Piccolo hotel a conduzione familiare. Posizione ottima, stanza ampia e confortevole, presenza di bar sulla piscina dove poter mangiare e bere godendo della vista su Delos. Ma il vero plus è stata la cortesia e la disponibilità di tutto lo staff sempre pronto a consigliarti e a venire incontro ad ogni tua esigenza, facendoti sentire come a casa. Se torneremo a Mykonos, alloggeremo sicuramente qui.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war wirklich hervorragend. Das Frühstück war für uns ideal und hatte alles, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht. Besonders der Kaffee war perfekt! ☕️ Wenn wir wieder nach Mykonos fliegen, würden wir definitiv wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und können es absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

We were blown away by this hotel. It was our first time staying on this side of the island for a family wedding in another local hotel. Marios and his staff were so helpful, friendly and attentive. While we were here it was my husband’s birthday and they got him a personalised cake which was above and beyond what we expected. They bought it over while we was enjoying an amazing coffee watching the amazing views. The rooms were huge and well equipped with a little kitchenette.

La atención de Marios y su mujer es excepcional pocos hoteles y hospedajes en el mundo te tratan con tanto cariño y amabilidad, la ubicación es perfecta para pasar unos días en Mykonos, cerca hay una playa de aguas cristalinas espectacular, el autobús para ir al centro de Mykonos en la propia puerta del hotel, el desayuno es espectacular, en la piscina te puedes relajar tomando una de las mejores piñas coladas que ya les gustaría a los caribeños tener.

Le calme d’Aghios Ioannis par rapport à d’autres endroits de Mykonos. Le bus local juste devant pour aller dans le centre ville (2,20€ par trajet et par personne) toutes les 30 min jusqu’à 2h30 du matin. La gentillesse de nos hôtes , toujours prêts à rendre service. Les petits déjeuners super , en particulier le jus d’orange pressé, magnifique ! L’hôtel mérite amplement sa catégorie et la kitchenette est un vrai plus

We spent 7 wonderful days at Lithos by Spyros & Flora, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Mykonos. My wife, our daughter and I felt at home from the very first moment. A special thank you to Mario and Marina, whose warmth, hospitality and availability made our stay even more special. They were always there whenever we needed anything, with genuine kindness and a welcoming smile. The breakfast is excellent, with great quality and variety - the perfect way to start each day. And the location is simply fantastic, in our opinion one of the best locations to stay on the island. We absolutely loved our experience and would happily return. If you are looking for a beautiful place, a great location and, above all, genuine Greek hospitality, Lithos by Spyros & Flora is definitely the place to stay. Everything was amazing !! We were welcomed by the most wonderful hosts. The suits were spotlessly clean, equipped with everything we needed and a balcony overlooking breathtaking view. The swimming pool is over looking the most beautiful scenery you can’t get enough of. The location is perfect - a few min from a beach, lovely restaurants and a mini market. Right outside the property, there is a local bus (€2.20) that takes to the town about 10min drive.

The hosts are the nicest and most welcoming people, they gave us a nice tour, helped us have an amazing vacation and they adjusted to our schedule for the check-in and the breakfast. The rooms are even nicer in real life, clean and spacious, with beautiful balconies overlooking the pool and the sea. The pool was incredible, they had a pool bar with drinks and snacks available. The bus station being right outside the hotel helped a lot. If you have any doubts in choosing this accomodation, think again!! Everything was exceptional!!

Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel! ❤️ Wszystko było naprawdę świetne. Cała obsługa jest niezwykle przyjazna, serdeczna i pomocna, przez cały pobyt czuliśmy się bardzo zaopiekowani, niemal jak w domu. Pokoje były bardzo czyste i zadbane, a atmosfera w hotelu sprzyjała prawdziwemu odpoczynkowi i relaksowi. Ogromnym plusem jest również lokalizacja – tuż przy hotelu znajduje się przystanek autobusowy, z którego co około pół godziny można dojechać do miasta. Dawno nie byliśmy w miejscu, w którym czulibyśmy się tak dobrze i swobodnie. To był naprawdę wyjątkowy pobyt i z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy ponownie. Z całego serca polecam! ❤️

Detta var något av det bästa hotell jag någonsin bott på 10 /10. Jättefräscht överallt, super serviceminded personal, kändes verkligen att de hade kärlek till detta hotell. Mycket mycket god och fräsch frukost, som intogs ute under tak med fantastisk utsikt ut över havet. Handdukar till både pool och strand var en självklarhet, så fort man var i poolområdet kom de med vatten och fyllde på hela tiden (gratis) Mario och Marina med personal var de mest proffsiga och trevliga hotellägare vi mött. Återvänder vi till Mykonos igen finns inget annat hotell, i dessa lugna omgivningar.

