Sehr schöne und ruhige gelegene Anlage,von wo aus viele Ziele der Toscana gut zu erreichen waren.

La camera piccola, noo sufficientemente pulita, poca luce ed il condizionatore che soaraca direttamente sul letto... non alla altezza del posto

Un endroit magnifique ! Reposant, calme et très beau. Idéal pour un voyage en amoureux, en famille ou entre amis. Tout est fait pour que cela soit agréable. Le personnel est prévenant et attentionné. La valeur ajoutée est sans contexte le restaurant dirigé par Italo (le père) et ses deux fils Brando et Rocco (en cuisine et en salle). Notre dîner était extraordinaire et donne tellement envie de revenir. Ils étaient absolument charmants. N’oublions pas le buffet du petit déjeuné vraiment délicieux ! Et les 2 personnes qui le gèrent (1 homme pour les boissons chaudes et 1 homme en salle, je m’excuse de ne pas avoir noté leur nom) étaient adorables !

- le soir, pas de lumières dans le parking du haut pour aller jusqu’à à notre appartement. C’est assez inconfortable et risqué. - la robinetterie du lavabo ou de la douche est assez bizarre. Mais on prend vite le coup.

Das lässt sich mit ein paar Worten nicht zusammenfassen….einfach alles: Super freundliches Personal, tolle Unterkunft, Frühstück und Abendessen inkl. der Empfehlungen top. Zimmer, Anlage allgemein und Pool sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Aussagen in Beurteilungen weniger Gäste vor uns wegen des Schimmels im Zimmer, können wir nicht bestätigen. Wir werden wieder buchen.

Resort con appartamenti e camere con vari servizi e una posizione in mezzo alla natura. Appartamento carino con arredi moderni. Ottima posizione per visitare i dintorni.

Nel soggiorno del appartamento credo sarebbe più funzionale un divano letto, invece del pouf (scomodo) e delle 2 poltrone poco utili. La piscina un po' fredda, visto che viene alimentata dalla fonte. La poca ricezione del cellulare.

Wspaniała lokalizacja. Urokliwe apartamenty położone kaskadowo. Jeden basen głęboki, bardziej dla dorosłych. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Przemiła obsługa.

Miłym akcentem byłoby przygotowanie dla gości butelki zimnej wody w apartamencie.

Insgesamt schöne Anlage mitten in der Natur

Unsere Appartment war leider nicht sauber Spanier angekommen sind. Nach Hinweis an der Rezeption wurde jedoch noch einmal gereinigt.

Everything was perfect, we (family of 4, kids 9 and 11) had an exceptionally nice 2-week holiday at Spa Resort Fonte Alla Lepre! The resort itself is clean, comfortable (including 2 aircos), stunning, in the middle of nature … nice swimming pool … good comfortable apartment … good restaurant … all good. Location: perfect to explore Tuscany, with easy trips to Volterra, Cecina, and quite some beautiful small villages in the area, and longer trips to Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, San Gimignano, Montepulciano, and others. Nice coast line and beaches nearby. Breakfast was amazing, staff were the best ever, they really provide good service, and aim for arranging a nice breakfast for visitors, very service oriented. The “Fonte Journal” at breakfast with interesting things to do for the day was nice to read. Conclusion: very much recommended!

L’emplacement retiré de la ville. Il faut une voiture en effet mais si vous recherchez le calme et la détente c’est le bon endroit. Il y a un spa et les enfants m’ont offert un massage relaxant de 50 minutes qui était parfait. La cuisine du restaurant est vraiment très bonne. Les piscine sont très bien entretenues, notre appartement avec deux terrasses

Le fait qu’en 7 jours, les serviettes de toilettes n’aient pas été changées. Et je n’ai vu d’endroit pour laver notre linge mais pour ces deux points je pense qu’il aurait fallu le demander à l’accueil. Et c’est pour cette raison que je ne mets pas 10 à l’établissement.

The property was very well maintained, clean and spacious, with a lovely swimming pool and enough sun loungers for everyone. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and overall it was a very enjoyable and relaxing place to stay. There was a good choice of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with something to suit different tastes.

One point that should be made clearer in the description, however, is that the apartment advertised as having two bedrooms is actually a one-bedroom apartment with a mezzanine/antresola rather than a separate enclosed bedroom. The mezzanine was also quite uncomfortable at times, as the air conditioning unit from the kitchen/living area did not reach that space, making it very hot. The air-conditioning units were also a little noisy.

