Reviewed Sep 18, 2026We had a nice little apartment during our stay here. The kitchenette, however, provided almost nothing to actually cook with–there is a kettle, microwave, and stovetop, but no pots or pans.A few plates and utensils were there, however. Otherwise it was a very nice, spacious room with plenty of amenities. Staff is helpful and friendly, and the property was very secure for our rental car. It is easy to find and not far from the airport.

Dormimos no hotel.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026The room was big and warm. Breakfast was nice.
I was charged double the price of what was stated in my booking. When I asked about it, the receptionist told me the first $90 was a deposit, and the $90 he charged me upon arrival was the final payment. It said nothing of the sort in my booking. The room was definitely not worth $180.

It is not hitel fault (still giving 10 stars) but there is a loooong check-in. It may be shock for europeans like us - and this was our first hotel in South America - they make copy of your passport! No RODO in there, forget it :)))) dont fight, just go with it and I'm afraid it takes time everywhere in Chile / Peru etc.
