Die Lage war perfekt zum Bahnhof und anderem Verkehr.

Die angebotenen Parkplätze im Haus für Gäste sind zu teuer. Die Aufzüge werden häufig morgens vom Servicepersonal genutzt bzw. sogar blockiert. Das ist nicht akzeptabel, da das Apartment im 5. Stock ( Garage 6 Etagen) liegt. Besonders mit Gepäck und dann auch bei Abreise. In der Dusche und auch im Waschbecken staute sich das Wasser. Regelmäßige Reinigung der Abflüsse scheint demnach nicht zu erfolgen.

Der Fahrstuhl ist defect

The receptionists are very helpful, especially in recommending restaurants and facilities! The apartment is located in a modern and quiet district with nice restaurants, clothes shops and a drug store. The kitchen is well equipped! Will choose Alpine Apartment again when I'm back.

Spacious, modern and spotlessly clean apartment with everything we needed for a few days in the mountains. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the whole place felt new and well looked after. Check-in was straightforward and the staff were friendly and quick to answer questions. The location is great: quiet, but still close to the village and the lifts, so you can leave the car and walk. Very good value for Andermatt.

The gym is not included and has to be paid for separately. At this price range I would expect access to the fitness facilities to be part of the stay, especially since the apartments are marketed as high-end. It felt like an unnecessary extra on top of an already premium rate.

Het appartementencomplex is nieuwbouw en van alle moderne gemakken voorzien, behalve airco. Het appartement is ruim, modern en een mooie grote badkamer. De locatie is prachtig in de bergen, goede parkeergarage, en op loopafstand restaurants en winkels. Ook kan je makkelijk de bergen in wandelen.

De matras van de slaapbank was oncomfortabel

Het appartement was ruim en schoon. Het was compleet en je greep in niks mis.

Het bed was echt een grote teleurstelling. Voor een appartement van deze prijs verwacht je een fijn bed. Maar we kregen een uitgeklapte slaapbank. Het “bed” kraakte enorm. Ik werd ‘s nachts wakker van het gekraak als mijn vriendin zich omdraaide. Hierdoor slechte nachten gehad.

Property is in a great location and very quiet with a great selection of restaurants in the precinct and only a very short walk to the main part of town. Great to have access to a washing machine

Lighting in bedroom not so good. I think a bulb was not working on the ceiling light. Very few bathroom products and no bathrobes!

O apartamento tem uma estrutura muito boa e uma excelente localização em Andermatt, perto de restaurantes e do comércio local.

A qualidade da decoração é bastante fraca e não acompanha a qualidade e o potencial do apartamento. O sistema de iluminação, embora interessante para uma casa residencial, é demasiado complexo para um apartamento turístico, e a luz branca na casa de banho também não ajuda. O check-in poderia ter sido mais cuidado, com pouca explicação por parte da pessoa que nos recebeu. O host também demonstrou pouca flexibilidade e as respostas foram algo lentas.

Spotlessly clean, very spacious and comfortable apartment with everything you could need, even an air fryer! Good location for the town centre which was only a few minutes walk away. Lovely and quiet. Parking was easy once we found it.

We struggled to find it without GPS so head for the Radisson Blu if you're without Google maps as that was better sign posted.

The location

Be aware that the photo on the Booking.com listing is very misleading. I booked 2 apartments and they were completely different. One was perfect. The other was greatly inferior. Staff were completely unhelpful and wanted 150 cleaning fee to move to a different apartment.

De slaapbank was niet echt comfortabel en kraakte bij elke beweging.

Vše disesignové, ale v kuchyni si rozbijete hlavu o schody, tmavé kouty bez osvětlení, vrchní patro bez větrání. Lepší značení ke kanceláři a možná shrnout do popisu ubytování. Že mimo úřední hodiny máte hledat hotel Raddisom blu.

It was REALLY hard to find our apartment. The “welcome” message had word “link” instead of actual link with check-in instructions, so my family spent a long time driving around and trying to find the entrance to the parking garage, then the Hauss. But, once we finally got to the apartment, it was absolutely gorgeous.

انا سكنت في عمارة فوكس شقة غرفتين وصالة الحقيقة فاق توقعاتي كان جدا نظيف ومرتب وموديرن ، والعاملين في الاستقبال جدا محترمين وودودين ، اجراءات الدخول والخروج جدا سهلة وسريعة ، ايضا يوجد بطاقة خصم لجميع تليفريكات وقطارات وباصات المنطقة تدفع فقط 20 فرنك لمدة اسبوع ، يوجد فندق راديسون يلو ملاصق للشقق فيه كافي وسناك مفتوح للساعة 11 بالليل. المنطقة صغيرة لكن باردة وفيها ممرات جميلة وواسعة للمشي ،

الفندق يقدم خدمة المواقف تحت الشقق لكن السعر يعتبر غالي 22 فرنك لليوم ،، الاستقبال يقفل بدري ، لكن ممكن الاستعانة باستقبال فندق راديسون بلو .

