It’s a fair hotel, but nothing very good or special.

The breakfast wasn’t good. The juice, the bread and croissants, the cereals weren’t good. It was a pity… and the room in floor -1 was very dark. Very disappointing.

Room and bathroom were good. Withe a good size and clean.

I was not able to connect to the free wi-fi.

We stayed in room 404 which had a wonderful balcony with 2 doors that provided good air flow, a lovely city view, and overall peace & quiet. The staff were courteous and helpful. The housekeepers stopped in every day to tidy up. We encountered one small issue that they quickly resolved. We were within walking distance of parking lots, restaurants, and cafés.

The bed was quite firm and had a hard metal bit somewhere that I had to maneuver around in my sleep. The parking was extremely inconvenient - this city clearly has a lack of parking options. We rarely saw any available street parking and ended up parking in free lots 8-10 minutes away on foot.

O WC, sendo o quarto em águas furtadas, podia estar feito de outra forma. Mas apenas isso.

El Hotel está muy bien situado para disfrutar de la ciudad y de la playa si vas en verano. La atención del personal en recepción fue muy bueno. La planta baja tiene una zona de lectura y para tomar algo que está muy chula, la habitación nos gustó aunque tiene bañera en el cuarto de baño y preferimos ducha. Hemos estado un día solamente y no hemos cogido el desayuno por lo que no lo puedo valorar. Volvería a escogerlo si vuelvo por Figueira y el precio está en sintonía.

Boas instalações, boa receção, simpatia dos funcionários, bom PA, etc. Repetiria se o factor negativo não fosse falta de estacionamento.

Apesar de se situar perto da praia, o facto de não ter parque de estacionamento é um ponto negativo. Sugere-se por exemplo acordo com parceiro ( perto tem parque estacionamento privado).

The staff was fabulous. They were friendly and helpful. I am disabled and they were able to provide an accessible room. Great location, just 50 meters from the beach and the casino.

Getting into the hotel is not wheelchair friendly. There's a step from the street into the reception area and two more steps to get into the lobby and to the elevator.

As senhoras da receção foram bastante simpáticas. A localização também é muito boa, fica muito próximo da praia. A cama era bastante espaçosa e confortável.

Não tem estacionamentos e todos os estacionamentos perto do hotel são pagos, o que dificulta bastante. Não acho que o preço seja equivalente ao dinheiro que pedem pelos quartos pois este, no meu caso, apresentou várias rachas no chão da casa de banho, assim como outras coisas menos boas como o facto das pinturas estarem uniformes devido a possíveis arranjos feitos. Notasse que os quartos, pelo menos, precisam de uma remodelação. O valor do quarto está demasiado alto para o que apresentam, ainda por cima, sem pequeno-almoço incluído.

Beautiful boutique hotel, with gorgeous lounge and huge bedroom with view. Great location - close to restaurants. Stored our bikes happily.

Enganei-me na minha marcação, tinha marcada para a noite anterior, à minha chegada ao Hotel, deparei-me com esta situação. De uma forma muito tranquila, esta situação foi ultrapassada pelas vossas funcionárias, Obrigado. Pequeno almoço, muito bom, tinham terminado os ovos mexidos, perguntei se iam colocar mais, o que me responderam que sim. Qual foi a minha surpresa, uma senhora veio-me servir os ovos mexidos à mesa!!!! Muito obrigado por esta minha estadia junto de vós, um hotel a recomendar e a repetir sempre que tiver de voltar à Figueira da Foz.

The staff were really helpful and went to great lengths to make our stay as good as it could be.

Parking was difficult, because of the location of the hotel, presumably in the old quarter.

The location was perfect! We were 1 block from the beach and could see it from our window when you looked out the side! The room was a nice size for 2 with a very comfortable bed and the bathroom was great too! The staff was very helpful with suggestions on places to eat and to see! The hotel is Beautiful!

our room was in the far corner of the hotel and so the wifi didn't reach us very well. We were able to use it in the lobby.

Colchão da cama duro/desconfortável (nota-se que tem alguns anos de uso) Pequeno almoço, para um 4 estrelas, é fraco, logo caro.

Het hotel heeft een prachtige locatie vlak naast het strand. De kamers zijn schoon en verzorgd en het personeel is ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Wij waren veelste vroeg voor het inchecken (13.00) maar onze kamer werd direct gereed gemaakt. Super!

Bekijk goed wanneer je boekt! Wij hadden geboekt voor de derde week van oktober maar dan is het plaatsje volledig uitgestorven. Hier kan het hotel uiteraard niets aan doen maar het is wel iets om in je achterhoofd te houden.

Didn’t get to stay longer

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! There was nothing that we liked about this property and we moved out within 10 minutes of walking in!!

As we walked into the graffitied door, the front entrance was all broken tiles that you had to carefully walk across to get into the stairwell, which had no lighting. There was a pathway to the garbage area, which was no door keep people out, and the stairs were dangerous!! And garbage strewn all the way up the stairs. The room was still being cleaned when we walked in an hour after check-in… The pictures are staged, and the place did not look like the pictures. It’s a very old apartment building that they are trying to convert into a new looking place but it’s not finished yet and very dangerous to get in.

The lovely roof top room, location, bedroom and parking.

The cooked breakfast was only warm at the start of breakfast, 7.30 and some mornings the scrambled eggs were cold, the sausages were cold and some bread wasn’t available.

We liked the location, that our room had a balcony and sea view. We also liked the size of our room.and the bed was very comfy. The staff were very kind. Always available if needed. Would definitely recommend.

Only negative we could think of was we were a little concerned about the toilet. It had a little bit of wiggle room when you sat down. Maybe just needs a little maintenance..

Very friendly staff and nice location. The decor is passable altough very clogged.

Room cabinet and dressers had humidity problems (which turned into a bad smell). The bed and pillows were not very confortable. The bright red color of the room walls always gave me a feeling I had sunburns all over. Mini fridge wasn't working (wasn't cooling). The isolation was not great, and I dont particularly enjoy a room that has a connection door with a simple indoor lock to the next room. Charging for the only bottled water on the room was a trigger for me when you pay +200e per night.

The room smelled musty and was full of black mold. In the lamp shade and other parts of the room.
