What started as a very disappointing holiday quickly turned into a fantastic one thanks to Coral Sea Aqua Club. We had originally booked a studio Airbnb along the road from the hotel in Amwaj, but unfortunately it was terrible. My husband went to enquire about alternative accommodation and was greeted by Mostafa at reception. From the moment we met him, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. That evening, we returned to the hotel for dinner in the Asian restaurant, where we were looked after by two wonderful waiters, both named Muhammad. Their service was exceptional—they were attentive, professional, and made us feel so welcome. After such a positive experience, we decided to book our stay at Coral Sea Aqua Club, and it was the best decision we could have made. We were even given a complimentary room upgrade, and on arrival we were welcomed with a lovely selection of fresh fruit and delicious baklava, which was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, every member of staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble, and we felt genuinely cared for from start to finish. What began as a stressful and disappointing holiday ended as a truly relaxing and memorable one, all thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the team at Coral Sea Aqua Club. A special thank you to Mostafa and both Muhammads for making our stay so enjoyable. We wouldn't hesitate to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality

Everything was excellent. Pools and watersides are huge and amazing. Food is 5 star. Restaurant staff so friendly and attentive. Big shout out to young Muhammad that worked American Restaurant in the evening and buffet every other meal. Kids club fantastic and gave us lots of free time. Kids loved it. Big shout out to Mia in the kids club. You could see she loved her job and loved the kids and the kids loved her. Kids disco brilliant and kids couldn't wait to go there each night. We extended our stay and also returned back for a 2 week stay since then

Almost Everything.. since the arrival until the moment of leaving Great Staff and very supportive Aqua Park and Swimming pools were so near by.

Just back from second visit to aqua club first September 25 (also coral resort over road in January 26) This hotel is great and exceptional value for what you pay Service is excellent food to a high standard and plentiful Relatively small compared to sister hotel but does not come short on anything If I where to critisize it would be fridge in room as they are not unlike coral resort which are they are simply noisey electric cool boxes that do nothing except keep you awake(I unplugged mine) But that is the only critisim otherwise I would return to this hotel many times Room 3306 was great actual Seaview and second bedroom Old tv but it worked and had sports channels ( premier league matches on bien) Al a carte where really good with once again attentive polite passionate service these guys actually remembered us from last time Relaxed no stress attitude and can not do enough (tips go along way and are really appreciated Water park has everything you would ever want staff also excellent as are all pool staff and entertainment All in all this is a great hotel and excellent value Unfortunately I will not return to sharm again not because of hotel its because of the Airport I first visited sharm in 2012 and do not remember it being that bad The last 3 visits have been disgusting The staff security and general atmosphere is by far the worst airport I have ever been to and im not on my own thinking this After convincing my self to go again after much persuasion from my wife I decided surley it can't be any worse than last time but it was Hostile aggressive abusive and disgusting behaviour from majority of staff from door to gate with odd few that where not also hidden disability is ignored and is not recognised at all and are impatient and hostile even with children Overall a fantastic place is Sharm but getting there and leaving is just not worth it for me I repeat this is in no way a reflection of this hotel it is amazing but going through that insideous ordeal at airport really has put me off Sharm el shiek Sad for hoteliers and all they do to make what could be somewhere I would go many times per year Unless something dramatically changes soon I will not return Coral sea aqua club you are amazing but I will not put myself through that awful experience any more Sorry I put this on your review page as the airport does not have one and keep doing an amazing job from management waiters barstaff pool guards gardeners housekeeping ect I have so much praise for you and all your passionate hard work Thank you so much Philip Taylor

We had a fabulous time here! Big thanks to the staff - the restaurant, entertainment and housekeeping were brilliant. Everyone made a fuss of our 6 year old they were playful and friendly. Our room was spotless and spacious- we had paid for a swim up room but being March it was a bit chilly in the water so we didn’t go in but it didn’t take away from our experience. Food was varied, fresh and tasty. Lots of lovely salads, chicken, fish, pasta and pizza. Service was brilliant. The whole hotel is kept very clean and there are lots of staff busily doing jobs. We had a day with rain and a sand cloud and much left the sunbeds etc with a residue on them but when it cleared there were teams of staff cleaning them all down so everything was perfect again. Use of the sister hotel across the road was a welcome bonus the beach down there is beautiful. The only constructive criticism I have is that check in was a bit chaotic and frustrating- we had had a long and tiring journey and had to wait around after getting our keys to be shown where our room was and for our luggage. After waiting maybe 30 minutes a young man walked us across the grounds and pointed out where we should go to (not actually taking us to the door), I had at one point just said can we take our own cases and you just point us in the right direction but they asked us to wait - but it just felt a bit daft because it would only have taken him a few seconds to tell us where abouts to go instead of having to wait and wait. Entertainment was good for families a mini disco every night which our daughter loved and then an assortment of dancers and entertainers through the week - it would be good if they lowered the lighting in the entertainment theatre though for a bit of ambiance. The all inclusive drinks were good. Staff can’t do enough for you and so friendly.water park facilities are great, it was a bit chilly on some days in the water on account of the sun hiding! All in all a great 7 days, really glad we booked this hotel.

For the price, this was a good family holiday for 7 nights. Positives: the staff are mostly really friendly and chatty, the water park is a real plus for the hotel and the food cannot be faulted for it's quality and variety. Negatives: the hotel is very dated and in desperate need of a makeover. Our hotel room had broken electric sockets, were dusty, and generally looked uncared for. One of the entertainers (a blonde haired girl) is very unfriendly and has a bad attitude.

We enjoyed this hotel…. It was fab. Not to big like some complex but plenty for them to do! My little girl who is 6 really enjoyed her self. Kids club teacher mimi is lovely. Even did Easter decorations and made her feel so welcome. Ruby was well looked after by her. Animation team were so lovely. We stayed in block 5 and never heard any building work so we are glad we didn’t change hotels. Location is great also! Lots about and plenty to do. Food was fine for all inclusive. Always able to find something. Staff in there were lovely and friendly.

We’ve just returned from another fantastic stay at Coral Sea Aqua Club in Sharm El Sheikh, and once again it exceeded all our expectations! This was our second visit, and it’s safe to say we’ll definitely be back again. The staff truly make this place special every single person goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. A special mention to Mimi from the kids club, who was absolutely amazing with our girls. They adored her! She kept them entertained most days and even took the time to message us to wish us a safe journey home, which really shows the level of care and personal touch here. The hotel is incredibly family-friendly, with so much to do for children and a really welcoming atmosphere throughout. It made our holiday completely stress-free and enjoyable. If I had one small suggestion, it would be that some of the rooms and bathrooms could benefit from a refresh, although we understand this is already in progress, which is great to see. Overall, another outstanding stay. Thank you to the whole team, we can’t wait to return!