L’appartamento #7 era grande, confortevole, accessoriato, pulito e funzionale. Lo staff, a partire da Massimo, Paolo e Carlo molto gentile, il ristorante gestito da Italo e Katia è piacevolmente affacciato sulla piscina e prepara piatti deliziosi. Grazie!

Due suggerimenti: 1) dare più banda Internet Starlink dietro il Wi-Fi SSDI “Ospiti” in modo da poter anche fare telelavoro. 2) possibilmente installare altre postazioni di ricarica per veicoli elettrici (almeno 11 kW), che a breve aumenteranno significativamente di numero.

La struttura è molto bella e pulita, gode di una vista stupenda sulle colline Toscane, immersa nel verde, le piscine sono pulite ed ordinate. Buona la colazione, personale molto gentile e preparato. Molto rilassante

La vasca idromassaggio della spa non funzionava, un po più di cura del verde come la potatura di alberi e siepi sui viali, renderebbe la struttura perfetta.

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Die Anlage ist in den Hügeln gelegen und eignet sich gut für Ausflüge in benachbarte Dörfer aber auch um schnell zum Meer zu kommen (ca. 20-25 min nach Cecina). Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist für eine derartige Anlage ausreichend. Das Personal beim Frühstück (Carlo, Antonio und Liliana) ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, service-orientiert und macht einen super Job! Der Pool ist sehr sauber. Wöchentlich wird die Bettwäsche plus Handtücher gewechselt. Poolhandtücher sind gegen Aufpreis verfügbar.

Wir hatten drei Zimmer (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder). Das Zimmer der Kinder (mit Hochbett und Zustellbett) ist sehr beengt wenn drei Betten dort drin stehen. Es erfolgt einmal wöchentlich ein Wechsel der Bettwäsche und der Handtücher. Leider wird dabei nicht die Wohnung mit gereinigt. Unsere Küche hatte keine Spülmaschine und auch keinen Backofen, jedoch eine Mikrowelle.

Die Lage und die Aussicht sowie das freundliche Personal.

Alles in allem war diese Unterkunft eine Enttäuschung und ist absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Das WLAN funktionierte so gut wie gar nicht. Zudem war die Klimaanlage viel zu laut. Das Zimmer selbst ist leider sehr ineffizient gebaut und extrem hellhörig. Wir haben nicht nur die Nachbarn reden hören, sondern auch die Wasserleitungen aus mehreren anderen Zimmern. Im Schlafraum gab es überhaupt kein Fenster, sondern lediglich ein Fenster im Badezimmer. Da im Schlafbereich nur die Tür nach draußen führte, war das Schlafen bei frischer Luft unmöglich. Besonders inakzeptabel war das dritte Bett: Es handelte sich um ein Feldbett, dass in einer fensterlosen Kammer ohne echtes Tageslicht stand. Das geht gar nicht und war auf den Buchungsbildern leider überhaupt nicht ersichtlich. Nicht nur die Unterkunft, sondern auch die Anlage ist reparaturbedürftig. Selbst die Grünanlagen hätten einen Rückschnitt nötig, da die schmalen Wege teilweise zugewachsen sind, dass man kaum normal gehen kann und ausweichen muss. Sehr schade!

Det ligger lidt langt fra alt byen, men det ved man jo ved booking. Værelserne var med tynde vægge, men vi havde nogenlunde rolige naboer

Resort je na úplné toskánské samotě. Takže to skvěle dokreslilo naši představu o Toskánsku. Celá rodina byla opravdu nadšena. Krásné ubytování, super bazén a výborná restaurace. Doporučuji! A snídaně byla naprosto báječná. Výhled do krásné krajiny byl třešničkou na dortu:-)

Ez egy igazi Toszkán paradicsom, ami ár-arány értékben a vendégeknek egy igazi főnyeremény. Igazi olasz-toscan ízvilág, olasz "mosolygós" vendégszeretettel. Úszómedence, wellness tiszta, igényes. A kávé mindenhol igazi örömforrás, már aki szereti. Gyönyörű a környék, minden kapható Ceciná-ban, ami szem-száj megkíván. Van csendes, úszásra alkalmas tengerpart és nagyhullámos bulipart is. Közel Pisa, Livirno. Firenze és Siena is kb. 1-1,5 órára. Ettől Toscanásabb környék szerintem nincs a világon!

