Great little quaint local property, clean, a quiet and walkable to Front street shops and restaurants.

I will stay at Rosemont for every visit to Bermuda - it is the perfect choice. Clean, comfortable, great bed, great linens, wonderful staff. Great kitchen. Walkable to everything in town. Excellent continental breakfast - best mini croissants I've ever had. The pool/pool view is fantastic.

We loved our stay at Rosemont. It was clean, staff was amazingly helpful, the pool and the view were great and it’s located just where we wanted… without having to pay twice as much at the high end resorts.

Great place to stay for y a few days, and conveniently located. Would come back.

Off the beaten path, but close to Front St. shops & restaurant. Staff & owner were very helpful. Wasn't real fond of walking up & down the hill, but turned out it wasn't that bad. The view from our room was fabulous!!

This hotel is in a great location being that it is within walking distance to the ferry and many shops and restaurants. Management is attentive and responsive. Unfortunately, the property is in need of updating and a deep cleaning. I've stayed here a couple times in 2024 due to it being affordable and the reasons I stated above, however following are issues I have encountered: Bird waste all over pool furniture (I asked for them to clean two chairs so we could sit out and they were accommodating), obvious "surface" cleaning only in rooms (bring your Lysol wipes so you can wipe the furniture, walls, and surfaces before you settle in), patio/balcony furniture filthy (had to ask to have someone clean it), breakfast runs out (I showed up 30 mins before breakfast was over and was told they would not be replenishing the small pastries...which is all they served besides yogurt , coffee, and tea). On my last visit, we had an issue with roaches due to an old toaster being brought to our room that had not been cleaned. Management immediately took the toaster and the food that was ruined out of our room but when we saw a few additional roaches that evening, we were given a half empty can of roach spray and we had to stand on a chair to spray behind the fridge and on top of the kitchen shelving (where we saw the few roaches coming from). Please note that upon checkout, the hotel discounted our bill by one night (without us having to ask), which we did appreciate.

Owner was absolutely wonderful. Checked us in right away even thought we were a bit early. It was pouring rain and he upgraded our room to try and make up for the poor weather--super thoughtful and kind. A few hundred meters from the hotel is a restaurant called Clarabells. It has wonderful pizza. Would stay here again and definitely recommend to others.

This is a great spot when the Princess is full or too expensive. Close to town and meetings. It is dated but clean. Just didn’t like the ants all over the bathroom and stepping on a cockroach before entering my room.

It’s a lovely location, the people are very nice who own it, and the staff. The view is great. It’s not luxurious but it’s adequate and the swimming pool is very nice. There was a problem with the water when I first arrived but they fixed it promptly. I highly recommend it.

A stress-free time. Rooms are a bit dated but good value. Location was great. Walkable to Front street. Check-in was easy. Two good restaurants on either end of the street. The whistling tree frogs make a racket but soon become background noise. Good vibes.

Our stay here was nothing short of amazing. We loved how close it was to Front Street! The walk there is down a pretty significant hill, but it’s definitely doable. At the bottom of the hill and across the street are tons of stores as well as a grocery. Our suite had a full kitchen, and our balcony was amazing looking out on the pool. The staff is super accommodating and very helpful. We definitely recommend this place!

The property itself was beautiful but cleanliness was subpar. The first room I was given clearly had not been cleaned at all there was a significant amount of hair and other detritus in the sheets, no surfaces had been cleaned and were full of crumbs and spilled liquids. The bathroom was horrendous. They front desk staff were very nice and accommodating and did immediately attempt to rectify the situation by giving me a different room but I wouldn’t say it was much cleaner than the first. Other than that it was a nice quiet place with wonderful grounds and views. I have no other complaints than the cleanliness of the accommodations.

Nice hospitality by managers. Close to everything

Hotel about 10 minutes walk to town. Very good stay, clean and comfortable room, beautiful garden, helpful employees. Visitors, do not walk to Admiralty Park, the roads dangerous for walking, take a taxi. Also do not go to the Dockyard after 3:30 PM, it closes down after 5 PM, except on Wednesday for the bonfire.