Staff are really lovely here, great water park, can get a sunbed without reserving at stupid hours, food was ok, need more vegetarian options as I was eating salad most days but some days there was veggie curry so that was good, I didn’t go hungry and desserts were really nice, the staff at meal times couldn’t do enough for you, Mahmoud was great, salah was friendly, another waiter was always singing, sorry didn’t get your name, animation team were great, Anastasia, Ali and another guy tried to get people to join in darts, water polo etc, weather could have been better but it was a nice break, day trip to Cairo was fantastic.

We had a very enjoyable 12night stay the room and all areas are kept very clean. The life guard was so helpful putting out towels on sunbefs every morning & looking after us during the day. The waiter at the pool bar also looked after us all day checking if we needed any drinks , the same at the restaurant and lobby bar nothing was too much trouble for any of them all so friendly and made our stay very pleasant .You have very good staff they really look after your guests . we will highly recommend coral aqua anytime. Thank you for a wonderful stay hopefully will return.we stayed in room 5103 you walked out of our room right next to the pool.

I stayed in coral sea aqua club a week ago and all i can do is say positive and good things about the hotel, i loved my time there i did not want to leave too be honest. Staff members such as Anastasia were absolutely amazing and so hard working, she was so engaging and you could see she was enjoying being involved with all the guests, she also managed too convince me too go out too a few of the clubs and bingo too. I would love too come back here sooner if i could.

A great hotel, clean and has everything you need on site, the staff were great and always around to help, especially around the pool and within the restaurant. The room was cleaned daily, and although we were initially worried about the news of building work from next door but it never interrupted us while in there. The food at the hotel was good and had a great variety. had good choices. A special mention to Mimi in the kids club, who really made our four year olds day. At night, the children's entertainment was good and kept everyone entertained, which meant we could spend some time in the lobby bar, which had a different singer each evening

The Hotel was clean, friendly and very helpful, animation team was amazing, Anistsia and Adam are very friendly and entertaining for the children and adults. me and my family grew a great friendship while we was staying there, always smiling and happy to help 5 ⭐ for them two ☺️

A lovely hotel to stay at. Clean, always people about at reception to ask for help about where places are or things to do such as getting taxis. The rooms were cleaned daily, never interrupted us while in there. Food places in the hotel had good choices. can go to the buffet daily for breakfast dinner and tea. Then also for tea you ca go to the à la carte restauarant 1 time to the asian and 1 to the american. The entertainment throughout the week was fantastic! Stretches round the pool, darts sessions, and aqua robics every day. special mention to Adam and Anastasia as these were the two who did them daily while I was there and they were both lovely and helped get everyone involved. At night there’s entertainment and then after 10pm in the lobby there’s a singer on.

We stayed at the Coral Sea Aqua Club for 15 nights over Christmas as a family of four with our two children (aged 3 and 4) and my partner’s parents. Overall, we had an amazing holiday and we are actually returning again later this month, which really says it all! I wanted to write an honest review as a few things are helpful to know before travelling, but overall we had a fantastic stay. Pools The pools and water park are brilliant and perfect for families. One thing to note if travelling in the winter months is that some pools for younger children can feel quite cold. The wave pool was great because the heaters come on when the waves are on, so this was our best option for taking the kids in the water for longer. Our children loved the pirate ship pool, and the best time to use it was before it switched on at 10am, as they could enjoy the boat without the freezing buckets of water tipping over them. Our kids’ favourite parts were definitely the lazy river and wave pool. There were lots of older children happily in the pools too. Spa I had a facial at the spa which unfortunately caused a reaction around one of my eyes, leaving it swollen for a few days. I visited a pharmacy and had an injection and tablets and was absolutely fine afterwards. I have sensitive skin, and I was the only person we heard of having this issue, many other guests had treatments and loved them. I also had two massages during the stay which were amazing and very much needed, highly recommend them! Rooms We stayed in a family room with a kids den, which was great for families. A couple of small points: • You can hear noise through the internal connecting doors to neighbouring rooms. • The shower pressure was very low, so running a bath took around 20–30 minutes. • Our children managed to fall out of bed a few times during the night, but they are very fidgety sleepers. Mosquitos Mosquito spray is an absolute must. They are present all year round, and we saw some people with bad bites. We took Jungle Formula 50% DEET spray and used two bottles in 15 nights, which worked very well. You can also ask the hotel to spray your room in the evening, and I recommend requesting a spray to keep in your room as well. Pharmacy If you need a pharmacy, we highly recommend El Ezaby Pharmacy. It is only a couple of minutes walk from the hotel — turn left when you leave the hotel and it’s just opposite Hard Rock Café. Very helpful and professional. Towels Pool towels are provided and can be changed once a day. The only slight inconvenience is there isn’t a towel station, so we had to request this from reception each time. Staff The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing and really made our holiday. They go out of their way every single day to make sure families and children are happy and safe, and they do it all with a smile. Honestly, they are a massive asset to the hotel, we have no doubt that lots of guests return year after year because of people like this. A few people really stood out for us: • Fathy – Restaurant waiter: Fathy went way above and beyond every day. He remembered our drinks, made sure meals were perfect, and was always so friendly. He made our children feel welcome too, which made breakfast and dinner so much more relaxed for us. • Hassan – Lazy River: Hassan was incredible. Every day he helped with sun loungers and umbrellas, but he also made such an effort with every family, making sure kids were safe and happy. He genuinely cares, and his kindness and attention really made our holiday extra special. • Islam – Lifeguard: Always smiling and so good with the kids — my son loved showing him his Spider-Man outfits! • Ali – Flow Rider: Patient and confident with the kids, making the experience so much fun. • Ahmed – Pool waiter/bar service: Always checking we had drinks and looked after us around the pool. • Mimi – Kids Club / Entertainment team: Wonderful with the children, getting them all involved and making sure everyone had fun while keeping them safe. All of these staff really go the extra mile every day. They’re friendly, professional, and genuinely care about families. They made our holiday stress-free and so memorable — I honestly can’t thank them enough! Beach & Location You can access the sister hotel’s beach across the road. Only soft drinks are available, but it’s nice to have the option. We always felt very safe walking outside the hotel, though taxis constantly beep at you offering rides — which is normal in Egypt. When crossing the road to the beach, there is always a staff member helping, which is very helpful. The hotel is only around 15 minutes from the airport by private transfer, which is great after a long flight with children. Food The food was excellent with something for everyone, even fussy eaters. Highlights for us: • Egg station at breakfast • Salad bar • Pasta station at lunch and dinner • American Diner restaurant • Asian restaurant The buffet had a great variety every day. Entertainment Entertainment was good and enjoyable, especially for families. Getting Around We used the InDrive app (like Uber) and were able to negotiate prices. It worked perfectly for us in Egypt. Cleanliness The hotel was very clean throughout, including rooms, pools, and restaurants. Staff are constantly working to keep everything tidy. Final Thoughts This hotel is fantastic for families, couples, and children of all ages. Even though I’ve mentioned a few small things, they are simply helpful tips for anyone travelling here. The staff, water park, food and family atmosphere make this place special, and the fact we are returning again this month says everything. We can’t wait to come back!