He helped us arrange a rental car, recommended routes and places to visit, and helped us with parking. His genuine care and attention made our stay even more special. The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, stylish, incredibly clean, and actually look even better in real life than in the photos. The housekeeping is exceptional — sometimes we would barely finish breakfast, and by the time we returned, our room was already perfectly cleaned. The entire hotel is beautifully maintained, and the pool is cleaned every day. Breakfast is simple but absolutely delicious and always very fresh. And, of course, the beautiful sea view makes everything even more special. The location is also very convenient: there is parking, and a bus stop is right next to the hotel, which is a huge advantage in Mykonos. The most interesting part is that we found this hotel completely by accident. But now it feels like that little accident somehow turned into fate. ❤️ So, if you are reading this review and wondering whether to book Lithos by Spyros & Flora — don’t hesitate. Just book it. Ho apprezzato in modo particolare l'accoglienza,la pulizia e la disponibilità. L'hotel è tenuto in maniera impeccabile e la disponibilità dei proprietari è dello staff ha reso la nostra vacanza davvero confortevole e piacevole. Ho particolarmente apprezzato il modo in cui veniva servita la prima colazione, niente buffet caotici, ma un piatto ricco, servito a tavola, con croissant, pancake, pane, sfogliatina agli spinaci, pane, formaggio, uova e yogurt, a centro tavola una freschissima Macedonia di frutta, acqua e spremuta di arancia e qualsiasi tipo di caffè, cappuccini etc. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima per raggiungere il centro, ma risulta in una posizione molto tranquilla, lontana a sufficienza da locali chiassosi. Dalla camera si gode di un fantastico panorama, almeno da quelle superior. Si può godere dello stesso panorama anche da bordo piscina, dove si trova anche il pool bar aperto fino a tarda sera. I proprietari e lo staff sono delle persone fantastiche, sempre sorridenti, pazienti e disponibili. Raccomando assolutamente questo posto a famiglie con bambini o coppie che cercano una vacanze di qualità in un posto fancy ma tranquillo.

Wir haben uns in diesem wunderschön familiär geführten Hotel vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt. Die herzliche Art der Gastgeber ist wirklich etwas Besonderes – man merkt sofort, mit wie viel Liebe und Engagement dieses Hotel geführt wird. Wir wurden nicht nur freundlich empfangen, sondern während des gesamten Aufenthalts in allen Belangen unterstützt und mit wertvollen Tipps zu Ausflügen, Stränden und Restaurants versorgt. Das Hotel selbst ist hervorragend durchdacht. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer und der Gemeinschaftsbereiche wirkt sehr harmonisch und praktisch, sodass man sowohl Ruhe als auch einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer genießen kann. Der Poolbereich ist gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit: Alles war jederzeit makellos, und der tägliche Wechsel der Handtücher hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Man spürt überall die große Aufmerksamkeit für Details und den hohen Anspruch an Qualität.

Jediná nevýhoda sú opakujúce sa raňajky, ktoré boli však chutné a misa ovocia každý deň bola top 👌.

Simplesmente o atendimento faz a viagem. Mykonos se tornou mais maravilhosa ainda por toda a personalização com que os donos tratam os hóspedes. Sabem o nome de cada um, estão o tempo todo te ajudando com tudo. A atenção deles fez a cidade ficar encantadora. Ponto de ônibus na porta que dá acesso a vários lugares (paga a passagem direto ao motorista (leve já moedas ou notas menores. Os quartos super confortáveis e sempre arrumados. O café da manhã gourmet (você pede e eles servem na mesa) foi espetacular. Minha disse que foi o melhor iogurte que ela já comeu na vida. Com certeza iremos nos hospedar aqui voltando a Mykonos.