The property grounds is outstanding, the room was clean and neat, the staff was friendly and helpful. The tv in the bedroom constantly lose signal but the one in the living room worked well. It is not the most modern hotel, but the surrounding view of the ocean and town, and its proximity to downtown makes up for that. Personally, I think Bermuda is the most naturally beautiful place.

What I enjoyed about the property is the spacious suites and the views from the pool. The room service was excellent. And was very reliable. I also liked the privacy aspect.

The property was easy to get to from locations around Hamilton.

This hotel was in a nice, walkable location in town although the hotel was nothing special and kind of grungy.

Neal is an amazing host! We had a great time and he even drove us to the airport for our return flight since he was picking up his son there. We had a pool view room which was great - despite the hotel being fairly full, it wasn't loud at all. Breakfast was yogurt, pastries, and coffee/tea, which was perfect - we made eggs and oatmeal in our room to complement. We walked to the nearby grocery and walked a ton in Hamilton. We would definitely stay at the Rosemont again!

This was the 2nd time that we stayed at the Rosemont, and we were NOT disappointed !! Excellent location to downtown Hamilton (easy walk). Excellent service. Very friendly staff. We will be returning.

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book here again. The only reason I could not give five stars is because the rooms could use some updating.

Staff were very plsao and supportive

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. I really enjoyed being by the pool and having that view first thing in the morning! I would definitely stay again!

There was water on the bedroom floor when we checked in. Water continued to seep into the bedroom floor. We kept a towel on the floor as directed by management. Ants were swarming around the bedroom plug.

Conveniently located and safe. The staff especially Karen were very professional and helpful. We would gladly stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay here, nice having a little kitchen so we could make some meals rather than eat out all the time. The breakfast was a little lacking but some nice yoghurts and pastries. Loved the pool, so nice on a hot day to come back to and have a dip. The only negative was the maid came too early and we kept forgetting to put the do not disturb sign out. Will defo be back again.

Great owners/ managers who are attentive and responsive to guests. Very much appreciated the kindness shown by Neal and Karen. We will recommend Rosemont and will stay again.

Very convenient to Hamilton. Nice pool area with a good view. Not much breakfast. Yogurt and small pastry. Vending machine didn’t work which was a bummer when you want cold water. I would recommend. Clean rooms and good service.

We absolutely loved the Rosemont! It was the perfect location to everywhere we wanted to go (including the bus and ferry stop), and the owners/staff were the best. The hotel and its surroundings were just beautiful. We look forward to returning one day!

Everyone who worked in the office were so nice and accommodating. The location is great, the room was clean, the pool is nice with a view. Complimentary continental breakfast is offered each morning. Overall great experience.

Really nice place with beautiful view on the ocean

This was a trip that we have been waiting for a LONG time to go on. Booking a property in Bermuda has to be done well in advance, especially if you want a good price. The Rosemont was excellent in all ways, with clear communications for the booking, to the greeting when we arrived to our check out. Everything was well done. We plan to come again. The facility is within walking distance to a grocery store, and downtown Hamilton.

Very Basic / needed some maintenance - but clean. Continental bfast was yogurt and one mini pastry… no cereal/ fruit/ deli/ juice/ bread etc etc

Karen was so lovely and welcoming! Fabulous place to stay and great location!

It was so so so LOUD. Loud at night until 5am, then quiet for 2 hours and loud music starting at 7am.

This is the place for an ultimate getaway, room very clean & up to date, new bed linens & towels, staff very helpful & friendly, pool & laundry facility added bonus + an outlet to charge electric rental cars. Kitchenette was clean & stocked with neccesities for cooking. Home away from home Definite do over!!!

The host was very friendly and accommodating and It's a perfect location in the heart of Hamilton where bus and ferry service are right there whenever you need. Unfortunately we came at the time when lockdown happened.But despite all that occured my wife and I were able to enjoy morning walk for miles and socialising with other hotel guests.We would definitely stay there again.

The Rosemont hotel is in a good location. Technically in the city of Hamilton. Great sea views and great sunset views when you're in the pool area. The bathroom was very modern and the kitchenette was nice, great for a longer stay.

