Reviewed Jun 23, 2026It’s cheap and cheerful. Staff are lovely. Privacy is important for me (I was also working throughout the night due to time zones), and I never felt an overbearing presence of staff. Overall good stay and value for money.
I was working at alternating hours so it wasn’t so easy to have room cleaned, although it was never offered. I don’t know if this was due to strange sleeping hours, or that is it standard that it is cleaned when you leave (I stayed for 5 days). Overall, for the price you can’t complain.

Had been past and viewed this guest house previously, so was very much looking forward to our 3 night stay. Specifically booked the large ground floor room(as stairs are an issue for me) but on arrival was allocated a room on the top floor.!! The ground floor room we had booked was already taken. Unfortunately we couldn't stay and found accommodation elsewhere. Our payment was refunded 100% in a few days without issue. But I do wonder how they Bookings/Erawan got it so wrong?

Stuff is very nice and kind.Rooms are clean and beds very comfy.Downstairs you can use microwave and kettle which is convenient. It is quiet in here even thought its located in busy road.Plenty of places to eat and seven eleven just minute away.Boat dock just 3 minutes away. I would definitely stay again

Propreté à revoir impérativement... - Tâches jaunes sur les lits (on en avait 3 donc ce n'est pas une exception) - Grosses traces de doigts sur les murs (vraiment visible et horriblement sale) - Cheveux au sol - Trou dans ma serviette de bain - Douche qui fuie et qui ne tient pas sur le mur car la fixation est obsolète - Écran plat sur la description de la chambre, écran pas plat réellement dans la chambre

Biz 70 yasın üstündeyiz, asansör olmaması bızı cok zorladı.Hıjyen sıfırdı, banyo asırı eski, çok küçük ve bakımsızdı.Dus perdesi veya duşakabıin gibi birsen yoktu .Carsaflar,havlular sapsarıydı. Klima eski ve asırlık gürültülü calısıyordu..

Le seul bémol était le matelas à ressort , pas du tout confortable. Je m etais en plus fait super mal au dos à cause de mon gros sac a dos le matin avt d arriver et j avoue avoir un peu pesté car trop mal dormi à cause de ce matelas vieux et inconfortable.

Reviewed Feb 28, 2026Lovely, very helpful staff, very friendly place. Staff speaks good English contrary to other places. Brilliant location for touristy stuff (boat, temples etc) and restaurants. There was a bad smell in the room I got so they let me choose one out of three other rooms. The one I chose didnt have a fridge so the receptionist brought one! That room on the 5th floor was very quiet, good matrasses (unless you prefer soft) and pillows, I got new towels when I asked. No luxury but brilliant for a few nights.
Open staircase may be a bit difficult for people afraid of heights. Better dont choose a room above 2nd floor. Not sure the room was entirely cleaned, bins werent emptied but I was glad I could move from the other room. Bed sheets seemed fresh but a bit worn and with marks.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Le personnel sont très gentils et gracieux. L'hôtel est très bien situé. Les chambres sont plutôt propres. Le rapport qualité/prix est très correcte.
Les chambres sont petites et n'ont pas tous une grande fenêtre, il faut choisir une chambre avec vue. Il y a plusieurs étages mais il n y a pas d'ascenseur. Par contre le personnel nous aide à monter le bagage.

Pokoje na parterze były po prostu brudne:( Lepiąca się cerata na stoliku, a pod nią tona brudu, pościel wyglądała na nie świeżą:( dużo kurzu. Zmieniliśmy pokoje i w kolejnych, na 4 piętrze było ciut lepiej, ale niesmak pozostał. Na szczęście spędziliśmy tam ze znajomymi tylko 2 noce przed wylotem do Polski, więc już nie chciało nam się szukać innego hotelu.

The walls are paper thin and I barely slept because the person in the next room was talking on the phone at 3 in the morning, while there were several others going about the corridor and also seemed to be making a lot of noise. Also, the moment someone took a shower, you could hear it as if it was in your own room.

The room was very dark, and the bathroom was poorly designed. It would have been nice to have a floor squeegee, as the place felt a bit unclean. Unfortunately, we also experienced a lot of noise during the night from other guests, which made it hard to sleep.

Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach gehalten. Auch das "Superior Doppelzimmer" unterscheidet sich (bis auf einen Quadratmeter mehr Platz) nicht vom normalen Zimmer.

Research the areas before booking your stay. This area is 'the tourist area' so if you want a calm and pleasant stay, this place is not for you. They have smoking areas inside the halls, so if you're non smoker you will be constantly smelling all kinds of smells.

Gerçekten hiç ses yoktu, çok rahattı. • Yatak çok rahat ve yumuşak, uyku kalitesi oldukça iyi. • Klima çok güçlü ama konumu iyi ayarlanmış, doğrudan üzerinize vurmuyor, rahatsız etmiyor. • Banyo çok temiz, su basıncı çok güçlü, sıcak suyu gerçekten çok iyi. • Oda temizliği istendiğinde yapılıyor, çarşaflar değiştirilebiliyor. • Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar ilgili, güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. • Genel olarak tesis temiz ve düzenli.