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und wurden jeden Tag zu 100% geputzt. Wir hatten eine Aussicht vom Pool und Meer, es war ein Traum . Der Service war 1a Der Marios, Marina und Fahrat sind sehr zuvorkommend und helfen wo sie können Wir haben sie nach kurzer Zeit in unser Herz geschlossen. Der Urlaub 2027 ist schon gebucht und wir freuen uns rießig die drei wieder zu sehen. Restaurants gibt es auch in der Nähe sowie rin kleiner Supermarkt.

Mums šis viešbutis paliko pačius geriausius įspūdžius. Labai patiko kambariai, puikus personalas, o ypač – šeimininkai: registratūroje buvo viekas išsamiai papasakota apie Mykonos salą (ką pamatyti, kur nuvažiuoti, kur pavakarieniauti). Jie buvo nepaprastai draugiški, nuoširdūs ir visada pasiruošę padėti. Atvykus gavome vieną kambarį, tačiau pamatę, kad balkonas yra į baseino pusę ir trūksta privatumo, apie tai pasakėme šeimininkams. Jau kitą dieną jie be jokių problemų pasiūlė mums didžiulį šeimyninį numerį su dviem kambariais ir dviem vonios kambariais. Toks rūpestis svečiais tikrai paliko didelį įspūdį. Viešbutis yra labai švarus, įsikūręs puikioje vietoje. Iš viršutinių aukštų atsiveria gražus vaizdas į jūrą, o iki paplūdimio galima nueiti vos per kelias minutes. Paplūdimyje yra gultai, skėčiai ir malonus smėlio bei smulkaus žvyro krantas. Šeimininkas Marijo mumis rūpinosi nuo pat pirmos akimirkos. Ko tik paprašydavome – viską gaudavome: papildomų pakabų, lygintuvą ar bet kokį kitą reikalingą daiktą. Kiekvienas mūsų prašymas, net ir mažiausia smulkmena, buvo išpildyta su šypsena. Toks svetingumas, dėmesys ir rūpestingumas šiandien yra tikra retenybė. Kambaryje buvo viskas, ko gali prireikti: indai, šaldytuvas, kavos aparatas, rankšluosčiai ir kiti patogumai. Pusryčiai buvo labai skanūs, gausūs ir sotūs, patiekiami prie baseino baro, todėl kiekvieną rytą buvo ypač malonu jais mėgautis. Tai viešbutis, kurį drąsiai rekomenduojame visiems. Mūsų nuomone, jis vertas daugiau nei 10 balų iš 10. Gaila, kad vertinimo sistemoje galima skirti tik dešimtuką!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt auf Mykonos. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück mit atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer war jeden Morgen das absolute Highlight. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

La struttura e' in zona molto tranquilla ed a 10 minuti dalla town (citta fulcro dell'isola). La stanza era vusta piscina vista mare molto panoramica. La proprietaria Marina ed il suo staff sono eccezionali. Struttura con piscina pulitissima a 100 metri dal mare (presente lido privato o spiaggia libera). La piscina dispone di teli mare gratis. La struttura nuovissima e sempre pulita tutti i giorni in maniera molto accurata. Nella nostra camera per 4 perdone c'ersno 2 bagni. La colazione non a buffet ma abbondante anche con richiesta di ulteriore fornitura aggiuntiva supplementare. A colazione la macedonia di frutta fresca era eccezionale. Ci hanno fornito bottiglie di acqua fredda spesso senza chiedere doldi. L'ultimo giorno poiche siamo sndati via alle 7 di mattino e saltata la colazione ci hanno fatto trovare la sera prima colazione a sacco ricchissima con croissant frutta fresca ecc. La cortesia e' estrema. Ho difficolta' a trovare un difetto Se torno a mykonos sicuro torno in questa struttura Consigliatissima

This is absolutely the best place in Mykonos! Marios and his wife go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable and feel like family. This is my second time coming here and it truly feels like a home away from home. My luggage was lost on my trip here and Marios gave us sunscreen and chargers and an adapter to make sure we had what we needed. Truly a wonderful place to stay with the most amazing people! Bus stop is right outside the hotel which makes for the easiest trips into town. We will definitely be coming back🤗 ps. Mario’s makes the best Aperol Spritz we had on the trip!

