The location is simply perfect—so close to the beach and everything we wanted to explore. It allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation without any hassle. Amazing stay …truly recommended!!!

The Sir Charles Guest House is an amazing place to stay. Arlene is the owner and hostess and greeted us personally upon arrival. The house is quaint, clean, and pretty modern. The location is fantastic. It is right in the middle of the islands, so you can get to either the North or South end within about 1 hour. The location has places nearby to eat, grocery stores, gas and super easy access to multiple beaches.

The island was experiencing no water & electricity outages but our host made sure we were taken care of with her backup systems!

Everything was awesome

Absolutely 100% everything! Arlene is a beyond exceptional hostess and she truly cares for her guests as her own family. The property is about a 7 minute walk to the most beautiful, serene beach and there are restaurants and a small food store within a few minutes’ walk. Island Farms is also a few minutes’ drive on Queens Highway. I was able to rent a car with Arlene’s assistance and she, personally, rebooked our flight when it was cancelled. I miss her and Eleuthera already and Sir Charles Guest House will be where I will stay when I return to my island.

The property had a beautiful open yard concept and deck area, clean and comfortable bedroom and living room space.

Our apartment had a king sized bed and a fully equipped kitchen. It was a 5 minute walk to a perfect beach. There was no staff and no meals provided. We met the owner several times and she was very helpful in every imaginable way. A short distance away was a garden market where we could buy fresh produce and groceries of all sorts, including wines. It felt like HOME!

Loved the amenities. We had everything we needed. We felt cozy and comfortable. It was like a vacation house.

Bright, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, quiet, quality kitchen utensils, very informative house manual, and best of all, Arlene is a warm, friendly and helpful host.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had a nice stay, the unit is immaculately kept. The only issue was what appeared to be a rationing of items, for example the bathroom only had a single roll of toilet tissue, that was already in use. This was my first ever experience of this. There was also no extra towels or sheets in place. So just a few minor adjustments need be made, considering the property is advertised on hotels.com.

Arlene was very hospitable and recommended us good places to snorkel and we had some very nice conversations. She also picked us up from the airport and we rented our car from her. The guest house was very clean and had everything we needed. Beach (Caribbean side) is a short 5 minute walk away.

Bed was maybe a bit too soft, but that is just my personal taste.

Such a lovely cottage with a convenient location to the coast and several restaurants and shops. Arlene does a great job, and we loved our stay!

Appartamento fantastico, ben tenuto e molto ben organizzato. Presenza di lavatrice e asciugatrice nell’appartamento. Proprietaria adorabile mette a disposizione anche l’attrezzatura da mare (teli, ombrellone e sdraio)

Appartamento molto grazioso e confortevole ben attrezzato ottima pulizia. La signora molto gentile e disponibile. Siamo stati contattati una settimana prima della partenza e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni. Consigliamo la struttura al 100%.

Im Vorfeld ein Anschreiben mit allen benötigten Informationen und sehr detaillierten Angaben. Bei Fragen innerhalb kürzester Zeit Antworten und Hilfrstellung sowie Problemlösungen. Eine sehr private und angenehme Atmosphäre mit der Inhaberin. In der Unterkunft waren alle benötigten Dinge vorhanden sogar Strandliegen Sonnenschirm und Kühlbox. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

My stay at Sir Charles Guest House was great. Arlene the owner and manager of the home was extremely helpful during my stay there on the Island. The place was very well keep and she was very warm and polite during my stay there. The place is located in the center of the Island which made it easy to travel the entire Island. I loved that about the place.

I was very pleased with my stay. The owner was so friendly she made me feel like family. The place was clean, cozy and relaxing . I will definitely be referring this place to friends and family.

Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni in questa stupenda casa in tutta tranquillità con tutti i servizi che si possono avere. Arlene persona eccezionale che ti accoglie come in famiglia molto disponibile e solare. La location è perfetta per visitare tutta l'isola essendo in posizione centrale. Arlene, owner of Sir Charles Guest House, is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She is willing to do anything to ensure your stay is a great one! Her Guest House, named for her Father, is clean, comfortable, well-appointed, even down to beach towels and chairs. The fact that it is in Palmetto Point, makes North and South of the island, a very easy drive.