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit vielfältigem Angebot, die Pools perfekt, die Anlage insgesamt gut gelungen

- the location is great, the pool is ok but I didn't understand why it closed at 7:00 PM because there was no staff to look after the customers anyway and the lights were on until 9:30 PM......and the classic Italian breakfast was a bit lacking :) - the guys at the restaurant were helpful, spoke English and were very well prepared (here I mean the evening shift)

- The fact that in 4 days no one visited our room for refills or towel changes....in the bathroom we only had a shower gel fixed to the wall where we used it and at the sink because there was none there...and the one on the wall did not cope with the 5 days 4 nights. - the trash can in the bathroom was the smallest possible option, it was full in the first 2 days...... - the icing on the cake was the fact that we were notified in writing that upon departure we had to take our trash and take it to the large trash cans in the yard of the property....

We were very sad to leave the place after four nights spent here. The accommodation is lovely but what makes this place exceptional is its staff and the quality of the services. The staff in the restaurant were so kind, helpful and attentive. The quality of the treatments in the spa from Julia and Antonio were the best we ve ever had. The spa is absolutely fabulous and well worth a visit. The swimming pool is spacious and there are plenty of sunbeds around. The surroundings are exceptionally beautiful and peaceful. We ll be back!!!

Nous avons séjourné dans l'établissement fin mai / début juin dernier. Le site se distingue par un panorama exceptionnel sur les collines toscanes avoisinantes, c'est un paysage magnifique ! L'infrastructure (chambres/appartements, piscine, espace restaurant,...) est de qualité et les jardins qui entourent l'hôtel sont très bien entretenus. Nous n'avons toutefois pas eu l'occasion de tester l'espace wellness. Le premier jour de notre séjour, nous avons constaté que l'évier de la cuisine était bouché. Après avoir signaler le problème à la réception, celui-ci a été immédiatement pris en charge avec efficacité. Le petit déjeuner est varié et nous avons été satisfait du restaurant lorsque nous l'avons testé (une fois, le jour de notre arrivée). Une mention spéciale revient également aux membres du personnel (notamment Antonio, Carlo, Paolo, Monica,...) qui sont d'une grande gentillesse et ont toujours été aux petits soins avec nous. En conclusion, notre expérience a été excellente, et lorsque nous reviendrons en Toscane dans les prochaines années, nous séjournerons à nouveau avec grand plaisir au Fonte alla Lepre.

Unser Aufenthalt hat unsere Erwartungen vollkommen erfüllt. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Anlage ist wunderschön gelegen und bietet eine grandiose Aussicht. Besonders beeindruckend sind die Steinhäuser, die harmonisch in die Landschaft eingebettet wurden. Auch der Pool ist sehr schön angelegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das gesamte Personal war außerordentlich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der liebevolle Umgang mit Kindern, wodurch wir uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt haben. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Es gab ausgezeichneten, typisch italienischen Kaffee, täglich wechselnde süße Speisen sowie Eier in verschiedensten Variationen. Frisch gepresste Säfte rundeten das Angebot perfekt ab. Wer hier etwas zu bemängeln hat, dem ist wirklich schwer zufriedenzustellen. Auch die Abendkarte hat uns überzeugt. Die Gerichte waren sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich – absolut empfehlenswert. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge gibt es lediglich beim WLAN sowie bei der Beleuchtung im Badezimmer, die etwas optimiert werden könnte Ablagen im Badezimmer könnte man noch welche nachbessern

Die Lage der Unterkunft war etwas abgelegen, aber toll! Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Das ganze Areal ist klein, aber genau das macht es so besonders. Im Restaurant Aquarello haben wir hervorragend gegessen und wurden bestens bedient. Die Angestellten waren alle sehr freundlich und auch der Spa & Pool Bereich war sehr zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

In diesem Punkt nur eine kleine Anmerkung: über dem Bett hingen Bilder, die zwar sicher liebevoll von Kindern gemalt wurden, jedoch sehr gruselig und etwas verstörend aussahen. Diese haben wir während dem Aufenthalt einfach abgehängt.

W pokoju zastałem syf. Nikt nie przygotował obiektu na przyjazd gości, ani nie posprzatal pokoju. Nie zostałem, a zapłacić musiałem. Fenomenalna polityka obiektu, zrezygnować nie mozna więc obiekt nie musi robic nic bo i tak pieniądze dostanie.