Soggiorno semplicemente fantastico al Lithos Hotel. La posizione è eccellente: la fermata del bus si trova proprio davanti all’hotel e la spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi in pochissimi minuti, a circa 100 metri. Quello che però rende davvero speciale questo posto è l’accoglienza. Marios e Marina sono host straordinari: gentili, premurosi, sempre disponibili e capaci di farti sentire davvero a casa. Per il compleanno della mia fidanzata hanno preparato una sorpresa meravigliosa, un gesto che non dimenticheremo. È difficile trovare aggettivi abbastanza grandi per descrivere la loro bravura e la loro umanità. Un grande abbraccio a Marios e Marina: spero davvero di poter tornare in futuro.

We arrived to a lovely welcome from Marios & Marina & were taken to our fabulous sea view room. This hotel is spotlessly clean & very chic & we loved everything about it. Marios & Marina are 2 very special people & always had time to share recommendations for restaurants, places to visit & the best beaches around & we enjoyed our many chats around the pool bar. They have an amazing small team, all so very hardworking (special mention to Farhat for his hospitality) & nothing is too much trouble. The breakfasts are delicious & we looked forward to these each day all made fresh & eaten outside with beautiful views. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which makes getting around easy & after some exploring the hotel pool was lovely to come back to for a dip. Marios & Marina you made our stay just perfect & we can’t wait to come back again some day.

Lithos by the Sea was a dream, the hotel owners and managers Marina and Mario went above and beyond for us, we couldn’t have felt more looked after and welcomed into the Lithos family. They are truly special humans. They imparted their local knowledge and recommendations, so we really got the most out of our stay and helped us figure out what to do and when, without them we would’ve missed so many treasured experiences. The hotel itself is spotless with contemporary with chic architecture and interiors. Our room was perfect, I went on the holiday with a friend and we had a suite with two bathrooms and a sofa bed so could spread out across the two rooms, and we also had a kitchenette and enjoyed a homemade breakfast on our balcony with a view of the pool and sea. The pool area has a view of the sea with a pool that is great for cooling off and having a quick swim and also has one of my non negotiables a pool bar, I loved the Coconut Crush smoothie! Mykonos is generally very expensive with pricey beach sun beds, so it was a relief to have a hotel with a lovely pool area to enjoy on some days. In terms of the local area the beach club Hippie Fish has a Greek night on Sunday which was so much fun and the food is really tasty but their sun beds are expensive so recommend Kalon next door for a cheaper alternative for day time local beach days. Ornos is the closest area that is the place to go for the supermarket, sea taxi, bakeries etc. Further afield, the beaches on the south are a must visit along with the beach clubs for some evening fun, and go explore the town and a must do is the boat excursion to Delos and Rhenia.

Location is great. Quiet and peaceful but not so far from ornos or the Mykonos town. Bus stop right outside takes you to the town in 15 mins max. Beaches right near the property.

Absolutely everything, we booked a standard studio and got a free upgrade to a studio with a sea view. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond, it was one of the girls birthdays and they bought a cake for us and brought this to the room. They were very helpful explaining everything in the area including how to access public transport. Would recommend to everyone 🙂

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Mario’s and Marina have created something truly special in this hotel. The room was spacious, very clean with a gorgeous sea view. Staff were friendly, helpful and so attentive. The ambience and vibe was lovely and both Mario’s and his lovely wife Marina went out of their way to share information about the island, best places to eat, excellent excursions and all of these proved correct. We felt the places they recommended to eat were excellent and good quality for money. I can honestly say this has been a wonderful experience and I can’t wait to come back to this hotel. Thank you Mario’s and Marina and all of your fabulous staff, especially Farhat!