We were put in a room directly opposite construction sire. 7am to 5pm health and safty nightmare! Nose level was crazy. Working none stop and this as I say was directly opposite our room. Advised hotel manager who advised there was nothing he could do. I have videos.

Good location, nice atmosphere, room was clean, towels changed daily very nice and good value for money, nice poolside view too. The animation team were brilliant! Adam, Anastasia and Ali were very engaging, friendly, enthusiastic and went that extra mile to keep us entertained! The restaurant staff headed by Ahmed were also very welcoming which also enhanced our stay. The hotel could do with a little revamp in particular the main bar area but all in all we really enjoyed ourselves and would come again.

Rating this resort 5 stars was an easy decision—it was the perfect escape for a large family. ​Highlights of our stay: ​Exceptional Animation Team: A huge standout for us was the entertainment. Anastasia was absolutely incredible! She has a natural gift for connecting with both children and adults. Seeing her lead the "Kiddy Disco" and the party dancing was a highlight for our kids; she is professional, energetic, and truly went above and beyond. Any hotel would be lucky to have her on their team. ​Waterpark Fun: With kids ranging from 2 to 11, finding activities that suit everyone is usually a challenge. The aqua park kept the older ones thrilled, while the splash areas were safe and fun for our toddler. ​Dining & Service: The food variety was excellent, and the staff were incredibly patient with our family of six. The resort is clean, well-run, and the hospitality is top-tier. Professional Reception & Guest Services: The hotel reception is incredibly friendly and professional. A helpful tip for future guests: If you have any requests or needs, go straight to the Guest Service desk. The lady at the desk was so respectful and helpful; she really ensured our stay was smooth. ​Safe & Reliable Transport: We highly recommend using the taxi service located inside the hotel near the Guest Service desk. Our driver, Hasan, was amazing—very respectful, professional, and gave us peace of mind while traveling with four young children. ​Bottom line: If you want a vacation where the kids are entertained from morning to night and the parents can actually relax, Coral Sea Aqua Club is a must-visit. We highly recommend it!

Absolutely one amazing place. Been twice in 4 months now and will be back soon. The staff in every position from cleaner to management are the most amazing and friendliest people we've ever met. El Sayed in the restaurant is always there to help and the service is great. Everyone in fact in the restaurant are always happy and smiley and will help whenever you need them. Ahmed and Abdo in the bar are such hard working people and are there to look after you as you walk in. 2 cheeky boys but so much fun. The pool bar, Ahmed is constantly making everyone happy serving them constantly around the pool with their favourite tipple. Such a pleasant man. Life guards also work making sure you are comfortable by sorting your sun bed out to bathe. Food and pools are amazing. We were welcomed on our return by all the staff and will almost book here everytime we come to Egypt. If I've missed anyone out I'm sorry. You are all amazing. See you soon. 😀

I traveled to this hotel 25th Feb for two weeks with my little girls ages 3&4 on my own, we were welcomed by everyone. Everything about this hotel was amazing and we had the best time. We made so many friends including the hotel staff who looked after us, they made a fuss over my children which was so nice, My girls saw some children has face paints and wanted to know where they could have theirs done, we found out it was at kids club, my girls went there to have their faces done and was greeting by a really lovely girl called Aimee, nothing was too much for her she went above and beyond for all the children she was caring for, my girls liked it with Aimee that much they kept asking to go, because my youngest was three and not 4 until a few days after our holiday I had to stay with her, but it wasn’t too bad as I got to know Amiee too which was great. Fantastic holiday and we will be returning.

This hotel has lots of positives and is geared towards families as much for children to do. Hotel is clean and staff really friendly and helpful. Do tip as super appreciative. It’s a small hotel compared to others nearby. Food was average all inclusive standard - and not piping hot. Rooms well equipped (but a little tired). The bonus was being able to use the daytime facilities of the holiday village hotel across the road. An oasis of calm and tranquility. Loungers spaced out and the beach wasn’t crowded. Food was hot and a good selection there.

I stayed at coral sea aqua club for a week with my mum and my friend, all the staff are very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are a very good standard and the cleaners stay on top of everything even making fun designs with towels. One staff member stood out the most to me and my family, Anastatia who is part of the animation team works so hard is so good with connecting with guests and making sure everyone is having a good time. Will stay here again.

Не сподобалось те що немає охорони, коли відбуваються сутички між гостями нажаль ніхто не підійшов не заспокоїв і не припинив скандал. Є лише один охоронець який сидить при вході. Також мали неприємного офіціанта, імʼя не згадаю. Через те що я відмовилася зробити з ним фото він сказав я розбила його серце і був після дуже не привітним до всієї нашої компанії. Також інколи дуже довго чекали гольф кар щоб добратись до пляжу. Ну і маленька територія без лавочок посидіти можна тільки на лобі в барі ресторані або на вулиці шизлонгах. Ще я мала номер біля басейну і поспати зранку більше ніж до 10:00 не виходило була дуже голосно музика.

My husband, 6 year old daughter and myself stayed for a week and had the best time! The resort is lovely for families with several different pool areas, slides and activities to do throughout the day. My daughter absolutely loved Kids Club (available twice each day) where she made crafts and played in the morning and they had little adventures around the park (treasure hunt one day was her favourite). Animation and kids club staff were incredible, genuinely made our holiday knowing that she was happy and having fun! Mimi in particular always had face paint available and entertained the children so well. It’s one of the reasons we will come back knowing that they have such attentive and fantastic staff. Thank you to everyone who made our trip the best!

We had a great week away ,pool ,food and hotel staff were amazing , we are vegans and had such a variety of food , Big shout out to mimi who runs the kids club my son loved being there and always had a great time he hasn't stopped talking about her .

We had a great stay here for Febuary Half Term. The staff at this hotel are amazing! My daughter went to kids club twice a day and absalotly loved Mimi who looked after them. She was brilliant keeping them entertained and making there stay special. The staff in the restaurants couldn't do enough for you. Especially Fatty, Ahmed. The lifeguards makesure everyone was happy and made a special effort to get to know everyone especially Mossan. All the animation team were great . Our cleanerMohhamed took pride in our room with some extra special touches. The waterslides were a massive hit with the kids and the lifeguards were giving lessons on the wave machine. Overall a brilliant holiday. Thank you.

