch mit dem Auto etwas umständlich zu erreichen. Frühstück typisch amerikanisch mit Einweggeschirr.

L'emplacement proche du centre-ville et du village de la Sagouine. Petit déjeuner complet. Proximité de l'autoroute 11. Restauration était excellente, tout comme la proximité des commerces. Vraiment bien et je le recommande.

Das Hotel ist direkt am Highway gelegen und sehr gut erreichbar. Der Check-im hat absolut unkompliziert geklappt und die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber. Eine Info über Restaurants und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung gab es ebenfalls und wir konnten unser Mietauto kostenlos direkt vor dem Hotel parkieren.

Wie leider mehrmals während unserer Kanada-Reise angetroffen, war das Frühstück ein absolutes Minimum an Service. Es hat seinen Zweck erfüllt und niemand musste hungrig aus dem Haus. Aber gemütlich frühstücken ist anscheinend nicht gefragt. Das Angebot umfasst die üblichen trockenen Toast-Scheiben, fades gestocktes Ei und Speck, abgerundet mit kalten Pancakes. Am meisten störte uns das Wegwerf-Geschirr und Besteck, welche das Essen zu einem drittklassigen Fast-Food Happening deklassieren. Schade, macht wenig Freude und generiert viel Müll.

The hot breakfast was amazing and plenty of everything. The area was absolutely clean and spacious. I would highly recommend this place for any occasion. The staff couldn't help you enough very polite and always smiling. Everything about this is place is a plus plus plus.

Bien situé, près des dunes de Bouctouche, de la plage et d'un petit sentier de marche avec vue sur l'eau. Plusieurs petits restos à proximité. Endroit très propre, petit déjeuner buffet qui convient à tous. Le personnel était très accommodant.

Location close to the highway.

No coffee maker in the room, so I thought there should be all day coffee in the breakfast room. No coffee in the breakfast room until it opened. After we checked in a bus load of teenagers booked in. Well you can imagine what 40 teenagers sound like. We were on the first floor and they were above us. Running the hall ways and screaming.

Ok breakfast. Could have had fresh fruit options versus canned fruit cocktail.

Bed was ok. Too close to the wall and should have two nightstands and options for plugging in phones, etc.

Lorsque l’on est arrivé, vers 23h, on voyait l’hotel sur le bord de l’autoroute. Après avoir pris la sortie, nous aurions aimé avoir un panneau affichant le nom de l’hotel nous indiquant où tourner.

Dans la chambre 104, l'appareil d'air climatisé a fait du bruit toute la nuit en faisant le bruit comme par exemple un calorifère qui commence à chauffer. Et ce même s'il n'était pas en fonction. Je suppose que ce bruit venait de l'appareil. .....J'ai été incommodé tout la nuit par ce bruit.

The location was very convenient !! The room was a great size and the air conditioner worked very well !! Staff were very friendly !!

The breakfast wasn't great. Scrambled eggs were very salty and the only option for breakfast meat was bacon which we found to be undercooked to our liking. More fresh fruit would have been appreciated!! Bagels and muffins would have been nice along with the bread which was offered.

c'est très difficile la montée et la descente des escaliers avec des personnes âgées...un ascenseur serait apprécié++++ (je sais que c'est dispendieux) mais avec une vieille dame de 94 ans....j'irai ailleurs l'an prochain s'il n'y a pas de chambre sur le premier plancher....mais votre établissement est toujours celui que je choisis lorsque je vais à Bouctouche, année après année.

This property was great in every way with the exception of the noise level. In the hallways and between the rooms, this property was very noisy and sleeping was interrupted frequently.