Alles war fantastisch. Die Gastgeber Marina & Marios waren extrem freundlich, nett, witzig und bemüht. Es begann schon bei der Ankunft. Marina hat sich erstmal mit uns an einen Tisch gesetzt, uns mit Getränken versorgt und einen Überblick über die Insel gegeben. Im Hotel gab es ständig Wasser ohne Zusatzkosten. Sobald man sein Glas leer hatte wurde es direkt wieder aufgefüllt. Die Unterkunft war super schön. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage war top. Vom Pool aus hat man einen wunderschönen Bock aus Meer, auch von fast allen Zimmern. In 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man einen wunderschönen kleinen Strand, am dem man den Sonnenuntergang perfekt und vollständig genießen kann. Schöne kleine Strände mit Bars / Restaurants sind in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurants in unterschiedlistchen Preisklassen gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. (Normal - high end) Direkt vor dem Hotel ist ein Bus Stop. Von hier aus kommt man sehr schnell direkt nach Mykonos (Stadt). Die Preise im Hotel sind für Mykonos wirklich fair.

What a find this hotel is. I was so excited to visit not just Mykonos but this highly rated hotel, I swear by trip advisor and to find somewhere so well reviewed continuously seemed too good to be true. After a week’s stay I can confirm it is definitely not too good to be true. Lithos is fantastic from start to finish. Marina and Marios are so welcoming, you feel comfortable from the minute you arrive. They are kind, caring, helpful and just such lovely people who really care about every aspect of your stay and experience of Mykonos. Lithos is a beautiful property that is so well maintained. The location in my opinion is fabulous, There is a wonderful beach across the road, a couple of restaurants within walking distance, a little shop a stone throw away, a small beach slightly further down the road where locals go to watch sunset and the bus stop is literally outside the hotel entrance. Special thanks to the very small team that Marina and Marios employ, you work fabulously together. Thank you for a wonderful stay we will be back. Your hotel is faultless and service you provide is above and beyond. Very grateful to you.

Bellissima struttura con vista mare e con colazione bordo piscina. Comodissima fermata del bus per il centro a soli 2 euro da pagare sopra il bus( pur avendo la macchina è stato comodissimo). Tutto suggerito da Mario e Maria i proprietari carini i , disponibili, gentili in generale , ma anche quando abbiamo avuto un problema per la partenza. La macchina ce la hanno prenotata loro e fatta portare all’albergo e poi lasciare in aereoporto. Consigliatissimo

Marina gave us the most thorough and thoughtful overview of Mykonos—her insights made exploring the island so much easier and more enjoyable. Absolutely wonderful hotel, the owners Marina & Marios have created something very unique & truly special indeed. The room was bright & clean & spacious with stunning views of the pool, sea & Delos. I travelled alone and have never felt so safe, my holiday felt all the more relaxing & enjoyable, Nothing was too much trouble from booking trips, taxis, restaurants to beach recommendations, they really are incredibly helpful, staff were all so friendly, especially Farhat. Cannot wait to return.

From the very beginning of my recent solo trip to Mykonos, Marios and Marina, the owners of Lithos & Spyros, together with Farhat, one of their senior members of staff, made me feel like part of their family. Travelling alone, that warmth and genuine care meant everything. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I always felt completely at ease. I came to decompress, and it was absolutely worth it. The in-room spa treatments provided by trusted local therapists were a real highlight and helped me fully relax and recharge. The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. What stood out most was their phenomenal local knowledge. They gave me excellent advice on everything, from quieter beaches to authentic restaurants, and even helped me find a great place selling local delicacies. Those personal touches made all the difference and really shaped my trip. Lithos & Spyros is not just a hotel, it is a home away from home. I left relaxed, recharged, and so glad I chose it. I would happily return and recommend it to anyone, especially if travelling solo.

Everything was fantastic, room was extremely comfortable, exceptionally clean and spacious. Maria and Marios are welcoming, friendly and run a very professional operation in a beautiful location. Their invaluable tips and advice on best beach's and restaurants was spot on saving us valuable time exploring.

Marina, Marios and the staff are super nice. They really take care of many details, always attentive and up for giving tips, making reservations or just having a chat. Great facilities too, our daughter loved the pool. Amazing (quiet) area in the West of the island not far from Mykonos town with great views overlooking the ocean. Breakfast was very good too, including lots of fruits and nice coffee selection. Can not thank everyone enough. We had a brillant stay. Home away from home!

Marina and Mario's are the perfect hosts. It was my 2nd stay here and once again a memorable stay. The facilities are very clean, rooms are spacious, the views from the room and pool are spectacular, breakfast is amazing and the hosts are wonderful. Marina and Marios really know how to treat their guests.