Decided on a feb break and chose this resort and myst say had a lovely week to the point we tried to extend our holiday , we were all inclusive and the food was perfect lots of choice for the 3 of us and the chefs went out there way to make sure ours daughters food was perfect the waiters were great esp saheed , the animation team were great and kept our daughter happy throughout the holiday Anastasia especially!! Bonnie wanted to try kids club Mimi welcomed her in and from that day she wanted to go everyday amd said Mimi made it so much fun for her so that was appreciated , on the whole it was a 5 star holiday for us and our daughter if you want west end shows I’d go to the west end this is one for the kids . All in all we will be back next year could have stayed longer loved it and everyone made us welcome , rooms were good pools were good slides were good food was good service was good so all in all great pick

First impressions wasn’t great but the people make it amazing. The animation team of Kritina and Adam were brilliant and kept the kids entertained all day. We were expecting a huge hotel based on everything that is here but it is small. This makes this hotel so good, no ques for the slides hassle free. There is always something to eat but options are limited but don’t have a bad meal. Going out and about is great with sports bars and restaurants outside . Great holiday

We're currently on day 4 of our 7 day stay at this hotel We arrived late at night, basic food was provided - nothing spectacular but as you'd expect at 11pm. We were told to wait in the room for 5 minutes for the luggage, he took at least half an hour, but he also had a lot of running around to do so can't complain. The following morning building work behind the hotel started, we were woken by lots of digging and banging. There was also a lot of dust, all of our things were covered it in, there was also a huge dust cloud in the air. Asked to move which they did move us the same day. After we moved, the fridge wasn't working but as we weren't going to be eating we just left it. Then the lock on our door stopped working so we couldn't leave the room unattended. It took a few hours and 2 calls for someone to come and look at it. This morning, the water pressure has dropped which has made it difficult to have a shower as it keeps dropping out. I've never stayed in a hotel with so many issues and I'm so disappointed. Having said all of this the positive of the hotel is the staff, they all work so hard and are so welcoming which is why I have given the hotel 2 out of 5. Without them it would be 1.

We booked this holiday after staying in coral sea holiday resort last year. The resort was amazing. My daughter loved the pools and she really loved the kids club with Mimi. She asked to go every day and had her face painted and made pictures and crafts. Mimi shared pics with us and messaged to check she could paint her face etc. She also loved the kids disco and Kristina and the other girls were so good with her. The resort staff and lifeguards were also so friendly and amazing. Could not fault any of the staff, they really made our stay amazing and always felt safe. We will definitely be coming back again.

The animators, Adham, Nastia, and Kristina, run great games, dance great, and are hilarious! The hotel is very nice and well-maintained, and the food is excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

I loved the food was amazing the animation people were so kind the hotel rooms were stunning beds were very soft and comfortable and I really enjoyed my self the experience was incredible.

egypt is a great country to visit and i will always recommend it to everyone. the time in the hotel was very pleasant and i enjoyed every moment of it, especially with the help of animation team and attractions that aqua park had to offer. restaurant part in the hotel was also great - the food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. i am already looking forward to visit again!!

What an amazing find of a hotel, we booked the family suite and it didn't disappoint, only problem was lack of plug socket so take an extension. Room was huge and very clean. The hotel was amazing the facilities the staff the food everything was spot on. The beach is a 5 mins walk away but not proper sand so we only went once. We had an amazing time and cannot wait to return.

Christina as been superb great entertainer

This is our second visit to The Coral Sea Aqua Club, and we were not disappointed. The rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. The food is really varied, very tasty and the chefs take real pride in what they serve. In general, the staff cannot do enough to make your stay as pleasant as they can. The waiters are wonderful. Housekeeping are superb. Biggest praise goes to the lifeguards, Abu Judy and his team go above and beyond to look after everyone and give them the best time. These guys spend all day out in the hot sun, and they bring an extra dose of sunshine with their happy smiles and diligence. We came as a couple, but a perfect family resort. We will definitely be back! Thank you all...

Lovely holiday we really liked all of the staff Ali and Amy are very approachable and kind the only staff I would not say is very kind is Lucy she was very rude to us and when we said we didn’t want to go clubs with her she was getting very angry and anoyed at her we was not impressed with this behaviour especially comming from a staff member however Ali was very friendly and has a very big and king heart he was very interested in our lives and how we feel, overall a good holiday though. Just not Lucy the animation worker!!

The location was great as it was 20mins max from the airport, so of course we would see/hear planes all the time. But wasn't a problem with us. The Atmosphere of the place was clean and neat.. the seats around the reception and bar area where abit bulky but was comfortable. All the toliet area were kept clean at all times, The time we went was end of Jan into Feb to celebrate my birthday. I had a great time doing absolutely nothing :) The staff were all very friendly and kind. My two little ones enjoyed the time in the kids club and liked watching the animation team at the mini disco.. they spent alot of time in the playground and the wave pool. The aqua park was great for the adults and the pirate ship would have been better if we went in the warmer months as it was freezing in there so only stayed for a couple of hours, mainly in the wave pool as it was the warmest pool. The food was standard for adults as there was lots of options, kids was okay however the batter on the chicken nuggets where way too hard/tough.. good selection of salads and cooked vegetables.. liked that they had plain cooked veggies too so kids could have. My inlaws really enjoyed the fish dishes that were available daily. A few things i would comment on for the kids. Is the small pool that my little one liked the most was dirty and had lots of dead files and other floating bits, i asked a member of staff to scoop the bits out but it didnt look like it was done so i didnt let her go in it. the playground had a little playhouse but it was broken..and dangerous as the roof fell onto another girls head. Should remove it really.

What a lovely hotel! From start to finish was perfect. All staff working there are great! Barmen, restaurant, house keeping. All great! The big standout for me was the animation team. They were all so lovely and inviting. Popping round for a chat and giving general information. Even though I didn’t use the kids club, as I have no kids. Mimi who runs it, was absolutely fantastic. Always full of energy and keeping a positive attitude. Gave me plenty of information about the shows and the hotel. The entertainment was perfect. Daytime to nighttime. Was nice and relaxed. Can’t wait to hopefully come back soon in the future. Thanks to coral sea aqua!

I visited this hotel in September 2025 with my family and loved it so much that i booked again to come back in January 2026 with friends. The staff are all so welcoming and friendly. The restaurant has food for everyone. Rooms are very clean. Everything is up to a great standard. The entertainment and animation team are amazing and really make sure that everyone is happy and included. Couldn’t be better!

We went as a family of three for seven days break in January as a first time visiting Egypt. Booked a swim up room which I would not recommend due to water temperature be lower in winter season however coral see Aqua club offer 2 other heated pools which we used every day pretty much. Also, we were allowed to access sisters hotel facilities during the day which was located across the road. The hotel staff was very welcoming from the moment we stepped foot inside. (tipping wasn’t expected but greatly appreciated) the room standard was good. It was clean upon our arrival and cleaning service was every day. I must add that food was AMAZING. There was a buffet which we liked the most but also two separate restaurants - Chinese and American. A great choice or Cocktails were included in all inclusive deal. Additionally, we were very impressed with animation team. Lucy, Liza, Mimi and Leah were INCREDIBLE. We enjoyed the animation activities every day such darts, joga, Aqua aerobic while our little boy was playing under supervision in kids club. The girls really made our stay relaxing and pleasant. I would be keen to go back just because of them. ☺️

We stayed in September 2025, and again in Jan 2026 and would 100% visit again. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance from the beach and shops, they also offer a hotel taxi service to take you to popular places within Sharm el Sheik. The rooms are very modern, extremely clean and comfy. The hotel is great for families as well as groups of friends. We visited as a group of 3 and were extremely happy during our stay, the animation team make sure that there is entertainment for all ages. The team itself are all lovely, especially Ali and Mansour, they make sure you are having the best time. We can't wait to book again! :)

First time to Egypt, we flew Boxing Day for a week. Coral Sea Aqua was amazing for us as a family. What made the holiday was how friendly all the team in the hotel were. The waiters at dinner, the lifeguards and all the entertainment team. Nothing was too much for any of them. They were so friendly and accommodating made all of us feel so welcome and happy. It’s extremely safe resort for our 7 and 10 year old. We had a family room with den which was very spacious. The days in this time of year are quite short so be prepared for a couple of hours of quiet time before dinner and early sunsets! Such an amazing hotel and would defo return!