Perfect for our group of 6; excellent location

One of group is 82 year old with mobility issues-living room on 2nd floor was difficult

Location was great! The apartment has everything you need; washing machine & dryer, oven, fridge, Nespresso machine, large TV and excellent wifi. Downstairs you are able to use the spa facilities and they are free for guests. The soundproofing works well.

Underground parking is convenient but costs CHF22/day. The room is on the small side if you have a lot of stuff. There is nowhere to hang clothes, if you do washing and it doesn’t go in the dryer. With windows open we could hear people in the other apartment building laughing and talking loudly until 11pm. Our apartment rules meant no noise after 10pm. The gym is a loose term, it’s a room with a few items. The sofa bed was not the most comfortable and a little on the small side.

I like the place very quiet during summer and weather always nice

I came in summer so It far away drive for many locations to visit and the town very small the restaurants in the compound does not offer halal food and there is no view in our room.

Really nice apartment- although not as fancy as the photos show… Super clean, and is very well equipped.

We maid a reservation for a Superior two bedroom apartment and it said it will have 2 bathrooms, but there was only one…. The staff said it was a mistake at the website, but still…. That’s what I paid for so they could upgrade us to an apartment with 2 bathrooms.

Trotz Außentemperaturen von 15-20 Grad in der Nacht war das obere Schlafzimmer nicht nutzbar, da viel zu warm. Dachfenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden. Generell etwas laut bei geöffneten Fenstern unten.

Location

Modern spacious apartments, handy parking garage with EV charging. The location was idillic, it is part of an up-and-coming ski resort. There is some construction noise which fortunately didn’t start until around 7:30AM and didn’t bother us early risers. The scenery is beautiful and close to the Gottard and Furka passes, and a short drive to Stoos etc. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious and comfortable. They are well equipped and everything was new and in good working order. We contacted the property to let them know we’d be travelling and required a later check in, they arranged for our apartment key cards to be left with the staff at Radisson Blu as the Andermatt Apartment Reception has more limited hours. This process was simple, we struggled a little to park at the correct underground location and find our apartment but slept very well after a long journey.

Unclear signposting, and named rather than numbered apartments made checking in and orientation more complicated than necessary. We paid more for a Select Collection apartment, which, along with the premium apartments have access to small spa/wellness facilities. This was not outlined clearly and facilities between same price-banded apartment complexes varied considerably, meaning we had to request access. It transpired that the building owner had denied guest access to our own in-house amenities. For this to work seamlessly, there should be very clear guidelines as to exactly what is available to guests prior to booking their stay, including photographs of amenities belonging to each apartment band from standard to luxury- and if any changes have been made by the owner(s) or staff, this should be communicated prior to the stay. Andermatt Apartment Reception staff were helpful but this did require ongoing communication and clarification. Because some apartments are privately owned, this puts staff in a difficult position when they need to accommodate paying guests within the same building.

Merkeze biraz uzak. Check-in yapmak çok zor ve karmaşık. Reception’u insanların giriş yaptıkları otopark ve ana girişe almaları gerek. Check-in alanını bulana kadar burayı tuttuğunuza pişman oluyorsunuz. Otopark çok pahalı(22CHF).Ev temizliği için sizden çok fazla para alıyorlar(180CHF).

Wirklich perfekt und sehr modern eingerichtetes Appartment - ungewöhnlich gute und qualitativ hochwertige Kücheneinrichtung. Die Herren von der Rezeption waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ruhig gelegen. Kurze Wege zu Bahnhof und Supermarkt.

A tener cuenta que si reservas el apartamento de una habitación dormirás en un sofá cama, no tiene camas “de verdad”. No es súper incómodo, pero no es un colchón.

Sehr großzügig geschnittene Räume

Es hat einen sauberen Eindruck gemacht. Die Musik in der Tiefgarage war auch überraschend gut.

Wir waren 3 Nächte da. Es gab sehr viele Probleme, angefangen bei der wirklich schlecht programmierten Heizung (zum Beispiel war sie ab 23 Uhr auf 15 Grad eingestellt, weshalb wir nachts gefroren haben und unser Baby auch komplett kalt war). Dann gab es noch einen komischen aber doch starken Geruch im Badezimmer und es gab eine permanent heißlaufende Heizung im zweiten Badezimmer, bei gleichzeitig geöffneten Fenstern. Beim Ankommen war das Zimmer kalt weil 3 Fenster offen waren und es in Andermatt draußen kalt ist/war. Dann gibt es im Badezimmer keinen Platz um Handtücher aufzuhängen und im Eingangsbereich keinen Platz für Jacken. Wirklich unkomfortabel. Und dann beim Verlassen der Wohnung muss man noch den Mülleimer ausräumen und Kreuz und quer durch die Garage tragen. Hier fehlen dann aber genügend Müllbeutel, weshalb wir dann andere Tüten besorgen mussten.