La vera essenza della vacanza noi l'abbiamo trovata qui! La location è meravigliosa, le camere sono pulitissime e dotate di ogni comfort. La piscina vista mare un gioiello. Il mare è a pochi passi in una caletta non eccessivamente affollata. Zona riservata rispetto al caotico centro che comunque è raggiungibile con pochi minuti di bus. Ma la vera forza sono Marios e Marina che con la loro passione ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e ci hanno regalato la vera vacanza. Una vera perla nascosta nel mar Egeo.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help, which made the experience even more pleasant. The location is excellent, close to the beaches, although a car is needed to explore other attractions on the island. Everything was spotless, as the cleanliness was outstanding throughout the entire property. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety and great quality. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back.

It was absolutely beautiful and well connected to the rest of the island. The staff and owners, marios and marina, were incredibly nice and generous and treated us like family. one of the best stays of my entire life!!

El lugar era precioso, desde la terraza de la habitación las vistas eran espectaculares. El personal muy amable y en todo momento nos trató con mucho cariño. La habitación era amplia y las camas confortables. El desayuno era muy completo y de calidad.

Para subir a la habitación no había ascensor y eran unos 3 pisos.

Marios, plus his co-worker and wife made for a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. Every attention to detail was catered for and they meticulously help us plan our excursions and restaurant bookings on a daily basis etc. Thank you so much for looking after us in every respect, which was much appreciated.

Where do we start! The owners and their staff are so attentive and courteous. Even before arriving there, Marios arranged a private transfer from the port to the hotel that was like clockwork. Marina greeted us on arrival and gave us a comprehensive guide into the island , its beaches and recommendations for restaurants in the various locations. We decided to book breakfast each morning. Wow, I have never seen a spread like it I cannot describe it fully as it would take too long. The staff are amazing, work nonstop, and can't do enough for you. We only had 3 nights there, but I feel that even after such a short time, we left as friends, if not family! Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts for such a wonderful experience , I sincerely hope that we can return sometime soon. David

9.5/10 - possibly my highest ever rating! A fabulous 6nt stay with kids of 8 and 5. The hotel is stunningly understated in every aspect. Loved the vibe and decor, the elevated outlook, the welcome and service - a boutique with personal touch, exclusive yet sociable. Really great room space with separate connecting room for the kids. 2 small balconies with view of the pool and sea, well stocked kitchenette very useful, sound bathrooms and AC, and great internet with TV apps to log in if you need. Really enjoyed the great value table served breakfast; healthy and good quality. Location works very well; great local restaurant with excellent pizza and local dishes, convenience store, beaches for swim, regular buses from the front door. Parking if you need. A great place for families and couples especially. All recommendations from the family were great, especially the boat taxi hop on/ hop off at various beaches for €20 per adult per day, kids free. Much appreciated the lift for the first boat at 10am! What a kind family and lovely business with exceptional attention to detail. Mykonos is an expensive Greek island with a buzz everywhere; every beach a party, a town full of young beautiful people in the evenings, mega yachts in the bays, but this hotel was a sanctuary and perfect home/ base for a week in a lovely island with the most gorgeous clear sea. Take a snorkel and suck it all up!

We would definitely recommend and return to this boutique hotel, but the island isn't as family orientated as other Greek islands. Transport is expensive and roads small and hectic in August. The beaches are almost completely privatised with expensive sunbeds (€25-170 each!) and sometimes clashing sound systems, which might not be for everyone. But we worked around things with buses and generally found space for a towel on the beach, it's the sea that's the main draw!

La atencion personalizada de Marina desde el momento en que llegamos, nos explico todo en ingles, nos entrego mapas y horarios de los buses, la amabilidad de Marios en todo momento, su hijo que nos ayudo a subir las valijas y nos orientaron con los trasladoa desde el aeropuerto y al puerto. El desayuno increible al lado de pileta, un genio Farjat que nos sirvió tan amable el desayuno y siempre atento a pesar de no hablar español. La habitacion perfecta, amplia, todo impecable, con todo lo necesario para comer ahi, muchos detalles que se valoran, nos dieron agua mineral durante toda la estadia. Estamos muy conformes y el trato que recibimos fue perfecto.! El bus en la puerta que por 2 Euros te lleva al centro. Y el valor agregado de hotel que es atendido por sus dueños, genios totales!!!! Mil gracias!