Just came back from aqua sea with my wife and 3 daughters excellent hotel , loads of shops outside , food in the buffet was really nice always something different , Ahmed from the animation team around the pool was super nice along with the rest of his team , nothing too much trouble for them , really good holiday and great Christmas , Ali the life guard also great person along with Lucy from animation the list gos on , every one who works there are lovely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️will go and stay again 100%

For F&B : Over all they was good specially Mr. Wael, Food was perfect , Bvg wasn't as expecting. HK: Poor service and always late. FO: maybe 2.5 / 5 they are so good so far, nothing special, but Mr. Sobhy solved all our issues, I hope if we met the Guest Relation staff to explain the hotel and facilities but unfortunately it doesn't. Recreation and Spa team are perfect . Over all we enjoyed our trip with some challenges.

An excellent holiday but a few minor issues stopped me giving 5 stars. We stayed 2 weeks in a swim up room, which was a very spacious room for 2 people. The hotel isn't on the coast, but if you want to go to a beach there is a sister property across the road which has a beach which you have access to. Based on some previous reviews I was aware that there very few sockets in the room - there was only one set of sockets in the room! One European socket and one UK socket next to each other. Luckily I had brought a 5 metre long electricity extension which reached the bed. There is no full length mirror in the room despite there being 2 large mirrors (one in room and one in bathroom) but neither allowed to see below waist height. In the shower area of the bathroom there is no shelf for shampoo/shower gel, so these need to sit on the floor. Unfortunately there is no outside drying rack for towels and swimwear. This results in things being dried over outside furniture, and in upstairs rooms over balcony balustrades. The buffet restaurant is excellent with plenty to pick from. We spoke with other guests who had food intolerances e.g dairy or wheat. Even in the buffet they were catered for. We only ate in the American a la carte restaurant, not in the Asian. These restaurants need to be booked in advance, but at the time of year we were there could only be booked 3 days in advance. When booking you are asked for any intolerances including dairy, wheat, nuts and seafood. The menu was extensive for an all inclusive offering. In the American restaurant there were options that could be paid for. There is no reason to pay with several options included in the all inclusive. All of the staff we came across were very friendly and helpful. Our housekeeper changed for our second week due to staff holidays. We did notice a bit of a drop in standard but the room was always cleaned daily. Any complaints we had are minor and would not stop us from returning to the hotel.

First visit to this hotel we spent Christmas at this hotel and it was lovely. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very warm and friendly. Rooms are very big and the bed was lovely and comfortable. Entertainment was good for kids but not for adults. What little adult entertainment there was, often couldn't be heard due to the kids entertainment been so loud and in the same area. There was ongoing refurnish work taken place but you did notice this. I love been at the beach all day and didn't like the idea that you had to walk to the main restaurant for a snack. I would recommend that the hotel builds a beach bar where you can go and have a drink and a snack and not have to leave the beach area.

We stayed for a week over the christmas period. The location was beautiful, the hotel staff were always honest , kind and super friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel is very safe for you g children. Our children aged 7, 10 and 13 had the most amazing holiday. The main pool and wave pool were heated so despite it being winter , guests played water polo and swam all day. The aquapark had enough rides to keep my active boys bjsy all day and the staff are vwey safe, kind and hands on with helpong children. Activities by the entertainment team were darts, yoga, water polo, and then mini disco for the kiddies. Lucy and Ahmed on entertainment were super with the kids. Evening entertainment included belly dancers, live singers and other variety performers They have foam parties on the beach and pool parties in the day: kods are not bored at any moment! The food was excellent, and the servers genuinely amazing. Thankyou for your excellent hard work. The hotel makes a big effort to have variety of cuisines, all cooked beautifully. We did several excursions using cleotours who we hired a private speed boat and a snorkel guide from- we snorkelled in the red sea, and also did dune buggy safari. We got taxis to soho square, naama bay and to the Sahaba mosque- the drivers were fair, and although we did haggle with fares a little , it was fine. Sharks bay was excellent for snorkelling too. The kids screamed in excitement at the puffer fish, barracudas, blue tang and parrot fish all at 1.5 metre depth. Overall a brilliant , adventure filled holiday full of sun and good memories. Just back from the best week. Beautiful hotel, staff are amazing and go above and beyond. Food was fantastic, we especially enjoyed the sizzling beef in the American diner. The animation team are amazing my son was a big fan of Ahmed and will remember your special handshake for years to come ❤️ will return again

We had an amazing stay at Coral Sea Aqua Club. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is clean, well organised, and has fantastic facilities, especially for families. The aqua park is brilliant and kept everyone entertained every day. A special mention goes to Mimi in the kids club – she was absolutely outstanding. She is kind, energetic, and genuinely cares about the children. Our child loved spending time there and was always excited to go back, which says everything. Mimi truly made our holiday extra special. The staff overall are friendly and helpful, the food had good variety, and the atmosphere was relaxed and fun. We felt comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. We would 100% return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with children.

The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious! There was a wide variety of options at every meal, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay. The entire hotel was spotless, from the rooms to the common areas. A special shoutout to the animation team, Mansour and Mimi, who kept us entertained with fun activities around the pool. Amazing! Mimi in the kids club was fantastic with the children, organizing engaging and creative activities that kept them happy and entertained throughout the day.

We had the best holiday ever here the staff and animation team were incredible the hotel was lovely and clean a special shout out the Lucy, Lina, shanti and Barbie boy we will miss you but definitely will come back next year

You have to continually tip everyone to make your holiday better, everything you give is gratefully received. Everyone at the hotel works really hard but the person who made my holiday was the lifeguard Rashford, he is such a fantastic person who really knows how to interact with everyone, he is a real credit to the hotel

The hotel offers many activities for both kids and adults, which makes it easy to enjoy the day without ever feeling bored. The yoga and stretching sessions were especially nice — relaxing, well organised, and a perfect way to unwind. The food was excellent, with a wide variety available every day. There were plenty of options for adults and children, fresh dishes, and something to suit everyone. Everything was well presented, constantly refilled, and the dining areas were kept very clean. You never felt rushed or limited with choices, which really adds to the all-inclusive experience. Overall, Coral Aqua Hotel delivers on comfort, safety, quality food, and entertainment. It’s a hotel where both parents and children can fully relax and enjoy their holiday. We would 100% recommend it to families.

