Die Villen und die gesamte Anlage sind wunderschön, ruhig und mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Was unseren Aufenthalt aber wirklich unvergesslich gemacht hat, war Pan. Wir haben selten eine so herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin erlebt. Besonders zum Geburtstag hat Pan uns vollkommen überrascht: Sie organisierte eine Geburtstagstorte, bereitete eine wunderschöne Dekoration vor und kümmerte sich sogar um die Reservierung eines Restaurants. Alles war so liebevoll und persönlich vorbereitet, dass dieser Geburtstag für uns zu einer ganz besonderen Erinnerung geworden ist. Auch während des gesamten Aufenthalts war Pan immer für uns da. Sie war unglaublich hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und herzlich und kümmerte sich um so viele kleine Dinge, die weit über normalen Hotelservice hinausgehen. Bei ihr hat man nicht das Gefühl, einfach nur Gast zu sein, sondern wirklich willkommen zu sein. Natürlich ist auch The House 15 Villa selbst traumhaft: wunderschöne Villen, viel Privatsphäre, absolute Ruhe und eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Wenn wir wieder nach Kenting kommen, gibt es für uns nur eine Wahl: The House 15 Villa. Eine absolute Herzens-Empfehlung und mehr als verdiente 5 Sterne!

Reviewed Dec 31, 2023This is the second time we stayed here, this time at 木犀, a two story house. It was just wonderful. The king sized bed was super comfortable. Surrounding was very quiet. Toiletry kit, hairdryer, towel were all luxurious. Free beer and lemon sour and daily fruit twice. Great capsule coffee machine and daily refills of capsules. The front yard and back yard were huge, with a nice personal swimming pool. You can walk to a view deck with gorgeous view of sunset over ocean. The staff was super friendly and served very nice breakfast.

Reviewed Nov 30, 2023住過很多的民宿和飯店,白砂 15是我少數極力推薦的住宿之一,雖然離墾丁大街有一段距離,但是也不過是15分鐘車程,整個住宿園區很大,民宿主人的品味很高,使用的設備非常高檔而且狀況極佳,管家是一位來自桃園的小女孩,非常親切有禮貌,每一戶Villa有自己的私密庭院,非常的舒適放鬆,可以安靜地和家人朋友共享假期,大推!

Reviewed May 14, 2019We had a wonderful time starting from our check-in to check-out! The villa was beautiful and clean, and so relaxing that you sometimes forget where you are. The afternoon tea upon arrival and the breakfast for the following day were delicious. Our stewardess was very thorough when showing us around to make you feel right at home. We read reviews prior to our arrival and knew that we won't be able to dine out within walking distance, so we brought take-outs and didn't have to head out for dinner in the evening. With the provided microwave, dishware, and utensils, an enjoyable and relaxing dinner worked out perfect for us.

Reviewed Oct 22, 2016The environment is just great, and the service of the staff, the cleanness of the villa are no second to the 5 stars hotel. Just one thing we may concern it is an issue, the security. Although there are locks and gates, the fencing surrounds the villa mostly the sparse bush , bamboo or sort of, it means gates/locks become pointless. I believe the butlers of the villa houses also the guards, in order to maintain the privacy of the guests, you would not see any guard man walk the site but you can call them when you are in need. So the last line is the entrance door of the villa house...............lucky we were in Taiwan but not else where in southern Asia ....!!