Marina e Marios amano il loro lavoro, e si vede! Per chi arriva sull’isola rappresentano il meglio: autenticità, gentilezza, consigli onesti fanno vivere al turista l’isola nel miglior modo possibile. L’ambiente molto pulito e l’atmosfera da subito cordiale e sincera da un’idea di conoscersi da tempo e volerci ritornare.

Marios et Marina nous ont accueilli chaleureusement. Ils sont attentionnés et disponibles. On se sent tellement bien. La vue est magnifique et hôtel respire la quiétude et la sérénité. Tout est d’une propreté irréprochable et la literie est excellente. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et très copieux. Jus d’orange frais ! Pour se rendre à Mykonos le soir nous laissions la voiture au parking de l’hôtel et prenions le bus devant l’hôtel. Bien plus pratique que d’aller chercher une place dans les bouchons de la ville. Excellent restaurant les pieds dans l’eau sur la plage d’Agios Ioannis à quelques minutes à pieds de l’hôtel.

We had a great stay at Lithos & Spyros Mykonos after arrival from Dubrovnik we landed at Mykonos and the rest was half & hour from airport, there we were welcomed by Mrs.Marina, she did all the check in formality and told us every bit of information required for travelling here & there in town with bus points to car rentals, i mean thay can arrange everything, even my food delivery app wolt was not working due to moving different locations in Europe so they blocked delivery isn’t it pathetic and bolt e food was not available there, so we found our host Mr. Marios what a gem of person he is, very friendly and helpful he ordered from his phone and even didn’t took money and told we’ll adjust at checkout, Our room was double bedroom apartment and it was very clean spacious and having lots of positive vibes maybe because of Mr.Marios & Mrs.Marina, our both the room has pool view & blue ocean was also visible from our room balcony, the breakfast was included with ample quantity and tasty food varieties, i ordered coffee daily 2-3 times and those guys didn’t charged for that as well I mean really, such a great hospitality, They arranged car for us and we roamed all of Mykonos with it, its a great town with not much crowd and blue ocean views everwhere, armensistis lighthouse has spectacular views and little venice is as good as you see in videos, Overall it was a fantastic 3 nights at Mykonos and we’ll come back again at Lithos & Spyros due to such a great hospitality by the duo Mr.Marios & Mrs.Marina, highly recommend resort at Mykonos for families and couples

La nostra estada ha estat perfecte, l' habitació per quatre persones ha estat molt bé, amb dos banys, i una zona de cuina amb tot el que podíem necessitar. Tenen una piscina que et fa suportar millor la calor. L esmorzar es fantàstic, el preparen al moment. Els propietaris han estat molt amables, ens han explicat tot de coses de Mikonos o en tot moment han estat pendents de nosaltres.

A gorgeous hotel with exceptional and very attentive staff. We felt welcome from the moment we stepped through the door. Marios, Marina and Fahaad were incredible and they made our stay there one of the best experiences we’ve had in Mykonos. The room was beautiful, spacious and extremely clean. Their Greek salad is the best we’ve ever had in Greece and we loved that they provided free water whenever you were sitting outside. A very nice touch. Over all an amazing stay and we will definitely be back again!

We had a fabulous stay at Lithos. The property and location are just superb. The scheduled bus to town and back was the so so ideal for us. We were a family of 4 including with 2 teens and the sea view suite was so spacious and absolutely perfect. The real gem in the stay is the hospitality, care and personal touch by Marios and Marina, who make it their personal mission to ensure that their guests have all the information they need about the island. We got some lovely recommendations from Marios and enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you Marios and Marina, you spoiled us in Mykonos, because we have not seen such hospitality in any of our other stays in Greece. If you are reading this review, you are thinking of booking this place. Don’t think, just book it - you will not regret it!

When the perfection meets your expectation! This place is magic & wonderful and Marios and his family make it even better with a top friendly service that makes you feel like home. Just 2 minutes away from a nice and peacful beach and 10' by bus (stop front the hotel) from mykoknos town. Will definitely stay again there next time. The pool is great with a very nice view on the sea. Rooms are big and even auper comfit. Amazing time and miss the place already.