Stayed 14 Nights. A bit too long. Room was fine although a few times after my shower the room stank of sewage! Fridge didn't work. We had a ground floor room, pool outside our terrace. Easy to get the same sunbeds daily. Could do with some light's for night time pool area, it's very dark walking to the main building. Shower water red hot, plentiful toiletries. Fruit plate on arrival but suddenly disappeared before we had a chance to eat it. Pool towels in the room. New ones in the room twice during stay. Cleaning great. Buffet restaurant is freezing cold. Lobby bar icy all of the time. I asked for it to be turned down one night as everyone was sat with jumpers and fleeces on. Guess what it didn't happen. So make sure you bring a fleece or shawl if you come December time. Animation team are very friendly but I don't appreciate being coerced into writing a Google review there and then when asked. Having my phone taken off me to make sure it's done and said animation took a photo. On reflection the next day I deleted the review. That is not the way reviews work. Couple of days later a different person asked are you enjoying the hotel? Food good? Etc etc. Then, will you write a review?Again there and then. I said no when I leave I will. I was questioned why not now? Never had this anywhere. I must have filled 10 or more questionnaires in for the dining room and a la carte. That too is overkill. The food a lot didn't look great. But lots of salads and desserts I liked so I didn't go hungry. Not the best but definitely not the worst. No upset tummies. Dress code non existent. Men wearing sleeveless vests to the evening buffet? Even saw a woman blatantly vaping in the buffet. American diner our food on 2 occasions amazing. Sizzling chicken so tasty. As it was my birthday I got birthday cake and the staff sang. First time ever for me. The Asian was lovely first visit but second time the coconut chicken dish, the chicken was dry as if it has already been cooked before. It was tough and not great at all. The beer and wine are nice but the cocktails aren't great and very little alcohol in anything. Entertainment is mixed. The dancing acts are brilliant. 3 skirt twirlers was too much and 2 Belly dancers. Worst is it's on a week repeat. It needs to be different acts for 14 Nights at least. Children were running wild around the entertainment room and twice even though they were asked to get off the stage as the act was coming on, the act had to physically remove them. Come on parents your children, watch what they are doing! A singer on the outside terrace at 10 is too late, it's cold and you get devoured by mosquitos. On a couple of occasions that we attended hardly anyone was there. The music quiz was atrocious. Ended up we had no idea what was going on so we left. Mansour found us 2 days later and tried to clear up the confusion but we were put off the animation entertainment after that. The next music quiz was a farce again. We weren't participating this time. Got everyone to swap papers after 2 rounds then went to do the third round when nobody had their papers!!Pleased we weren't taking part. Daily entertainment never changes. Darts! Stretching! More exercises. The music mostly too loud. Don't get me wrong the animation will talk to you but they know who joins in and who doesn't. Surely they can come up with some new games. Isn't that their job? The staff here are all amazing. Drinks constantly filled up. Joking with us. So welcoming. The best we have encountered around the world. In reflection we would return. As the positives outweighed the negatives.

Worst holiday in my life. We have been to Egypt for over 25 years,sharm and hurghada. This hotel is for people on universal credit and pip. Full of low life ,never seen so many people with walking sticks n walking aids when obviously not needed. So many single mothers with unruly kids definitely benefits families. Nothing at all good about this hotel ,the best thing about this holiday was when checking out.

I went to this resort in the summer of 2025. Whilst the resort itself is fantastic, I left the holiday feeling somewhat disgusted by a member of staff who works in the shop within the hotel complex. Ahmed the man who runs the souvenir shop (ice creams/toys/gifts) was incredibly abuisve towards my young child. My child has autism and was drawn into the shop from the lights and sounds of the toys. When he went into the shop he accidentally knocked over Ahmed’s coffee flask, which was sealed and did not spill. Ahmed walked over to my child and squeezed tightly around the abdomen. My child began to cry immediately. I was horrified by this experience as I deem this as physically abusive. This was reported to a member of staff within the complex. Be very very very mindful when travelling here, Egyptian laws are very different to our own and this man Ahmed was not shy to put his hands on my child

Great family holiday for the price we paid, aimed at younger children; my teenagers were a bit bored. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Rooms were spacious and kept very clean. Food was a good range, not as much as some other hotels but we (a family of 7) always found something we liked. Kids loved the waterpark and wave pool was heated, which was a bonus as we didn’t have much luck with the weather. Evening entertainment is limited but the animation team were all great. My kids loved going to the kids club with Mimi and the rest of the team, they asked to go every day! Falcon, next door, do great excursions and the staff were fantastic. We also did a private transfer with them to and from the airport. The only downside was having to pay for the wi-fi, we do think it should be included in the price as standard.

Me and my partner went here 9th November till 21 November. This was my partners first time to Egypt. This was my second, i was at coral sea aqua 2half yr ago. Where do i start. When we got there, we was booked into a double room, but due to hotel being full they upgraded us to a family room, this room was massive, but lovely. There is a massive super king bed, also 2 sliding doors where there is 2 sofas that can be made into 2 single beds. We overlooked the pool and also below us was swim up rooms. Room was cleaned daily, had clean towels every day, they change the ones you leave on floor. Can not complain about the room cleanliness. Even to the point the cleaner put our shoes away under table. 😊 From the second we got there we was made to feel very welcome. Right from reception to bar staff, to cleaners, gardeners, and then entertainment team. Went down first morning, lifeguard walked over to me, asking if was ok. How many beds do i need. He took my towel and put it on beds where i was sitting, he then did this every day, bar staff at pool 1 of them did same with our drinks (sorry cant remember his name) every time he seen our glass empty. Never once did either of these people ask for a tip, Of course after a couple of days there we did tip every so often. Now onto the entertainment team. Where do i start. These guys work so hard even in 30° heat. Every morning Shanaii would pop on mike with a run down of the day. She was very clear and nicely spoken. Then she would make her way around the pool stopping at nearly every sunbed, if not to introduce herself, ask if we wanted to do morning stretches, or join in water water polo. She was always there if you have any questions. 1 night they was going to hard rock cafe, with some of the guest from the hotel. Me and my partner said no as we didn’t want to do it, but then we turned up. Although we wasn’t sat at the table with other guests as there wasn’t any room we wasn’t far away. Shanaii kept coming over to us to make sure everything was ok, and asked if we needed anything. We had an amazing night would definitely recommend it 😊 Again there was a foam party me and my partner didn’t go, ( to early for him from night before 😂 ) iv seen photos from other guests looked amazing. Never used kids club so can’t comment on that. The mini disco although we didn’t have a child with us we popped our head in couple times, kids was always screaming and laughing having fun. 😃 We didn’t stay in there long, although warm in day, and still outside at night, they had AC on which made room really cold. I spoke to shanaii she said it was cold (no entertainment dancing etc wouldn’t feel it cold) she told reception as other guests had said, but nothing been done so said to me to go, again even though i was told they would sort it they never. Not entertainments fault. (minar thing to some but when am cold am in pain. Bar staff again in main bar was so funny, i told them i was boss so they listened to me when i said no my partner couldn’t have a beer, never got him 1. Was so funny. Again these guys couldn’t do enough for you. Always running about for people. Even keeping baby entrained What i would say though. Even though all staff was so nice and friendly, the one who stood out most for me and she holds a special place in my heart is Shanaii, she is such a sweetheart. She is so polite, pleasant, always there if you need help, able to ask her anything and she will do her best to accommodate. We even went to Cairo when we came back next day she hugged us saying how she missed us. Egypt is a beautiful place. We are looking at coming back end December. Said to partner try different hotel he said no. Only place he will come back to end December is coral sea aqua club. You guys have made him fall in love with Egypt as much as I have. Did i want to come home NO . SHANAII you are an asset to the team. We miss you 😢 . We just came back from our 7 days stay at this hotel. We came with our 3 year old son who had a fantastic time. There are lots of activities for both children and adults, and the food was really nice. All the staff was amazing and welcoming. We will miss it here.