Rosemont Guest suites is situated in a very good location, a short walk to the shops of Hamilton. The suite we stayed in was clean, comfortable and contained everything we needed. The staff were super friendly and we didn’t encounter any problems. If we were to visit Bermuda again, we would probably choose the same place.

Good rooms , beautiful views, friendly people, I will suggest have some sort of mini market with snacks and drinks other than the vending machine.

Friendly, helpful staff and convenient to Hamilton and the harbor. The only downside is that the street from the property to Front Street lacks a sidewalk for a short distance and requires alertness and care if you go by for as we often do - and remember that they drive on the left so exercise extra care of you're not accustomed to that.

Nice enough hotel, with helpful staff and great views of the bay. Decently priced for Bermuda.

I had an extra day to enjoy the island before officially working. The pool is very accessible and the grounds are small and intimate. Recommend this for personal trip. No expensive breakfasts so you can save for your adventures!

The folks running the property were nice. The wi-fi was spotty in my room. The room was very clean, but is kind of dated. Overall, a nice place but did not wow me.

The hotel is nice, warm pool, friendly staff, away from the main stream of things, and a nice view but …. Had 3 cockroaches visit me during my stay... You know what they say that if you find one you will find …. Hung up my bags and clothes. The microwave was all rusted inside and the coffee creamers and sugars were half opened. (Maybe that's why the cockroaches) Left the maid a tip the first night as I am a polite Canadian. Just made the bed next day and did not leave me any coffee creamers or sugar.(Oh well no more tipping) No candy shop here however you do get a kitchen to use with your suite (If you dare) along with cups and plates if you wish to do some shopping. With a little TLC this would be so much better as a hotel.

Very friendly staff, spacious rooms, and beautiful grounds. The walk out rooms were very nice in the garden. However I would suggest letting future guests know how close the walk outs are to the pool and office. In the end tho, this wasn’t an issue as the place is very quiet.

I was here only for a short stay but found the facility very quaint. The front desk is super helpful and friendly with helping arrange transport and answering any other questions you need.

Location and Price were perfect for the few days we were there. We had some noisy people next to us that would stay up past mid night. But all in all the people that run the hotel were amazing. It was so nice to have Mr P as a personal cab driver of the property. Made for an easier time getting cabs on a busy weekend. They were kind enough to arrange cabs for us when we asked. If we need accommodations next time we go to Bermuda we will look at this spot again.

One bedroom apartment with full kitchen, king bed with nicely-sized bedroom, roomy bathroom, nice deck overlooking a garden. The hotel property is on a hill overlooking the famed Princess hotel on the outskirts of downtown Hamilton. One can also see the harbor and experience lovely evening breezes and (partially obscured) sunset views on the deck in front of the property where the pool is located. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Free continental breakfast with coffee, tea, a variety of yogurts and muffins was nice. The only way to get down to the main street was to carefully negotiate a narrow road with traffic going in the opposite direction (compared to the USA) but the drivers going past us slowed and made room. This situation is typical for much of Bermuda away from downtown. Once we negotiated the 200 yards or so, there are sidewalks in Hamilton. and one can walk into downtown easily within 5-10 minutes. One could also call a cab to wherever you are going,

Very nice hotel

Great location and very friendly staff. The room was a decent size, loved having a patio to relax after a busy work day. Pool was clean and well maintained. Loved having coffee provided and the kitchenette was a huge bonus. Highly recommend as it is a quick walk to shops and restaurants..

Rosemont is a pleasant property located close to Hamilton’s downtown and waterfront. Friendly staff and Daisy the golden retriever make for a comfortable place to base your travels around Bermuda.

A bit overpriced but so is everything in Bermuda. The people are the nicest anywhere. They will do anything to help you out. There is a nice kitchen in the room and a food market near the Princess hotel down the block. Food is very expensive. I would love to have seen the old St. George area and not as much as overpriced, crowded Hamilton. But still a nice stay. Just a 10 min walk to front street shops and eating places. Easter is a big holiday there and most things close Good Friday and Easter Sunday, just a heads up.

Very nice location within walking distance of restaurants, shops and Front Street. Staff is very courteous, accommodating, and helpful. Property is very clean and well manicured.