Came to coral sea aqua club on my honeymoon, and the holiday was absolutely perfect. I spent a week there with my husband and definitely will be going back. When we arrived in sharm it was only 30 mins from the airport and witch was amazing, outside of the hotel is lovley too it's a general nice area to be in. Close to shops, and really anything you need. In the hotel the rooms were always immaculate and clean. We had everything we needed in our rooms including a fridge. Beds were comfy, air con was amazing during the day! Around the pool was clean and a lovely atmosphere. The animations team definitely made the pool a lovely atmosphere by encouraging adults to join in on the fun (and if you go you definitely should do the activities) the animations team were so kind, any help you needed they were there and you'll definitely not be bored if you do join in! Staff at the hotel were all so helpful, and friendly. FOOD The buffet in the hotel was amazing, as a fussy eater who was looking for a hotel where id actually be able to eat this was perfect, I had a full plate every meal. If you have kids they also have a kids area on the buffet. But I will definitely be returning to coral sea aqua club and I recommend this holiday to everyone. Solo travelers, family's, couples. Its definitely a fun holiday!

Lovely hotel very clean and fabulous staff couldn't do enough for us from the minute we entered to the time we left bar staff pool staff and room cleaner rate them all excellent. As a family of 5 the rooms were huge. Only one tiny thing is that the furniture in rooms could be updated bit tired. Kids club I would recommend in the day as staff were attentive girls loved Mimi they came out with a different face paint every day. Thank you. Need more for older children and bit better Entertainment for them . We really had a great time thank you ALl

Tipping is culture in Egypt, which is very evident. The service we experienced was perfect, particularly from the restaurant staff. I could see that others did not get the same experience, mostly from bar staff. They gave big cups of drinks to those who tipped, and smaller drinks to those who didn't. I had to get my partner to get all the drinks because he was the one who held the cash in his wallet, they gave him a bigger drink than me, despite knowing we were together. The restaurant staff are very child centred, extremely lovely, they remember your drink order and ensure that you have a replacement without you having to ask. A big shout-out to Alaa he is the best of the best. Also Gharum, Mohammed, Ahmed and Yousef for their service and hospitality. They're an absolute asset to the hotel! The staff at the hotel are perfect. They honestly go above and beyond for their guests, and nothing is too much trouble. My 3 year old went to the kids club once, and asked to leave because it was boring. They did some painting for those who wanted to, and others played with a poor selection of toys. Then the children went to the park for around 15 minutes. My child had left by this point, but also wanted to go to the park so we were there at the same time. There was one staff member for around 7 children, 1 of which had challenging behaviour and another fell off the climbing equipment onto his head because there was not enough staff to adequately supervise them. I would recommend having a better selection of toys, and encourage children to play games together so they build on their confidence and maybe make some holiday friends. It also makes the groups easier to manage. The evening mini disco was loved by all children who participated, and the evening entertainment was quite good too. This does get a little repetitive if you are on holiday for longer than a week, as the acts are repeated weekly. Panoo from the animation team is the best they've got. He could earn a lot of money in the UK with his skills! He does his best to get all guests involved, he really hyped a crowd and included everyone. He was out of the hotel for one day at a foam party on the beach, so there was no entertainment. The new girls went around the pool and informed guests of their plans, but made no attempt to execute them. No stretching, water polo.. nothing until Panoo got back. We attended the beach party on the first week and were highly disappointed. The animation team handed out balloons, but there were children who went without because adults had taken first dibs on them, and kept multiple to themselves. The adults also got at the front of the foam machine, which meant that the children could not enjoy it. The animation team did an evening at hard rock cafe just for families, which was £20 per adult for free drinks from 8-11 pm. This was a shambles. There were not enough tables booked for the guests who paid. They tried to put my 3 year old on a bar stool chair, which is not safe. They then put us at the end of another table with 5 other people , the table was only meant for 2. We asked for our money back at this point because we wanted to order food not just drink for 3 hours. All of a sudden, we were taken to a table set for 4 which we were previously told was booked. This was not the animation teams fault, however, if your guests are unhappy with a service which is offered through one of your hotels, it should be addressed by you. If you have a mutual deal for business and entertainment with the Hard Rock Cafe, then they are not meeting basic expectations from your guests, which can ultimately effect your reviews. I believe this service is offered to the wrong audience too - most parents don't want to spend an evening drinking cocktails for 3 hours when they have young children to look after. I noticed when on holiday that none of the men have facial hair, I asked local people why, and they said they're not allowed to if they work in hospitality, which is awful. I think TUI should go against the grain and allow their staff to express themselves and bring their individuality and personality to the job. There is a sister hotel across the road which has a private access beach, this is available with free drinks for all guests. The swimming pools were lovely! Waterpark is a massive hit. The food was not bad at all for an all inclusive hotel. I would've liked to have tasted some more traditional Egyptian food though - they definitely cater for English people. The Asian restaurant is gorgeous, 1 trip included in your all inclusive price. I would pay to go again! We had a photoshoot done in the hotel, they took some lovely photos and did 2 videos, but if I'm honest, I feel the cost is a lot. There were lots of pictures taken, but we only decided to keep a few because of the price, but the ones we chose were gorgeous! I would 100% come back to this hotel and the issues highlighted are merely to give your guests the best they can get from you, which is nearly perfect as it is. Once again Alaa, Ahmed (Habibi) & Panoo, thank you for making our holiday special. This was 5 months ago, and Alfie still asks to go back on holiday to see his "Habibis"...

Spent 2 weeks in the Sharm sun here and went quicker than a click of the fingers the hotel is in a prime location for airport and shops All the staff were always helpful and facilities were always kept very clean Food was good. Always a good range of options and warm which is key If you get the waiter in the photo attached you’re in for a very funny time whilst in the restaurant Activities during the day were good. Credit to Shanai for dragging me up to play water polo and darts each day. Evening entertainment on the other hand is a bit pants from the shows I seen but the atmosphere was good Finally make sure to feed the cat that hangs around the main pool. She loves her bacon in the morning

Stayed here in September could not fault it. Had a ground floor room which was perfect as I have trouble with my hip and find stairs difficult. We have travelled a lot and the staff here are the best we have encountered big shout to Mohamed he tirelessly made sure everyone was well hydrated. The restaurant staff were amazing especially Ghonim he was excellent had our table ready whenever we went to restaurant. The Asian restaurant was exceptionally good every dish was hot and fresh. The pool is great too for cooling down. We had a couple of problems in the room being the door key and safe but once reported was fixed in no time. Everyone in the hotel is very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel. This was our second visit the first was when the hotel originally opened. Can’t wait to go back next year.

we had a family room to ourselves so this was lovely and spacious. block 2. swim up rooms looked nice but we booked v last minute so wasn’t an option we had. all the staff are very helpful, they can’t do enough for you. we went to just relax for the week so no trips for us, but can highly recommend the massage and pedicure we had. food was great every night, so much choice. we also tried the American a la carte which was brilliant. Mosquitos definitely biting hard this week: i’d recommend you bring long trousers and long sleeved tops and sleep in pyjamas or under a net and also bring something to spray your whole room with as well as repellant for your body. pesky devils. nice visit over the road to the coral sea village to enjoy the beach and had lunch there too. would definitely recommend this place, the staff work so hard to ensure you are having a nice time. bring dollars or some gBP notes for tipping.

Would recommend this resort very friendly people and something for everyone during the whole day, everything you need is either nearby or in the resort also.

Love every minute of it! Was a really good holiday staff were lovely! Sad that I had to come home, atmosphere was amazing and everything and the room was always clean definitely would book here again! Wasn’t loud when I wanted to go to sleep.

I’ve just returned from Coral Sea, all the staff were so lovely and attentive!!! I want to do a special mention to MiMi from kids club & entertainment as she was so sweet and caring to my little girl!!! She also went that extra mile to take cute snaps from the activities they did together and sent them to me, which as a mum we love to see these photos for memories!!! My daughter loved her and is really missing her now we’re home, thank you for making our experience at the hotel even nicer!!!

The overall vibes of the hotel are unmatched. Everyone is super friendly from the bars to the restaurant and even the cleaners are so lovely and always eager for a conversation. The hotel is so clean and the rooms are too. The animation team are amazing aswell at getting everyone involved and spreading the word of activities happening across the hotel. Shanai in particular was amazing. She got herself involved anywhere she could and it felt like we had been friends for years. Absolutely loved the night at hard rock she made sure we all had a drink (or 5) at the tables at all times and was a complete vibe overall. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is our 2nd time to this resort . Absolutely amazing. The location is fabulous for those who like to venture out and go for food and drinks. It’s completely safe I’d go as far as saying it’s safer than the Uk. Ahmed at the pharmacy at the side of the hotel is very helpful if anyone ever needs anything from there. All the staff from the cleaners the gardeners the waiters the bar staff and reception are fantastic and so kind . We’ve been made to feel so welcome. The rooms are gorgeous we are in the swim up room this time rooms are always kept clean. They are cleaned and towels changed every day. . The atmosphere is lively and lots to do for everyone. Exceptionally brilliant for those children. As for valve you for money I would say this is worth way above what you pay. Food is fantastic and the alcohol isn’t rubbish either . We’ve booked again for next year!

What a wonderful stay in Coral. This hotel will spoil you rotten. First thing how clean it is. Toilets ,rooms ,staff cleaning and sanitising loungers. Rooms are cleaned daily and comfortable with tea/coffee facilities. Restaurants and buffets serving lovely and tasty variety of foods. Something for everybody. I would like to say massive thank you to lovely Gehad always greeting us with smile at the restaurant. Also to Ghonin who was taking care of us during meal times. Hotel itself is spacious and there are always free loungers around the pools and slides. Plenty of life guards ready to help you. Main swimming pool is heated :) Evening entertainment got kiddie disco,shows in theatre and live music on the patio in lounge bar. Big shout out to lovely lady singer .She is brill. Also THANK YOU to Amazing Abdo from lounge bar who made sure we never run out from cocktails and fruits to snack on. If you fancy bit of pampering head to the SPA where Aya and team will spoil you rotten 😉 Whole personal makes this place special with attention to details and excellent customer service. Thank you again We will be back :)

We’ve just returned from a four-night break at this hotel, and it was exactly what we needed — relaxing, chilled, and blessed with great weather. It really was the perfect getaway. Both à la carte restaurants were fantastic, and the food was excellent. The buffet was okay, but with limited options and some dishes on the colder side; if we’d stayed longer than four nights, I think we might have started to struggle with it. That said, the drinks selection and the service throughout the hotel were absolutely top-notch. A special shout-out goes to Shanai from the animation team. She genuinely made our holiday. From day one she was friendly, welcoming, and such a pleasure to be around. She was never pushy, and we actually looked forward to seeing her each day. We joined her for the Hard Rock night, which was great fun, and she even managed to get my husband doing yoga! Thank you, Shanai, for making our stay memorable.

Stayed here for a week as a family of 12, we all had an amazing week Rooms were cleaned to a high standard and there was plenty of space, lovely balcony over looking the pool. Plenty of sunbeds, pools lovely, great waterslides, lots for kids to do. Buffet was great, always hot and variable selection, different themed nights which was great. Staff were great and attentive always bringing drinks and clearing plates quickly. Bar staff were brilliant - shout out to Ahmed who was fabulous but all bar staff were attentive. Shoutout to Shanai from animation team - warm and friendly and made our stay, took us to the hard rock karaoke which was our favourite night and was a brilliant host!! - will be back, lovely hotel, recommend to everyone.

Absolutely amazing experience here! The rooms were spacious and comfortable with really nice views. The food was delicious, so much choice and variety. The best thing was the animation team, they were all so fun and always put on the best entertainment. Would highly recommend as a family holiday!

had 5 nights here last week and was a nice hotel , vegetarian options could be better and a lot of the food was the same each night , hotel facilities are spot on and the bedrooms are decent sizes , water pressure in the shower isn’t great … only downside was the evening entertainment … a bit of a show at 9pm and live singer at 10pm then after the singer finishes that’s it no music playing whilst you finish drinks or anything…. wouldn’t rush back but would return if it was the right price. restaurant staff couldn’t do enough for you very pleasant and welcoming. hotel information could be presented better also as there was some sort of shisha bar but no information was given about it , also no info regarding booking the american restaurant or asian restaurant . used the beach at the sister hotel across the road which has decent sunbeds with privacy screens up and you’re drinks are inclusive over there … bit of a walk to get to the beach though and to get into the sea at waist height you have to walk down a long jetty so stayed more around the pool area instead .

Honestly can't fault the hotel one bit, we've just come back from a great week away made extra special from the staff at Coral Sea, from the cleaners to the waiting staff they can't fo enough for you and special shout out to and the animation team it just wouldn't of been the same without you 😊 x
